Same...ticker changed to "16950M107"...
Binary event, this will either crash and burn or fly high when those filings come out...better not be delayed...and it will need some real meat in it. And having it's website come on-line before the filings with all the proper nuances of a business would be great. Hell, that alone could take this to silver while we wait for financials. It's all in the hands of Dylon Du Plooy.

That post is from July 2021...It's the Pinks/OTC, full of hopes, dreams and deceivers. LOL And back then the CEO was David Lewis. You want DD, bring up the charts from that timeframe along with the PR's and the typical pumpers around these parts. And you should able to come up with your own conclusion. This most recent Jun 2022 move is based on a new catalyst: New CEO, with a new BoD large South African claims in the hemp industry. Is it any different than the previous pump...well it is the Pink/OTC if one don't have the stomach for the these parts I say stick with the big boards.
Only if you are a #goodhuman : )
LOL...
C'mon, you've been long enough to know...this is the OTC, full of hopes and rainbow dreams, not to mention deceitful liars...
Well, we got our "human capital" press release. :)
Hell, got into this when it was SPAC, averaged down at current prices. And now will just sit on it...boom or bust...
Nice...TXTM looks to have some life in it...a strong copper finish followed by solid press release would be very nice...
GLTA
Wow...missed this entire run event...was on vacation...too bad it did not hold above a copper...
Let's hope so...I thinking this could fall in the track of IIPR.. :)

Agreed, I'm in no hurry as I would like to acquire more shares and I'm tapped for the year. I would to acquire more shares at these prices...so no worries. Also, I'm guessing the whole Fed policies is playing a role here regarding what the market is willing to pay...
GLTA and Happy Holidays...
Sure, but these days I see it all the time. I saw these types of mistakes with folks I supervised, and it drove me crazy. I'm no English/composition major but damn...but here's the thing very few cared above me.
But I digress if this mistake is enough for you to question the viability of "PL" then I say dump and move on. Again, this is a spec play it could crash and burn, do nothing for years or take off because many will use/need what it's offering.

At this moment no idea, I just happen to come across this gem (hopefully a gem) in no particular way and read up on their website, sounded interesting. We'll just have to wait and see if their vision is what the world wants/needs. I don't expect any real movement until they start reporting profitable numbers & a way forward the market interprets as profitable. So definitely spec play here. Earnings call, Monday 13 Dec:

Easy, I see grammatical mistakes daily by journalists/educators quite frequently. Is this a reason to not believe in PL going forward or the analyst that wrote the statement? Not enough for me to worry about.

Anything under $20 is a buy for me, when funds are available...no rush, I like it to stay under $20 for the next few months...so I have more time to accumulate more at these levels.

Excerpt from Nov 15 2021 3rd Qtr Results:
“Our third quarter results were negatively impacted by ongoing supply chain challenges continuing to face the global automotive industry, limiting chassis availability on which our new systems are installed,” said Tod Hynes, Founder & President of XL Fleet. “Despite lower sequential revenue, we maintained attractive gross margins driven by the first full-quarter contribution of our recently acquired World Energy business. We further expanded our solutions offering during the third quarter, including the extension of our XL Hybrid System onto popular vehicle models, including the Ram 2500 and 3500 heavy duty pickup trucks and Isuzu NPR-HD. The strategic growth of our XL Grid offering achieved during 2021 provides meaningful diversification to our business, while widening the scope and scale of the electrification services we are able to deliver to customers. XL Fleet maintains significant financial flexibility, including $367 million of cash on our balance sheet, positioning us to weather near-term pressure while continuing to execute on our strategy.”
We shall see how long Tod ride the supply chain issues wave...
