We should see the 10-Q posted tomorrow on **Friday**
What? NT Q-10 filed on Tuesday.
link
Q-10 could show up tomorrow
Another positive day for CBIS. Low volume for sure.
Four consecutive days of higher lows.
.095 came up on the ask today. NITE had only 5000 at the ask at times.
A few good small buys and we could finish today @ .095, easily
We might see some positive news from the 10-Q.
last quarter CBIS reported a (-.04) loss per share, which was an improvement over previous year. IMO, (-.02) diluted loss this quarter is not out of line, for a development stage company. I would think that is positive news, eh??
Here's how the MM's fared in the last month or two.
OTCBB Monthly Share Volume Report
The top five were AUTO, ETMM, NITE, PENA, ARCA.

MM's increased short sales today. They will have to increase their shorts if price continues the climb and/or cover and take the small loss.
Yes, I've been following this one closely, Oregon State Rep. Peter Buckley was going to introduce a tax and regulate bill in Oregon but since Prop 19 didn't pass he withdrew that. Then he announce that he would introduce a dispensary bill instead.
Rep. Buckley has also stated that he has other important work and may not want to spearhead the effort, but does support it.
Please call Rep. Peter Buckey at his Capitol Phone:503-986-1405
Let him know that MMJ patients need their medicine and that CBIS can supply dispensaries with a dosed extract, vaporized, and standardized medicine.
It sure would be nice to see CBIS make other agreements soon with dispensaries in other states to produce the CBIS formula and start making sales.
No news yet today ... probably finish .10 + at eod.

I guess we can look Wednesday for the PR about the 3 day extension needed to file 10-Q.
Bullish week, IMO, looking for above .10s by Wednesday afternoon.
Looks like a good call on PERT this morning @ .84
Positive outlook for Monday!!
1. Bulls have returned modestly ... based upon time and sales data of Thursday and Friday (as an increase of buys over sells).
2. Possible PR's news of AZ as an expansion of available market.
3. Possible gap up to PERT @ .084.
4. Most shorts have covered !!!
5. MACD and fast Stochastics indicating a possible "buy" signal.
If they do it right, an additional Pr about the div just before power hour could produce a powerful jump in PPS for Monday.
Any thoughts as to how this stock should react when passing through the gap from .09 to .14. ???? Anyone can respond to this question, eh??
Not sure about how authorative Capital IQ is but, based upon past performance of dates:
That's right, Monday is the day for 3Q, if filed timely. It should be a vast improvement over the past number of Q reports.
Some chart indicators are pointing to upward trend.
Yahoo!!! Go CBIS.
Next week will be very interesting.
This stock gapped down from .14 to .09 last week and maybe it could have little resistance back to .14 when the bulls return.
Maybe some chartist with experience could explain the stocks' behavior when it goes back through that range ????

lowest short volume I've ever seen.
histogram shows buy signal. Looking for green days ahead before the news.
It does look like its going lower. Hope you get your entry point.
Watching the sales, IMO, its just MM's swapping spit. It looks like the longs are holding on to their shares.
Wait for the news about our progress and the div.
Most of the SMART shorts already covered. LOL
I think his funds are low and wants in cheap.

Looks like the shorts have cover their behind.
Support still looks strong, IMO.
Steve,
I think prohibitionists do not understand the nature of the evolution of cannabis, so using their material as a reference can be misleading. Cannabis species are simular to canine species, in that differences are quite pronounced and varied.
The level of THC has not changed that much over the years with various species. What has changed is the way people (with knowledge) grow. What used to pass for weed, especially commercial mexican, was to combine the whole plant, seeds, leaves, and all. Remove the shade and other leaves, your THC per ounce rises.
Good growers know that if you prevent seeding, THC rises drastically.
I cringe whenever I hear "its not your father marijuana." It seems LEO (law enforcement) has most of the information bass ackwards. Its simply not true. What is true is that most growers have got better at growing. What's sad is that growers tend to grow indica strains that produce better weights than better and unique strains.
George Washington wrote in his diaries that he mistakenly let the male plant grow too long before cutting them. Who knows, he coulda had some killer bud that year, if not for the mistake.
Chart looks like pennant is forming. Indicators point in both directions. Breakout possible. IMO still sideways w/ accumulation until news.
Just because volume has returned to previous levels does not mean decrease in share price. If you look at volume before it went through the roof, price was increasing at low volumes.
The volume this last week was strong, but that was because of sell-offs after the vote; many people placed a bet (by buying more shares) that PPS would skyrocket if the vote was favorable.
Looks like .08 is the floor till the news breaks.
One of PR's I'm looking for this week is that "CBR International Group announces deliverly of a full formal IND application to FDA"
L2 showed .09 right up to one minute before the bell ... then dropped to .087. I believe it was the spread on Friday.
Sales at the bell brought it lower.
See the huge amounts of sales this morning ????
Wow !!!
I wish I had more powder to buy those!!!
I believe that FINRA will set the div dates and should only take a couple of days IF all of the i's are dotted and t's crossed.
Curious as what the new ticker symbol will read.
How about "WEED" ?
Possible uptick this morning to .09
Another perfect storm could brew here at CBIS if the follow events take place.
1. Company PR's FINRA's release of divy dates early in the week.
2. JV announces product formulations available at Rockbrook.
3. CBIS files timely quarterly report on 11/15/10 showing Rockbrook fee in payables.
4. CBR International Group announces formal IND application to FDA for PTSD.
Legalization, even though CBIS stock is not dependant upon it, is now on the forefront of many efforts across the country. In Oregon, the state legislature will consider a bill in its next session that allows for personal consumption. I am sure many other states will take up personal consuption or legalization bills instead of waiting for more citizen initiatives.

I agree.
I do not think they will get any special favors, but in fact roadblocks.
I do think that much of the traditional method can be bypassed because it is not synthetic, but in a natural form. AND it is effective, and it is safe.
Sorry for tonights rants, but I do believe in cannabis and CBIS!
We held onto the support line today that was the MA 50.
Soon we can test the resistance @.13 and the MA 200 @ .15
Shorts covered BIG time today!!!!!!

I think this "first phase" of existence has almost played out.
They have a unique product and a reliable delivery method.
It seems that time (soon I hope) will tell when this product makes it into Colorado dispensaries.
Hopefully the price will be such that allows med patients to afford it and keep coming back for refills (or cartridges).
I will be looking for a PR soon that shows (video) the e-joint being used by a patient, and thier happy approval of this product.
The mainstream pharmaceutical industry is capital-intensive and constrained by high regulatory hurdles, making the profitability of any particular product a long-term prospect. Cannabis Science™ is different in three key respects:
The Company will, at least in its first phase of existence, deal primarily in intellectual properties "patents on products and processes" leaving capital-intensive problems such as regulatory compliance, mass production and marketing to the "old guard" pharmaceutical companies who license our patents.
We will focus on a relatively new and under-explored niche in the pharmaceutical market: Whole-plant cannabinoid compounds derived from certified organic ingredients. The existing pharmaceutical industry is heavily geared, by inclination and in terms of infrastructure, toward the development and testing of synthetic compounds.
Cannabis Science™ has strong roots in, and an established relationship of trust with, the US and Canadian medical cannabis patient communities. In the course of product and process development, we'll do "well" by doing "good" - our products will receive baseline efficacy testing in that community. Since medical cannabis already inherently exceeds all reasonable standards of safety, potential licensees will approach the regulatory process with a reasonable expectation that the products and processes they license will easily exceed that process's safety and efficacy standards. Thus our products and processes will enjoy a significant advantage over previously untested synthetics.
The above information was "lifted" from CBIS website.
