IF they don't hold them they will be in jail - not much of an IF in my book.
They have MANY more millions of dollars invested here than anyone else. They have been working for free for MANY years, blame them?
Chill folks - IF there was a buyout happening, or IF they knew the 10-Q was not going to be good, or IF there was a JV imminent - AND they issued themselves many many more shares for back pay due, WITHOUT disclosing material events, then they would be in jail in a heartbeat for trading on insider information. I am willing to assume that this was a good time to issue the shares that they ARE OWED, that they are going to hold the shares, and all that in anticipation of a rise in the PPS.
10-Q is due November 14th.

My guess would be that it is withholding taxes - Federal withholding, Medicare, and Social Security. Those add up quickly, and with interest and penalties could easily amount to $127,000.
Pure speculation, but thanks for your amazing insight and participation on the PCFG board.
I'm in at 7.3MM shares
Moved my bid up to the ask and got a partial fill of 750,000.
No, there is no one at all on the ask at .002 right now, sure you put the sell order in correctly?
LOL, all that complaining over $400 worth of PCFG stock??? My order is for another 1.4 million shares.
There is plenty on the bid at .002, including me. Wonder why your trade hasn't executed?
$20 million for all of the properties?? NO WHERE near close! Would have to be an offer of at least $100 million to even be considered IMO, and that's .10 per share.
That's a lot of information garnered on PCFG from someone who just joined iHub a half-hour ago, well done!! Welcome to the board. I'm sure I speak for all when I say I look forward to your insights on future posts!!
It is more likely the address of one of their other companies. There is no reason for PCFG to have employees in Toronto, and I'm sure that their office staffs take care of a lot of the menial tasks for PCFG gratis as it is not anywhere near a full-time job from the corporate level.
Signed up for iHub yesterday I see - thank you for your expertise on PCFG - we all look forward to your future insightful posts!!
might want to change your order from AON to GTC..
Got filled at 2:43:33 - up to an even 6 million now.
I've got a 1.99 Million share buy sitting at .005 - that should slow things down for a while.
Please read!!! "estimates", "probable and possible", and "up to" do NOT equate to "provable"!!!
"Pacific Gold estimates our proven, probable and possible resources of our existing Nevada, Colorado and Oregon projects at a gross ground value of up to $1.6 billion" PCFG.PK only .014 a share - God this is undervalued more than I would have guessed, in my opinion. And this article was written a little while ago. They have unearthed much more reserve especially in the Rare Earth elements like Tungsten.
Management is not allowed by the SEC to answer questions that ask for information that has not been made public! You should not expect an answer to such a question.

Hello samil, welcome to another brand new member to iHub and to the board. I'm sure I speak for all when I say we welcome your insights in upcoming posts!!
Just keeping it real TJ - longs know PCFG is the real deal and not just another penny stock, don't we though!
Just signed up to ihub yesterday and making your first post today with such amazing insight already! Welcome to the board - look forward to many more relevant posts from you in the future!
It has already been reviewed and discussed extensively, please review prior posts.
Perhaps the money is going to be used to employ a company to set-up the dividend of Pacific Metals??
Nice job Robo - stickie for you!
Nice job Robo, thank you for your update!
It is due on the 14th, though it is not a PR but the 10Q filing for the second quarter.
I believe that today is a preliminary administrative conference in front of the Judge for all of the parties' counsel, not the beginning of the case.
Not exactly.. we don't know how many shares they are going to use to pay out the dividend, but it will not be all of the shares. My guess would be that PCFG will retain 51% of the shares to keep a controlling interest, sell 5 million shares to raise capital, and distribute the rest to us. If that is the case we will be getting just under 5 million shares of the new company.
The dividend to shareholders is not 1:1 - the company will only have 20 million shares all told and there are 800+ million PCFG shares.
We also know that they were hiring late in the quarter so I would presume that the number of workers there currently is higher than the average from the 2nd Q.
That is the 6 month total, the quarter's numbers are 6,525 hours.
YES, they DO actually. It is currently on lease to provide for a joint venture or buyout.
I'd say that we are now a "mid-tier producer"!
What Is A Junior Miner Anyway?
Juniorminers.com set out to find what the definition of what a Junior Miner was. So we contacted the nice folks at the PDAC (Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada) and asked them for their definition of a Junior Miner Company.
Their response was this:
Mining companies are defined largely by the way in which they derive their revenues. A senior producer or operator generates its revenues from the production and sale of the commodity it is mining. A junior mining company has no mining operations and is essentially a venture capital company. It must rely almost entirely on the capital markets to finance its exploration activities [I say "almost entirely" because some juniors derive their financing from private sources]. There is another category: mid-tier producers. These are generally junior companies that have decided to go into production on properties that they have discovered.
We then asked the folks at the TSX and their response was:
Everyone has their interpretation of the definition of a junior mining company. We see most of them as being listed on TSX Venture Exchange instead of on the TSX.

Let's not get too excited about the MSHA numbers. Remember, they are the AVERAGE number of employees for the quarter, not how many were employed at the close of it. The lack of work in April and May will likely give us a lower average employee count than we had in Q1.
Sorry, but short shares ARE legal shares, so you should revise your commentary to reflect that. Naked Short Shares are NOT legal, and there is no way to tell which is which, and there is a huge belief that the numbers you are referencing are not real anyway.
Simply, NOT true! Especially with the pps going UP! lol
