with 60M gives a potential of + 0.30 to URHN

Guyana Mining Project
(6,343 acres) Mining of Timber, Gold, Diamonds, Other Precious Metals and/or Stones, Heavy Sands, Ornamental and Dimensional Stones
SUMMARY
A certified geological survey of 1200 acres of the investment tract has been completed to determine the density of the surface minerals (the top 5 feet of soil). Secondary surveys will continue once the first round of funding is raised. Upon completion, we will begin a core sample survey to understand the depth at which we need to dig to harvest more minerals for the project.
In order to get a concession; you must be a natural born citizen of the Country of Guyana. The concessionaire has the right to Joint venture with any company to procure their timber or minerals. Cuyuni Gold is the joint venture partner of the concessionaire.
The concession has virgin tropical timber on top of the soil. Once we demonstrate to the Guyana Forestry Division that minerals are present, all the timber can be removed and harvested with no international constraints. In the event we do not find minerals under the trees, then we fall under international protocols that only allow for 10 trees per hectare (2.5 acres) to be harvested.
The concessionaire hold sixty-six mining concessions. The total area of the 66 concessions is approximately 77,954 acres. This project only entails 6 concessions, which are a total of 6,343 acres.
The area of mining occurs in the Greenstone Belt which has been geologically surveyed in several locations including where “pork knockers” (small miners with hand shovel and battle) had been working widely during decades from the early XIX century, continuously producing gold and diamonds for their livelihood. Recent Testing for gold and diamonds produced per cubic yard of soil, 0.9 grams of gold and 0.0009 carats of diamonds; however, when diamonds were found they came in clusters and averaged 0.11 carats per stone.
In these Geological Surveys, many alluvial and hard rock locations were tested and several gold and diamond values were reported. This has been supported by several small exploitations conducted by small miners using small equipment (small 3 and 4 diameter land dredges), which produced several ounces per week. These small miners have been working in the Upper Cuyuni basin since the early 80's.
BACKGROUND
The country of Guyana is one of the poorest countries in South America. The former British colony – the only English-speaking country in South America – became independent in 1966. A third of its population is descended from African slaves, imported by the Dutch to work on sugar plantations. Around half are the descendants of indentured Indian agricultural workers brought in by the British after slavery was abolished.
Due to the very low population – only some 800,000 people inhabit this country of over 21 million hectares – and the fact that the majority of the population is concentrated along the coasts, pressure to convert forests to agriculture is limited. The slight forest loss that is occurring results mainly from fuel wood collection and charcoaling in forests near to the coast. The 2006 GNP was just under 1 billion dollars.
The country is poor and is trying to stimulate jobs and the economic tax base. Both timber and mining concessions have been leased out to Guyanese born citizens who can Joint Venture with foreign companies to mine or process timber. The timber and mining leases are the main method by which the country of Guyana expects to raise tax dollars as the government accesses a tax on the timber exports and the mineral exports. The mineral tax is 7% of the wholesale selling price.
Renewal of a Mining Concession each year from Guyana Geology and Mines Commission
A mining concession is renewed annually. On this project the mining concessions have already been issued. To understand in more detail how the process works you can access the Guyana Geology and Mining Website for verification of what is about to be explained how the license works or understand what is written below. www.sdnp.org.gy/ggmc
The Guyana Mining Commission handles the following tasks:
Enforcement of the conditions of Mining Licenses, Mining Permits, Mining
Concessions, Prospecting Licenses (for Large Scale Operations), Prospecting
Permits (for Medium and Small Scale operations) and Quarry Licenses
Collection of Rentals, fees, charges, levies etc. payable under the Mining Act
The size of these 6 concessions falls under the permit category:
Medium Scale Prospecting and Mining Permits. These cover between 150 and 1200 acres each. Small and medium scale property titles are restricted to Guyanese. In 2003 there were 2513 Medium Scale Prospecting Permits and 18 Prospecting Licenses in existence.
Rental for a Mining License is currently fixed at US$5.00 per acre per year and the license is usually granted for twenty years or the life of the deposit, whichever is shorter; renewals are possible
The Mining Act 1989 stipulates that three months prior to each anniversary date of license, a Work Program and Budget for the following year must be presented for approval for the work to be undertaken during the following year.
Upper Cuyuni Basin Greenstone Belt
As you can see from the above map the area with red lines refers to the mining project that pertains to 66 mining concessions held by Brock Inc. Six 1100 acre concessions are part of the project that we are referring in this prospectus. The Upper Cuyuni Basin has a river running through the area. All this area is hilly terrain and as it rains, due to erosion the soils flow into the river and gold is running out of this hilly area awaiting the mining operation. This shows that not only is there gold in the area, but it is quite extensive.
As you also look at the above map you can see areas in Guyana where there are pure gold deposits (yellow coding) and areas where there are gold and diamond (orange coding) deposits. Diamonds are also a mineral that we will be harvesting on this project.
The areas where there seem to be heavy deposits of gold are in the Greenstone Belt Region. As you look at the map below, the Mining Concessions are in the Greenstone Belt Area.
GOLD TEST RESULTS
There were 20 test locations performed in early 1999 for the mining report sanctioned by the Guyana Government. The test areas went as deep as 17 feet, as wide as 21 feet and as long as 28 feet. An average amount of gold per cubic yard of material was calculated and the average came up with the following:

Based upon the above figures, 2,400 acres of a mining concession pertains to the total area. Since Mining entails digging deep into the soil, the total cubic yardage of the concession with an average of 15 feet deep is equal to 1.5 billion cubic yards of soil. To visualize this it is equal to 36,000 acres of only 1 foot depth.
Based upon these numbers let’s look simply at the gold projections:
We know the entire 2,400 acres is not the same all the way through the soil. As we survey pits in several locations, we will know where to concentrate our efforts we can assume 30% of the tract has sufficient gold that merit those areas will be mined completely. This equates to (0.90 grams/cy * (2,400*30%*43,560* 15 ft deep)) = 423,403,200 grams.
Converted to ounces is (423,403,200 grams / 31.103grams/ounce) =13,612,937 ounces. At the market price of $1,125 per ounce this equates to a gross dollar value of the concession equal to $15,314,554,125 in gold alone.
Location
The Upper Cuyuni Mining project is geographically located in the Northwest Guyana border area (almost the west of the country), 40 miles approximately downstream from San Martin de Turumban and the same distance from Eteringbang, where the airstrip for small-planes is located. The project area begins on the right bank and extends inland southeast for about 20 miles inside the country from the border (covering a belt that is about 20 miles long by 5 miles wide), over a wide gold bearing green stone belt from the Barama-Mazaruni geological formation and gold and diamond bearing sediments from the Roraima geological formation, on the right bank of the Cuyuni River (see map below), covering areas of the upper Cuyuni River basin and several right bank tributaries.
The entire 66 concessions occupy lands, rivers, creeks and streams from the Cuyuni right bank border, in the north to about 20 miles south from such bank, always within the Cuyuni right bank valley.
