i've clearly been *vindicated* elsewhere
where these *docs* have been posted and
i have zero doubts i will be *vindicated*
on exph <the stock> in due course when
expo's mgmt delivers transparency and
the new ceo transitions
You have not been correct in the history of Expo Holdings. Never. Every theory of yours has been proven to be false. JD Brown has been exposed as a criminal. It has been proven that the company lies on a daily basis. These are not even debatable. It has been proven (by the company itself) that they sell at cost. JD has been asked why he lied about the revenue numbers and of course he has not replied.
Pretty sure the same goes for every stock, but that is off topic here.
It is a disservice to america as a whole that Expo is still in business. It is like rooting for the corner drug dealer.
It is only a negative because pretty much no one believes that they still hold the shares
It is also a negative because the same morons once had common shares and then switched to preferred because they said it would increase shareholder value. Then they switched back right before the big pump campaign and dump off all the while refusing to tell people how many shares they held.
It is like playing poker with a guy who refuses to show his hand and says you just have to believe me that I have a full house.
This is what I refer to as the friends and family network.
Remember the former IR person? Take a look at his connections to it.
pps is going higher jerry
Yep, it is called a reverse split.
Good call!
Never mind the fact that the company places a value of less than 750k on the very same things in their financial statements.
This of course also ignores those pesky little details we call liabilities.
The company claims the equipment is worth $310,684 yet certain individuals want to claim it is worth way more than that?
That is all the proof anybody needs to determine credibility and fabrication of theories.
The same local that was wrong about almost every single public proclamation regarding Expo that he ever made?
The same one that openly admits he sold his shares at various high PPS's?
Reliable DD source indeed.
at the time mgmt was on
record via the CC as noting the stock's float was 100M
And this was proven incorrect by the TA (elson himself).
The Float at the time was 930million.
Facts kill conspiracies and expose craziness.
It wouldn't make one bit of difference if they did file and said they hadn't sold shares and you know it.
Of course it wouldn't mean squat NOW. The point is that it would have meant a ton THEN. You know, when the price was .03 and the AS was 1 billion.
it's totally understandable why those who SHORTED EXPH HAVE ANGST
Actually it is understandable why folks that are so far underwater would create a fictitious scenario to try and create hope instead of accepting the reality of how mgmt scammed them.
While it is understandable, it is still deplorable.
Especially when you factor in the same fallacy has been repeated over and over regarding several other stocks. Perhaps we should run comps with EXPH and those other stocks???
Striking similarities indeed...
Just sent JD this email...
How do you excuse telling people at the very end of 2009 that you were still on track to do 6 million dollars in revenue and then do only 1.6 million?
You told this to lots of people. Some even claim you told them after the end of 2009. I only have concrete proof that you made this claim in December right before you guys shut down for the year.
Just want to hear the 4.4 million dollar excuse.
it's not rocket science
You are right. Once you actually understand the daily short report you will see it is not rocket science and understand how silly the assumption is that those shares were shorted and never covered.
Until then good luck to you sir!
Not to mention verifiable evidence that 52 prs in 2009 were completely unsubstantiated and that the revenue projections from the company that were made all the way until the end of the year were nothing more than a lie.
That isn't even debatable. When the company is telling people in December, right before they shut down for the rest of the year, that don't worry revenue predictions are on track, and then they come in at a 70% miss what else do you call it?
JD is either a lying scumbag or he is mentally handicapped.
THE SHORTS IN EXPH WILL HAVE TO COVER
THE 100s of MILLIONS OF SHARES SHORTED @ .0002/.0001
This fallacy cracks me up. Why would any entity with that much control ever bother shorting a stock at .0001?
It makes zero sense. They would simply pick a different stock that is higher and short that one. You do realize your maximum gain on a stock shorted at .0001 is .0001 per share?
If these people truly have the control you speak of and there are no controls in place to monitor or limit them why would they waste their time working on a company with such a limited upside?
That is what is so funny. Not only would the first part of your theory have to be true (which is very far fetched) but then given that premise the people controlling it would have to actually dislike making money. It is really pretty silly when you look at it from the perspective of an intelligent person.
[3:58pm] 99leadballoons says: Hmmmm... Bet 4kids posts after the fact that she called it.
I just heard a rumor that Fidelity has lent out millions of Expo shares to be shorted against. Rumor has it, it was a company insider that did the shorting.
I really do enjoy this little exchange from 2009.
I guess I was pretty much 100% correct and you were 100% incorrect.
It is hilarious that all the things you praised them on got swatted down by the company in less than 2 years. Are you still happy to debate or discuss any of them??? I doubt it.

exph had NEVER TRADED .0002/.0001 .. and 100s of MILLIONS
of EXPH shares SHORTED .. at that level have never been
covered .. lol
Might as well say that Expo is part of a whiskey smuggling conglomerate. They are both based in the same amount of truth.
Actually there is MORE truth to the whiskey statement.
The CEO of Expo JD Brown is a known criminal.
A whiskey smuggling conglomerate would be a criminal enterprise.
You mean the activity that was predicted almost perfectly in advance???
And that prediction was actually posted here rather than waiting until after the fact and saying that it was predicted?
I would say I nailed this one. Those inserts were nothing more than plastic sheets.
We know expo only did 179k in first quarter 2010.
We know the 10000 unit order shipped in first quarter 2010 which means at the absolute most the stanley "units" cost 17 bucks each.
Funny how many people said they were going to be 300-500 each.
I really do enjoy this little exchange from 2009.
I guess I was pretty much 100% correct and you were 100% incorrect.

No activity today on the board? Guess we are all in agreement that what Jeremiah posted proves what slimeballs these guys are.
Hope newbies read it and understand not to dump their money into this thing.
It was fun reading this little exchange from 2009.

what
has been stated publicly re: zero shares sold is indeed
FACT
You clearly don't know what a fact is.
99% of what mgmt says has zero basis in fact.
I suggest looking it up and using proper terminology. Expo is a scam. That is what is a fact. I know you didn't want to read their financial statements, but I recommend doing so.
huh?
What does that reply have to do with what Jeremiah posted?
He posted clear proof that mgmt could change the filing easily. They have chosen not to. Therefore it was 100% intentional.
Pretty simple actually. Happy to have helped you.
This stock can and is being manipulated to the hilt.
Manipulated 100% by JD and his cronies. Bunch of scoundrels they are. I bet they have a weekly card game and use their shares for chips.
Any man that can steal over $140k from a public company and have the nerve to say it is ok right to people's faces is on a collision course with trouble. At some point in time it will catch up to him. I will smile when that day arrives.
I spoke with a man I know from the internet and he confirmed that no SEC atty claimed any such story about EXPH.
It was of course what most of us suspected all along.
Too bad JD still wont pay back the money he stole huh veno?
150k would buyback a lot of shares right now.
I do not believe for one second that an SEC atty said those things about EXPH. Please post a link to his contact information, which you have been asked for a few times.
Will you admit you were wrong when the company does produce filings this year??
We all know they will produce "filings". They do it every year. They will release the terrible 2010 financials right after they make a big deal about some pending announcement that will get people excited and of course increase the price. Then mgmt will dump shares and release the fins. The price will tank and then mgmt will say the same ole. That transparency is coming, things are getting better, etc etc.
What they won't release are form 3's and current financials. They won't give details about current deals going on because they will want to pretend everything is great.
Your cost basis would have to be .0005 or above which means you are down a ton.
You said you were going to double your shares one week from April 14th. The price went up a few days after that so you could not have doubled up at .0001 as originally planned. If doubling at .0001 was going to put you at a cb of .0004 then surely it is higher than that since you obviously doubled up at a higher PPS.
It was fun reading this little exchange from 2009.
I guess I was pretty much 100% correct and you were 100% incorrect.

since the *complaints* register around mgmt's
lack of transparency .. which when one actually
comps out to other unregistered OTC co.s is shown
to be a total *joke* .. there is no leg to stand on
Ahhhh yes. Of course. Put them in a pool with other crooks and cheats.
Sorry sir or madam, but we aren't evaluating a company based on whether or not they are better than the other scammers. All we judge on is whether or not they are a scam.
It has been 100% proven that Expo Holdings is a complete scam. Who cares what level scam they are??? Talk about not having a leg to stand on...sheesh.
i look forward to mgmt delivering on their long
promised goal of full transparency
At the end of the year when it is still the same ole same ole will you finally admit it isn't coming and mgmt lied?
some day <perhaps> i'll post out all
of the data showing what was SHORTED
on EXPH @ .0002 and .0001 that has
NEVER BEEN COVERED ..
Of course you wont post it, because it doesnt exist.
It is a false story. 100% absolutely false. The short interest report proves you wrong.
The connections don't mean squat.
Expo has had lowe's business for years. They have never made any money off it (with the exception of the pump and dump created by the PR value and that didnt go to the company). They sell it to lowe's at cost so they can sell stock.
Further discussion is laughable.
I didnt really think it could get worse, but I will watch for the downturn. Sounds nasty.
i'd
respectfully suggest anyone
who is an actual shareholder
with specific ?s .. contact mgmt
and ask about this issue
Why have people waste their time calling mgmt? You have said that mgmt will only discuss info that has been released publicly. Why not just save everybody the time and post the link.
Seems funny to want to waste mgmt's time saying something to numerous people that is already available publicly.
absolutely games being played.
sometimes it is fun to make some goofy trades just to throw conspiracy theorists into a tizzy.
If your broker allowed you to buy a stock, but not sell it would you stay with that broker?
Wouldn't you feel you were held hostage?
This is of course on topic as it is simple logic to debunk the accusation that TDA allowing sells still is some sort of vast conspiracy. People bought those shares and any brokerage telling their customers sorry you can't sell would cause a mass exodus. Think about the troubles as people paid thousands to buy Expo and then it just kept going down everyday and they wanted out and COULDNT!!
