IF (Big letters) Matin effectively signed a LOI and deposited $50,000 or so then did appropriate DD and the deal didn't make sense (as per the expertise referred to thereafter), I assume Matin to be smarter than assumed by the "accuser" ???
This being said, who knows?

" Promotional Apparel Cost/Profit "
Cost of Bangladeshi Origin Cap Using 16/1 yarn, 108/56 Bull Duck/Twill construction. 100% cotton fabric origin Pakistan, but Cap cut and made in Bangladesh. Bangladeshi origin fabric is 16% more than Pakistani fabric as Bangladesh is not a cotton producing country.
Twill Cap = C.I.F. Landed U.S.A. Duty + Quota Fee Paid $0.88 pcs based on one 40 foot container load. $0.89 cents if 20 Foot Container.
If embroidery is done in Bangladesh than add about 25 cents more per cap on an average
If embroidery is done in U.S.A. than add $1.25 per cap (note 500% more cost)
Now tell me, if you are a businessman. Will you buy cap in Bangladesh and embroidery dome in U.S.A. at 500% more cost?
Now what this tell you about embroidery venture in U.S.A.
You now must be happy (assuming the source does exist and said what you report)

Why Embroidery Firm, MKL, Inc. In U.S.A.??
In U.S.A. embroidery work cost 300% more than in Bangladesh? There are atleast 50 embroidery contractors in Bangladesh looking for contract work on apparel and accessories like cap etc.
Just think:
veltex brings in apparel from Bangladesh than sends apparel or accessory to the embroidery unit, unpack them, do the necessary embroidery work re-package them, finish them again like ironing, re-box them again then than ship them back to the warehouse.
What happens to Tags? Markers? label?, re-ironing? finishing? and overall apparel presentation quality?
Involving American labor for highly competetive promotional accessory business? Come-on give me a break, you can't even make 3% profit in here, that is why thousand upon thaosands of apparel plants including embroidery shops closed down?
You can buy these units for free and still loose 100K per month as operating loss.
Guess what? A cotton twill cap for fast food restaurant with embroidered logo can be purchase for u.s. 0.70 cents in Bangladesh and you can buy them by the truck loads over at 1331 Broadway cap building right in New York city for 90 cents a pop based on container load.
If you do your embroidery work in U.S.A. that same cap is $1.50 or more in U.S.A. at wholesale.
So if the order is for 50,000 caps and can be purchase from Bangladesh for $50 K with freight and duty ready to deliver to the client. Why would someone pay $75K for the same?
Does it make sense?
I think fraud Matin is buying this company for either rip-off the investor with over invoicing so that he can cook the book and take cash out from Veltex account from recent stock sale.
There is no business logic here at all.
A crook is a crook and criminal that is exactly what fraud Matin is. Don't trust this guy at all. Someone need to lock this fraud Matin guy.

ee I am a nice guy. Here some more help for you:
Strategies To Keep Anger At Bay
Relaxation
Simple relaxation tools, such as deep breathing and relaxing imagery, can help calm down angry feelings. There are books and courses that can teach you relaxation techniques, and once you learn the techniques, you can call upon them in any situation.
Some simple steps you can try:
Breathe deeply, from your diaphragm; breathing from your chest won't relax you. Picture your breath coming up from your "gut."
Slowly repeat a calm word or phrase such as "relax," "take it easy." Repeat it to yourself while breathing deeply.
Use imagery; visualize a relaxing experience, from either your memory or your imagination.
Nonstrenuous, slow yoga-like exercises can relax your muscles and make you feel much calmer.
Practice these techniques daily.

I realy try to help you here !!!
Hallucinations — changes in the senses, such as hearing voices or seeing unusual things that are not there
Delusions — bizarre fixed beliefs that are not based in reality
Paranoia — feeling fearful that others are plotting against you
Disorganization – changes in thought processes, such as having trouble thinking clearly or becoming easily confused.
Just got in this stock speculating that there could be more to gain than to loose at these levels (Sorry for those that posted herein by the end of 2001).
The only question I have is: "Can the management do whatever is needed to justify a capitalisation greater than $ 1,500,000?"
Doesn't take much to justify that.
Let's see ...
A major event to come, one way or the other.

Abstracts from:
Veltex Will Meet Customers from Exhibit in Columbus
Apr 16, 2004 (financialwire.net via COMTEX) -- (FinancialWire)
...
Veltex Corp. is enrolled in Investrend Research's which facilitates independent analysts to provide financial coverage for shareholders and investors in companies that otherwise would have little or no analyst following.
Investrend Research analyst Gary Barohn, CFA, is preparing a Focus report on the company. (I realy look forward to reading that)
The Dow Jones (NYSE: DJ) Newswires has stated that independent research has been growing in credibility over the past 18 months, specifically citing Investrend Research, ...
78 percent of active stockholders now "value research from independent firms over analysis by Wall Street firms with financial ties to the companies they are rating."
A survey at Investopedia reveals that 74.7% of
investors say that "legitimate fee-based research is objective and useful," and 70.9% say that a company that enrolls for "legitimate fee-based research is making a positive statement about its investment potential."

Note: Whenever this report comes out I think a large step toward getting CREDIBILITY will be made (Forward or backward).
Could it be a pre-requisite to Veltex issuing audited financials with CREDIBILITY?
ImakeMONEY
Thanks!
Paying for booths is effectively another one.
I also beleive that a Veltex company does exist and does business.
What I look for is: "What is it realy worth?"
For the moment capitalisation looks like $2,500,000 + or -.
Effectively I communicated with V.Duff that I do not personnally know. The first time was over 2 years ago.
I did post herein what could be without breaching agreements of confidenciallity.
If you want to know more about her go to:
http://www.ryze.com/go/toryduff , or
http://www.boldventuresgroup.com/aboutus.html
Do I BELEIVE what she said? YES
Do I KNOW that she only said the thruth? NO
Beleiving for me is different from knowing.
You on the contrary seem to KNOW who is behind the aliases herein, KNOW that everyone mentionning Veltex is a crook and a liar and even KNOW who is talking to who off this board.
To prove that I am not mad at you but sorry for you, here is a link that you may want to consult for your good and ours:
http://www.seroquel.com/cons_asp/underschiz/underschiz.asp?p=c_care
I particularly like:
Positive Symptoms — distortion of normal function.2 These symptoms include the following:
Hallucinations — changes in the senses, such as hearing voices or seeing unusual things that are not there
Delusions — bizarre fixed beliefs that are not based in reality
Paranoia — feeling fearful that others are plotting against you
Disorganization – changes in thought processes, such as having trouble thinking clearly or becoming easily confused.
Good reading and good luck.
O.K. let's be serious for a minute.
Nobody (posting on an anonymous board) can honestly say he knows what Veltex is or not.
The only way to develop an opinion (more or less right or wong) is to look at what is publicly available and how reliable it is or not.
Let's start by the negatives or unknowns:
1- The company doesn't report normally
2- The 2001-2002 financials were released but the auditing firm (an American one by the way)involved remains unknown. Therefore these can be suspicious.
3- Eccept from the recently occupied facility, no one saw the Bengladesh's operation.
4- Matin continuously missed on delivering as promissed
5- We have no information verifyable on financials after 12/31/2002
6- (include your own DD findings)
Now lets look at the positive or known facts:
1- 3 months after Anne Tahim released 2001-2002 financials, was informed of what is being said about Veltex (Bengladesh) and involved appropriate ressources to investigate, she did not release anything suggesting she may have been fooled by Matin.
2- 5 months after his nomination Jameel Ashmad has not released that he has resigned.
3- 2 months after he went on the air, confirming what Anne Tahim released and adding that 2003 was even better, Steve Fryer, Managing Partner, Grant Bettingen, investment banker for Veltex Corporation did not take back what he said.
4- Close to 2 months after it associated its name to Veltex and notwithstanding "rumors" E & E remains associated with Veltex.
5- 1 month ago, after publicly admitted disagreement (fee AND access to information) Investrend released that: "Veltex Corp.
(OTC: VLVT) has been removed from suspension in the Investrend shareholder empowerment program, and Investrend Research analyst Gary A Barohn, CFA, will begin immediately to prepare a Focus Report.
6- (Include your own DD findings).
Looking at the above you can develop the opinion (no possible certitude yet) that Veltex is a company (there is obviously one paying some bills)that may or not succeed (failures are frequent with small companies) but no one can affirm that it's nothing hiding behind a scam (Quite unprofitable with shares staying at 1 penny or so).
The question remains what PPS is justified by whatever Veltex is?
For that to be known, better credibly audited financials are required and, till then, speculation is the name of the game.
My opinion: Based on the above and taking into account personnal sources, Veltex exists and it's worth more than 1.5 pennies.

Considering the content of your posts I tought you would appreciate the following. You realy do not have to thank me.
Source: Freud's Psychosexual Stages of Development
Phallic Stage:
This is probably the most challenging stage in a person's psychosexual development. The key event at this stage, according to Freud, is the child's feeling of envy and fear of the same-sex parent. In boys, this situation is called the "Oedipus Complex" (aka the Oedipal Complex), named after the young man in a Greek myth who killed his father.
Boys, in the midst of their Oedipus Complex, often experience intense "castration anxiety", which comes from the fear of punishment from the fathers.
Failure in the Oedipus conflict is at the core of psychological disorder.
If a man is unable to successfully resolve the conflict, he will have no control on his envy and hostility vis-à-vis those of his own sex, and will be unable to move on to the next developmental stage.
Phallic Fixation:
Anxiety and guilty feelings about sex, fear of castration, and narcissistic personality.
Gratifying Activities:
Masturbation and genital fondling.
O.K. I admit it ... I'm homosexual.
God gave me a perfectly working male body but seeded into me the spirit of a lesbian. I am therefore a male lesbian.
If ridicule did kill, you would not be here posting your garbage that interests no one.
I think you should call your lawyer, complain to SEC and the FBI (Unfortunately Rumsfeld has few minor other issues to resolve for the moment) and pray Boudha so he punishes those daring not accepting your thruth.
By the way, may be you should suicide so the non-beleivers loose access to your great contribution herein.

Following my previous note to you the posts I showed you were deleted from the message board where they appeared.
Roger
Thanks for deleting this garbage.
However, considering the importance of the accusation, I had time to forward these to the 3 addressees under the title: "In case you care).
If I was accused in such a criminal way I would appreciate knowing it. I tought appropriate to inform those involved of these accusation they may not otherwise know of.
Thanks again.
By the way, this guy cannot even read a PR:
He writes: "(1) Again PR Newswire does not mention any reference to E & E Communication."
The PR reads: "CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif., and COLUMBUS, Ohio, Apr 15, 2004/PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Veltex Corporation (OTC: VLVT), ...
SOURCE Veltex Corporation
CONTACT:Paul Knopick of E & E Communications, +1-949-707-5365,
pknopick@eandecommunications.com, for Veltex Corporation"
How could someone not even able to read a PR find a plant anywhere or discuss business meaningfully.
This guy is a real joke. He however is trying to convince others thru arguments of his own. That helps us all notice his anger for Matin. He even makes easy to verify lies putting all others in perspective. That is over an above his ridiculous promisses never filled and his references to his lawyers (I doubt he ever saw one except when accused himself) and all possible regulators he said he is in contact with.
Initially, he was making me mad but now I enjoy laughing when I read his garbage.
What a ridicule individual.
I may be completely out of it but here is the scenario I think we can expect relatively soon, up to year end:
1- Financials up to end of 2Q 2003 (at least) will be released and seriously audited.
2- Witness will come public telling what they KNOW first hand (E & E Communications, InvesTrend and Anne Tahim)
Thereafter (I assume after the PPS will be what it should be) the LOI will turn into a firm purchase.
Before year end the company will start reporting to SEC.
Unless there is nothing behind the stock (I do not beleive that to be the case) Matin (owner of millions of shares) must now understand that such is the required scenario for him (and us) to shares worth something.
I hope such a plan is being put in place behind close doors and that it will be executed during the next few months.
As stubborn as he is (from what I found out) he is not dumb (was I said) and will soon understand that CREDIBILITY is what he must get within the market.
This being said, I do not yet dare adding to my position but keep all my shares for the moment.
Sincerely trying to beleive the above, I now go to bed to keep my dream going.
Good night!
For fun, I went back on RB (hadn't for a long time) and went to see what was written 1 year ago today. Expectation was for the release of an audit the following day. We effectively got one ... BY ERROR was it said 3 days later. The PPS was then in the $0.025 range ???
Here are some examples of posts of 1 year ago (still sound familiar ... except for the PPS):

I'll be happy-
If it runs up to .05 and holds that as a base. This will go through a lot of buys and sells. IBCS has just gone through their trend before holding a good solid .04 base. This AUDIT has to come soon, or we'll all be able to pick up a lot of real cheap shares in a matter of a few days. I'm long and strong, and have bought all the way down to .013. I have an excellent average right now. Hope I don't average down any more???
Come on MATIN and VLVT, release the AUDIT!!!!!!!! I'll hold till they do release. We now have a good base of .02 holding for these last few sessions. Lets not lose the base again. .01 and .015 SUCKS !!!!
**************************************************************
Effectively, $0.0135 SCKS !!!
What I wait for:
1- 1/14/2004 7:04:53 AM: "The company plans to release preliminary financials for the First and Second Quarters of 2003 shortly. The full year 2003 numbers will be released in a few months." ...
That was said 3 months (13 weeks) ago. I hope the delay to be the result of a better auditing process by Anne Tahim.
2- 3/10/2004 7:02:00 AM: "Veltex Corporation (VLVT) announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to purchase MKL, Inc., Anaheim, California." ...
Has it been contracted for?
3- Mar 15, 2004: "Investrend Research analyst Gary A Barohn, CFA, will begin immediately to prepare a Focus Report." ...
It was said that this could take many weeks.
Till these become available, predictions are strictly a reflexion of one's beleif and hope.
I will never understand why some will make arses of themselves and think they are comic ???
I assume than being anonymous allows them to demonstrate their lack of intelligence without being known.
I feel bad for these no-life people but hope they could be cured thru appropriate means ... whatever they are.
There is no way to verify that some posters herein are or not connected between themselves and with Matin (anyone can claim anything he wants herein).
However the following 4 of 5 news releases do confirm that, within the last 5 months, 4 persons having public credencials did accept to join Matin to publicly support his story. To my knowledge, none of them negated his affiliation with Veltex since.
They may all be crooks or naive individuals but personally I do not beleive that.
Within few weeks we should have a new person adding his name to the list whenever his focus report becomes available to InvesTrend.

Here are the reasons why I do not yet know what Veltex is all about.
Some reasons why I beleive it COULD BE a highly profitable speculation:
1- Notwithstanding continuous delays in issuing news as promissed, we see consistency in whatever is being said relative to revenues and profits...
2- Many (E & E Communications, Anne Tahim, an investment banker, ...) accepted to promote Matin's story without having pulled out after months of relationship.
3- InvesTrend changing its decision after they tought Matin was hiding informations to them (over and above apparently refusing to pay a small fee).
4- Private communications of mine with many people claiming to be close to Matin.
Some reasons why I beleive it COULD BE a bad speculation leading to net loss:
1- Absence of formally audited financials.
2- Lack of normal reporting (caused by previous point?)
3- Continuous low PPS (notwithstanding the number of people presumably knowing the real situation)
In this context, any beleif can, for the moment, be justified but I do not think anyone can AFFIRM what Veltex is or not CREDIBLY in an anonymous context.
CREDIBILITY will only come from formally audited financials and normal reporting.
Till then, this is a game that allows anyone to BET that he knows ... me included.
In case you care, I personally feel he is a liar (my opinion) but he puts up argumentations and/or informations in his posts aimed at supporting his own opinions (contrary to SSFTN as an example).
Future will tell if he has been right or wrong but till then, I will have to admit that, notwithstanding our differences, he have the right to post his views ... whatever his motivation(s), the same as I have.
Not knowing what Veltex is realy all about, a gold mine, a scam or something in between, I do not mind arguing with others, whatever their opinions, whenever I FEEL appropriate. I do not feel appropriate to argue with this individual but this is not a reason for throwing him out.
You and I have not agreed up to now but I still accept your right to your opinion (and the right to post it herein) and do not mind answering you when you seem to be polite.
What I feel should be taken out are those plugging the same continuous unsupported statement and those insulting writers expressing a different opinions.
This being said, neither you nor I have much control on who does or not post herein.
He finally did it and sucked in others into answering his thereby rendering this board less ans less useful.
Personally, I intend to keep posting my opinions (that's all it is) and whatever information I can get to (if any) for those in here interested. I hope these interested posters keep expressing their opinions and/or reasonning, not getting discouraged by the childish exchanges we have to go thru to get to more valuable texts.
Probably unsuccessfully, I still want to encourage you all not to entertain the anger poster having his own personnal reasons to attack Matin.
I repeat it, I do not yet know what Veltex is or not. However, in my opinion, over the last few months, some events did justify a controlled optimism. Let's see where that leads us, shareholders.
As you say, the choice is mine ... given an alternative.
However, if as an example, I do not think you should need SSFTN, patohoofduecrack, and Hoofdaddy to be reported to throw them out.
Note that I did not include Miamimice. I realy have no respect for him but his posts are generally made of information (made up or not) trying to support his claimed opinion (whatever his motives).
A message board is a message board, therefore anonymous and subject to include more or les reliable messages.
3 types on individual get involved in them:
- Traders having interest to promote or bash the stock in function of their personnal short term interest
- Speculators understanding the risk they took but interested in finding out about the fundamentals whenever possible, having long term objectives ... generally.
- Less interesting people who, for personnal reasons or for fun (???) will post useless, childish garbage (as the kid throwing a rock in your window ... just for fun ???). Completing this group of people are those having personnal reasons to disparage the company and/or its management by spreading false informations within more accurate ones.
3 types of posts are therefore created by these.
- Traders will bsh or promote a stock using whatever mean they can (facts, rumors, lies, ...)
- Kids will insult, call names, keep repeating the same unjustified affirmation time and time again, ...
-Speculators will try to do their DD, get facts, quote sources and find whatever information allowing to better understand their risk in time.
Traders can be frustrating to speculators and vice versa but that goes with the different objectives of these people. It's therefore very much acceptable, as long as these objectives are understood.
What renders a board useless is when the other gang of trouble makers start taking to much space. Recently, this what did happen in here unfortunately. Playing their childish game with them by responding (very tempting), creates the "snowball going down the hill" effect and the phenomenon grows to a point where these childish exchanges discourage more serious posters.
Recently, this is what did happen in here unfortunately.
If this courtyard become inappropriate for someone, finding another more appropriate is the best thing to do.
ImakeMONEY,
Almost as soon as you put up this board, I joined in and dropped RB which had become the playground of uneducated kids or outwright mentally sick individuals.
For months, with very few exceptions, we were able to trade opinions and discuss whatever reasonning we used to justify them.
Then we started having posts by emotional individuals unable to accept that someone was arriving at different opinions, notwithstanding that NO ONE IN HERE KNOWS FOR SURE what Veltex is or not. These were not appropriate but, except for name calling, we could live with them.
Then some mentally hill individuals started posting multiple messages attacking people they do not even know (blow job to Matin, fag, ...).
Finally the famous SSFTN came in and duplicated the 2 or 3 years old messages, sorry message with no "S", again and again.
Time probably has come to abandon this now poluted message board, hopefully getting one where opinions can be traded for what they are: OPINIONS, favourable or unfavourable.
In no way do I have anything but recognition for your effort but, as all of us, you now are victim of pollutors having nothing but time to offer, increasingly using this time to demonstrate their genetic stupidity.
I will keep following and writing on this board (however not acknowledging those having nothing to offer),till a better site becomes available but have to say I hope shrotker succeeds in executing his plan.
Till then, thanks for your work herein.
For those thay want to keep bashing during the Holiday... and have a nice one.

Top Ten Reasons Eve Was Created
10. God was worried that Adam would frequently become lost
in the garden because he would not ask for directions.
9. God knew that one day Adam would require someone
to locate and hand him the remote.
8. God knew Adam would never go out and buy himself a new fig leaf
when his wore out and would therefore need Eve to buy one for him.
7. God knew Adam would never be able to make a doctor's, dentist,
or haircut appointment for himself.
6. God knew Adam would never remember which night to put
the garbage on the curb.
5. God knew if the world was to be populated, men would never
be able to handle the pain and discomfort of childbearing.
4. As the Keeper of the Garden,
Adam would never remember where he left his tools.
3. Apparently, Adam needed someone to blame his troubles on when
God caught him hiding in the garden.
2. As the Bible says, It is not good for man to be alone!
And the #1 reason why God created Eve...
1. When God finished the creation of Adam, He stepped back,
scratched his head, and said, "I can do better than that!"
Sky-King,
Could you somehow get rid of "patohoofduecrack".
Apart from his sexual frustrations he doesn't have anything to contribute to this board.
In anycase, he probably is a kid not even knowing what a stock is.
Thanks in advance.
Oups! That's not realy good. However, Anne Tahim, as I said earlier has not made a move since 2 months knowing what some do accuse Matin of.
Let's keep digging.
"disagreement is expressed in a civilized manner"
Following is an example of what I was referring to, not argumentations I agree or not with:

"I learned that Mr. Matin recently sent his accountant (presumably Anne Tahim) to Bangladesh for two weeks to confirm operations there."
I hope you can have that confirmed somehow, soon. If she effectively went out there, looked and touched whatever Veltex is out there for a couple of weeks, whenever she produces next report, it shall bring some of the incredibly required credibility we all wait for.
Two months ago (Feb 13th), following my reporting of grave accusations by someone, she took it very seriously. Remember the following:
"I thank you very much for informing me about these facts. I have phone calls to AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), SEC and my liability Career attorney and I am waiting for a response from them before I take an action. Emily is out of the office and she will follow up on this issue on Monday.

From the office of:
Anne Tahim, CPA
Two months later she has not justified (thru her findings) to publicly protect her firm. I assume that if she had been fooled as pretended, she would have found out as of now and released some kind of CYA statement, notwithstanding her wide disclaimer relative to the audit of 2001 & 2002 financials.
If, in addition to the above answer, she effectively went to Bengladesh and still has nothing to release, I for one, would consider that pretty reassuring.
Looking forward to the next Anne Tahim public move ???
Just did 986.2 feet.
Finally ... A serious post.
This board is getting out of control and I think some, having nothing to contribute should be throwned out.
Name calling and insults are much more at their place on the other board, if it's still what it was like, some months ago.
Waiting some more

Waiting for developments.
Baseball is a great game.
One day Sammy Sosa appeared in front of God and said, I have been a real good hitter, have given great thrills to the fan and always been behaving well as an individual.
God said: That's great, you can sit on my left.
Then Mark McGwire came to God and said: I have given tremendous pleasure to all baseball fans getting to establish the homeruns reccord and even beated many great golf professionnals last year.
God said: Outstanding, you may sit on my right.
Then came Barry Bonds.
God said: What about you?
Barry Bonds said: You sit in my seat.
Note: Read in my newspaper this morning but the stars were hockey players.
Very simply put, the situation of that stock is only the reflection of one unanswered question ... yet:
Is Veltex as described by the company and people close to it real or false?
Credibility is the single most important issue.
Unfortunately, for years, Matin has either lied or has been to optimistic in his previsions and did not deliver or did very late (ex: audited financials).
Trust is something you merit thru time and can loose very rapidly. If you lost it, it will take a long time (and solid proofs) to get it back.
In my view, it's realy simple:
- We either own nothing worth talking about or
- We own something much more valuable than currently showned by the market.
Nothing in between.
One can beleive one way or the other but the fact is neighter knows for a fact (unless you are and (the ???) insider.
Great speculation, presenting high risk, high gain potential and (still) low loss potential.
Debatable is: What will it take for us to confirm one or the other scenario?
We shall see...
