Ok........so we wait.
So why don't you give us the alternative plan? Investoree.........Please?...........I told you my opinion was based on a failed plan .My proof is in the PR. I though so before the Pr that it would not work to get the chill lifted.teh Pr proved my opinion.
Next, I asked the question.............based on my opinion...why would a company follow a plan of action if it will not work? .conclusion in my opinion for the 5oth time for slow investoree......is that they don't want the chill removed or they are not very intelligent.............get it?It is my opinion that the appeal will not work.................so what is the alternative then to get us trading if my opinion happens to be right again??
Investoree..........that is Italian, for your informacionee.I el Gapper heard about this yesterday for the firs timee.
Really honest injun.............I fear you have to much imagination in regards to me. I am not as creative or cunning as El Brad, IMO
so the simple solution is a not go........OK.........what now. What about alternative plan A,B,C<d that you talked about? Your predictions there............are they going to be more accurate?
Can you help me?
I smell more dilution today...........anyone call recently?........I could?
How many Brad are there out there?.........nobody has ever gifted me one share of any stock........any........:) you guys are grasping at straws with me.
So how are we going to get this chill of genius??
Gee..........that does not make sense to me.If I have not offered any information you say.It sure has a lot of people pissed off............NO???........including you. If I am saying nothing why does it bug you?.......ignore the dumb Gapper.
Why is everyone so interested in telling me what to do??.....I have not told you to ride off into the sunset.I have not told you to sell or buy the thing.............Pal.
I don't really care about credibility as you put it. I care about loosing my money..............do you think IPWG has any credibility???........Not if you base it on the price of the stock. Not if you base it on the past........not if you base it on all the investors that have lost money.I don't understand your point at all.IMO
Mr investor...............did they get anything for the 100k spent????? Why ARE THEY AVOIDING A POSSIBLE EASY SOLUTION? we can wait for many more months and still get nothing.
I can't read a persons motives. I can only look at facts and try thought speculation to put the piece together. From one point of view my opinion could be possible. there is no way to verify any of it.there are only hints...........one person seem sit one way another another way.
Just like this SEC ruling ........YOU see it one way.........and the Sec sees it another. I was not joking..............I was stating my opinion of possible outcomes beacuse of the horrible past record, my mind is force to go into the gutter to try to get to the Truth of this investment....IMO
Lottery...........that is a little narrow minded. I just because you talk to somebody does not mean you loose your mind to them.We investors talk to everyone in order to get an understanding of what is going on.......I think you are smarter than that.
I have explained this many times over the years.I got into this because of Jack. I have met Peter and talk to Peter MANY TIMES over the years. After Jack left I would talk to him seldom because he left and told me he was not connected any more.
I gave IPWG a lot of money after talking to both of them............but Peter was in charge. I also stated many time that I have had a very hard time figuring out who is telling the Truth here. It is hard to do and I don't really know often if I am being deceived................all I have is personal experience to go by and my best guess. I am not God where I can accurately read people and their inner most intentions.............I can't do it.I have posted this often.I don't really trust anyone when it comes down to it. both sides have failed me.
When IPWG started coming back to life with this Poland deal I began to take it easy on IPWG so that they would perform ............but after they have failed me again.........causing further losses for me. I began asking the hard questions again. What turned me sour was the failure to provide the funding as promised on time...............then the dilution.
I talk to Jack occasionally or get an e-mail ......which he seems to send out to various people ...............that is his life. Sometimes he brings up good points...........that is all. I am trying to figure this thing out.............like you are.I talk to Benvengo.....I used to talk to brad ,investor and others.I think for myself.
I don't know what it will cost people in the future?.......if you mean a lost opportunity is a cost? I don't think that is a cost...........it is just a lost opportunity.I have tried that strategy for a long time....... it is probably better described as a gamble. I know the real cost for sure is all the people who are down big money right now.........which I think is everyone pretty much.Everyone who bought the stock was a loyal long.we all believed.they are not shorts or people to be hated or made fun off. Everyone has risked a lot here. All this is very painful.....to have hope and be let down.
I don't know what you describe as buying back the leisure shares is the same as filing an S1 registration for those shares? I don't think it is.I think lawyers feather their own nest and often have very wide range of opinions on how to solve a problem. They often are the problem and lead you astray, whether intentional or not...............Pretty much like doctors that have different opinions in curing illness.
We may have a situation here where the egos have gotten involved again in this long standing feud between the two founders and they may have let the past histories cloud their perceptions again.I know Benvengo has put a lot of time and effort on this path of action..............but if a simpler solution exits that would be great. An open mind is a very hard thing to maintain.................as we have experience for ourselves.........everyone here.
we all have one thing in common..........we are all in this war and we are comrades in arms in that way.we just have different opinions on what is the right course of action.IMO.
Sorry ...I got your name backwards..........I think I have some kind of dyslexia...I transpose letters and such.sorry
I understand KL.....but besides my dislike of the whole profession here is the simple reason backed up by a possible solution.
I got this e-mail today from Jack that I think he even sent to even the Fab four in hopes it makes it to the higher ups. It is from someone they love dearly.......to attack that is........:)
the solution may be quite simple if they could get their heads into the sunlight,IMO.Here is the e-mail; may be a public posting will get it to the source.
Subject: DTC suspension IPWG
This is for you people that are close to the Company.
I got below from the web site:
IPWG remains an eligible security in DTC’s system and, as noted DTC continues to provide custody services for the issue. The DTC response letter further stated, “DTC will lift the suspension on the provision of services for IPWG securities once the matter of the unregistered IPWG shares is resolved between IPWG and the SEC.”
=====================================================================================================================
The Company should hire Tom Boccieri, Esq, (SEC Attorney) to file a S1 Registration with the SEC for the shares issued to Signature Leisure, Inc.
I believe this would get rid of the suspension by registering Signature Leisure, Inc shares with the SEC.
Fighting the DTC is a waste of money.
You are correct................it is extremely gifted and all that............but only when it is funded. After their debacle with the Suspension and the past record........what do you think our chances are to get the money? and make some money for us, with the dilution and the Chill thing?
the bad decision was not dealing with the main issue first..............the unregistered shares from Signature. they are wasting their time dancing around the may pole.six months, a lot of share dilution and no chill removed? that is the bad decision.are you happy with the result???............Is everyone numb in the brain or what?
An you are sure if they make a bad decision that they will tell you about it and correct it??........Well.where is the MONEY??.....no updates on that......what is the alternative for getting off the suspension other than this BS appeal. No updates on that. But they
have always updated us on all their previous failures................please post such an update on Egypt, Saudi Illinois, Mexico....Add Power.............and any other little ones I forgot about.
can you make my Koo_laid green............ please? It matches my skin tone.
You know............I have not even bothered to read all that stuff. I don't think anything is ever settle by going to court.IMO........that kind of stuff never ends and it is crazy.
I don't have any answers when it comes to that.
I want to know the alternative that I am waiting for now!..........that will save my bacon. I don't put any hope in all that noise,IMO.
Honey............they did not stop you from selling your position. You where able to get out of it. They in fact stopped you from buying more..............because in their opinion it was a risky investment and you might not have found a market in the future to sell you position. If they would not have said something to protect YOU .............YOU would then have sued them for failing to protect you. they did you a service by protecting you.
No wonder they could not prove their case........IMO
chief........are we aver goingto make any money on these long shots?.......===-------->>>>>>
Mr.Ebb..........how is a failed attempt to remove the chill a positive success? Management just made another bad decision and produced nothing but further shareholder value..........how is that not a negative?
their failure has nothing to do with me...........It is Benvengo running the show, right? Now I own a lot of expensive stock and I hired management to manage my company and they just failed to produce results again.................Am I being negative?.........How?
Why should I support bed results?..........Now if they produce funding and figure a plan to lift the chill and make me money I will be all positive.I bought more shares after the share holders meeting and I am now down another 30 K by following their touting...............and then they diluted my shares to boot after failing to perform on all fronts.
Am I lying??..................how??...............how is this latest waste of six months a positive?I have heard the word wonderful for six years..............I guess it is still a new word for you.
Everybody forgets that there is still a chill on.there is nothing to prevent the few remaining brokers form following the lead of others. since they are continuing to bother the DTC with this Appeal, I wonder if the word will go out to clamp the vise tighter?
That is what happened at all the other brokers un announced..............why should it stop now?..........since we are playing hard ball.
IMO,............I just wonder if all this legal stalling is just an excuse to sell shares? Since the OS facts prove that it is so,with all the dilution.
Ok.........I am not an expert. So the market makers see the company is selling shares to pay for lawsuits and what ever. So the company sells shares.the company has to sell at the Bid which has been .0003 for a while.Who would buy this many shares? well the market makers are buying it in a way............but they are taking these shares as a short position ( a bet that the price will fall and they cover at lower levels) Market makers have to take this bet to protect themselves against further selling and price decline. they are going short from .0003 ( so they are taking all the company wants to sell at this price)...........knowing that latter when they have taken it all they will drop the price and cover at lower levels or hope the company goes bust at zero. That is why all the trades are at .0003 except for an occasional private investor that panics and buys at the ask............which the market makers are glad to sell to you since they have a boat load at .0003.
when this price level is exhausted...........they do it again. that is also why there is so much volume today...............the company knows that it has to sell as much as possible at these levels for better value since we are going lower in PPS and the shorters want to short all they can from these higher relative levels because it is more profitable for them. It works for both sides...............except us (average)share holders which will get a reverse split due to all the dilution and loose money............IMO.
Market makers shorting it..................IMO.they know its a good bet for them.
Wake up............the egg is on us, cause by bad management.Read the PR. Where is there any evidence that IPWG has a leg to stand on?? They could not get off the first yard line...........(like always) and the quarterback got sacked and is out of the game.
If they can do this................and if they can do that.these guys have never done anything right.PLEASE.....................show us one thing and not mental projections.
It is just a crazy thought.........but this stock makes me question all their motives. It is even to crazy to bother with...........they are probably not that bad.but this is what happens to a frail human mind
You know chief.....You bring up the point everyone dances around but a few. It was management who did this while all the time they are screaming it is someone else s fault. It is always someone else at fault with them. That is why they rotated executives like crazy because no one could work under the crazy wizard of OZ, IMO.
It was bad choices by the wizard.that is why you have management.............they are supposed to look out into the future and see the problems that may arise when you go down a certain dark alley............not be surprised latter when you are robbed. You should see it coming.
NOW we have to deal with my really crazy premise that they don't really want the chill off at all.Like I said in the past. If they get the money for funding..............do they really need us shareholders??.....IMO..........it sounds to crazy to be true..........yet??????
Well..........at some point someone has to yell uncle here.I just don't think Lottery can hold it all up by himself. We now have a chill that will not come off IMO with the tactics we are using. We now have to go into using plan "ABCDE"...................from the planet Zenon to get around the chill.then even if we get the money we will have to deal with a huge old split..............that is all the things go well for us. Man............talk about long shots.
once the shock wears off here............any sort of lunch money may be coming out ahead.IMO.............bad
I hate to say it..................but I told you so a while back, and my premise was looked at as totally crazy.I take no joy in being right on this one, bu t it is not total over yet.
If the chill and the financing are Not connected as Benvengo has told several people..........then there is a chance to survive.Lets end it on a good note. for investor and the Fab four and all of us who have lost a lot of money here.
Here is news on the Chill.

Press Release Source: International Power Group, Ltd. On Monday April 19, 2010, 9:07 pm
CELEBRATION, Fla., April 19, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- International Power Group, Ltd. (Pink Sheets:IPWG - News), a leading provider of waste-to-energy solutions, including waste-to-energy development and waste-to-energy technologies, announced that on April 14, 2010 the Securities Exchange Commission issued a ruling in the Administrative Appeal before the SEC in regard to IPWG's application for a stay of the Depository Trust Company ("DTC") chill on the public trading of IPWG's common stock.
In its ruling, the SEC denied the requested stay of the chill pending the decision of the SEC on the legality of the DTC's actions that are currently presented in the administrative appeal. As such, the DTC chill shall remain in place. The SEC found that IPWG did not present sufficient evidence to prove that IPWG or its shareholders have suffered "irreparable harm" by DTC's actions and that the chill did not appear to "negatively affect the efficiency of the market in IPWG shares".
The SEC further stated: "To the extent that investors experienced difficulties trading IPWG shares after the suspension of services, it appears that the policies of their brokers, rather than any requirements of the DTC, caused such difficulties.
IPWG's CEO, John Benvengo stated, "we are obviously disappointed with this ruling, but we view it merely as a setback, and not the final answer. We intend to continue to fight to convince the SEC that IPWG and its shareholders have suffered tremendous harm by the DTC chill, that the market for IPWG shares has been negatively impacted and that the DTC chill is completely unjustified under the circumstances."
The SEC has asked several questions of the parties and has set a schedule for further submissions to the SEC administrative appellate panel: (1) on May 13, 2010 the DTC will file its response to the questions raised by the SEC; (2) on June 14, 2010 IPWG submits its response and opposition to the DTC's response; and (3) on June 28, 2010 the DTC will file a reply to IPWG's submission.
A copy of the ruling and the Company's motion papers requesting a stay will be made available on the Company's website.

Press Release Source: Viral Genetics, Inc. On Monday April 19, 2010, 8:30 am
SAN MARINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Biotech company Viral Genetics, Inc., (Pink Sheets:VRAL - News), is relocating its research facilities to the life science cluster in Georgetown, Texas. Lead scientist Dr. Karen Newell has joined the faculty of Texas A&M University’s College of Medicine and has received a $750,000 grant to research bio-fuels from the Texas Emerging Technology Fund. Viral Genetics has optioned the rights through the University of Colorado to develop commercial applications from Newell’s research, including potential applications for bio-fuels and drug therapies for HIV/AIDS, Lyme Disease, cancer, strep and staph.
The move was the result of a joint effort by the Texas Life Sciences Collaboration Center (TLCC), the State of Texas and Opportunity Austin. Dr. Newell also expects to continue working with the University of Colorado.
Viral Genetics’ new laboratory is a new, 2,000 square foot facility located in the heart of Georgetown’s life science cluster.
Newell’s grant is dedicated to researching bio-fuel applications based on her metabolic disruption technology. The same line of research is being investigated for its potential to address drug resistant cancer cells.
“The move to Georgetown provides us with the ability to partner with Texas A&M,” said Haig Keledjian, the CEO of Viral Genetics. “This grant validates an exciting line of research into increasing yields of plant oils including algae bio-fuel and agricultural oils such as palm or corn oil.”
Viral Genetics will initially start with a small staff in its research facility. Plans are for the company to commercialize its patented processes and ultimately add many additional employees in the future.
A renowned scientist, Dr. Newell has over 30 issued or pending patents and has authored or co-authored several dozen peer-reviewed papers predominantly focused on immunology and cellular metabolism. She is currently developing a mechanism that she hopes will interfere with cancer cells’ ability to process energy. Her approach, if successful, could be used in conjunction with chemotherapy and radiation to destroy drug resistant tumors.
The same technology seems to be applicable to the development of bio-fuels. The $750,000 grant provides $150,000 a year for five years. Newell has patented a means of increasing fat stores in certain plants. Under stress, the plants release the fat that Dr. Newell believes can be harvested and refined as a cost-effective alternative to fossil fuels.
Dr. Newell is responsible for administering the grant and further exploring this technology’s potential for commercial use.
The TLCC’s Executive Director Russ Peterman said, “We are so excited to have Dr. Newell and her company joining us at the TLCC. With the recent expansion of Molecular Templates (MTI) and now the recruitment of Viral Genetics, our unique business model of recruiting post-incubation stage companies and providing extensive wet lab and clean room resources, is beginning to really return the investment that the City of Georgetown has made in our center.”
The TLCC is in the process of adding five new wet labs, a second tissue culture lab, and a Class 1000 clean room and nanotechnology optical laboratory.
The City of Georgetown is a partner in Opportunity Austin, a regional initiative to foster sustainable growth through the recruitment and creation of new jobs and increased payroll in the Central Texas region.
“Mark Thomas’ Economic Development Department for the City of Georgetown played a crucial role in coordinating agreement amongst the many parties crucial to this recruitment effort,” said Mel Pendland, the Georgetown Chamber President. “The Chamber and the City work together seamlessly in facilitating these kinds of recruitment efforts.”

Mr.Ebb............the Judas you describe is at the other end of the phone line. You have been taken for a ride..........welcome to the club Buddy.
Let me know when you wake up boy, and we can go after them........and send them up the river.Satan is good.He is clever and hides his identity and always let someone else take the fall.
allmixedup:..............It is not us selling son............it is the company.did you see yesterday we are at 4.2 billion shares. all of us old stock holders don't have enough shares to sell to YOU to cause this volume. You are failing to see the obvious.
We are not selling!.............we are complaining because our investment is being destroyed. why can't you see the facts?.........unless of course you have a different agenda? then your behavior is perfectly explained. IMO...........the companies agenda is plain to see. We got Nada!!...........but the shaft.IMO
Vaseline anyone.....how about you Doc.........just take a dollop with that laughing gas..........and buy some more.WOOPYE DOOPIE.........Auuggg.......Hugh............
Old news Mr Ebb...................I f you have not noticed..........the polish government is in shambles and no planes are really flying in Northern Europe........IMO.Nothing is going to be transferred for quiet a while everything is stuck as in molasses. What ever IPWG needed to get done is probably delayed. How unusual ....but don't listen to me.
I think we will all have plenty of time to look at the .0001 and ponder it.I called early today of the OS..........and someone posted later today (one day! folks)that it has almost gone up by another 100 million..............Yeah!..........they have done a great job at screwing us all.Not an opinion.........a fact!
Facts are not bashes.........they are juts facts. From my point of view management is bashing my investment and don't seem to care nothing for my equity or anyone else s.If this is not criminal what is????..........IMO.If they gt a disclaimer...I guess I have to use one also.Or you get sued after you get screwed.
I was able to get this number from the transfer agent today, as to the number of shares outstanding.
It is 4,160,737,071. I asked about the number of shares that are "free" trading. I was told by the transfer agent that he likes to leave that disclosure to the company itself and he feels it is their responsibility to do so. I asked if a majority of the shares with IPWG can be assumed to be "free" trading. I was told that was a fair assumption.
So friends..............we wait for our ship to come in and updates from the company on various points regarding our investment here.Any further assumptions and recent rumors that have been floating here seem to supported by the price action of the stock and the weekly increase in the OS.
I heard the rumor that 3 billion of the 4 billion are free trading........I will try to verify....that will prove/explain your questions
It is just as curious why you would post over a year old outdated web page............when Benvengo has said Add power is dead until there is some money?? Narec has no money and has not funded their part of the deal.......Curious......it would appear you are not well informed. Hope this helps you get a clearer picture of things. If not.......how about .0004.........that should help since it is all factored in the price of the stock.
What are we all waiting for here?........We don't really know? That is a huge problem for any stock. Major uncertainty will provide major price decline. You can always get some gamblers to come back and buy at these extremes......but right now this seems like a run away truck.I can buy a few million shares............a few million for only a few hundred dollars!!.......shocking really. But that is like trowing a small brick in front of the 18 wheeler............will that slow it down?
Right now ,IMO there is no reason for this to reverse its course until they get the funding news........yet even if it comes, will it really have the impact it should have had on the 25th of February when we all where promised it would arrive?
Every time this delay thing happens it just crushes our believe in the company and costs us money. So, Who is really going to throw major money at the extreme lows?............IMO, not many.Yes. we may buy a few million but who will take the major leap and get a boat load? There are now a lot of shares that have to be bought to reverse the trend.Who will step in front of the truck?............You go first and I will follow after I see some slow down. When there is no more blood on the street I will look at it then. I don't see anything else that can be done right now. IMO.
Brez:..........I used to live in Las Vegas...........Your thinking does seem to make sense on the surface.Yet Vegas never goes broke because the gambler never gives up.the gambler always goes broke. It is a fools bet..............yet who is to say we are not already major fools for coming this far.I am...........
Now the question is do you do it again?............I don't know..I just don't like these guy any more and don't trust anything about them.May be I have reached the point where you just invest for the flip and get out............:)
IMO.........we are back to waiting for then next miracle again........this last run that has consumed six months has not resulted in anything for the longs who held.My position is diluted by 88% as some posted elsewhere...........that is just with dilution.
I got my hopes on other stocks.we need a miracle on steroids here.IMO.
Your post makes sense and from the IPWG stand point and seems to support the argument that we have been shorted all along.and like you posted.......the question is can IPWG survive long enough to get the stock trading freely again?
Even if we survive and prevail.........what will the share structure be for us? there will be so many shares out that we will get a terrible reverse...........Then we have to ask the question?.........did we really survive?we really survived ??
May be with financing and lots of other deals we shall prevail........but right now it seems so far out and like a dream.
I really have no idea how this will turn out because I have no experience with the DTC or the SEC.It could be that the SEC gives lip service to IPWG to make a good show.........but when it comes down to it , they could be in bed with the DTC ultimately and just hope we wither on the vine first........who in the heck knows.?
My little Pea brain is taxed out thinking about this looser for so long.we need so good news..........but when and if it comes will it finally be enough?
I want to see proof that those shares are restricted. I also want to see proof that the dilution is going for a good cause. To just blindly believe in made up hopes is foolish, IMO.........after the long history here.
I don't see any time line on the DTCC problem in the PR.........I also did not see any update on the money.I don't find that reassuring enough personally to buy more stock. Remember my silly post of a few weeks ago that talked about lack of incentive to get the chill lifted?............it does not seem silly now.....It is too scary. I don't want to be right here.I want investor to be right so the stock will go up $$$$$................but crap........I seem to be hitting the nail on the head.......IMO.
Doc..........You are right........the market makers are shorting this stock. But you fail to ask where is all this the stock coming from every day that is being sold on the open market???.......that stock is coming to the market by dilution. Private investors do not have 100 million shares to sell every day.Like you said, when those shares show up to be sold.........the market makers gladly short the stock because they don't see and end to the selling.
The market makers are only going short beacuse the company is diluting. The company is giving them no option. Why should the market makers go long when there is more shares coming each and every weeK???...........It does not make any other business sense for them.It would be stupid to fight the trend.
Then you get mad at Gapper blaming me for scaring investors way.......:) I am not scarring investors away. IPWG is scaring them away......mainly because they can't buy the stock. Even if they could buy the stock.....should they?? We have do time line on the chill or the money. The company just put out a terrible PR that just creates more doubts than answers, IMO. ..............and the market seems to agree with this opinion.
I keep asking for proof of the money...........proof that the dilution is not juts going to waste, I want proof in filings that will hold the company responsible, that is all. I want there to be some truth to the whole story............if I did not I would not be here that long and have invested more money than you.I am protecting my investment by getting rid of lies when they appear. I want a real honest do something company ...........not a hyped up BS story promoted by Pinocchio.I will not go along with hype and lies to save my money as some other seem to be willing to do.
Your view in my opinion is too narrow and blind by avoiding the facts of dilution and non-verification of the Pr's..........why would you not want that? If the storys we are told are true...........how is that verification any kind of problem? It is only a problem if the story is not true.
I am very glad IPWG is working to fix this as you state............we just need verification, that is all.As long as they do not verify............the decline will continue.IPWG is responsible for this........not Gapper or the Market makers
I just go tthis in an email

Massively Significant News from Viral Genetics (VRAL) $0.06
Okay, stop everything your doing for a moment and give us your undivided attention. What just had happened here is massively significant. We repeat, massively significant. We're not going to call this news, because it isn't news, it's an event. We are going to try not to be too wordy, in fear that it might dilute -- just how massively important this event is. This goes straight into the journals of the OMG. And it has been "missed" in our opinion, solely because this is a tiny, trading under 1.00, stock.
The FDA has confounded the Wall Street experts for year -- both by not approving something all of the experts thought for sure would be approved. And also by approving something that all of the experts never thought would never get approved. Bottom line, you can't, no one can, ever predict what the FDA will do. But what we can see is PROGRESSION of the science. And milestones achieved along the way is what is defined by Wall Street as massively significant.
So if you have been following this stock or you have traded this stock or if you currently own the stock -- we are here to tell you that there has never been a better time in the company's history, to own this stock. Ever. We have just witnessed Viral Genetics cross a major, major PROGRESSION milestone today.
As Drexel Burnham used to issue its "Highly confident" letter in the 80's, we are issuing our "Highly confident" letter, that shareholders of today -- will be outstandingly happy that they made the decision to become a shareholder or to remain a shareholder, after reading about today's event.
Highly Confident: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Highly_confident_letter
And further, we can say this to friends and to family members, in addition to subscribers. Will there be better times in the future ? Well possibly. But there are two issues to address. One is how they are progressing and two is, at what share price. Obviously the further they progress with their technology, the better it is to be a shareholder. But the second part of the equation is the stock price. If they have progressed the science and the share price hasn't followed, well then yes, that would be a better time.
If however, the share price has tripled or quadrupled, then it is not such a sure call. Yes the risk is less because the technology has been further proved up, but a new risk enters in that you have to pay dearly -- for that reduction in risk. So what we are saying is when you examine the progress to date and you look at the CURRENT six cent share price, we can be Highly confident when we say, "that there has never been a better time to own the shares," in our opinion.
So what is this event. And again we'll try our best not to be too wordy.
We have never seen this in the past, but TWO major Universities just announced that they are going to help Viral Genetics, further progress it's technology. That is unheard of. We had the Chancellor of the Texas A&M University and the Chancellor of University of Colorado both say they will jointly...well let's just use their words...
"By joining forces, I believe our efforts will be stronger." And..."I am pleased to collaborate with such a significant research institution as the Texas A&M Health Science Center to unlock the mysteries of illnesses that affect every segment of society."
Do we have your attention now ? Are we the only ones who just read that ?
This isn't from two mad scientist in white lab coats, this isn't from some professor, or from someone on the teaching staff. These are quotes from the Chancellor's. This is from the Nancy W. Dickey, M.D., president of the Texas A&M Health Science Center and vice chancellor for health affairs for The Texas A&M University System. This is from Pam Shockley-Zalabak, Chancellor from The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. They have apparently examined the drugs potential and effectively "green lighted" it.
This is like the President of Rolls Royce and the President of Enzo Ferrari getting together and announcing they a going to help some small company, whose shares are selling for under $1.00, develop a new luxury sports car. Will that car ever get to market ? And here is the better part, if you can imagine it getting any better. This technology was licensed by Viral Genetics FROM the University of Colorado.
Did you catch that ?
That means that they are getting help to develop this drug, FROM the University that they licensed it from ! When have you ever seen anything like that ? Usually when Universities license out a technology, whoever licensed it out, is FULLY responsible for paying for the developing the technology all on there own ! This as we've said, is unheard of.
Lastly while we know that Viral will now be benefiting from the resources (labs, testing, staff etc) from two major Universities, we do not know the budget and once we know that, Wall Street, or a small part of it (let's call it our part of it) will stand at attention. This is better than an IPO, because there is no dilution to current shareholders and this is better then a loan, for obvious reasons.
We will find out details and we will report on our findings (which we assume will be publicly released) -- so we don't break any laws. Just think all of this, work being done at Harvard, work being done by the University of Colorado, work being done by Luc Montagnier the co-discoverer of HIV and work being done at Texas A&M -- and all wrapped up in a pretty package selling for under 1.00 a share. Leaves us near speechless.

Monday , April 12, 2010 06:30ET SAN MARINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)
The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs will work collaboratively with the Texas A&M Health Science Center in the areas of bioenergetics, immunology and cell life, according to a memorandum of understanding between the two schools announced Monday, April 10. Nancy W. Dickey, M.D., president of the Texas A&M Health Science Center and vice chancellor for health affairs for The Texas A&M University System, and Pam Shockley-Zalabak, chancellor, UCCS, signed the memorandum of understanding that will promote collaborative research between the two institutions.
Through their collaborative activities, the universities intend to advance the scientific study and understanding of cell metabolism, cell communication, and programmed cell death that is central to the treatment and cure of such diseases as cancer, HIV/AIDS, Lyme disease and others. "I am pleased to collaborate with such a significant research institution as the Texas A&M Health Science Center to unlock the mysteries of illnesses that affect every segment of society," Shockley-Zalabak said. "By joining forces, I believe our efforts will be stronger."
UCCS has established the CU Institute of Bioenergetics and Immunology to support a multidisciplinary approach to understanding cellular metabolism (choice of fuel, energy production, storage and consumption) and cellular communication. The HSC College of Medicine has established a multidisciplinary research program in its Department of Surgery that will study programmed cell death.
M. Karen Newell, Ph.D., formerly the Markert Professor of Biology at UCCS and director of the CU Institute of Bioenergetics, has joined the faculty at the HSC-College of Medicine, where she will hold the Raleigh R. White Endowed Chair in Surgical Research at Scott & White and lead the programmed cell death research program. Under the terms of the memorandum of understanding, Newell will continue to provide guidance and scientific direction to the CU Institute of Bioenergetics and Immunology and will advise on future UCCS investment in the institute. Newell also will guide the collaborative activities of the two institutions. Under Newell's leadership, the universities' collaborative activities may include sharing faculty research expertise, laboratory space, equipment, administrative support, and financial resources.
Newell said, "It's an honor to be able to coordinate research efforts with two such highly respected institutions. CU has a deep understanding of how this technology regarding cell metabolism and treatments for autoimmune diseases was developed, where it is headed and the benefits it will deliver. My new colleagues at the Texas A&M Health Science Center will contribute fresh insight and expertise. This partnership is the best possible way to ensure that these initiatives move forward successfully and that the technologies reach their full potential."
Viral Genetics, Inc., has entered into license agreements for discoveries resulting from Newell's work at CU. Haig Keledjian, president of Viral Genetics (OTC:VRAL.PK), said of the newly formed collaboration, "We now have the resources of two leading universities behind our research team. This joint effort will provide Dr. Newell's very important work with the support it deserves. Since we licensed Dr. Newell's technology years ago, we have witnessed many breakthroughs.
With her extraordinary ability, we have very high hopes of developing treatments for the multiple diseases she is working on. We are 100 percent behind Dr. Newell and this collaboration that offers increased hope for people with many debilitating and life-threatening diseases." Keledjian also announced Viral Genetics' intention to establish a physical presence in both Colorado Springs and Georgetown, Texas, to support the continued collaborative and individual research efforts of the two institutions.
Headquartered in San Marino, Calif., Viral Genetics discovers and develops drug therapies to treat infectious, autoimmune and immunological deficiency disorders using its targeted peptide technology (TPT), metabolic disruption technology (MDT) and thymus nuclear protein compound (TNP). Viral Genetics has optioned the exclusive right to develop any and all drug therapies based on TPT and MDT technology through an agreement with the University of Colorado and V-Clip Pharmaceuticals (a Viral Genetics subsidiary.) Viral Genetics has formed a wholly owned subsidiary, MetaCytoLytics, Inc, to advance its research into MDT. Online at www.viralgenetics.com.

Going Concern Statements. We would like to point out that the majority of companies listed on the OTC Bulletin Board have factors which create an uncertainty about the their ability to continue as a going concern. These concerns are typically related to financing (or lack of), competitive environments, lack of operating history and operating at loss levels which is typical of most start-ups. These statement can usually be found in their most recent 10Q filings and typically you don't have to dig to far down past the financial tables. We think it would be wise for most investors to assume that all companies listed on the OTC Bulletin Board (and many on NASDAQ) have going concern issues.

Important Distinction #1. First and foremost the Watch List is just that. A watch list. It is not a buy list. Meaning that there will be no buys or sales issued by the Internet Stock Review. If this was a buy list, you can rest assured that we would crank up our Public Relations arm into high gear, full speed ahead and damn the torpedoes to make everyone know just how brilliant we were when we issued the list. Interviews on CNBC, articles in Barron's and accolades in the Wall Street Journal--the only thing we love more than money is praise and fame--but it just isn't going to happen. What the Internet Stock Review is...is a "news aggregation service". With the advent of the Internet, everyone knows what that term means. What it means to us is the following: We will follow the progress of as many Internet related publicly traded stocks as humanly possible (The large, the small and the minuscule) and advise you of when they have reported news. As a subscriber to the Internet Stock Review, this means you will be able to broadly follow the entire industry right from a single e-mail. We will report who released news and point (with hyper links) to where the news can be found. We try to use Yahoo! Finance as extensively as possible so we don't send you all over cyberspace. We love Yahoo, you will too. Any decisions as to buy or sell however, are strictly up to you.
Which leads to important distinction #2.
