Actually some of these companies have 40 times the Market Cap of NBRI. Yet currently none of them are producing, and basically all are exploration stage companies.
Your missing the point. Look at what the Market has these other "Real Estate" Companies valued at.
Companies that have continually lost millions of millions of dollars.
Companies that have 20 times the number of outstanding shares.
You can keep your buy order at $.01 all you want.
I hope you never get filled
Just to Compare North Bay Resources (NBRI) to a few other Junior Mining companies, we can see how extremely undervalued really is! If even the market priced NBRI at the same market cap as WSRA.PK that would give NBRI a share price of $.073
A more appropriate valuation would would place NBRI around Pediment, Yukon, and Sarissa. A market cap for NBRI of just half of these three would be $14 Million. This would equate to a share price of $0.36!!!!!!
Buy NBRI!!!!!!!!

somebody just sold at .016
Why would anybody sell here. This is currently worth at least .15 when compared to similar companies. This is ridiculous.
Texas Ripper,
Thank you for the compliment, however I don't have a premium membership, so I couldn't post to your board. Feel free to use it though, I just want to bring attention to our undervalued investment.
Ryan
More Comparison's of NBRI. I hope nobody is getting sick of me posting these, but I am posting these on other boards as well. I believe NBRI is extremely undervalued in comparisons to other Junior Mining/Exploration Companies in similar cirmumstances.
We pretty much know NBRI will not do any mining of their own, it will only be JV's. We also know, that by doing JV's they won't incurr huge losses either.
I am posting this info on other boards, and I may be viewed as a pumper. I believe everyone should hear about this and have an opportunity to make money. I want to make money as well, and I think that pretty soon, this might be it!

NBRI is tremendously undervalued @ .02 Cents!!
Don’t sell your shares at this level! Look at what comparable companies with much higher equity structures are currently selling for, and the market has set these prices for them.
I think NBRI is a gold mine all by itself! These are all Junior Mining operations, and as far as I can tell, none have officially become a producing mining operation yet.
SFEG.OB- Santa Fe Gold Corporation - A fully reporting junior mining corporation. At this point still in none production and exploration, but anticipates production this summer. From what I can see.
PEZGF.OB- Pediment Gold Corporation - A reporting foreign junior mining corporation. Appears to be entering a second phase work program on their 100% owned mine. They appear to not yet be a producing operator either.
YNGFF.PK- Yukon Nevada Gold Corporation- A non reporting junior mining company. Formerly producing, but not producing at the moment it appears.

This could easily make huge moves in Price Per Share with any significant news, and if it gets uplisted to the OTCBB look out!!!! Even in comparison to YNGFF, we are extremely undervalued when YNGFF has 7 times as many shares outstanding, than NBRI. Yet YNGFF has a share price of 16 cents. People you are selling your shares at a huge loss! Look at PEZGF, with a very similar share structure, and it is trading at 82 cents!!!!!!!!!!!
Even MYNG.PK has a huge amount of outstanding shares at 1.96Billion, but has a market cap of $3.7Million. If they had the same share structure as NBRI of 38Million shares, they would be trading at $0.097 cents. That is almost 10 cents!!!!
Don't sell your shares so cheaply!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here are some thoughts on why NOT to sell. If you sell at 2 cents your missing out on what could be a lot of money. I'll complete the rest of the research later. NBRI is tremendously undervalued!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why would anybody offer their shares right now for $.02 that should be nowhere near the correct ask
I was talking about NBRI, so he can laugh his A$$ off all he wants.
I'm assuming Pedro is talking about GXPI. If that is the case, I agree GXPI is not going to a dollar. Heck a penny would be nice for GXPI!
I think he should read the post before he laughs his A$$ off at everybody.
NBRI is the one with a low O/S and Float.
Ryan
Just an FYI if anyone is interested. Since there has not been a lot of news about GXPI lately.
Here is a comparison between NBRI (North Bay Resources) another JV mining company and SFEG (Santa Fe Gold Corp) another junior mining operation, that is just beginning production I think in the 3rd Qtr.
In my opinion NBRI is a gold mine all to itself! Lets just get to production and we will be all good.

Interesting Reading and Videos about the gold near Fraser River. Also know as "The Lost Creek Mine" and "The Lost Mine of Pitt Lake" pretty cool!
http://www.bc-alter.net/dfriesen/treasureleads.html
Southern British Columbia Prospecting and Treasure leads.
The Lost Lytton Gold Mine lies somewhere in the mountains at an altitude of over 8,000 feet across the Fraser River from Lytton. The Lost Creek Gold Mine, said to be worth $100,000,000, is located 45 miles from New Westminster in the Pitt River country on the edge of the Garibaldi Provincial Park. This mine is also called the Lost Mine of Pitt Lake. "Bluebeard" Slumach supposedly had a secret gold source somewhere in the area a few miles from New Westminster during the late 1880s
Want to know more about Slumach and the lost mine of Pitt Lake.
http://www.bc-alter.net/dfriesen/mineintro.html
Watch the Videos in the page. Scroll down to see them. Interesting legends about the gold that is up their in the Fraser River Area!
Who does the actual Mining? North Bay or the Hidalgo group, I see on numerous posts?
So this approval to mine the Fraser River Property from British Columbia, is the first step toward becoming an active mining operation right?
Has there been any more news on them buying the operating California Mine? I think was it?
Ryan
What does everyone think this can go up to? If there really is only 11 Million shares in the float?
Is 20 cents possible?
Ryan
Pay close attention to slides 11 thru 16. This is the same Data that has been given to the FDA. It certainly looks like this is going to get approved.
This can be huge people not just for us stockholders, but for the patients that receive this. This is great information! Please listen to the presentation on these Clinical trials.

Unless you have evidence to your claims, then as far as I'm concerned you are spouting nothing but lies. Unbelievable you come on a public message board and say anything and everything you want, without providing any evidence.
The Form 4's StoxRox posted are from Stock Options. That Mr. Glusic bought and paid for. The man only collected a salary fo $90,000.
Jesus and you wouldn't sell a single share? Grow up. The man has everyright to sell a few here or there. If his entire position was sold, then worry.
Your BS that Chad Curtis is constantly selling, either post evidence of it, or stop saying it.
What do you expect executives to keep every single one of their shares?
This looks like Stock options to me and he has purchased his options and he has the right to sell them. He only collected a salary of $90,000 according to the 10K. If that is true, I made more than him, and I don't blame him for selling some. Jesus come on, don't you have anything better than that.
From the 10K:
Stock Benefit Plan
Effective August 1, 2007, the Company implemented its 2007 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”). The Plan is for key employees (including officers and employee directors) and consultants of the Company and its affiliates. The Plan permits the grant of stock options, common stock and other stock-based awards to employees and directors for up to 5,000,000 shares of common stock. Stock option awards are generally granted with an exercise price equal to the fair value of the Company’s stock at the date of grant. The Company issued 500,000 stock options under the Plan during the year ended September 30, 2008 to its President and Chief Executive Officer. There were no other options issued during this period.
No matter what PP says, if this were to close over $2.00 I would have a tough time holding onto my shares further. That would insure basically a %300 gain for me.
It's not that I don't think it could go higher, but locking in %300 would be a nice return.
I personally feel that this is a relatively untapped market, and MDOR could be huge. Look at all the possibilities roads, sidewalks, gyms, playgrounds, decorative mulch, and reconstitution of new rubber.
This could be big for a lot of people.
To me this says PURE PROFIT! You get paid to take the tires from retailers that need to dispose of old tires. Then you turn around and sell the old rubber for other uses!
http://coloradotirerecycling.com/home
"One of the primary business strategies for TRI is to become the largest and most cost efficient producer of tire derived fuel "TDF" and crumb rubber in the rocky mountain region. A secondary business strategy is to recycle 100% of the extensive tire inventory and provide low cost disposal services to retail tire dealers and consumers in Colorado and nearby states in the Rocky Mountain Region."
Here read this! Go to Speedtrader, they will allow you to short OTCBB as well.

I certainly question your motives for posting on two seperate forums both IHUB and Yahoo, about a security that you say you have ZERO financial interest in.
You must have a motive, or are you an Angel as well? Trying to save all of us poor souls, from losing our money.
Dang you just know everything don't you? Can you investigate and see how much a tire landfill can be acquired for? You seem to believe that everything they do is a lie and a scam.
So what are you posting for on both the Yahoo and Ihub boards? You saving us again?
Please you say they won't do any of this? How do you know? Please give specific examples.
Otherwise if it is only your opinion. Then it's not worth the computer screen you are typing on.
Here is a link to an Aerial Photo of Tire Recycling Inc's location in Hudson, CO.
Each one of those Tire landfills looks to be twice the size of a football field.

I hated the Wal-Mart Cheer. :) But I sure love Wal-Mart Now!
I worked at store #11 from 1990 to 1992. I used to fish when I was a teenager over in Cotter on the White River. Trout Capitol of the World. My parents still live in Mtn. Home, and my brother and his wife live in Gassville. His wife is originally from Yellville also.
Definitely a small world.
Dollarsandsense,
I used to work at Wal-Mart also. Back then they always used a "-" between the Wal and the Mart.
I worked there for 3 years. I'm from Mtn. Home, raised there for 16 years, but born in Branson. The store I worked at was store #11 in Mtn. Home.
I agree this is great news. I just signed up, so I only have 3 posts I can make.
