The unreliable 10K signed off on by Gately cost $300k, but the restated 10K/A by Withum only cost $228k?
How does that work?
Luckily, JBII has a closed system with ZERO emissions, huh?.......z
Have you seen the Islechem summary?
I would highly suggest that you stay laser focused on the value proposition.
What will it cost to acquire, sort, clean, transport and store 20 tons of plastic feedstock per day?
How much did the newly added shredder, gas compression system, mobile storage tanks and diesel/gasoline fraction separator add to the total cost of the unit? How much additional energy is required to operate these new additions?
What will it cost to collect, store and dispose of 400lbs of feedstock residue per day?
Where will the output be sold? For how much? What are the transportation costs?
No idea. I didn't buy any - that's all I know.
I can't imagine that not being publicized though.
Of course as usual, no explanation for the shifting timelines was given.
To be fair, they gave a couple excuses:
diesel + a gasoline fraction != "high quality diesel"
JBII sells high grade diesel fuel. Not just "oil"
From the 10K/A:
There's a some good news here no matter which way you want to look at this. JBII specifically said in the 10K/A, "The Company expects to begin commercial operations of converting waste plastic to oil in the third quarter of 2010."
But look what was in the original 10K:
Pennies was reasonable when we expected the company to have everything done last week as they had told us. I have never been talking dollars, that is insane.
You sold in the .30's, right? It only traded in the .30's on June 15th...
Which industry gives away their raw materials instead of recycling them internally for re-use?
20 tons of plastic, per machine, per day is required to meet the company's own projections.
These kind of crazy posts are what is hurting our stock daily.
Your own predictions and ludicrous claims have been far, far worse.
Contractor was implying a second machine was in Philly now. It does read that way a little, but I agree that it probably needed a new paragraph. While Philly is probably a good site location(John originally said New York, Philly, and Florida), I would think the next few processors would be installed in NY along with the other or and/or the blending facility.
From the amended 10K/A:
Buy JBI, Inc. for a better tomorrow, that's my motto...
Which JBI Inc.? The one incorporated in Delaware which is still actually doing the data recovery work or the Nevada-incorporated JBI Inc. that is publicly-traded as JBII?
kind of like a .18 EPS conclusion one gets when they misread data and take liberties in interpreting frown
The sad thing is the card version of the brochure may very well get Auntie Bordynuik in trouble...
one person here does but until the sale closes he cannot say.
I thought she already said the sale closed.?
n the first call I ever had with John, he said, the tape business doesn't make many millions. We never said that. While I'm not a fan of the 3 shifts comment, I think it was mostly message board speculation that thought the tape business could be HUGE.
Who is "we"? It was a JBII employee with 30 years software experience who posted the most absurd data-recovery revenue projections:
unless they can start realizing revenues from the 45 Florida p2o sites?!?!
How are the air permits coming along in Florida? Their emissions regs are tougher there, right?
I thought the Islechem report goes with the picture of the setup in the closet picture and NOT the 20T as is shown all the time. Very misleading if you ask me.
I'm told that not all of the pieces for the 20T processor were even delivered by April when the Islechem "validation" was filed.
the hype on the 2009 tape revs was huge.
Not just revenues, but the tapes were going to be the initial source of feedstock according to filings with the SEC.
Odd that I've never heard of him.
Now why would a company say the divy will be by email not by a true pr and yes less not forget a SEC filing. That's the 3th red flag.
There is nothing to explain. After hours trades are being executed on SBRH on a daily basis.
That is downright false. Sorry, I can't let this one go.
What happened to all the posts about after-hours trading in SBRH? Can't believe no one has spoken up to confirm that it isn't possible.
Not all were deleted, I see. The ones implying that it exists are still there.
i just was told big news comming. i dunno if its true? my source is a moderator on another board!! i dunno if i should believe him? i think this is a pos stock. but hey we can all dream a little.... no im not going to reveal his idenity so dont ask!!!!!!! just fold your hands together and pray with me!!!!!
Is somebody putting him up to it? The release sounded like he was turning it into a PR event to showcase LGTT's mad skillz subpoening IP's.
I recognize the ticker from seeing it a lot but have never followed it. What makes it an obvious scam? (those names wouldn't normally recognize a good con).
Whats the link to the Finra daily short report?
Gotshalk scammed our CEO obviously ,just like he scammed many others
And then wannabe-mobster Mellone scammed him. And the Russian mobsters scammed him (or is that Gotshalk)?
What are the odds?
By the way: Gemstones being sold on TV and the reality show? Updates? Wilcox didn't get scammed again I hope...
How old are we? I use eTrade and have personally posted and executed after-hours trades on penny stocks. Check it for yourself!
Why does Wilcox always go into business with the shadiest people you've heard of? Is he just the unluckiest CEO ever in terms of partnering with folks tied to organized crime?
Or do they just like to use Wilcox as their front-man because he is recognizable?
Just unbelievable:
Sweet Jesus they are arguing about after-hour trading on a pinksheet stock now. How do these folks get money in the first place?
It was posted after hours.
SBRH is getting pathetic. But that probably just means it's time for a 150% gainer to rustle up any other rubes who haven't thrown all their money at it.
NET SALES 2009-- 2008
Other------181,540 15,050
what is it 184k or 181.5k
and 2008? was data set up then?
I noticed that too, but see, that's the kind of error I wouldn't mind so much and can overlook. Whatever, we're only talking $2,500. At JBI's data rates that's like 130 tapes.
However, this amended filing says they were wrong about $11.5 million in asset valuations, a net loss of $2.1 million and an $11.8 million decrease in equity. Now that's quite a contrast from an allowable error like that one above.
What will be next. ...
And they wonder why it attracts all the veteran scam followers.
I'll hand it to them though, filing that 10K as it's written was a ballsy move. The Devil is always in the details and there are lots of details to compare with past filings.
Isn't the Blest machine the tiny one JBII used for experiments that took 4 hours vs. JBII`s 15 minutes with the catalyst?
Yes, and the same one Islechem used.
Is that a record, you suppose? ( :
Or a buy signal?
- there's probably examples of R/S's doing that
There is a reason for that DE. Co....... HUM
During the research I tried to find posts from back then to describe the DE corp and was surprised to find any questioning of it or Expedite 2 was brutally shot down as a defunct entity (paraphrasing). There was never any follow-up. Even when I first started mentioning that the DE corp was still a functioning entity they flamed me (shocker). The amended 10K/A now shows that DE corp has actually been continuing the data business.
Those behind Expedite-2 are likely the real story here, more important than the Kidd-level players.
And to think all it would take is an offload manifest + the check from a refinery for any/all the fuel they've produced during the "tweaking" process...
Must be a plan to trap shorty.
That's a possibility...except I think it's difficult to create a fake ID and then make the claim that person is an attorney who specializes in "real estate and property" law.
Not in S. Africa 10-20 years ago. :)
