Vital is very busy right now. Mr. Levine is going out finding big time investors to support their product. If they don't get the funds this company won't take off. STOCKMONSTER might be a pumoper but he is totally right. News will be coming out of this company soon. Don't feel bad I got in a .052 we're in the same boat. Patience is your best weapon right now.
To be honest I haven't decided whether or not we can trust STOCKMONSTER. I'm going off my own DD. This will be huge compared to what it is now, that's a guarentee. We need investors. If you look at the charts huge sell off when the company started VITAL PRODUCTS, INC. That means they are accumulaing funds!
HOW? By selling off stock. Everyone see's it as dilution, it's simple business. Don't trust a coach if they haven't been in the game you know?
Someone is thinking along the right lines. Life is about balance, with huge retraction comes huge contraction. It's simple physics. Hang in there it will be worth it
Could someone please tell me where you get the information on how much of the daily volume are puts and calls? Also where do you get the information of who bought the shares?
Great Performance for this stock last week! This stock is shaping up :)
Excellent point! VTLP ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP!
Happy Easter All!
Man you don't give it up...
The article is 100% accurate. Those are totally risks that arise when dealing with stock OTC. HOWEVER
1.) The "Pump & Dump" associated with this company happened a bit before February. If this were an illegal stock the SEC would have been notified about it already, they probably already have given how many investors are upset at it's performance. If this were the case we as shareholders could sue for our money. I would not worry about it this company is legit and soon to prove lucrative.
2.)False Press releases. All of the press releases given from this company contains statements that exceed the forward looking statement point. AKA sentences like "...has received its first order of its Bio-Based foam in place packaging product." are not forward looking, they clearly state that this is an order that has been placed and received. This is just an example, carefully read them all to sift through the forward lookng statement and facts.
3.) This is not a shell company. Only every financial report since august when they announced their new business direction has stated in front of the SEC this is not a shell company. Read the reports.
This company is not taking over any new company and is sticking to it's business direction.
I may be wrong with all this but to any veteran investor who understand DD would most likely agree this company is legit. Whether this company grows or not will be totally be up to the market.
Non of the red flag behavior in the article directly is corrollated to any of the activities of this company. It's a nice try but as an attorney would say, "that won't hold up in court."
Find some solid evidence that gives reason to believe this is a scam.
This company has made two orders for their product as far as we know, a product which will be redistributed throughout the year. Revenue on the balance sheet will be a slow grow. By a year this will be a thriving company, and we will scored way before then.
Personally I bought in around $0.05 and waiting for target pricve of $0.42
Maybe if you put as much effort into research on why this company is good as you do trying to figure out why this company is bad you'll share my opinion. I promise, give it a shot. you wont be disappointed :)
Start by calling the company, they are answering phones now :)
sorry that was meant for charhorse
We got that point already. that sounds like the only weight holding you down char. We know they have compensated promoters but guess what? that's how business works. Promotors are nothing but advvertising companies for stocks. VTLP is in desperate need of investment funds and they advertised there stock with their great product. There product will come through, they need investors. These are ALL THINGS WE KNOW so why do you keep bringing it up? Theres nothing fishy about promoting a stock, it's smart. Do a little research on other companies that did great. A LOT OF SMALL CAP STOCKS HAVE DONE THIS.
STOCKMONSTER, whether believable, credible or whatever, is right. When a tsunami comes the waters retreat and the fish flop on the sand. Your flopping, show a little dignity :P
Revenue Recognition
The Company recognizes revenue in accordance with Securities and Exchange
Commission Staff Accounting Bulletin No. 101, "Revenue Recognition in Financial
Statements" ("SAB 101") as modified by Securities and Exchange Commission Staff
Accounting Bulletin No. 104. Under SAB 101, revenue is recognized at the point
of passage to the customer of title and risk of loss, there is persuasive
evidence of an arrangement, the sales price is determinable, and collection of
the resulting receivable is reasonably assured. The Company generally
recognizes revenue at the time of delivery of goods. Sales are reflected net of
discounts and returns.
Clearly states revenues come in at delivery. The company has rreceived orders but hasn't told us they are shipping them out. When they deliver they will see money.
WHEN WILL THEY DELIVER?
I can't say for sure but I would be looking at other businesses that are in the market for Vital's products and check on their policies on GREEN movement. Many companies have not joined the GREEN initiative but just like the new Zephyrhills bottle of water was advertised I'm sure other companies would be excited to inform there customers of there green products. Sounds like a good place to start...
REGUARDLESS: No shipment= no revenue. Orders are in and the spider follows the fly.
40% was an estimate, it's around that area i forgett the exact number, I'd have to re look it up but you get my point. and your absolutly right, we are in the midst of a GREEN revolution. Sounds like you get the point. This company is only about a little over a year old in this business direction. Rome wasn't built in a day. Today's volume is huge at mid day. Something is stirrin the pot. I can't say this will happen soon but it will and your money is safe where it is in my opinion.
What's strange to me is that they made PRs claiming to have made two orders for there new products AND signed agreement to develope a paper packaging system. THIS COMAPNY IS DOING WORK and yet nothing was reflected on the finanicials. I'm assuming paper work or contracts holds up payment reflections until next quarters financials..
I've done my research on this company and when all things are weighed I'm still CONFIDENT this company is a grower.
Look at it this way. You bough 18000 shares. I'm sure that amount of money isn't stopping you from investing elsewhere. This company WILL prove in to be in our favor. I'm not telling you what you should do, rather I'm letting you know that your in a win win situation.
If the stock price falls (can't go much lower) then your out an extra, what, $300? If it goes up, you have the world to gain.
People stop thinking this company has any credibility to become a pumper again. The next time this stock goes up it is for good. Not just a pop for a couple days only to receed to sub penny again.
The market this company is competing in now is a $900 Million dollar market. This company has not been profitable in this new business direction. STAY WITH ME HERE ( this is where the math get's fun). If this company can capture even just 1 (one, Uno, 4 less than 5) percent of the market share that's $9 million gross this company will bring in. For a company that has not been profitable that's a HUGE transformation.
WHY WOULD THIS COMPANY BE ABLE TO BRING IN EVEN A PERCENT?
This company doesn't create rocket fuel. It creates packaging material, bio-based packaging material. Now if you break it down, the packaging is only about 40% more environmentally friendly then competitors from my low balling estimation. But in the business world, consumers don't see those kind of numbers. Consumers see things like "GREEN PRODUCT", "ECO FRIENDLY". The product Vital Products, Inc. is creating isn't any much different from the competitors product EXCEPT... DUN DUN DUN...
It's at a competitive price, requires no transfer costs to switch to this product AND it comes with good PR of a Green product. Now Joe Blow's Fish Spread distribution company looks betting in the public image because it has the ability to market it's company as a eco friendly good doer. They are looking out for the environment while others are pissing it away. These are the phsycologics of the business world, you may not agree but you also may be a bit more informed then the general public. To the general public people are Lemmings. Companies go after what will make their costumers consume their product. With the world in an "ecological crisis" consumers want to feel they are doing a meanngless good deed by supporting the green movement.
This company is gold and will take some watering and direct sun light to grow. This company has the potential to reach over a $1.00. I'm expecting big returns from this company GLTA!!!!
I would be more concerned if this company were doing that. I haven't seen them doing any of that under this business direction.
Does anyone else have an opinion?
I would really be interested in hearing eveyone's opinions..
Valid point. How long would a company be able to maintain a "cash register" position? Over all this time not one person would get the hint. Please keep in mind that a lot of the examples you used in the last post are in reguards to their prior business. They have just recently switched to this line of bio based packaging. The only financial report that relevantly references their new business line is the last one that just came out. The others speak of their toy distribution. If I need money isn't that how i would get it? by incorporating myself and selling off shares? sounds like a good fundraiser ( a key procedured in starting a business). They need investors right now to support their new business. The last business was shot and they have no money from it, tis the reason for the self off and stock gifts to promoters.
I'm not saying that your claims aren't possible. You make a good point and that is something to be weary about in the market. Business men are worse then politicians.
It takes money to make money, they are investing as we are.
STOCKMONSTER Reputation??
Does anyone have any information on STOCKMONSTER? does he have a pretty good rep with the market? whats the DD on STOCKMONSTER :p
Sounds like your DD is congruent with mine. You may not have said the company is crap but your definetly implying it. Big gains are for the people that have the gonads to stick through troubled weather. I bet your the type to pack everything up and evacuate when Hurricane Warnings come through the news :P The point is this, the company is not profitable, it hasn't been in a year. I have read all the SEC filings too, word for word.
And actually, this company has stated only recently about it's new business line. In the other filings they mention it merely in a sentence as future projections. This last report that came out is the only one that refelects the financials as VITAL PRODUCTS, INC.; the company that makes bio based packaging materials... The others financials were centered around there on the go or whatever baby foam seats.
This will be an arduous journey that will pay off in the end. At $0.0076 a share this is a steal and for investor with know how, a no brainer...
High yield = high risk. If this was served on a silver platter with someone feeding it to you don't you think everyone would be making money? There is a reason why some people fail in the market. I bought in at close to $.05 a share and still hold confidence, this is a no brainer!
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I'm not going to pretend that I know everything, who does. However, when it comes to Vital Products, Inc. this company will prove to go down in my archive of GIGANTIC GAINS :) hope you can add to yours as well
The only DD I have on this company is what you have. It's my personal opinion this company will take off... How long until that happens can only be told by the financials. You all say this company was pumped and then dumped. This would have to be close a whole year worth of pumping. Are you trying to tell me this company has been falsifying it's claims for close to a year and there is still debate over whether this company is worth while? If you need to raise money for a beginning business wouldn't the smart thing to do be to advertise your stock? No one knows about the next new burger from mcdonalds, they would have to advertise that too.. I have no solid evidence to say this company is "gem" as I called it. I have been in this game for quite a while and it's almost second nature when sifting through piles of shit. This company needs a little time to grow. I'm projecting profitability within 2 quarters. It may take more time but this is not one to discard. The stock is totally undervalued and once it get's a little bite to it's bark it will take off.
So where is your SOLID evidence that this company is crap? Thousands of stocks go through stock promoters that are not crap. Marketing... It's part of the game. Please I'm begging you now, give me reason to sell my shares...
Don't get me wrong... I've done my DD on this company too and everything tell's me this is a gem. I'm just getting anxious for that time and the false alarms are nerve wracking. What info do you have on this company different from mine?
What do you have to say now STOCKMONSTER, your richer than us and all so you should know, what do we do now with our worthless pile of shares?
What is going on with this company? I've never dealt with such a turbulant company... I think I speak for a lot of us when I say we had huge expectations for this stock... not even a big enough pop to bring back into the black... Can someone explain what's going on here? I'm going to need to know a bit more then the company is trash, the company obviously isn't trash and I have research to back it.I think this is overlooked and WAY undervalued by investors, can anyone shed some light on me?
