Oh my goodness, I am flabbergasted that you could stretch the truth so much.
The $900K contract is described as just that in the 10K a CONTRACT, the $2.5 mil AGREEMENT is described in the same sentence.
Key words here if you understand business
"agreement" is NOT a binding contract.
Let's just keep to the truthful facts.
Only one contract in progress for $900K the other $2.5 mil job is ONLY in discussion and has NOT been signed as a contract.
As I was saying,
And the beat goes on.........
But not for that much longer
Something to applaud is it?
Regardless of what is happening right now I still have faith, reality is where would we be if you had not stepped up?
Fact is by now we would have nothing.
Anyone know what MD is up to and if he is still living large?
You are totally correct, they now know that they are under water by about $1,100 from when they woke up this morning.
My Average is $.008268 so I need over $15 to make me whole, I will be happy to see a third of that
Now this is just getting plain weird.
Who the heck is buying these shares, are we looking at a pre pump purchase?
There was no answer
Where is that proof
All we have hear is what you say they told you nothing is documented anywhere. If I am wrong show us.
Trades
I am really curious as to why we are seeing trades in the past week, who on earth is buying?
Wait let me guess.........
Buying opportunity right? rather than the PPS going into the toilet.
That's wonderful if only SSOL could participate in the boom. Thus far they have not shown any sign of that. Looks like they will be making more appearances in the court room than on roofs installing panels this year.
You guys have it all figured out, running a business on the speculation of "what if's" brilliant plan.
What if Warren Buffet crashed his car into the front door of SSOL's offices and decided to pay out of pocket for the interruption of business that he may have caused.
Signing profitable contracts, taking up front significant deposits against those contracts, installing and getting PAID on time within the terms of the contract is what will make a company tick, not going to court to sue for unpaid bills, don't think for one moment that every suit will be a victory because I can assure you it will not, not least if SSOL does not get paid then how are they going to be able to abide by their creditors conditions, if the suppliers are not getting paid then why would it not be just as reasonable that they would sue SSOL for non payment for goods and services?
collecting money from law suits does not constitute a profitable business model, what is that some on this board do not know about real life business, smh.
All Fortune will be worth next to nothing if this forces them into Ch 11
What are you guys drinking?
There is little to be positive about here, as I stated (go look for yourself) well over a year ago that there would be a good chance that these long term payment arrangements were very susceptible to default.
If a business model is based on "expecting" that a debt will be paid then is a very unstable plan.
Not least with the very limited cash flow that this company has applying cash and time resources to collecting old debt and not using those resources on keeping the company afloat is also detrimental.
Except the 3 million that were unloaded today it seems
You are missing two decimal points, looks like this is going back to sub penny pretty soon, maybe not TZ's but DZ's pretty likely.
Good afternoon Chuck, just checking to see if there was a confirmation that the hearing went ahead as scheduled on the 22nd?
Good to hear Chuck, maybe next year we can join him if all goes well.
Been buying and selling gold from Nicaragua lately I am hoping to get up to about 160 ounces a month soon
We should talk in the new year, I still have not done anything with Honduras at the moment but that is still on the burner.
Good morning Chuck, just checking when you say the 22nd I am assuming you mean January 2014 not this month, correct?
I think the new trading symbol should be CUCK (Chuck !)
This is like an AA meeting LoL !
Us poor investors that got duped sitting around licking our wounds. I really hope I get to meet some of the scum bags one day.
Speaking of holding the nefarious directors to the fire, what ever happened to MD?
Did he ever have to give up his 200,000,000 shares or were they converted too?
We are currently seeking additional financing through the sale of common equity
Nice.................. just when many here said that dilution was all over.
Huh? Cost of goods were more than net sales, a loss of over $23K selling below cost is not a good business model.
As we keep getting reminded by many on this MB face book updates cost nothing, but for whatever reason the company chooses not to keep the shareholders informed.
Agreed, pretty bad.
Judy thanks, I wish it would help EESO, I think at this point all hope is lost, what do you think?
Perhaps you're right, but equally I am correct in saying that none of the $4.5 million in receivables is profit.
Here is the truth if you can handle it.
Profitability
Profit Margin (ttm):-62.49%
Operating Margin (ttm):-8.53%
Management Effectiveness
Return on Assets (ttm):-3.15%
Return on Equity (ttm):-366.04%
Income Statement
Revenue (ttm):3.33M
Revenue Per Share (ttm):0.10
Qtrly Revenue Growth (yoy):-32.40%
Gross Profit (ttm):1.36M
EBITDA (ttm)6:-252.67K
Net Income Avl to Common (ttm):-2.08M
Diluted EPS (ttm):-0.06
Really ? Debt free????
Balance Sheet
Total Cash (mrq):321.60K

Total Debt (mrq):222.64K
Total Debt/Equity (mrq):39.17
Current Ratio (mrq):1.12

A bad debt is what we could call the $4.5 million owed, none of which is profit.
I agree, a terrible reminder is what it is.
Oh well win some lose some.
For the moment, losing money for the past two years so there is only one way to keep the doors open, more dilution. We will see who is right by the end of the year.
Fall is coming and I do not expect any change to the final outcome of what we once owned. The crooks got away with daylight robbery and fraud, we should just learn to deal with it and accept this outcome.
Oh yes I have been following for a few years now, I agree that the dilution has stopped for the moment but the dilution was and has been severe
Could be but not likely, take a trip down memory lane and look back on posts a few thousand ago to a couple of years back and see that the same enthusiasm was quite prevalent then too, but since then all the stock has done is dilute and decline.
