No big problem. That's one of the reasons we're here.

Joyann, your computer seems to be double posting from time to time. I have been deleting the duplicate posts. Nothing to worry about. I just thought you should know.
SpongeBath
Anyone out there hear of any potential news this week?
SpongeBath
Flatrader, I wasn't talking about how it is. I was talking about how it could be. I like to think about the future, and I know from personal experience, how it feel to be sitting at camp, while everyone else is out riding.
SpongeBath
Flatrader, was hoping for a response to this post.

Even better would be if they could take it to a Buggy World repair shop, located right near where you were riding.
Maybe they should even provide pick up, or towing. Then you don't even have to break camp to get your ATV, UTV, or Buggy fixed.
You could even rent a vehicle to ride while yours is being fixed. There's nothing worse than sitting at camp while your friends are off, having a good time without you.

rjhstock, You are correct, but metal detecting sometimes requires going to remote areas such as old settlements, ghost towns, or historical sites. Also, metal detectors are used extensively in gold prospecting.
I know you live near Connecticut, so check this out:
http://nutmegprospectors.com/default.aspx.
This is a Connecticut chapter of the Gold Prospectors Association of America
Also, did you know there is allot of gold in Maine (Windsor, ME, 207-929-5978, goldpnr@hotmail.com), and Pennsylvania (Greenville, New Oxford, Port Matilda, and St. Peters, PA, 412-491-1386, alleghenychapter@hotmail.com, 410-557-0776, scuffy3@virizon.net, 717-935-5384, caverzig@embarqmail.com, 267-895-8829, president@delawarevalleygpaa.com.
So, no excuses, you could be gold prospecting too lol.
SpongeBath
Tuna, I don't think anyone will get confused, but gold prospectors definitely buy ATVs, and UTVs. I don't think many of them know about the 4x4 buggies, or that they can buy these vehicles at such great prices through San West's companies.
It certainly can't hurt to advertise to prospectors, and hunters. Not everyone buys ORVs just for the fun of riding. Many need them to enjoy other forms of recreation.
SpongeBath
rjhstock, are you sure?
Looks like they have prospecting in NJ to me.

SpongeBath
I only found out about these inexpensive ATVs when I started researching SNWT. I have mentioned the market to Bryan Britton, but I guess I should push the issue even more.
They could be advertising in Gold Prospector Magazine, as well as on the Outdoor Channel. OTDCH has gold prospecting shows, as well as hunting, and ATV shows.

I will bring this to their attention.
SpongeBath
Thanks Tuna, I thought it was important for investors to know about some of the driving forces behind this industry.
Amariep, I'm not sure I understand your question. If you check my profile, you will see that one of my hobbies is gold prospecting. I used to only prospect on weekends, but now that I am retired, I can go more often. Many of the members of these clubs are retired "Baby Boomers". With gold at these higher prices, these clubs are adding new members every day. I belong to four of these clubs, and will probably join more. They all have claims that I can work, and keep all the gold I find.
Prospectors buy lots of tools, and equipment, but what is most important, is being able to get to the remote gold deposits. That means buying ATVs, UTVs, and 4x4 buggies.
Countyimports.com offers ATVs, and UTVs comparable to Honda, Yamaha, Polaris, Arctic Cat, Kawasaki, and Suzuki, at nearly half the price.

Tuna, how ya been? Haven't seen you here in a while. Is this stock gonna move up again?
Looks good IMO,
SpongeBath
Gold Prospecting demographic could be huge for this company IMO.

With gold at over $1000 per ounce, Prospecting is growing.

Gold prospectors need the types of vehicles to carry equipment, and get to where the good stuff is.
I went to Santee to pick up an ATV I purchased from Countyimports.com for myself.
Their products are comparable with the Japanese products, but at half the price.
SpongeBath
Aka, they don't just sell buggies. I guess you were never taught that if you can't say anything nice, then don't say anything at all lol.

SpongeBath
Aka, I agree there is allot of pumping going on here, but, there are good reasons to invest in San West.
For several years, the Chinese power sports products (which offer great vehicles for a much lower price) have been sold at small, mom, and pop dealerships. Most did well at first, as they tried to fill a niche in local markets. When the economy got slammed, so did these dealerships. Many closed, and some are still out there struggling.
San West, by consolidating these dealerships, is able to make them profitable by using mass advertising, attending events, and offering repair service, parts, accessories, and performance upgrades. All this, while the economy is rebounding in some areas.
ORV sales have several reasons to grow. They are not just for entertainment. With gold at over $1000. per ounce, and Baby Boomers retiring, gold prospecting is growing at an incredible rate. Gold prospectors need ORVs to get to the best places, and they don't want to spend an arm, and a leg to buy them.
San West's online sales grow considerably, along with this demographic.
The revenue being added by acquiring companies like Let's Go Racing, and especially Countyimports.com, and CountyimportsParts.com is growth in itself. However, because of the support, and advertising offered by San West/Buggy World, this revenue will grow much faster than any of them would have on their own.
SNWT is being accumulated, and the price is going up based on present, and future growth.
IMO, it would be a huge mistake to sell this company short, and base their opinions on past performance.
SpongeBath
You gotta throw out the numbers before Sept of 2009. San West reverse merged into this shell. This was Human Biosystems until then. San West has been on a growth trend since then.
SpongeBath
I don't think this is a very flattering comparison. Did you happen to notice that they are out of compliance for continued listing on the AMEX? They are overdue for filing their 10K.
Maybe San West should look into acquiring them, and replace their management lol.
SpongeBath
Yep, I'm still in. I heard the 10K wasn't due until 3/15/10? Have you called the company, or IR to see what the due date actually is?
2/15/10 would be great. Really need some info from the company to get things moving again.
SpongeBath
Let’s try to keep posts on topic.
These “Fortune Cookie Posts” are becoming repetitive.
Examples:
1) Agree, this = nice zone to load up cheap ones !
2) Morning all Green days ahead
3) .12 This is the day more coming in
4) SNWT is going to go climb huge today $$$$$$
5) SNWT 2010 is going to be an excellent year for them!!! i see nothing but $$$ for the investers !!!!weeeeeeeee!!!!
Pumping without backup info, is no better than bashing for the sake of bashing.
Does anyone out there have any real DD to offer? If so please share, but this board is getting hard to read. There's just no real info being offered IMO.
GLTA,
SpongeBath
Ernie, where did you hear that?
SpongeBath
I had to record the Price is Right. I just got back from Reno, where I invested $500 in the New Orleans Saints, and made 170% profit of $850. What a game. I feel really bad for all the Colts fans. This was strictly business. I'm a 49er fan anyway.
The exposure was great on the show, but the showcase was won (lucky guy), so unfortunately, that means they will not reappear on the show. Hopefully, County Imports, or even better, Buggy world will sign a new contract for one, or more giveaway vehicles.
I think I'll call to tell them what a great idea that was.
SpongeBath
Just hit .10 for the first time since 1/13/10.
Someone is acumulating. Had a buy of 25000 @ .098, and another 25000 @ .10.
SpongeBath
The reason why people knew before hand was because of all the red flags and clearly fraudulent PRs. It's not rocket science.
The red flags, as you call them were all unsubstantiated rumors. Their PRs have never been proven to be fraudulent, yet as you stated above, people knew before hand, of the suspension. sounds like people were getting inside info from the SEC to me.
Please provide proof the PRs were fraudulent.
SpongeBath
This is completely untrue. In this case the SEC suspended based on complaints, and little or no investigation. Only then did they investigate, and take depositions.
Ingala brought proof of City Field contract, and reasons for all the other PRs with him to his deposition. SEC investigation found nothing, because there was never anything to find.
ALL questions were answered.
As far as Applebees, there are franchise owners that own multiple outlets. I think you already know that, but don't want to bring that up since it does not support your position.
SpongeBath
I know so, you and I both do. Me because I do a lot of DD and have never been wrong about this company. I even gave everyone the most recent PR a week early. You know, because of your close personal relationships. Wherever Ed is, so are you.
Does this help make your point as well?
SpongeBath
Only that their relationship does not go as far as being partners.
SpongeBath
The info in RED is correct, except for the part about Wayne Burmaster being his partner. For me, it came from Ed himself. I don't know where Liable gets his info.
SpongeBath
Agreed, except Hayter has always been the real CEO here, ever since day one people didn't want to believe it. There was never a Cris Galo, but in real life, there is a Christian Gallo who is the brother in law of Ed's long time partner Wayne Burmaster.
They always change the faces, but it's the same guy pulling the strings, always.
You did make one true statement in this post.
SpongeBath
Someone sure thinks it will go up from here. Lots of buying today.
Maybe you should get level 2, and watch all day. Larger interest is in buying.
As far as legal shorting, wasn't it you that said it costs too much to short this stock. I'm sure it was you.
The problem is never retail shorts. It's hedge funds, and NSS. They are the ones who dilute with hidden FTDs.
Here, study up VM. http://www.businessjive.com/

They will contact us 10-14 days before it airs to let us know if the showcase was won.
If the buggy is not chosen, they will let us know the next time or times it is shown or offered as well.

The problem is that big buyers don't want to pay high prices. Sellers at this point are either long time holders that got in at very low prices pre split, or shorts. Most who bought at higher prices are holding for 10K, or big news along the way. When this got to an ask of .10, there was allot of buying. Someone wants this stock, but wants a better price.
JMHO,
SpongeBath
Kgem, you are correct, SEC situation would have to be resolved one way or another. The problem is, even if they were exonerated, it doesn't guarantee they can get off of the greys.
A R/M with Vanity is just one of the alternatives they have.
In an R/M of this type, the initial shares we would receive may be restricted, but VanitySponge could issue a free trading stock divi, or even cash divi, to compensate shareholders for holding these restricted shares.
If you check Vanity's share structure, you will see it is considerably smaller than Sponge's, so shareholders will receive less shares of the new company than they currently own (remember SPNG wanted to do a Reverse Split before the investigation started). Once a R/M is completed, they can issue free trading shares as a divi, and still have a smaller share structure than Sponge currently has.
I only mention the restricted shares, as that is how it works when a company Reverse Merges into a shell. I'm not completely sure how it works when both companies involved have assets, and an ongoing business.
In any case, a deal could be worked out that would benefit all, but SEC problems need to be resolved, and behind them,as this would be the case no matter how they wish to get back to the OTCBB.
JMHO,
SpongeBath
itradeguy, looks like this subject got buried again, and some on the board have twisted it into Vanity being a place to put liquidated assets in BK.
Would make no sense for SPNG to file BK, since any possible suit resulting from SEC investigation would only be a small fraction of their revenue. That is, if any suits even come of this.
A Wells Notice is only a recommendation.
Anyway, Vanity could SPNG's way back off of the greys, if all else fails. Even TEX agreed with that.

SpongeBath
10K due out by 2/15/10 I believe. Should be a good one, and we should get some good reports along the way IMO.
SpongeBath
All the tax selling is over. New year, great company, great price, and record revenues coming. Time to load up, and make some money IMO.
SpongeBath
Sorry TEX. You are correct. I guess I got a little over zealous with the buy now thing. I just meant to say that if investors sold, and/ or have no BIHC stock from now, through the EX date (future), they would not participate in the cash divi.
As far as I know the only EX date that was announced before the suspension, was in relation to the forward split, or stock divi, as it was called.
SpongeBath
I think this shows that Ed in not afraid of all the bad press.
The cash divi has been promised, and at this point, I don't see how they can renege. Especially not after being investigated for false PRs.
By the way, some bad news for people who sold. An EX Date was never announced for the cash divi, and post split divi will be only .0025, not .005. EX date will be in the future, and not the past. If anyone wants to participate in the divi, they need to own, or buy now.
I have been told this, but who knows for sure, so all is JMHO,
SpongeBath
