Many, many thanks cty!
I'm not rocky but, are you setting down?
rocky, correct me if I'm wrong.
I'm out for a bit. Bach in 3h
Yeah read that this a.m. louisa.
Now, don't you think the U.K. clinic was in contact with someone over here, and that if there were something wrong with the U.S. patients that the U.K. wouldn't have been given clearance?
Just something to think about.
Wow! hour and 15 into this and we have 7.5m already! Could this be capitulation? We'll see!
Hey es1!, how did you come up with .137? Did you take major supports at the Dec.29, 2010 of .142 and take Dec. 13, 2010 of .13 add them divided by 2?
If your .137 holds, and it may, then this will be it but, if it doesn't, then you can take the next support Dec.1, at .08 and add that to .133 divided by 2 = .10.
Guess it all depends on who it is doing the selling, and how much!
ACTC support broke at .155. We're in free fall at this point. The only thing that will save this is some type of positive news, and I mean "POSITIVE" news, very positive news.
Sorry, next stop may be .12, then .10, then .08. Dare I say that I hope we don't see .045 again!
From yesterdays post.
See that downward spike at .146? That tells me, today it will hit that mark and lower today!
Its over and I don't think this PPS goes up for several years if at all? That's a bit of a stretch isn't it? Good lord, the potential here is tremendous. I wouldn't go that far!

Rocky301 you are right, I was wrong. Accept my apologies please!
Hopefully, Act has a good legal team to represent them on the Alpha issue. If Alpha wins, the managements credibility will suffer.

North, you're not ADHD are you?
I say NO but, we'll see. DOW is cracking apart. Remember August 8? Act closed at .1567 ish that day.
Also, sounds like they may just do a little piece of air time for Act. Wouldn't that be nice? I'll be on the watch for that.
That sounds like heaven to me!.
Happy Hallelujah! Go Act!
Is the galactic purge over?
What's that tell you, ole wise one louisa?
Tells me their attorneys say they don't have much of a case and should not just give in.
But, let's ask the expert!
I see the DOW down 335 points
I see Google down 3%
I see BAC down 3-1/2%
I see HP down 2%
I see GE down 2-1/2%
I see STEM down 8.8% WOW!
I see ACTC down .31% NICE! (.31%)
What that tell you?
The Company intends to defend against this action vigorously.
Did it occur to you that T.R and Black are in the mix selling shares for the last few days?
Gary Rabin's stance on talking about the data.
We have concurred with UCLA – Jules Stein not to discuss anything related to the status of the trials until we are ready to announce the results in a forum that has been previously agreed between ACT and JSEI. The only thing that I can say is an absolute reiteration of the fact that we are very pleased with the status of the trials and the progress of the patients. I know you hate the waiting (and I do too), but please be patient.
Best,
Gary

louisa,
thanks for being really really real with us.
You go!
Thanks!
Well rocky301,
I'm sure we should all just sell this now...right?
Just get out now a weeks before we have some DSMB data released...right?
Yeah!..dats it! yeah! Everyone else is!
hopefulstem,
it is most important that you know what you're getting into. Do your due diligence first.
I think (by your post) that you thought the trials would end in December? December?...God that would be the fastest trials ever! Did you ever go to Act's website and look at the trial structure? It's there, go look!
This stock will climb up with every bit of news on the trials that are positive. Think of it as a long twisty windy road to the top.
These new reemerging old law suites are just that...old! None of these plaintiffs will get anywhere. They've been tossed out before, they'll get tossed out again.
Thanks cty! if you have anything more please let us know.

ison,
forgot my link, here it is. Pages 15 and 16.

Hi ison929!,
Go to pages 15 and 16 here and read the whole thing "completely".
Mr.Rabin said that it would be October ish before DSMB data and second dosing. I would assume the second dosing can start then. The first patients will be monitored each week for six weeks and then another 6 weeks for the DSMB's data gathering and paper work. Your looking at roughly 84 days for go ahead for second dosing from the initial start.
I'm going to say it will most likely be the end of October. You know how the government works!

Outstanding shares are only a number. So, if the public company has a product to make money on or "can" make money on in the future, it makes no difference how many shares are outstanding. "Investors" in this company should just keep buying shares, as they have. So, if you have X company with 20 million shares outstanding at $10 pps, and Y company with 1.8 billion outstanding at .16 cents, it's purely academic to think of dilution as a loss. Now, given the potential revenue stream that will accure, it's no wonder that I had a hard time buying shares at the ask price last week. People that own ACTC are not giving up there shares, no matter what the dilution prospects may be. The potential outweighs the dilution.
Come on Rocky!... this is a small company with big potential.
Do you think this will drop to 10 cents?.......NO!
And also, any dilution will be well forgotten about after the safety results are out.
Whoever said that is correct. With the safety issue out of the way, the needle should move up considerably.
We'll see, you may be right, or wrong. If Mr.Rabin's goal is to get off OTC he'd be making a mistake by diluting anymore than they already have. I think he made mention of that or eluded to it in the last CC. Isn't 1,738,932,302 shares enough?
Something tells me they'll be more successful in humans.
chuckanutman,
I see the posters above you are a little skeptical. Guess they haven't read or been following the animal studies. These studies were nothing short of stellar.
As for the AS issue, I think it's pretty safe to say it won't go above 1.7 billion- ish.
Thanks CTY!
Thanks okoil!
Anyone want to weigh in on this?

This is called the "psychological effect". How many times have we seen it here?
I shall put in another "dip order" encase some impatient person leaves ACTC. Too bad for them!
Please take note that ACTC stock price always seems to have a lagging period after investor conferences going higher. Any large investors are not going to go out and buy any stock immediately after the conference before they do their own DD.
Something tells me we will see some good progress in time for the holidays as investors reposition themselves.
Some people can't stand the uncertainties. Some people can't stand the waiting. Some people are day traders.
Don't let the day traders rock investor confidence. As you can see we have low volume again, and these small up and downs are just market day trading. In a way it's good that volume is low because it tends to keep the day trading away.
Yes, there are uncertainties. Will the trial data be good? Will they get CIRM money? Will the resurfaced law suits win their cases? Will a republican president support and fund stem cell research if elected?
Yes, I expect a PPS well above what it is now with the right catalyst to propel it, either short covering or outright investor interest, most likely both will accrue. Time will tell, and I'm averaging in to the hilt.
Don't forget, we have CIRM money maybe coming too. Correct me if I'm wrong.
