Oh boy, here we go, shareholders will be asked to approve R/S...
Yeah, I wonder why SEC doesn't teach them a lesson. Finally, that explains what happened to ABTL in the last month, which is, like I suspected, pure manipulation.
Well, one positive about it is that I'll be able to up my position at lower prices.
Thanks doc. Hopefully Coats will be able to explain this madness.
Oh... you think? ABTL's management met with Roth Capital couple days ago and after that price tanked from .95 to .86. Could be that they reached some sort of agreement to manipulate the price down to .70s and then to up price target (from Roth) and to join companies' forces (stock buyback) to start a new run? I don't know... But this price action is weird at the slightest.
Inexplicable ABTL's action. As usual. Looks like I have to prepare funds to buy again in .70s.
I think someone wants to bring it back to lower .80s or even .70s just to... load up. There is no reason why this stock should be below a dollar, so anything what's happening right now I call manipulation. Will load myself if it goes lower.
I wish I saw a purchase like that from the company. They approved $1.5 stock repurchase and it doesn't feel if they buying at all.
Depressing. WTH is going on.
Well, hopefully true longs will get rewarded for holding firm when all others drop stock like it is hot potato. SMH, they'd rather invest in some penny stock with negative working capital and constant dilution, but won't touch company with millions in bank account and net income for the year...
Where does this selling come from? Are there institutional investors dumping or retail investors closing out their positions? Any info on this, doc? It's extremely frustrating watching resent action with respect to ABTL. We'd be in free fall if company did not support the stock price through buy-back program.
Where the heck is Coats with stock buy back? I understand there are restrictions, but so far it doesn't feel like the company is buying.
Doc, can you please recap presentation. Thank you.
LOL at $350 short trying to "manipulate" market. He needs to do much better than that :) If It goes to .80s again I'll be there getting 4000, not 400 shares.
You didn't get me cargo, as usual.
"the price to pay" regarding DKAM is the price you sell at :)
It's an interesting situation here. Looks like ABTL can't get over the hump ($1) and at the same time there are no sellers to bring it back to its lows. One way or another it's gonna move soon and is figuring out a direction.
All viable points with the exception of the first one, but like you, I do think ABTL is going to be a winner. As for the first point, I don't see a connection. If demand growths, it growths equally across the border, which means dealers will get their share of lead-free purchases just because of the increased demand, but the likes of Autobytel will sure experience increase in traffic and purchase requests. That's my opinion.
Yes. Go ahead.

Why we're not at $2 I have no clue.
Thanks for the info, doc. Just transferred another 1.5k to buy some more.
I wonder what's the number of shares already re-purchased. Would like to see them to more actively engage in buy-back.
Miracle? I don't know. But ABTL stock sure does behave irrationaly for the company that's profitable. I mean company promised to be profitable for 2012 and yet the stock can't buy few pennies to get over $1. And all this while some companies that never sniffed profit in the life are trading at higher valuations.
Sigh. Patienlty waiting.
There will be a breakout.
The irony is same people who are selling it in $0.90s will be chasing it at $2.00, just baceuse they need confirmation that it is time to buy :) I don't worry about this madness and looking forward to add another 2k shares soon.
I think the bottom is now. ABTL is looking to regain upward movement and with the company byuing its shares we should be firmly above $1 very soon.
Bought 1,500 shares more today. We should continue climbing once those who you mentoned in your post (hoping to make $500 overnight) sold out. I have a feeling it is soon.
I thought company gets involved with the price closing above $1 every day. So, these full $1.5M of "stimulus" is yet to help us. Great news, doc!
Hold on, how can you be unhappy when ABTL gained 40% from the beginning of the year. You'd think stock gets a breather at some point?
Our immediate goal is to satisfy NASDAQ requirement. Once ABTL gets a letter of satisfacton it will provide additional boost and confidence for shareholders.
Overall, we're still in an uptrend. Cheers!
Great analysis. I agree with you. DKAM shareholders need to take a shot every morning to ease the pain from losing money.
Don't worry, doc, our fortune is turning. Get ready to test new 52W high soon.
Next week should be good for us. Just look at that 50 SMA, it has only started to go up. Uptrend is undeniable. IMO we'll see 1.10 next week.
Nice to see support at $1. I don't know it it's company engaging in stock reporchase plan or the market on its own.
