Hey King Oil please refer to post 3531
I sure hope you are right! That would make for a HAPPY Holidays!!! GLTA
Let's hope you are right! and .002's to follow etc. etc.
It has been extremely quiet around here as of late. Volume has been low and not much change in the bid and ask. Guess people are really waiting for NEWS and NOT reacting on the promise of news as in the past. GLTA
I sent the following email to John Threshie via the info@tirex-tcs.com email addess:
Dear Mr. Threshie,
I was wondering if the latest information from Jefferson County MO regarding Tire Shredders Unlimited, Tirex and the County is the result of Tirex hiring of Boysen Consulting? If so are they working on any new business. Thanks.
here is the response I received this afternoon:
I have been advised to keep quiet, all for good reasons...that said, I promise you good news this month...
best,
john
Sounds like Good News is imminent. GLTA
Hey 1Crowley with the bid and ask this morning, you may be singer at a higher pitch!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA GLTA
JT has for the last 2 years promised a HAPPY Holiday season, I just hope you are right!
This has been an unusually quiet morning for TXMC. Guess everyone is playing the wait and see game.
Don't see any news posted yet, was hoping for some this morning! Especially with the uptick of yesterday.
Just saw the UPTICK you were talking about!!! That IS an UPTICK!!! Let's hope there is some news to follow.
Uptick??? With a volume of 25k it amounts to less than $20, don't know i would call that an uptick??? I certainly am looking forward to some news from JT. Was hoping 1Crowley and his source was right about it happening this week. GLTA
Looks like the MM's are trying to initiate some activity. Guess everyone is still waiting for some news. Hope 1Crowley's source was correct about the news coming this week, although it is beginning to look a little suspect now. Have held firm for a long time, whats a few more weeks. GLTA
Speaking of JT, has anyone had any communications with him in the last couple of weeks. There seems to be no information flowing about the deal with TSU in MO. Did a couple of web searches and could find nothing. Is there any news out there? Thanks in advance. GLTA
Hey 1Crowley, thanks for the update. Where did you get the info on the individual investor putting up the money for the audit? Also what other information did you ge ton the grapevine? I have been unable to find anything on this deal with Tire Shredders Unlimited. Thanks in advance. GLTA
Volume is picking up a little, bid and ask up a little as well. Looks like people are anticipating some news. Let's hope JT has an announcement this week.
What does that have to do with the MMs and the bid and ask?
What is up with the Bid = .0005 and Ask = .0007
There has been no volume lately???
Would you sell your shares today? Or will you wait for an a press release from JT regarding this joint venture? I am certainly waiting for an announcement. GLTA
Any ideas on the lack of activity for TXMC? Would have thought there might be a little more volume with the news even though it has NOT been announced by JT.
Volume is starting out nicely today, maybe the word is spreading about the Jackson County MO deal. It has been a month since the County Council approved the deal. Anyone have any additional information since the approval?
This news is very encouraging, hopefully JT will start spreading the NEWS!!!
I am surprised there hasn't been much activity with TXMC, especially considering this news. In the past there has been more activity with bigger swings in the bids and asks on far less news. Don't quite understand what is or isn't going on here. I certainly would have expected more BUZZ if you will with the latest news, although not substantiated by John Threshie.
Thanks for the info. Why do you think John Threshie has not announced this? This is probably the most significant event in years.
What is all good news? Where can a person go to get this good news? Thanks.
What makes you think there is a deal?
DEAD Crickets!!!
There seems to be a little interest in TXMC today. Wonder why?
What makes you think it is 9-12 months away? Do you have any information? We were told by JT there would be news in Q1 2011. So why are you adding another year? Why not sooner? Thanks. GLTA
And what makes you say that???
Hi Jim, did you get in contact with Melicent Boysen @ Boysen & Associates? Thanks. GLTA
True to JT's over promise and under produce ways, yet another quarter has come and gone with no substantial news. I just don't understand how there can be nothing to report on. I am still somewhat optimistic about this company, but it is truly trying everyones patience. GLTA
Good Luck with that, please keep the rest of us posted. Hopefully there will be some good news from Boysen and Associates. Thanks.

Not sure I understand the increase in volume without an increase in the price???
Looks like we are going to be waiting til next week, doubt if there would be news released on a Friday.
Let's hope we get some news today!!! GLTA
Let's hope this is associated with pending news!!!
Hi All,
ON 3/28/2011 I sent the following email to Boysen & Associates
To Whom It Concerns,
I am doing some initial research on the tire recycling business. Could you please give me a list of your services and some of your success stories. Thanks.
Below is the response I received today:
In response to your inquiry, Boysen & Associates has been involved in the scrap tire recycling industry since the early 1990’s. We are familiar with the many different types of equipment and processes for recycling tires. We compile feasibility studies, marketing plans, cost analysis, and strategic production plans for scrap tire recycling and crumb rubber production enterprises. In addition, we have developed relationships with states, counties and municipalities to secure permits and incentive funding for recycling facilities.
The key to success in this industry is to produce a product that is the most suited for your production capabilities, and for your location. In order to assure this, we conduct a Market Assessment and compile a Marketing Plan that will focus on the regional location of a scrap tire recycling center. The Market Assessment serves as an independent market feasibility study. It also serves as the basis for our preparation of a comprehensive Business and Operational Plan.
The other essential aspect of the business is the supply of scrap tires, tire material or rubber waste. The collection and disposal of scrap tires is highly regulated in every state. We are familiar with these regulations and the collection and disposal activities in all areas of the country.
We established the first complete state-of-the-art "turnkey" recycling facility in the United States in 1994. Since then we have consulted on numerous projects for the establishment or improvement of recycling and crumb rubber production enterprises. We currently have 2 large scale projects underway for facilities in the US and Mexico.
Are you currently involved in any segment of the industry?
Feel free to call me personally to discuss your interests. I will be pleased to advise you with my experienced opinion of your next steps and primary considerations. My cell # is listed below.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Makes you wonder if one or both of the 2 large scale projects she mentions is for TXMC.
GLTA
I am no that sure about Boysen Consulting, only thing I can find about them is they appear to be a 1 woman shop. Sent 2 emails to them with no response. Let's hope they are busy drumming up a sale for TXMC.
Sorry I miss construed your post to be of a positive nature. It was supposed to be a very Merry Christmas, according to JT and nothing happened. We were supposed to get current with financials and get news regarding the midwest market, according to JT. We are current with the financials and as usual no news regarding the midwest market. The quarters string into years and the years into decades! I guess next is CENTURIES!!! GLTA
