It appears that AMC is servicing the debt in terms of making the interest payments, but it will never get on top of things unless or until it substantially pays down or off the mountain of debt under which it is being crushed right now.
Hmmmmm.......Who "made $1.4B last quarter'? AMC had gross revenue of around $1.4 Billion in the last reported quarter, but it reported an adjusted (loss) for the quarter when special 1-time and non-recurring items were excluded. AMC was not operationally profitable due to its massive debt load and the large amounts of its revenue that had to go to pay just the massive interest payment on the debt. SMFH
LOL! Agree that GME is finally deep green for one day, but the 1-year, 2-year, and last 34 months of the 3-year chart are as ugly as can possibly be.
Bingo! The majority of longtime major investors here hold the majority of their shares well below the current share price Omaha. I started really following and focusing on NioCorp when the trading range was in the .12 - .18 range but know others who hold a lot of shares under a dime and are holding for the long term. But remember, no amount of negative posts or bashing can or will have any negative impact whatsoever on the progress being made on a number of fronts to move the project forward, e.g. new and far more reliable outside CPA/Audit firm, Stellantis off-take and telegraphed significant equity investment, and further developments on our "pending" loan transaction with EXIM, etc. Ignore the noise!
Agree short interest not that significant, or only reason. The various reports should be updated end of this week but are showing around 2% of OS shorted with 4-5 days to cover at recent avg. daily volume. Any positive news with Stellantis offtake/equity investment or EXIM could have a significant effect on the current low share price.
What State Attorney's office? Certainly not Nebraska Attorney General. He and his office would only have authority over any company or security registered with or through the Nebraska Dept. of Banking & Finance. And, what would be the factual or legal basis of the claim? In any event, NioCorp and the project have broad support throughout the Nebraska State Government, from Governor Pillen on down, through the Dept. of Economic Development, The Dept of Revenue which approved all of the tax credits, the DEC which approved all of the Air Quality, water and Environmental permits, etc, etc. The Governor has been to the site more than once and even appeared at one of the multiple town hall meetings a year ago this month.
LMFAO! They are soliciting for plaintiffs to try to find someone or a group who will pay them a bunch of money to look into things and see if they can find anything which would form the factual or legal basis for an actual claim. Happens all the time. Your statement referenced "pending litigation." Do you have any specific information such as named plaintiffs, a case and docket number, or printed docket or filings in any actual pending litigation you can provide for everyone here?
Bingo! You are catching on Wagner. Ever since NB went on the NASDAQ we are subject to short selling and manipulation by shorts and others. And, some of them are very likely getting paid for each negative post they put up. But, none of the negative posts or short selling can or will have any negative impact whatsoever on the positive things going on with the project, and the various items coming together regarding funding of the project and construction of the mine.
To what are you referring as "pending litigation?"
Rader: This information pointed out to me by Richard Thomas sheds considerable light on the Japanese film crew regarding your inquiry below concerning the Japanese film crew at the project site a while back. Just got this overnight:

LOL! Or all of the aforementioned.
Or to simply divert attention from the struggling AMC ticker, or just to find someone else to blame for their poor investment decision(s). Great quote from another recent meme stock post:
There have been some transactions. But, I suspect management is likely aware of what Stellantis may be bringing in the way of any equity investment on top of the formalized Offtake Agreement, which Stellantis has clearly telegraphed, and between that and expected successful completion of the EXIM loan transaction, and the other potential federal funding through federal agencies, e.g. DOD, based on congressional reports and actions to date, I am wondering if they may just not be eager to enter into any more dilutive equity funding deals at this time or at this low share price level. Time will tell.
No big deal. No need for a red face after your hard work. Just noticed it.
Which ones? SVB closed earlier in the year, but what other banks in the US have closed? Many US banks have consolidated their footprints and closed certain branches with the advent of more on-line and cell phone APP use for banking transactions, but you are saying entire banks are closing? And, what does it have to do with AMC?
douginil: Thanks for doing this, but what is Tantalum? Didn't you mean to list Niobium?
Citigroup just raised its price target on AMC to $5.75 from $4.75. So should be in the neighborhood.
Don't know Putz. I will just continue to hold here, looking forward to the next events and news, which I expect to be, in this order: naming of the new outside CPA/audit firm; formalization of the LOI with Stellantis into a formal Offtake Agreement, coupled with a substantial equity investment by Stellantis, as it has telegraphed; and finalization of the EXIM loan transaction.
Great spot-on factual post Hanibal.
LOL! that makes 2 of us. The company has received money to operate of late from institutional investors who injected capital with their eyes open knowing what they are investing in for the long term. Do you have any evidence that any of those institutional investors are the least bit upset or feel that they have been bled of their life savings or had $millions siphoned off from them? Do you even own shares here in the company and project?
Didn't put anyone on a pedestal. Just asked for the factual basis for the statements that management has bled investors of their life savings and siphoned off $millions from investors.
I just get tired of ignorant claims that management of a publicly traded company has somehow siphoned off or stolen money from investors, when there is no evidence of any theft of company funds.
T&T: What is the factual basis for your statements that management has "bled investors of their savings" and that "they've siphoned off millions of dollars from investors," and please provide any actual evidence to prove these statements. Did you inject capital here through a Private Placement or other direct investment vehicle? The management of NioCorp has certainly not bled any of my life savings, nor have they siphoned off any dollars from me. The funds we expended to purchase our significant positions here were paid to the former shareholders from whom we purchased the shares, and none of those funds went to members of the management team or the company. SMFH
Correction. It was Tony Fulton, former Nebraska State Senator and Tax Comissioner, who was also on the NioCorp Board of Directors before having to resign when he became Nebraska Tax Commissioner, who used the term ambulance chasers in the article. But that is not a far-fetched description of the type of law firms who solicit clients to bring such lawsuits.
LOL! Sorry for the delayed response but I had better things to do over the extended Thanksgiving holiday weekend than to monitor the IHUB Board. The answer is a resounding NO to all. I am just a very successful private investor who has followed this project and company very closely from back when it was trading in the .12 - .18 range on the venture exchange(s) prior to being on the US OTC. Not to mention it would be unlawful for a corporate insider to be posting about a publicly traded company on a public stock discussion forum.
Yep. And that is where I believe we will end up.
Who blows crap? Why don't you study up on this for a while over the long holiday weekend:

Bingo bio! Spot on factual post.
It is an excellent presentation and set of verifiable DD Rader. But a number will ignore it and keep peddling fictional spew. It is all part of their agenda.
Where do I start. You repeatedly post Bullshit that has no factual basis whatsoever with regard to NioCorp.
Who has lied other than you and your sidekick?
No thanks. the recent drastic increase in AS indicates nothing more than a share selling scam, IMO. GLTU
ROTFLMFAO!! Says he who totally ignores all factual and established DD here with regard to NioCorp, and even recently predicted bankruptcy. SMFH
Novice? I was the Moderator of this board for years, as well as a frequent poster.
LMAO! And, to include a quote from Warren Buffett anywhere near anything to do with the perennial POS stinky pinky CGRA is blasphemous.
Correct. But there are also other large international firms just below the big 4, e.g. RSM and others that would also be more equipped and sophisticated than one of the small independent local firms which operate under their own names as part of the BDO Alliance.
Newly updated presentation is up according to Richard Thomas and the NioCorp reddit community:
https://www.niocorp.com/wp-content/uploads/Detailed_NioCorp_Presentation.pdf
Remember Putz, that the total OS have only gone up by around 4 million shares post-RS since the transaction and the majority of those new shares are attributable to the PP/shelf registration investments by institutions. The GXII holders do not hold much in the way of a percentage of OS. And, as to your other comment, If one believes that the new more sophisticated auditing/CPA firm will soon be in place, that the Stellantis deals will be finalized, and the EXIM now "pending" application and transaction will come together in the next 3-4 months, i.e. by end of Q1 2024, then I do not know how that would not be dominoes falling into place.
Thought I would cruise through and check back in here. So, Bill Wright is gone, yet this ticker is still nothing but a vehicle through which frequent, well-orchestrated pump and run/dumps are carried out.
All current shareholders as of 11/21/2023 are eligible to vote per the latest release. But I do not believe that would happen for a number of reasons, not the least of which is the new GXII shareholders do not have anywhere near enough shares to have any significant affect on the voting results or the meeting. The GXII shareholders do not even have 10% of the outstanding shares. And, IMO that kind of upheaval would be the absolute worst thing that could happen and would likely have a negative impact on the Stellantis deals and EXIM transaction right at the time they are both coming together.
