A chemical in weed called 'fuck it'
Rocky Mountain High?
No, you need to prove he's a liar and you haven't. Your post is just hogwash. The PPA was never a fraud. It may be a one man company but, Jose isn't going to construct and install wind turbines himself. You're sadly mistaken. There wasn't any loan from Tarpon. Tarpon bought old debt and wanted to get paid. All the details have been laid out in the filings and court papers. So, your assertion that it was a loan and there were no details laid out, is wrong.
Still waiting for you to prove where the CEO lied.
I don't know who started this web page(kudos to them) and this may be OT but, it needs consideration because it set off a chain of events that completely altered our CEO's life. FWIW...
WHAT KILLED AIR FORCE ACADEMY CADET
ALEX QUIROS? - POPULAR SENIOR SAID TO BE
FOUND "INJURED" IN DORM ROOM AT COLORADO
SPRINGS CAMPUS - DIED AT HOSPITAL LESS THAN
TWO HOURS LATER - OSI INVESTIGATING - WHY
"BIG MYSTERY?" - SPOKESPERSON SAYS DEATH
"APPARENTLY" NOT A SUICIDE
Alex Quiros was the type of cadet the Air Force Academy prides itself in.
The 21 year-old Colorado Springs native was popular at the AFA, a Dean's List student, and was set to graduate in May. Now he's dead, and a cloak of mystery surrounds the circumstances of his sudden demise.
All a spokesperson would say was Alex was found "injured" in a dorm (Sijan Hall?) Thursday afternoon, rushed to a hospital and died a short time later. The extent of the injuries has not been disclosed, and that has fellow cadets, faculty and plenty of people in the Colorado Springs community wondering what really happened?
John Van Winkle told reporters the death "was NOT an apparent suicide." That's interesting, because in normal circumstances, that "cause" of death comes in handy whenever a top commander wants to get a problem "off his plate." Just declare a military death "suicide," and no need from that point on, to search for and find a perpetrator.
"There is no indication of foul play," the Air Force flak said.
THINGS JUST DON'T 'ADD UP'
Well, if Quiros didn't fatally injure himself, and there is "no evidence" of foul play, someone else had to be involved.
We recognize the need sometimes for a virtual news blackout as to "ongoing investigations," but the OSI saying almost nothing about the details, runs up several red flags.. They know a lot more than they are telling us.
How much longer before more facts dribble out? Check back with us for the latest news - official and unofficial.
"Our Academy family is deeply saddened by the death of one of our own," Lt. General ,and Superintendent Michelle Johnson said.

I asked you about a week ago to show some proof the CEO lied and you have yet to produce a single shred of evidence.
Show some proof of worthless contracts also.
The sec has apparently ruled “social media” as a legal means to speak with shareholers. That means statements by management via Facebook, etc can be considered official and legally binding.
That's old news and there wasn't any dispute about that.
Now we just have to stickie and update the Ibox to help the CEO out and make investors aware of what STLK has in it's pipeline!!!!
Who's "we"? There's only me.
LOL, that rhymed.
Cheers Mr. M.
Adios, au revoir, auf wiedersehen. Good night.
Will somebody else tell Mr. M that the ibok/intro has NOT been deleted? PLEASE!!!
The ibox has not been deleted. I don't go around ruining other people's hard work. I only modified it with the best link to the current SS. Rather than having false numbers posted. My bad.
You made the ibox and didn't include the FB link the Social Media' section. Since I'm the only one willing to sit here on top of this turd, I'll put it there.
V3rsants Twitter link isn't there either. Would you like for me to add that too?
1. I don't do iboxes. A simple Google search can get someone to V3rsant's FB page.
2. The ibox has not been deleted.
In any case, I would like to see a PR about what this means....
In connection with the settlement, and during the year ending December 31, 2014, the Company issued Tarpon 14,692,867 shares of Common Stock from which gross proceeds of $246,734 were generated from the sale of the Common Stock. In connection with the transaction, Tarpon received fees of $81,287 and providing payments of $165,447 to settle outstanding vendor payables. A portion of the fees that Tarpon has received, has not been fully documented by Tarpon to the Company as requested, and therefore are in dispute and are pending of file date. For audit purposes, we have recorded these fees as fees paid to Tarpon.
I've already looked at that. In my post I said...
It kills me that there are several updates on Facebook that could have been decent PRs that may have helped sustain a better SP. The higher the SP, the faster Tarpon gets paid.

I, respectfully, disagree. I think he's taking time off. Think about it.
His son died and he went back to work, through the funeral and everything. His wife went missing then was found dead and he went right back to work. Any normal person would need time off after that. The last little chat we had(Friday night) I told him I didn't know how he was holding it together because I would be a basket case, he said "because I have to." I think he reached his breaking point. He needs to take some time off, be at home, take care of personal matters.
This stock has been in the hands of the shareholders since Ksenia went missing and it still is and it'll be hard for anyone to put money into a stock with a Q that has a goose egg in the revenue column. Unless it's pumped, of course.
Something's going on. Not sure what but, I emailed JP Saturday morning asking if we could get some news because our little stock hit .0001 again and he hasn't replied back yet. I've never had to wait this long for a reply from him. I'm willing to bet he's taking some time off. Dunno.
.0001 is surely imminent.
It kills me that there are several updates on Facebook that could have been decent PRs that may have helped sustain a better SP. The higher the SP, the faster Tarpon gets paid.
Fess up to what? Accusations of being a liar? When did he lie? And don't tell me he lied about the PPA because that's a lie in itself.
From a corporate perspective, we are having a series of Board level meeting to set the course for the remainder of 2015. We will get through these discussions and possibly set up a shareholder call once we have more information. As most are aware, this has been a terrible month for some of our staff. We are working around this to ensure the company meets its obligations to all stakeholders as best as we can.

Reality is starting to set in.
'viper666' ~ he understands the urgency. He told me awhile back there was going to be a Shareholder Update but, shit happens and he hasn't issued one yet.
One issue he was going to cover was Tarpon. He didn't give me any details, except it was going to cover some issues that he and I discussed beforehand.
If I read the K right, there seems to be something going on with Tarpon not recording numbers.
A portion of the fees that Tarpon has received, has not been fully documented by Tarpon to the Company as requested, and therefore are in dispute and are pending of file date. For audit purposes, we have recorded these fees as fees paid to Tarpon.
I doubt he reads this board anymore. He's not real fond of social media.
I'm not willing to ask about the SH update at this time but, you can.
http://v3rsant.com/versant-contactus.html
Hey Mr. M... thanks for updating the STLK Intro. Looks like I'm the Lone Mod again, lol, so I gave a link to the new OS and Float.
If your team owns 70M shares, they own much less than half the Float.
Buying all these shares is just going to drive the price down. It's clear there's some 'bid sitting' going on and Tarpon will dilute without consideration. Buy at the bid, right? Get the lowest price, right?
Everything was there in black and white. There were NO surprises. Folks that jump into a stock without knowing the status of the company are wreckless. Those that get stuck, deserve it.
The CEO never lied. The PPA is NOT some sort of scam that he conjured up to fill his pockets. MANY people have lost here and it's their own fault. Not because the CEO lied to anybody, not because of him diluting shares to maintain or improve his life style. The shares were issued to pay debt, that's where the dilution lies. He has ALWAYS said that there would be dilution in order to help fund the company in it's current state. He could have increased the AS and issued more shares, instead it was a well known RS that took 4 months to enact. No surprises there either.
So, now, I would like for you to sit there and flippin tell me how on God's green Earth did the CEO lie or rip anybody off!
Loved ones gather to remember Colorado Springs mother
(Video at the bottom of this post)
About 100 people filed solemnly into St. Paul's Catholic Church on Monday morning...
for the funeral of Ksenia Quiros, who is thought to have committed suicide after her Air Force Academy cadet son died in his dormitory room April 2.
Photo - Peter Quiros is embraced by Monsignor Robert Jaeger as Peter's father, Jose Quiros, greets Deacon Dick Bowles during a funeral service Monday April 27, 2015 for Peter's mother and Jose's wife, Ksenia Quiros, at St. Paul Catholic Church. Photo by Mark Reis, The Gazette
The fragrance of incense wafted across the pews as Jose and Peter Quiros, her widower and youngest son, laid an embroidered cloth across her casket at the sanctuary entry.
Among those paying their respects were three uniformed Air Force officers and perhaps a dozen boys who appeared to be of junior high age, as is 14-year-old Peter.
Also on hand was Pedro Quiros, Jose's father, who flew in from Costa Rica to be with his son and namesake grandson.
"I was just here two weeks ago," the elder Quiros noted sadly, referring to his visit for the funeral of Alexandre Quiros, who would have turned 22 on May 24.
Ksenia, 45, disappeared on April 15, prompting extensive searches by her family members and friends, community groups and Colorado Springs firefighters. Her body was found in Stratton Meadows Open Space three days later.
"She was a mother to the end, and she left because she didn't want Alex to be alone," Ksenia's best friend, Becky Reed, said after the service.
"I want Peter to know how much Ksenia loved him, and it wasn't choosing one son over another. It made sense to her to go be with Alex because she knew Jose would be with him."
Ksenia Borisovna Quiros was born Sept. 12, 1969, in Moscow. She graduated with honors from the Moscow Institute for Foreign Languages and was accepted in 1996 into Columbia University's international relations faculty, her obituary says.
Ksenia was so smart that she could have done anything, Reed said, but she was devoted to her sons and chose to work part-time - in the lunchroom at Peter's former elementary school and at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, where he attended a summer camp.
"She set a great example for me as a mother," said Reed, whom Ksenia hired to tutor Peter when he was in first grade.
"Peter did not need tutoring. I told her that," said her friend, who continued to tutor Peter in summertime through sixth grade. "She just wanted the best for that boy. She just wanted the best for them both."
As Ksenia inspired her to be a better mother, Reed said, so has Peter inspired her daughter to apply for the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony, in which he plays the oboe.
"He has that same legacy (of inspiration) his mother left. He's doing it right now and doesn't even realize it."
they ripped the investors off
Again, no they didn't. The guy's son dies, then his wife, then he says he's put even more of his personal money into the company, and he's being accused of being a liar and a scamster? Seriously?
You have got to post some kind of proof, if accusations like that are going to be tossed around. Good luck with that.
Agreed, good idea. I will do the same.
FWIW... I've been following this company since mid 2013, it was being pumped in the same manner as it was recently. Except, I saw something others didn't. I didn't buy into this stock initially, at .015 because I was looking to make a quick buck. For the first time, in a long time, I didn't see a scam company/CEO.
My first contact with Jose was in October of the same year when he posted on this board. I told him in a PM that it wasn't a good idea because the people in this forum would tear him apart regardless of his true character. We have communicated ever since. We've had our differences over the years, trust me.
I don't know if anyone else did but, him and I had quite a conversation the day his wife was found, if that says anything about my credibility.
Did you read the email I posted? I only posted it because someone was alleging that JP was stepping down and they were ready to just replace him.
I also told him that the shareholders were supporting him and he followed up with a post on V3rsant's FB page. We had a chat about Philip Reid that night, the internet bully that's been harassing him. Check V3rsant's FB page for this little prick.
To me, watching a bunch of 'fly by day' traders swoop through here and bring a bunch of sheep with them, sickens me. Nobody was ever interested in the company, the CEO, the basic fundamentals, it was all about making a quick buck off the next Joe.
What it all boils down to is this is a REAL company, run by REAL people, just trying to make a HONEST living. There is no scam here. The CEO isn't in it for himself and never has been.
This is a stock to "INVEST" in. Put the money you don't really care about into it because, one day... Jose is gonna pull this off. It's gonna take years but, it's gonna happen. The recent events just sent this man into overdrive, imo.
The recent events may have also made me a much stronger supporter but, I never doubted the CEO or the company. It may have also help make me a better person, and we ALL could use some help.
Best of luck to you!
To buy because of the SS without being aware of the possible dilution that could ruin any profits and make one a bagholder is just stupid. Frontloading a stock then pumping it because of the SS is wrong. Don't you think?
It's always had potential. Never said it didn't. It's just been down a rough road and it isn't over yet. STLK has some hurdles to overcome, always has.
Still no bashing there, just facts.
It was a baseless pump going on. The way it was being played out was sickening. The company IS in bad condition right now. That's not bashing, that's a fact. The doesn't mean I don't and haven't supported the company. I bought millions of shares before the RS, so....
Snizzle and I have been going round and round for well over a year, I'm sure he can vouch.
You have me confused with someone else. I've been here since it's inception and have done nothing but, support this company. PLEASE, GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT. Pull up a post and prove it.
Ain't that funny, considering someone heard a rumor and was ready to replace him last week.
It makes me want him to succeed even more now. I always knew this was a real company with real people and no scam. He's been through hell with this company. Hopefully he can get things turned around and get that PPA signed.
GLTY
That's kinda what I told him on Saturday when we were emailing back and forth.
He said, "I loved our little family."
I told him, "FWIW, you still have a family. Peter needs you now more than ever."
Still can't imagine what he's going through.
The Gazette, Colorado Springs, Colo. | Apr 22, 2015 | by Billie Stanton Anleu
Ksenia Quiros' heart broke when her oldest son died, said Jose Quiros, the father and husband whose heart now is doubly broken.
Tuesday, Quiros recounted how his wife disappeared a week ago Wednesday and of the grief that tore his family apart after their son, Air Force Academy cadet Alexandre J. Quiros, was found dead on April 2 - four days before his little brother, Peter Quiros, turned 14.
"We lost half our family in three weeks, and we're not in a war zone. It wasn't a traffic accident. Just slow attrition," Quiros said. "She went to take care of Alex, and I'm here to take care of Peter. That's something I have to take very seriously."
The day Alex died, three officers came to the house.
"Ksenia called and said, 'Come home.' She was crying, and I knew what had happened," Quiros recalled. "The lieutenant colonel, he was in tears. They lost something valuable as well - a friend and the potential.
"Of course Peter saw that, and then we go to the Academy for Taps. And everyone's dressed in Class A. They're all lined up against the walls - 400, 500 or 600 kids. It's voluntary. Until 11 o'clock at night, on a school night, in the cold.
"Peter saw that as well - the choices those kids are making," Quiros continued.
"I never thought Ksenia would be presented a flag. She looked at me and said, 'I don't want a flag. I want my son.' I didn't even go to the viewing. I didn't think Peter could handle it. He had a hard time at the funeral."
But Ksenia was going through the grieving process, he said. She would get out of bed, eat and drink water.
"I actually asked her point-blank several times: You aren't going to do anything stupid are you? 'No, no, no,'" Quiros said. "I think something happened that day, something triggered it. She took out the trash. She cleaned out the garage."
Jose texted her from the office that day. No answer.
"Not unusual under the circumstances."
He called her cellphone. No answer.
He called the house about 3:30 p.m. No answer.
He called Peter at a friend's house and asked if he'd heard from his mom. No.
"Then I got worried," Quiros said.
Quiros picked up Peter and returned home around 4:30 p.m. on April 15.
"As soon as I opened the garage, there was no truck," he said.
Ksenia had put all the family documents on Jose's bedside table. Her purse was upstairs with the wallet in it. She left all the keys behind except the truck key.
"So I called 911," Jose said. "I sent an email to KKTV, and they put up her picture. My business partner came down and checked Quail Lake Park, checked the zoo, checked with neighbors.
"I knew she could only get so far. The truck is gas-intensive. We found the truck, and we started climbing toward the reservoir at about 9:30 at night. Peter was with me. We had a couple of flashlights and just kept going."
After he called 911, he soon saw five police cars, about six police dogs and several motorcycles, which "were up there, way up there. You could see the lights - flashlights and motorcycle lights. We may have found her if the winds hadn't been so high. The dogs can't work in the wind."
Ksenia's body was found Saturday morning in a steep, rugged area west of Gold Camp Reservoir. It was identified Monday as hers.
"I was hoping she was looking for shelter, but where they found her - no way," Quiros said. "We were out there. I could only be out 15 minutes at a time before I had to get in my car. It was so cold, and the wind ."
With hypothermia, he read, you get cold, get warm and then you go to sleep.
"I hope that's what happened. I think she walked a while and got tired and sat down. I told them, 'Look high. She's looking for a place to see The Broadmoor. Home.' It's no consolation, but she was in one of the most beautiful places."
He said coyotes had been spotted during the search.
"I asked, 'Did anything get to her?' I was afraid. There's only so much I could take."
Ksenia didn't leave a text, an email or a note.
"If she'd left anything for me or Peter, she'd have never done it," Quiros said. "I haven't come to terms with that. That's going to take me some time.
"Saturday, I was a basket case. Sunday, I was a basket case. Yesterday (Monday), I was literally in tears just walking my dog because that's what I did with my wife. ... This may be harder than Alex - losing my wife. That's my partner. I don't know what to do without her sometimes. It's as bad as people think it is.
"I remember the first time I saw her, it was at a journalist's party (in Moscow). I was about to walk in, and she came out. She was wearing a little white dress. I thought, 'Who is that?' She looked right through me and walked right by. She had to get home to Alex. I almost feel like she's doing that again. She's gone home to Alex."
Quiros last saw his wife awake Tuesday night. Tired, he laid his head in her lap, "and she kind of ran her fingers through my hair."
Alex's death was an enormous loss for both survivors, too. The 22- year-old was a month away from graduating and planned to attend the Rochester Institute of Technology to pursue his master's degree.
"I'm a better man because of Alex. He was that good a man," Quiros said. "He was a hellion when he was young. I adopted him. ... He swam, he played tennis. But he was an outstanding academic. He got a perfect ACT score. He was uncomfortable making a big deal. He was a big heart. ...
"He was a great big brother. Peter was just hanging on him, hanging on him, hanging on him."
Jose recalled how the brothers would kid each other.
When Peter was named Distinguished Scholar at Cheyenne Mountain Junior High, he posed in front of the plaque and told Alex, "See that? I got that."
Alex said, "I'm an astronautics major with a 3.8 (grade-point average). I'll talk to you when you get out of college."
Peter has "all kinds of friends - good kids," Quiros said. "They're trying to figure out how to help him. ... He was in school last week. Friday he was in school, but he hasn't asked to go since.
"We're in survival mode. We're not going to feel for a while. Yeah, we're numb. It feels like you're in a movie - not a good movie."
Alex's birthday is May 24, and then there's Mother's Day, he noted with dread.
"I have to function - I have no choice. No matter what, you have to deal with it yourself. That's such a terrible lesson (for Peter) at such a young age. ... Peter's got a long life ahead of him. We've got to get him there. That's my priority.
"If you wanted to write a sad drama, you couldn't make this up."
Jose said he's traveled a lot and has lived in Europe, Russia, Central America and South America. But you couldn't find a better community than this, he said.
"We actually lean on the outpouring of support that's happened for us. Just knowing that people care, that alone helps us. You realize how connected you are. We're all interconnected. ... We know we're not by ourselves."

At least you admit, that R/S really happen!!!!
Are you flippin' kiddin' me right now? When the hell did I deny it happened? Show me a post. PLEASE!
The SEC doesn't approve Reverse Splits, FINRA does. Keep posting bullshit!
why from November 4, 2014 till March 26, 2015 has the O/S remained the same at 60,000,000 shares?
It didn't. On November 19 the OS was over 860M, not even close to the 60m you're insinuating.
My wife saw posts that made her cry at what was being said. There is a cost to unthinking Facebook posts, bullies behind a screen. Oftentimes these posts are simply incorrect, but also ignorant and unthinking
WTF is wrong with people!!!
