DTSS went over $20!! WTF! No news. Unprofitable China stock. And traders can't get enough. Buy your favorite low floaters and wait for the insanity...
Ha DTSS was up 700%?!? From the $1's to a premarket high in the $11's. All on no news?? Have people completely lost their minds?
DTSS looks like today's low float rocket. Up 370% premarket! And these earnings were out yesterday morning? Sure doesn't take much to launch one these days...

I think MITQ gets a low float pop over $1 later this year. But the report tomorrow is going to be a stinker. They've already told us that. Will be hurt by the Hollywood strike. Seasonally weak quarter too.
Maybe I'm way off. I'm holding some MITQ so would love to be wrong. But one thing I've learned over the years...when a company says the quarter is going to suck...you should believe them.
VIRC right back in the low $9's. Rebuying the shares I sold yesterday. Not the most encouraging action though...
Good luck on CSPI earnings tomorrow morning. Still seems like a dangerous hold over $30. Outlook will be bullish, but the stock is up nearly 50% from the lows of a week ago! I think fiscal Q1 revenues & earnings could be down vs last year, which may splash a little cold water on the recent run. I'd even be tempted to short a few shares in a normal market. But this isn't a normal market.
NTWK report caught my eye as well. I didn't quite understand all the numbers. Does this make sense?
From today's earnings PR-
"On a constant currency basis, GAAP net loss attributable to NETSOL for the second quarter of fiscal 2024 totaled $(902,000) or $(0.08) per diluted share."
Good luck to those shorting anything in this market. Look at the insanity on DBGI today. Up 300% on a nothing PR. From the $2's to the $12's. Over 35M shares traded. And it could go even higher...before the inevitable plunge back to reality.
Congrats on DBGI! Now in the $12's!?! On the same exact guidance they gave last month haha. This market has lost its mind...
ELTK down 20% on the news. Interesting that they did an offering. ELTK is posting strong profits and they've got a healthy balance sheet. Guess the stock zooming from $4 last May to over $20 was just too tempting. Might as well take advantage...

ESOA put up great revenues & earnings for their fiscal Q1, considering the seasonality. But the backlog is down some. And the stock had run up a bunch from the $3's.
Was tempted to short a few when I made this post after the report yesterday. Was trading around $7.40 AH. Dropped below $6 this morning. Dang!

I'm guessing the stock continues to trade in a wide range. Probably some nice trading opportunities. But with the stock up so much...and current Q2 being another seasonally weak quarter...I'll likely watch from the sidelines.
Whoa DBGI soaring from the $2's to as high as $10+ premarket!?! On this fluffy PR. Hope you've got shares to unload. What a gift! Markets are ridiculously frothy...

On ESP, I don't worry about attaching a P/E because it's so subjective. Instead you may want to factor the strong balance sheet into your valuation. ESP sitting on $7/share in cash & investments. Only negative I saw in the report- backlog was down slightly on a sequential basis, from $87.1M to $84.8M.
Stock should get a nice pop tomorrow. Not sure if I want to chase in the mid $20's. Still undervalued but it's already had a sizable run from where a lot of us liked it in the mid teens. Probably will snag a few at the open, just because everything seems to go higher & higher in this red hot market.
Yep on ESP. Sounds like the next 2 quarters for ESP will be similar revenue wise to the just reported Q2. But I guess there were a couple of higher margin shipments in Q2 that won't repeat. So earnings will drop back some. Stock still looks undervalued. What a steal this was around $15 a few months ago!
OPXS fiscal Q1 numbers come in about as expected. Great looking comp, but I don't think a .06 quarter is going to move a stock in the $5's. However the backlog is still strong, and the shipment schedule in the 10Q looks exciting. $8M in Q2, $9.6M in Q3, $9.4M in Q4! Wow we could be looking at a series of .20-.30 EPS quarters coming up. I'll gladly be adding if we see a dip.

Congrats on ESP. Stellar quarter, altho the CEO did say there were a couple of positive 1-timers that boosted revenues & earnings-
Mr. David O’Neil, President and CEO, commented,
The financial results for this quarter are exceptional. The team has done an outstanding job. In addition to an overall improvement in operational efficiency, the increase in quarterly sales was augmented with two one-time shipments that were significant contributors to the quarter’s results, boosting the bottom line above normal operating margins. The results of this quarter position us well for another solid year. We continue to believe that a portfolio balanced between new design, follow-on production orders and build to print contracts is a positive strategy for bottom-line growth in ensuing years. Our backlog remains strong as we continue to look for new opportunities to grow our business.
Looks like good timing on ESOA. Stock down a bit AH after reporting great fiscal Q1 revs/earnings considering the seasonality. But backlog down sequentially from $229.8M to $185.9M. And Q2 is another seasonally weaker quarter. I think the stock slips lower considering it was in the $3's in December.

VIRC back over $10. Great job by the board on this one Friday. Easy 10% gain. Probably keeps recovering, but I'm already trimming.
TRT now up a tidy 12% from the open. And it's not like it was a terrific quarter or anything. Just a very bubbly environment. Bring on the earnings reports!
I wouldn't hold BELFB into earnings next week. As they already said Q4 revenues would be down...and the stock has rebounded huge since the dip below $40 in October. Seems crazy not to sell at least a portion of your shares. The only question should be how many.
I think BELFB may drop back a bit after earnings. Def wouldn't be confident shorting this or anything else. How can you be when the market keeps rampaging higher day after day. SMCI over $800 today. Looks like NVDA and SMCI are in a race to $1000. Like something out of 1999. Hopefully we see a healthy breather for the markets soon...because this kind of insanity greatly increases the risk of a possible crash imo
Agreed on TRT. Fiscal Q2 numbers down a bit vs year ago quarter, but a healthy improvement from the previous 3 quarters. With their excellent balance sheet, a string of easier comps on the way, and a low float...looks like a good one to accumulate around $5. I picked up a few this morning.

Looks like another nice win for CSPI & AZT. And another great opportunity to trade the wild swings on this low floater. CSPI dropped down towards $20 less than a week ago. Up a quick 30% since then. I still say trim into what could be a difficult fiscal Q1 comp on Wed morning. But who knows in this nutty market.
Good luck on GEOS. I'm tempted to join ya in the $11's as I think it bounces a bit from here. But I also thought that yest when it dropped to the $13's, which turned out to be way wrong.
I finally read through the CC transcript this morning. Outlook is as clear as mud. I was hoping for more detail on what we could expect going forward, how much revenues might be down the next couple of quarters, etc. Sure didn't get much. That'll probably keep me on the sidelines. Just as last quarter was a huge swing up, the next quarter or 2 could see a decent swing down on revenues. I don't think they just go back to cranking out .30 quarters. Instead the next couple quarters might be closer to breakeven (or worse). People may not want to hold through that rough patch. Considering the stock was in the $5's a year ago, I wouldn't be shocked if GEOS kept sliding lower.
Could be right on VIRC. And fair point on the seasonality others have mentioned. As you noted, at least the next earnings report won't be for awhile (they reported on 4/28 last year). I'm hoping this is a weird technical selloff or something...and the stock bounces back starting next week. No guarantees, but I feel like I'm gonna wish I bought more today.
Whoa and BELFB over $73 today! Congrats to those still riding. Earnings report on Wed 2/21 after the close. Seems like a risky hold into the report imo. As the stock has run up huge since that dip below $40 in October. And they already said Q4 revenues would be down. The Q4 bottom line should be extremely solid, but that seems priced in and then some...considering the declining revenues/backlog. I may actually short a few shares into earnings, depending on what the market does between now & then.
Snagged a few VIRC myself. Hoping for a quick scalp on a bounce back to $10+ next week. But the stock is down 20% on no apparent news...could be something negative lurking.
Ouch on GEOS! Probably due for a bounce, but from where?
Sharp VIRC selloff all the way below $9. I don't see any news??
SRTS popping 14% AH on the expected strong quarter. Congrats to those who held into the report! I'd be quick to take profits as these guys have serious trust issues. But scammy stocks are flying higher in this market...so who knows.
AVNW down nearly 8% and finished at the low of the day. Dang I thought yesterday's 20%+ pop was overdone...and was tempted to scalp a few on the short side.
Thanks on GEOS. And congrats to those who sold near $17 earlier today. Anyone tempted to rebuy on the pullback below $14?
AEY still hanging strong in the .70's. Even though the company has ceased operations and the stock will be delisted next Tuesday 2/13 before the open. Have no clue who would touch this junk stock with only 2 full trading days til it's delisted to the pink sheets...yet there's plenty of buyers. Company has filed for bankruptcy, has ceased operations, the stock is probably completely worthless, and is getting delisted in days. Load up!
GREE up 28% today, DRCT up 19%, and GCT pushing $30. All 3 are pretty scammy. But nobody seems to care...
Sweet on GREE. Think it hit $4.05 premarket...and didn't take much volume to get there! Not sure why the pop today (guess Bitcoin strong), but I flipped my shares. So get ready for this one to fly 100% in a day very soon :)
Any thoughts on the GEOS results? Nice call on the boost they would get when the rental contract switched over to a purchase agreement, all being delivered in the Dec quarter. Led to a huge quarter obviously. But I guess the next couple of quarters will now be challenged because all that revenue was pulled forward?
Whoa ridiculously huge quarter from GEOS. But they pulled forward a bunch of revenue. Who knows how much? Maybe they'll lose money for the next quarter or 2. Tough one to value. CC in the morning will be very interesting.
Good luck on CSPI earnings next week. Stock has pulled back a few bucks, a bit surprising considering that contract win announced last week. I'm still cautious into the earnings report as could be a rough comp. But if they're wildly bullish on AZT potential...stock could shoot higher again. Or it could slide below $20 if they post puny EPS on declining revenues. I'll be watching from the sidelines.
Thanks luckily Yahoo is back up & running. That was weird. The PRs for every stock seemed to disappear for 24 hours.
A 20%+ earnings pop on AVNW is pretty sweet. Coulda bought all you wanted in the $29's (and even $28's) in the days heading into earnings. Wish I'd gotten a ton more...always easy in hindsight.
AVNW has been a cheap stock for a long time. I'm just surprised it's up so much when I thought the numbers came in right around expectations. But if stocks jumping way more than I figured is a trend this earnings season, I won't complain.
Had a lot more CRNT. Which seems to be getting a bump today in sympathy. A nice gain from the $2.30's just a couple days ago.
MLR up a whopping 1% on the favorable Q4 preannouncement. Again this one seems to fly under the radar. I added some shares this morning, but feel like I might be able to accumulate below $40 soon.
