"Coincidentally 12 2012 is when the stock went up almost a buck right before Christmas. Coincidence that you arrived because it was immediately shorted back to original prices."
WRONG! (imagine my surprise)
The big bump in the share price came from some kevetrin publicity. You may not be able to find it because CEO Leo disappeared EVERY PR from the website between February 14, 2011 and September 09, 2013. Why do you suppose the Prince of Transparency did that?
No worries....you can't dump SEC filings quite so easily:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1355250/000135525012000057/pressrelease_ex99z1.htm
It certainly wasn't "immediately shorted back to original prices" either. The price was in the same range in the last half of May as it was from 12/28 through the month of January.
Is that what you call "soft bashing"? True statements that happen to report negative facts? Guilty as charged!
"FyI imo Loanranger is why I was banned from Ihub for 3 years."
"backtoreality" was never banned from Ihub for 3 years.
"Honestly, why this one?"
A fair question. Finally.
In 2012 CTIX came to my attention...I confess I don't know how anymore. It was the time of the first Aspire deal ($10M) and the first exchange I had involved that agreement, which was being mischaracterized on this board (surprised?). FWIW I thought the deal was a good one for the Company at the time, but the terms weren't quite the way the poster I responded to was describing them. The last 10+ years have been spent responding to the Company's finances and financings. It keeps me off the street and the CPA CEO has kept it interesting. If he doesn't come up with some cash soon there will be nothing left for me or anyone else to talk about.
I'm working pro bono. What's the problem?
I'm not Chunky, loser (you have lost here, have you not?).
Let me borrow an appropriate response:
"I lack his regulatory acumen, and he's not nearly as good looking..."
I stopped reading right after this:
"Notice in your response that you ignore the suggestion to make some occasional posts about IPIX that arent reactionary in tone as a way to change the sentiment of most posters on this board."
I don't give a feather or a twig about that. I'm shootin' for honesty....let me know when I miss. Mollifying a bunch of knuckleheads is not a priority for me. Move on.
There's nothing negative about that post. Somehow the poster got an early look at an as yet unpublished 8-k....and proceeded to misread it.
The second half of that is probably true no matter what you look like.

"Sorry Loan, I don’t know how."
Of course you don't. It's an impossible task and you knew that when you asked me to do it ("you would have to prove you weren’t being paid").
It was a punk ploy and I thought you had more class than that.
I don't have to prove anything. The issues of whether I am long or short shares or whether I am paid to bash this Company or not have absolutely no bearing on the fact that IPIX sells for less than 2 cents a share. You should look to the Company itself for the answer to that.
Sadly for you and the other _____s here there is little chance of you taking an honest critical look at the Company and its history or what that history says about its prospects and instead spend your time imagining things.

Good advice. Ignorance is bliss!
What a stupid theory. Who would pay me, or anyone else, to bash this thing?
1. The price has collapsed based on its performance. See their public reporting.
2. Any BP could have bought it for a song since the time of the b-covid failure. They haven't needed a lower price if they had seen any value.
3. The short interest is down to where the whole thing could be covered for under $10K.
Accept your mistake.
"LR, the fact that you admit that you derive satisfaction and get a "good feeling" about what thus far has been a negative financial outcome for many investors speaks volumes."
The fact that you can quote me correctly....
"My only gain here has always been the satisfaction one gets from being right. It's a good feeling."
....and still come up with such a cockeyed interpretation of it in the the same post doesn't surprise me.
I'm not happy about this Company's blatant financial failure (what else would you call a 90%+ market cap collapse?) and I'm definitely not happy that this Company has failed every one of its drug development efforts given that many have suffered and even died during those multiple failures. No amount of money could make me that cruel and those who think otherwise should reconsider. My satisfaction comes solely from my chronicling of the history of those failures which I believe I have done accurately. Those who feel that I have not should provide some specifics (if they can).
You might benefit more from focusing on analyzing the Company itself rather than your fellow message board posters.

You shoulda listened.
And to MackG who wrote:
"it makes no sense to become a moderator on stock message board so that you can post nothing but negative points of view without having SOMETHING POTENTIALLY TO GAIN"
Nobody did that. No one had to do that. Negative points of view can be expressed without being a moderator....the rules don't play favorites (especially now). An objective observer would have to conclude that the thing that really makes no sense is the ongoing promotion of a Company that has lost over 90% of its value with little to no basis in fact to think that will be reversed.
You guys (007's choice of words) are just pissed off that you've been wrong for so long and you're looking for someone else to blame.
Suck it up...YOU blew it.
I can't speak for anyone else but my only "gain" here has always been the satisfaction one gets from being right. It's a good feeling...you should make it a new priority.

Every last one of those symbols belongs to a company that has nothing in common with this one...except that they're publicly traded. They turn profits for their shareholders and I'm happy to be one.
It should have been obvious to pete that this part was entirely sarcastic:
"the career of Leo Ehrlich. It's so inspiring. I continue to buy IPIX."
Who could think otherwise?
A month has now passed without an update to:
https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/AMEX/nanoviricides-NNVC/stock-news/91519098/clinical-trial-of-broad-spectrum-antiviral-drug-nv
"We are pleased with the success of the clinical trial so far and look forward to the start of the Phase 1b portion soon," said Anil R. Diwan, Ph.D., President and Executive Chairman of the Company, explaining, "This clinical trial we believe will be a springboard for NV-CoV-2 to launch into multiple antiviral indications in the near future. NV-387 is designed as a bio-mimetic that can possibly be an effective drug against many viruses including the coronaviruses. If successful, it is poised to satisfy many as yet unmet medical needs for the global population, not just limited to COVID."
And it begins.....NV-387, there's not a thing it can't fix.
Reminds me of what Soupy Sales got in trouble for: Now kids, I want you to go into your Dad's pants, find his wallet and take out the pieces of paper with the dead President's pictures on them and put them in an envelope and write Soupy sales show on it and put it in your mailbox.
C'mon Kids. It'll be fun!!!
"Only $30MM or so"
That would have been over a period of time, not all at once. This CEO DECIDED not to run the Phase 3....he had access to funding. Ask yourself why he really opted out. Was he really going to circle back around to B-ABSSSI after Prurisol and Kevetrin revitalized the share price?
"The drug companies don’t have an incentive to do this, because people only use antibiotics when they get sick, so there’s not much of a profit margin."
Huh? So all the money's in drugs that people take when they're not sick?
"Meanwhile, it costs $1.5 billion to create a new antibiotic, Siegel estimates, so the pharmaceutical companies are opting not to develop them."
And to think a good sized chunk of the B antibiotic development money has already been spent yet the Company chose not to run a Phase 3 and it seems the phone isn't ringing off the hook from interested parties.
You're welcome. If only you had paid attention.
"over 30 thousand posts and no money invested"
I'm very happy with my posting record AND my portfolio results. You?
Actually you haven't done too badly here based on the fact that your first appearance occurred when the share price was a dime. Kudos! An 80% loss is better than most have done.

What could have been in that agreement that made him decline to sign it? A pay cut maybe?

"what is the difference between a full board and one that is not full."
You shouldn't have to ask.
Credibility and a lack of corporate governance are 2 out of the 3 reasons that this thing is priced the way it is. I'm sure I don't have to tell you the third.

I hope every shareholder is calling Leo demanding for a shareholder's meeting. Enough of these bullshit testing PR's. Where are we on partnerships? Where are we on a BeaMed appoval? Do we still own Kevetrin? Have we tried to sell the rights to Kevetrin? So many questions to ask yet this guy conveniently makes himself unavailable!
Not halted. Just a well earned total lack of interest. Great day to add to your stash!
"But there appears to be no realistic way to gain board membership, for one basic reason, there appears to be no board. I'd love to see some sharpie show me that there actually is."
Of course there's a Board of Directors and it really doesn't take a "sharpie" to find out who's on it. Any investor should be able to figure it out and if they can't they shouldn't be invested. Unless they are so foolish as to rely on technicals.
Leo doesn't want a full Board or there would be one.

"I will now follow my signature!!!"
I have great respect for a person who keeps their word, even if it's for less than two days.
"Thank you for emerging from the crypt long enough to re-establish intellectual superiority on all things IPIX."
Somebody has to do it. Left to their own devices the only thing that most people would be sharing on this board would be bad information (as you just did..."Clem Chambers (London) the owner of ADVFN.com").
What did you mean when you said "the fat lady hasn’t sung yet" on 11/14/21, 2 days after the B-Covid results came out when the market for IPIX shares Detonated and the price dropped from $.34 to $.09? I guess that was your way of saying that there was more damage to be done. Very prescient.
Is the fat lady still not singing?

Bullshit. I've only posted on 5 other stock boards this year and I don't hold a long or short position in any of them.
Even your signature is BS:
Going forward I will only respond to those that are true shareholders!!!!!!
Be a man of your word, please.
"Admit that you are not a fan or an investor!!!!"
Apparently that kind of back and forth is now allowable fodder for this venue so here goes:
I'm not a fan or an investor (having zero financial stake in its success or failure, as hard as some might find that to believe) and I'm at a loss to understand how any reasonable person could be either one. It seems to me that the only reason that a person could be a fan of this Company is if they were an investor.....putting the cart before the horse. Once you're an investor you pretty much have to be a fan, don't you? You're psychologically trapped like a rat.
Someone who I believe to be an investor has explained it for you:
"this one-man-show to date has objectively been a major failure" and the Company "has virtually no money, a failed pipeline, hardly any market interest and is trading at a penny".
You appear to be comfortable with that but it's not my kind of investment.
It IS my cup of tea for discussion purposes, as have been the half dozen or so interesting failed small caps before it, including this CEO's previous sketchy failure (itself having suffered a 90% drop in market cap while employing the same bait and switch drug development strategy) and I'll participate in the discussion when it suits me. A few may have even benefited from those discussions.
It's what I do. You don't have to like it or understand it. In fact, in that respect, we're pretty much the same (I don't like or understand what you're doing). Except I still have all of my money.
"Everything can drastically change with one good deal. Even someone like you knows this."
Someone like me? What does that mean?
What's the old saying about a fool and his (or her) money? This Company has failed at every turn. Unconverted Phase 2 trials are not successes no matter how many have been executed.
$.017 has been well earned.
Who would have ever thought that this board would generate 50,000 more posts than Spongetech. Amazing, ain't it?
