lesn: NEOM is not shell and cannot be used in any regulatory transaction. A shell must be a reporting C-Corp. NEOM is neither reporting or a C-Corp.
be: The powerful business reason there is no news is that NeoMedia went out of business in 2016.
be: We believe that is spam! Booooom! Who invented this NEOM kiosk nonsense? If you are going to make up stuff, try to stick closer to the actual business plan of the former NEOM.
be: You need to know that NEOM has NO association with augmented reality. All such posts are straight-up SPAM.
be: There is no “Neom's/NM's space.” NM/YA are PIPE lenders and patent trolls. NEOM doesn’t have a space.
tarka: There is no connection to the former NeoMedia before it closed for business permanently. Before NeoMedia went out of business, their sole business plan was to process barcodes for advertising and marketing. There was not a lot revenue volume for that idea.
There were never any patents for Augmented Reality. It is just a pump for a stock at .0001.
scan: Banks already offer digital banking. However, that has nothing to do with NEOM.
rocket: On my side, your link leads to a blank page. I clicked on “go to full site,” and it landed on a blank page.
lesn: No, FINRA will it shut down NEOM with market makers; just as they did with KEYO. “MM” have nothing to with the decision. The next action we will see with NEOM will be the FINRA shutdown notice.
NeoMedia is not a shell and cannot be used in any public transaction, including a reverse merger.
NEOM is only tied to NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. The symbol has no affiliation with YA or NM.
rocket: Yes, I saw the video where NeoMedia's name was spelled incorrectly. It was created 11 years ago, by an anonymous animator, apparently for Gravitec, which went bankrupt.
Challenge: Find anywhere where NeoMedia said they were executing on mobile payments or that they had a patent for mobile payments.
The idea that NeoMedia was in payments was invented on this board. It is not real.
be: After NeoMedia sued Microsoft, Microsoft signed a covenant not to sue with NeoMedia. That meant NeoMedia would no longer be able to sue hundreds of entities. It is called 'Go Away Money.' YA Global enjoyed the Microsoft payment transferred, in whole, to their accounts.
Even before NeoMedia closed their doors, there was no partnership with Microsoft. That tends to happen when you sue someone for their attention.
keep: All the money paid by Microsoft for the former NeoMedia patents was given to YA for an interest payment.
scania: NeoMedia had only one business plan and that was to process barcodes used in advertising. They were not involved in mobile payments. They had no patents in mobile payments. For some of those reason, NeoMedia went out of business.
scan: Ask yourself:
1. Why is NeoMedia's name spelled incorrectly?
2. What is this 11 years old?
3. What happened to Gravitec?
4. Who the 'videoresearchguy'?
5. Why (drop to knees, fist to heavens) is NeoMedia no longer in business?
rocket: NeoMedia was not involved in pay even at the time of going out of business. Why spam this irrelevant information? There is lots of stuff you could post that would seem like something NeoMedia might have done if they were still in existence. Payments is not one of them.
be: Another spam sandwich that has nothing to do with NEOM.
be: Not one word of that has anything to do with NeoMedia even before it went out of business in 2016.
neom: You always believed that NEOM had no assets even before they went out of business?
neom: The only keys passed by Laura were when she surrendered the keys to the corporate headquarters back to the landlord. There is no longer a NeoMedia. We are just waiting for FINRA to shut NEOM which will result in the highest trading days in years.
But not one share of that will settle.
neom: YA Global held an auction for NeoMedia assets and then bought all the assets. The auction was posted here.
neom: YA Global does not manage companies. That is a load of nonsense.
neom: Yep, NEOM has no revenue because they went out of business in 2016.
rocket: NM, LLC was registered in Delaware in 2016. You can check SOS of Delaware, check Pacer, or just note they are at the same address as YA Global.
rocket: NM, LLC is wholly owned by YA Global, the creditor that seized all of NeoMedia's assets when NeoMedia went out of business. Soon-Shiong has nothing to do with it. That is good thing. Last time, Soon-Shiong owned stock in NeoMedia, he divested so fast we saw the largest percent decline in PPS in NeoMedia's storied history.
lesn: NEOM is a non-reporting former company with $40 million in debt. It legally cannot be used as a shell.
be: Nobody's licensing NeoMedia's patents. Not one company.
ib: NeoMedia is still trading for two reason: a) the last CFO did not properly file with SEC that NeoMedia closed*, b) the government is very inefficient.
The last CFO said he is 'shocked' that NeoMedia is still trading.
be: You know you are just playing with words:

rocket: Then you will know where the business is located and who works for NeoMedia. Please share because no one else knows.
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1022701/000114420416107279/v441713_8k.htm
Of course, NeoMedia closed almost two years ago. We are just waiting for FINRA to shut down the symbol.
rocket: Like NeoMedia, Mobot went out of business.
neom: Still trading, as of yesterday, is not the measure of a good investment.
ib: NEOM went out of business and stopped reporting. Therefore, they cannot be used as a shell. They went out of business with $40 million in debt so they are not a clean shell. They are no longer a corporation in Delaware so they are not even a shell. Nuf said. This is a classic scam.
scan: Of course, there is proof. It is in the 10K filed by NeoMedia:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1022701/000114420415013612/v402229_10k.htm
Soon-Shiong was out of NEOM within a year of buying. The result was a massive sell-off that destroyed any remaining value of the stock.
Plus, I am sure you remember Wilma posting the message from Soon-Shiong's spokesperson.
There is plenty of evidence Soon-Shiong is long, long, gone.
rocket: Years ago, when this mattered, a message from Soon-Shiong’s spox was posted on this board. He said Soon-Shiong no longer owned NEOM.
For you, what is 'our' space? Sometimes it seems like it is banking. Sometimes anything in China. Sometimes augmented reality. Once, tatoos. Often, shopping baskets and in-store technology. Occasionally, robotics. Oh, and of course, mobile payments. And couponing. Today, wireless energy and hashtag technology. A couple times you nail it with barcodes but never barcodes processing for advertising. I think, heck, I know it is the latter.
They only one business objective: process barcodes used in advertising. The idea sucked and they went of business a couple years ago.
But, go ahead and tell us what you think NeoMedia's 'space' is.
Long ago, a spokesperson said Patrick Soon-Shiong sold out of NeoMedia and certainly at a loss.
Boom: NeoMedia went out of business in 2016 and gave all their assets to YA Global.
rocket: Yes:
neom: I have no idea what that post was supposed to mean.
neom: YA Global confiscated the trademark NeoMedia before letting it go last year. Now, anyone can freely use the name. Well, except NeoMedia because they closed up years ago.
