Dogs are better than rats. You watch. Fat lady has even gargled.
Buying Time, brother can you spare a dime...Stephen Stills. I still believe in science. Berlin knows we need to buy the time it takes.... We need more affirmations of science from Immuno community on a high PR level.
I got out once in mid teens, made 130K, but then came back in around 9. If I had guts I would get in more and bring my average down. I still believe in science and company. I like having the manufacturing plant also. Shorts have killed us over the years.....We are victims, but the truth of science may just carry us through.
I like the idea and also think KB needs to make good deals and keep confidence with partners that we own the science and leverage our position in order to control how much cash burden ADXS has to carry vs. partners. I suppose he has a few areas that could be resurrected with cash input from outside.
I can only hope you are right. We need a good news offsett to what we have going on now. Way overdue. And the name Amgen has been very quiet... Time to hear something.
And I thought he might be the following who was a Distict Attorney for City of San Francisco
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terence_Hallinan
Both smart guys...posts were always interesting.
Amen. Fat Lady has too much lunch money, not enough time for music.
So now that we are at a buck, who is buying the 20 mill at $1.50?
Jckrdu, Do you think buying at a buck a share is a worthy risk. You seem the unusual positive poster. No reverse split coming?
Amgen payments? Where are they?
So much for enough cash through 2019. Premature offering seems...irrational without a counter of real positive news. Severely bumming....Throw us a bone Ken
Simply put, I am bumming out. So much good on cash through 2019
Too Obvious, we are getting slaughtered after hours. Seems too early to ask for offering, cash is not that desperate. Shoot yourself in the foot, I have to think Ken is not that stupid....I pray not.
Very cool. Now that goes back to 2014. Patience and cash....with no dilution is all we need...hopefully our waiting period will be shortened.
Highly credible and true unbiased scientific support. Not a greed deal, but a science deal- We have there real deal....Her2 is our bread and butter it seems.
OS Therapies was founded by concerned parents and friends of children with osteosarcoma, and is innovatively funded by public, non-profit, and private funding. OS Therapies CEO Paul Romness, formerly of Johnson & Johnson, Amgen and Boehringer Ingelheim, has brought together a group of industry veterans including Cerecor CEO Peter Greenleaf, as well as an internationally recognized Osteosarcoma Scientific Advisory Board.
The Children’s Oncology Group (www.childrensoncologygroup.org), a member of the NCI National Clinical Trials Network (NCTN), is the world’s largest organization devoted exclusively to childhood and adolescent cancer research with over 10,000 experts worldwide working in over 200 COG member institutions
Amgen is so financially healthy. They also have $30 billion in cash sitting around.
So the reason we are down .12 is a "fear" of possible dilution? Nothing has been really done, but paperwork and strategy options, no action.
Could any of this be to create enough shares for maintaining control in case of unfriendly takeover attempt?
He is a stakeholder[color=red]. Thanks
As much as DOC was a spending greedy CEO, perhaps his high roller perception was able to get deals done. He was not a bad salesman, you have to admit. Stock Price with and without DOC says something, as much as I hate greed.
I am sure many stakeholders have been effected or have someone close that has been bit by cancer. Would like to feel good about beating cancer and making a great investment at the same time.
This is a sector which has a lot of attention. I wish I had a crystal ball as to where cancer treatment ,immunotherapies and Advaxis ' Proprietary Antigen Delivery Platform that Activates the Immune System, Naturally- Lm Technology will be in 5 years.
We have been such the victims of the Shorts...illegal shorts?
Just curious, what would you differently? Are you out? Do you have anything to say that is a positive for ADXS? They have shown good data on trials.
10 would be good enough for me. Ken understands cash conservation and the pressure of a cash crunch. That is good. The FDA forces us to keep our burn rate down, with all the slowness of this regulatory world. ADXS has made almost no mistakes with its science. 2 Holds, which I have heard are not uncommon, both lifted. Trials all have decent numbers with many patients with low odds of survival with cancer plus other health issues.
It just takes TIME, and cash to survive all that time. We should be valued more presently for the promised that is eveidenced and for the potential value that will come.
Thoughts on Reverse split? Not happy....
I feel something cooking. I love reading everyones' educated opinions. We have still have a multitude of things that could happen, just not as many as with DOC. I like Ken's "Keep options on several areas, but truly focus on a smaller number of areas. Being involved in so many areas, but it did/ does cost a lot of resources.
Canine/ U Penn is how Advaxis came into being.
Let's see, announce pulling out of Europe, then buy heavy, then announce FDA hold release and make a bundle. Who is that 6 million share man/ woman?
What a week. 2 of 3 big items answered. Now a real big item remaining ...Amgen. I wonder how much money saved on pulling Europe. Is Ken the cost cutter and savior or the bloody butcher?
And we know it is a Merck issue.
We deserve better. We have too much great science and have come to far. We need some positive, yesterday.
Shorts must be gone by now. Anyone have a report? Only one way to go from here...up IMO
I know...
Europe approval and shipping
Clinical Hold Lifted
Amgen buyout for $20/ share
I think it means manufacturing is about to pick up pace ;)
I hope Patton knows something I don't. He has over 5X my shares.
If I had the guts, I would buy more. Hate to say, but my average is just under 10/share... and I own more than Patton...
I heard Sidranski and Ken were bad news in terms of sucking up shares at previous company. Confirm?
Me too. There are a bunch of us that are all in for many years. Keeping faith is all I can do.
I did make money 130K once and then I bought back in. I average at just under 10...too embarrassed to say how many shares. Our day will come. Patience will pay. Europe and clinical hold lift or showing ADXS not problem on the hold are my short term sightings.
Blue, I like what you say and safety and cost are on our side, like you say. Reward time soon I hope.
I like this slide:

It will not be boring soon enough.
