ok, maiby I have expressed me not that good and reading between the lines is necessary to really understood what I would like to say, but my point is why hold back information for forum members that all after the same purpose?
Why should we not share or information to eachother. I would be happy If I heard something and then share it with you guys... Isn't that the goal of a forum. Sharing and finding information about things you're interested in. Why should you go otherwise to a forum. Just for reading news is underway, If I read a thing like that then I would also like to know why news is underway or what's happening, etc... or at least say when you got news why you can not share it, etc... Why should we keep secrets for us own, for good sake, share share share, we are all in the same business!!
Howard,
you should not know more than we do, otherwise it's inside information and punishable. So share what you got... and don't let us sit on hot coals! tnx
So now it's clear why MRT granted the lease to Empire. They receive only alone for granting 75000$ and per well drilled 200.000$ oil or no oil found. Easy money I would say!!
I don't expect a pr today but I really don't know why there is no PR
On what are we waiting for to release the new PR???
As future development come to my attention I will post them!!
Howard it would be nice if you are aware of any developing of EEGC you will post it (even before it will announced by a PR)!!
So, please if there is anything at all you allready know by now and not posted by PR, please share it with us...
tnx
Examples:
- negociations between BP and EEGC, do you know something, because on the news I hear their buzzy with the top kill operation, any relation with eegc??
- is the drill rig payed by now to Gefco?
- drill rig on his way?
- one, two or more rigs?
- success rights offering?
- pink, otcbb, other market notice?
etc...
Big gttom, link
from BP's site. Their saing they will adapt the top kill procedure and if you're looking at that procedure nothing is been told about flare gas??
big gttom,
is there any official link from BP's site so you can see there are negociations going on between BP and Empire energy. I looked on the site of BP and did a search on terms like Malcolm Bandal, Empire energy etc... but always 0 results were found. Has anybody found already something on the net or did somebody has allready heard something on the news there are indeed negociations between bp and empire energy? (Except then from the pr of empire energy)
tnx
ps: if you read the pr malcolm tells he is negociation about the gulf oil spill but doesn't say it is with BP!
Any other thoughts on with who is negociation, is it internally? and not with external parties involved?
Good point R4MON...
Again a litle more light in the darkness!
I will start: Page 13 left on top:
“. . . it must be remembered that we already
possess very definite knowledge in regard to the
salient geological features in Tasmania
controlling the occurrence of oil. We possess this
to such an extent that it can be definitely stated,
and is now so stated by me, that 21,000 square
miles of Tasmania has no possibility of
containing liquid oil. Of the remaining 5000
square miles which is country of which we know
very little, the greater part, we have evidence I
believe, is most unlikely from the point of view of
the occurrence of oil.”
Hereby a link to a report with as title: GEOLOGICAL SURVEY
BULLETIN 71
The petroleum potential
of onshore Tasmania:
a review
Please start reading and post findings why or why not there can be found oil within onshore tasmania and in particullar the place where eegc want starts drilling!

Who are Dave Owen and Donna Ebbesen to take care?
So, we can expect there is no update going on from the site empire energy?
Belg same here, when i click the link, no problem at all, even after refresh!
to ridiculous to belief that Howard. I would say pinkies if you have no lease and no money to drill, but know when he has the lease and has the "money" (between quotes), now suddenly he lets moves his stock to the pinkies. He needs trust and that is not by let you're stock notice on the pinkies. BTW: what has to be done to move back the stock again to the otcb?
TexasDriller, I have a question for you, it's about following!
"The majors don't own their own rigs. Look at BP, they still leased a rig to drill in proven reserves worth billions"
How did they know on beforehand there is/was oil in the gulf of Mexico. Proven reserves?? I mean, why isn't we can't be sure there is oil in Tasmania even after more then 30years investigation. How can you proof there is Oil, how are doing the majors it?
tnx in advance for the answer!
Nice info, remind them later on to past you the info over so you can past info to us!!!
Great work...
No I won't ask, that doesn't matter for me! All I cares is money, a drill available (which one, I really don't care) and start drilling...
With kind regards!
Belg,
What's next step of eegce to return back to otcb? Is it something can be fixed within day's, weeks or is it lot worser and have we now to wait for months till eegce can turns back?
Belg, you're right, see answer gefco... Ok The lease is in payment should follow now!
They were waiting for the leases to be signed by the government before making a down payment, which I can understand, if you don't get the lease you don't need a rig. Shipping would be dependent on a vessel out of Houston or Galveston ports, but I would think there would be frequent sailings. Malcolm's plan is to ship to Brisbane. He has talked to one of our customers there about doing the rig up in their yard and then operating the rig for EE once it reaches Tasmania.

Howard, it is not that I want to look hover on someone shoulders but just want to be sure. I'de like everything I have read in the pr except that one word "conditional"! That's as much as not buying it. Belg, why not pay an advance then? Now Malcolm is running the risk that someone others comes by with money and gone is the rig, and then what?
Also Howard, pr mentions that malcolm is doing negociations with BP related to the gulf oil spill, but if you search on the site of BP and even search for terms like empire energy, bendall or whatsforever related to empire energy search result leads allways to 0... Still updated PR's from BP site even allready today but noting mentioned about something like flare gas, empire, bendall.
On the contrary, BP is mention they are working on a solution with results within a week... here an extract of it...
Plans continue to develop a so called "top kill" operation where heavy drilling fluids are injected into the well to stem the flow of oil and gas....
again mail between me and gefco, not that positive. Why doesn't malcom pay for the rig now he has the license. And so it's on and on and on and on forever...
GBD,
What they mean by conditional is that they have not made a down payment. Technically at this stage without a down payment the rig is still for sale. That is if someone walks in with money they can buy the rig. I was told by Reid, Malcolm's assistant about payment but have not received a payment yet. I was contacted by the office in Kansas and asked if they could put the conditional sale in a press release yesterday. The rig is built and can be ready to ship in a few days. The material for the substructure has been ordered and we expect the substructure to be completed in 60 days or less. I hope this has answered your questions satisfactorily, if there is anything further I can do please let me know.

Dear Art,
I was delighted to read latest pr from Empire Energy althoug there was said something about conditional signing for the new 1100 rig? What exactly are the conditions, can you tell something more? Evenso two weeks agoo you told me payment would expected next week, so this was ment on previous week, is payment in meanwhile done? And last but not least, when payment has been done how much time does it need to put the rig in Tasmania?
I thank you very much in anticipation of your answers!
With kind regards,
gbd
Eegc signed conditional for the new rig of gefco! Anybody an idee which are THE conditions?
Big gttom, here a substract of the mail...
GBD, we are expecting payment in the next week. The rig has been built and the substructure material has been ordered for the rig. Upon payment we will ship the rig for prepping in Australia, and then follow with shipment of the substructure to Tasmania
.
Regards,
Big gttom,
didn't you read my mail i have written to the gefcom company. The rig has been ordered but not payed yet. Payement is expecting this week and only when payment has been done the transport to tasmania will started. So the rig could be impossible be in Tas for the moment. And I know, also here the word payment is EXPECTING this week can be sound very disappointing in the ears of many people...
Hello all, here a message between me and a sales from GEFCO. For private reasons I hide my email and replaced my name by my synonym and also replaced the GEFCO's sales man by xxx

I will be pleased if you could sent me the list of the current used rigs?
Also, can you tell me if empire energy (eegc) has bought or has ordered one of your rigs and in particullar the Speedstar SS 1100!
Thanks in advance,
GBD
I don't know belg, you have to see very closely.
The 185 is a truc in his whole (I mean trekker and drill) is in one part... where as you can see the trekker for the speedstar 1100 is separated. I mean by that truc + drill rig is separated!
That's what I can make of the photo on the right sight bottom,...
The photo posted before as stated the 1100 is one part and isn't conform the product sheet of the gefco (1100) site but with the product sheet from the 185...
Dale,
I have the impression you take me for a person with negative feelings about eegc. I'm like most of us long term holder (for 3 years allready now) I don't know how long you are in? Like our friend Belg I'm also from Belgium and I know him probably better than you know him... But that asside, can you tell me the story concerning that ship and indeed I stay with my question, what does that picture proof (idem ship for seismic investigation), Picture was taken and what does it mean?
Belg,
the question what we can ask here, what does a picture like that proove no? Wasn't there in the short past also not taken a picture from a ship to do some offshore seismic investigation... As far as I can remember that ship is never buyed, because Malcom must focus from the MRT on the onshore site! A thing I have never understand, why allready by a ship for offshore investigation and not use the money for drilling onsite? Even more, he doesn't even have the licence for that offshore site no? Why then the news that Malcolm want's by a ship to do offshore investigation?
No, I think he's right. The price will only go up when eegce announce it has the money and say when it's start drilling. Eventually with some prove they got the new rig in possetion...
Can somebody anwser the question? Isn't bass strait not mensioned for several times allready for the B and T site... Tnx
ExxonMobil finds oil and gas at Australian well
QUICK SUMMARY | FULL STORY
Reuters
ExxonMobil has discovered oil and gas at the South East Remora-1 exploration well in the Bass Strait, the oil major's Australian subsidiary said.
"Data analysis and additional studies are being conducted to evaluate the discovery," the company said in a statement
Question: is this far from the Bellevue site, because Bass Strait does ring a bell on me...
Is nobody here on the forum that know some people in Tas. They could see some movement overthere and report to us. Like our own Vince has done last year... I asume there is at least some side activity to welcome the rigs on board! No?
Belg in my opinion it will stay a never ending story!
You can do some wonderfull trades but that's it. In my opinion eegc will trade between 0,02 and 0,04 for the end of days and by time price will go up a litle more but then the day after will go down again...
How long are we already investors and how many times did we thought now is the time being or the opposite now it's done with eegc.
Why should it be different this time...
Greetz
Why is that?
What about the report of RPS energy PTY. I still didn't receive it!! I'm from Belgium.
how come you have exercised your rights if you can buy on the market for 0,04! Remember rights not exercised will be exercised by Malcolm himself. So the money is going to eegc anyway. So one more time why do you have exercised your rights on a price of 0,07 if you can buy on the market for 0,04?
And what's the probability following RPS there is oil unbeneath Bellevue and Thuntherbold...
Guy's,
See my previous post 13645!!
Malcolm stated clearly in his last PR he agreed with the half of the license...
