Energy Efficiency Project Due to Begin for NYS School District

(PINKSHEETS: AESO) is announcing that a contracted energy efficiency project with a Southern New York State School District is due to begin before year end. The project, awaiting final New York State Education Department (NYSED) approval, is expected for release in mid December with measures that include lighting system upgrades, window replacements, building envelope weatherization, and transformer replacement. Atlantic Energy Solutions recommended the school use Efco series windows using high effeciency low thermal Low-e glass for a more "green" approach to their energy savings.
The District will realize a reduction in annual energy costs of $33,000. With the addition of state financial assistance the District will benefit from a positive cash flow over the 18 year term of the savings agreement.

Both continued to echo the success and accolades that it has consistently received from previous tradeshows for Apple Rush(TM) and e-water(R)
The Expo East show in Baltimore extended the company's outreach to the Natural Foods channel for all the RushNet products and found heavy export interest. A large Distributor from Aruba, who also serves Venezuela and the Antilles, was impressed enough with Organic Apple Rush(TM), e-water(R) and Ginseng Rush XXX(TM) that he flew to Chicago after the show to develop the marketing plan for distributing the beverages in his territory. Apple Rush currently has twenty six Distributors in place, and over a dozen more in the approval process. Earlier this month four Tree of Life regional warehouses took more than a truckload of Apple Rush. Tree of Life covers the U.S. east of the Rockies from these locations. West coast natural & specialty foods Distributor Nature's Best will be picking up their first shipment next week. This will open up new distribution west of the Rockies for Apple Rush. Kehe Foods has placed their first of two orders; Kehe is the country's largest Distributor of natural, organic and ethnic food to supermarkets. Cavit Sciences, Inc. Announces Status of the Company's Advancement of Tubercin

Cavit Sciences, Inc. ("Cavit") (OTCBB: CVIT) today announced the status of the Company's advancement of Tubercin.
Tubercin is one of the substances listed in Cavit's various patent applications as a potential treatment of specific cancers, viral infections, opportunistic infections and various other indications. Cavit owns the rights to numerous indications relating to the use of Tubercin throughout 90% of the world.
Hyolim Bio Co., Ltd. ("Hyolim Bio") is the Korean company that owns the rights to Tubercin's composition. These rights were assigned to Hyolim Bio by the original patent holders, Dr. Tai-Ho Chung and Chong-Chan Chung ("Chungs").
Representatives of both Cavit and Hyolim Bio have held several meetings in the U.S. and Korea regarding the advancement of Tubercin. In January and February of 2007, Cavit's CEO, Colm King, and one of Cavit's medical doctors met with Hyolim Bio's team in Korea. Cavit's team held meetings with the Chungs, Hyolim Bio's president, Byung-Eon Chang, and doctors associated with Hyolim Bio. The purpose of the meetings was to review the available scientific data relating to Tubercin before entering into an agreement. Several types of agreements and terms were discussed by the parties.
Hyolim Bio is currently seeking financing in order to construct a manufacturing facility in Korea for Tubercin and its other products. In addition, Hyolim Bio is having additional testing performed in order to provide the scientific data required to substantiate Tubercin's claims.
Although Cavit has been prepared to advance Tubercin immediately, the Company has decided to wait until Hyolim Bio can provide the required scientific data before entering into an agreement for the advancement of Tubercin with them. In recent discussions with Hyolim Bio's representatives, they are confident that they will be able to provide the scientific data within the year. In addition, Hyolim Bio's management stated they have no agreements with any other individuals or entities regarding Tubercin.

DELRAY BEACH, FL, Aug 23, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Hard To Treat Diseases, Incorporated (HTTD) (PINKSHEETS: HTDS) announces the following information in response to recent inquiries regarding Tubercin and the status of HTTD.
HTTD sold its drug-related intellectual property rights to Cavit Sciences, Inc. ("CVIT") on May 31, 2006. The rights sold include patent application rights for numerous indications of Tubercin.
On May 1, 2006, Dr. Tai-Ho Chung and Mr. Chong-Chan Chung ("Chungs") formally terminated their Tubercin License Agreement with Shinn Capital Group, Inc.
On November 30, 2006, the Chungs assigned the rights and interest in their Tubercin patent to a private Korean company, Hyolim Bio Co., Ltd. The Chungs are actively involved with Hyolim Bio Co., Ltd.
In February 2007, the Chungs notified the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") that their license agreement with Shinn Capital Group, Inc. had been terminated and that Hyolim Bio Co., Ltd. and the Chungs have no association in any manner with Ronald Shinn, Shinn Capital Group, Inc. or ArTec Inc. ("ATKJ") and its website claims.
HTTD has a judgment against Ronald Shinn of approximately $210,000 based on the U.S. Court of Appeals ruling that Shinn is personally liable for breach of fiduciary duty to HTTD for damages on the basis of his misappropriation of corporate funds from HTTD.
HTTD has supplied all supporting documentation to the SEC regarding the securities fraud and other fraudulent activities committed by the prior officers and directors of the Company.

(Pink Sheets: RSHN) and its e-water(R) brand successfully reached out to Professional and Amateur Cyclists with its Co-Sponsorship of the International Cycling Classic's Blue Island leg last Saturday. Part of July's Superweek(TM), the Pro Races attract top male and female riders from across the United States and more than twenty foreign countries to compete in the longest-running multi-day bicycle race in the United States.
More than 3000 bottles of e-water(R) were distributed free to the racers and sold to the many spectators. The Pro Racers especially liked the restorative and hydrating qualities of e-water(R), and it was by far the water of choice with virtually all of the racers.
