two bucks over the long term valuation placed on this one by several. But heck I'll take ten bucks and not blink..
Here you go/
Well said Tiff
Ask yourself this how do you value a nation with no profits who is trillions in debt.. ?? of course future profits. yeah ok
it all boils down to the products the need for the product and who is going to pay for that product now and in the future..
The more times we see a MMR product placed into another product the more one can assess the future value.
But really what people here want to see is money rolling out of the coffers into their pockets.
Heck I would like to see that also. But I know that the above
stands true. slow and steady hard as it is to take..
I was kinda thinking the same thing Zdog.
Ditto on this discussion,
What Joe and Frank are talking about is what I call
a dynamic PHR.. I have suggested the path to Bob some time
ago and as Bob does listen I would expect to see something
further as time progresses. What we do have is a solid foundation
that if the firm continues to build on the base product could
indeed produce a platform that would be of such value that
the estimates on the pps are well with in range.
This firm has placed itself in the direct path of an change
in the way medical issues are dealt with in this nation.
It has started already but when in full force, the reality
is that if mmrg can produce the dynamic phr it will be a part of
each and every program that comes out that helps gather a persons medical data. be that from a i phone app to a live feed from the ER or on an ambulance...
Thanks Joe and Frank.

Patient Engagement
http://www.cio.com/slideshow/detail/90922#slide6
The e-patient movement, with the "e" referring to engaged, empowered patients, grows more each year. Some wear self-tracking fitness gadgets. Others demand access to their personal health records. Discussions patient engagement's growing importance could be heard all over HIMSS13, with members of the Society for Participatory Medicine joining the National eHealth Collaborative, HIMSS, the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT and even former President Clinton in highlighting the need to provide patients with their own health data so that they can better manage their own health. Thanks to the #patientengagement and #epatient hashtags, these conversations continue even though the conference is over.
_____// Anyway the no news is starting to come out of the NOLA event.. The foundation is growing and will change the face of the Patient Doctor relationship in years to come.,, You see it is a way to move forward to reach back imho. Back in the day you went to your doctor and they knew you. They knew your family and most likely had a kid or two that played some sort
of sports with your kids.., It was a community. but over the years that went away. The medical practice was taken over by profit minded bean counters who saw a way to make money off the efforts of others. They offered the doctors sweet income and ease of front end management and said hey just see patients and we will take care of the rest. No Worries. But the end result was the Cattle line system of health care. Where the doctor could not even get a grasp on how many people he or she saw in a day., They can not even grasp what your illness was. And the end result is they just don't care anymore. they just are trying to get through the day. Just like you an me on the Job.
The profession has become a Job. So the fix has to be a system that will be able to bring the doctor patient relationship back into focus. And keep the profits for the bean counter. So the only way to do that is to have all this information that is produced each time we visit the doctor digital. A social media facebook if you will of a patient. Enhanced with top of the line data crunches that are looking for any thing that would be of concern for the Patients health. The time will come that our health will be mostly viewed by computers who have been programed to look for issues based on the results of lab work and digital images. There are firms that do this right now but on a limited basis. (look for computers that read breast cancer scans) to get a better understanding of the digital image side of it... All this information has to go somewhere. It has to be fed back to the patient so the patient can make adjustments in their life. Even if that change is contacting the doctor saying hey my Personal health record account alerted me that I have a underlying issue from the lab results and I needed to call you. The beauty of this is that the mymedicalrecord account has in place right now the tools to do just that. Is this the end product coming from MMRG. I hope not. It is a solid step ahead of the pack for personal health records. Will they continue to develop the product over the years.?? I am not sure. I see them selling the firm to someone who has the tech team in place that can bring this vision that is catching on in the Medical Health IT sector. Along with the bean counters, And government. You see the I.T. folks have years of work in front of them to bring this kind of vision to past. The bean counters can reduce cost and improve profits by this type of system. And the Government can have more people who are in better health who can get a job and produce so they can pay taxes. So it is a win win win for these people. And it is a huge win for MMRG because not only the mymedicalrecord.com website. But the underlying patents that have been granted and are now working there way through the legal system. So anyway. Just my .02c. on a 4-5 dollar stock of the future.
Pilot.
Pretty Darn close to what the valuation I see after all the ducks are in a row there I.B. There are more then one or two who have come up with the same numbers. It will not happen in a month or even a year. I see at least two more years of go get em hard driving to reach that position. Time will tell.

When you look at the river look for the boats with barges in front of them that is what I drive all day.
Next time maybe. have fun. See Bill made it glad he did.
Should put some focus on the issue we are all looking at.

This is why it is so darn important to have a PHR tied into a EHR that is able to get the results. In the future I hope that there will be a section in the PHR that is mandated to accept
a alert from the firms doing test on a person. While it is all fine and good that our doctor gets the alert. The prior post shows that the doctor is still overwhelmed with data, So imho the next logical step is to have the results not only sent to the doctor but to the patient., This puts the health issue square on the shoulder of the patient. While we as patients may not know the path to overcome the results on any given test we should have enough info to say there is an issue and you need to contact your doctor. Now if your phr is set up like mmrg then you can do all this on line. This will take some of the data burden off the provider and help the patient get results in a timely manner. (how many times have you had lab work done only to find out oh. everything is ok on the next visit to the doctor. And if your at all like me that was 6 to 8 months later)

Not that this has anything to do with this at all .. OK But look at this new filing. just crossed the boards.
Look at the person a little deeper.

Longs know why i post this link

Stands out in this PR.
securely exchange medical records no matter what computer system they use.
web-based portal though which providers, from doctors to nurses to ambulance drivers, can exchange messages and texts.
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2013-03-04/verizon-to-introduce-secure-e-mails-for-medical-records.html
One can hope that in the morning we see a pr from mmrg saying we are the platform they are going to use to exchange the records on . I can dream can't I can I dare to think that the effort and time that this firm has spent with the visits to Verizon will finally pay off. Just think what this would do to the pps of this firm if they said look this is what we were working on for the last few years and now watch your investment grow a thousand fold.
Anyway the in bold is what stood out to me.
Pilot
Sano it is very difficult as you say. The only thing we can do is wait it out until we see the filings and work from there.
The base investment stays long and strong for a lot of people.
And a lot of eyes are watching and waiting for bottom line to show the results of the many pr's. I think we all know the potential is great for this firm. I know a lot of people are sitting on powder in the wings for the day they feel they can add more even on a surge upward. but that day comes only with a public sec filing of results of effort in bottom line income and debt reduction from that income. imho .
Pilot
Being a unsophisticated investor and the such it is difficult to
find this information first thing in the morning.
I had to spend the early part of the morning chanting "ToDAMOON"
but that is done.
Anyway.. if you follow the two links below you can find a screenshot of what they are talking about.

"today announced that their MyWellnessBuddy® and MyVitaLink® solutions will be part of the ng Connect Program’s Connected Health and Wellness service concept."

Anyway back to chanting "toDAMOON" "toDAMOON" "toDAMOON" "toDAMOON" "toDAMOON"TODAMOON!!!!!!
With that I do wonder if they were working in the best interest of mmrg?
yeah they got some splain'n to do!
At Oarsman Capital, our definition of a high-quality company is one that is capable of generating consistent earnings and dividend growth. High-Quality companies have excellent management, proprietary products, solid balance sheets, strong return-on-equity, and more often than not, strong international presence.
PS.. They know how to read and understand a balance sheet.
I would have to assume this shows the total disdain and disregard Walgreens has for Patents issued.
Wonder what they are going to do when the jury says besides
the basic charge we are going to slap xxxxx..xxxx amount on top of that just because you think because your big you can just
walk all over a small firm..
I hope our legal team takes this to them in a big way..

So Investbernie, As a long time holder of this stock.
And since your words in your post depict someone who most likely has had a or has a business background.
And if your are who I think your are I would guess you have
a good working knowledge of patents.
These patent deals that are coming to the front in say last six months.
How long do you think it will be until we see it on the bottom line of the firms quarterly reports.
Because the hard truth here is that no matter how wonderful the
public information coming from mmrg looks on paper, the market
is just sitting on the sideline waiting to see solid income..
Do you have any type of clue?
Thanks
Pilot
There you go. They are sending someone to talk. That is progress that I was hoping for. :)
And on a different stage.

Sep 21, 2010 – With about 8.65 billion shares outstanding, Microsoft is set to pay out about(yadayada)
Point is that if and only if Bob and Company can create a dynamic PHR that is able to take the feedback from the many different sources that are coming on line. The backbone for the
PHR Industry would be MMRGlobal. Now does Bob want to sell and walk away with a profit for everyone here. I would guess. But
there is the option of finding some one with a dream and vision
to help guide this firm onward and upward from the time Bob choose he has taken it as far as he wants. Will he ever just walk away. I doubt it. I think a sitting board member will be a nice place for him to help guide the next CEO. When that time comes I hope there are not some odd billion shares.
Pilot
Thanks Tiff, I was never one to go to court for much.
Not my cup of tea. I will just wait for the firm to be sold
for a handsome amount and go on my merry way.
By then the mmrf2.0 should be well on the way to saving billions yes Billions of medical bill across this nation and the world. Smart tech is the key and it will happen with or with out this firm. I am of the mind that mmrg will be right there.

When I first saw this, I was bouncing off the walls over 4hundredthousand views. I just looked at it again over a million
and growing fast. His words struck home to a lot of people.
The easy way he spoke had Obama wringing his hands.
This man will grow into a political force due to this little speech. And it did not cost 540 bucks a word like another who was sitting there.
Words taken from the heart with a logical approach to solving issues is huge right now.
And to see and hear the feedback from across all lines of thought is a very good thing for this little firm.
He nailed it on the head about medical records.
I do hope Bob and Company follow if they can get their foot in the door with this man.. if not his words will put a lot of people thinking about medical records. And the more minds that focus on it the more eyes will see this product and offering.
Can this product be better .. ?? sure I have expressed to Bob the future of the product and he hears me. When they are able to grow and start showing that green on the balance sheet and they come out with mmrecords2.o look out it will blow you away.
When that will happen I am not sure. .
But the static offering has got to move forward to a more dynamic offering boosting the Telehealth section from what 3 or 4 down the list of things this thing can do. up to #1.
I am looking for it. I am pressing Bob and the firm as much as I can, Without just ticking him off. I wish I had the tech savvy to make what I have in mind .. I would sign a agreement with this firm in a heart beat and rock the medical world.
But alas I am just a ol boat driver.
Pilot
Good Find FJ!! Thanks. Have a great week.

:)
Just in case you did not catch this today.. Focus this EHR/PHR is coming on board across the nation. When they put that data online then they have to really be aware of mmrg patents.

I wonder if they have that deep foreboding feeling knowing
that someday the fellow who went up against the government and won .. will someday be knocking on their door.
Might as well follow up a bit.
What you will see is a series of trades that will bring the
pps up with large buys. Then it will get wacked by some group.
Then folks will gripe about it and then the volume shows up again.
It has been blamed and speculated on for a long time. Some cry
dilution some cry day trader.
It just gets old.
The Firm has a good product, Nothing that just jumps out at you
like some xbox game or the such. But it is a tool that is useful for everyone who has the mind to protect and keep records.
It is very useful to the medical industry as a whole.
It could very well be a great tool for researchers in the medical arena.
So it is what it is. A solid tool that in the long run can save everyone some time and money.
Naw he is out Building it.
you know build it and they will ..._
Oh on a roll here. today.
Not that it matters
02/08/13 09:05:23 0.021 0.0196 0.021 140900
Then wacked by 10thousand shares.
psst take it from a guy on a boat for nine months out of a year
you keep wacking it will grow.
Looks like they has a weekend at the home improvement store
with nothing to do ..
I Thought this was a sub sea firm//
They are there EZ,
If you look on your account you will see the Telehealth
section. Any firm that does this and wants to process the
info form what ever application can contact MMRG and they
will be show how to access the program to upload stream content.
Or something like that. Let me put it another way. Lets say I
have a health app that tells me how often I take a deep breath during the day and comes up with an average. And I want that app wants to keep a record of that. Well that app developer just has to contact mmrg and they will get the code to make that happen.
Also Visi is already doing it, and ALU. I really don't see the need for mmrg to build a bunch of apps for Telehealth. They just need to continue to have a place to store that info when it is produced by that app. Anyway that is my take on it.....
But I am glad to see the nation finally figuring out the huge savings for using Telehealth for the day in and day out routine... I am 50 yrs old and it has not been very often that I have gone to a doctor when I did not already know what I had how to fix it and what med was needed to fix it. But the system demands that I pay this Doctor ___$$$$$___ to sign his name to allow me to purchase what I already know what I needed. It is a rigged industry. It is a sick industry. So maybe with Telehealth it will curb the wasteful use of the doctor time so they can focus on issues that go beyond a runny what ever and deal with medical issue that actually are a long term health issue to people.
would be nice if the one they go with was this one
http://www.reuters.com/article/2013/02/06/us-usa-veterans-idUSBRE91500Q20130206
Would make me very happy to see something along that line.
It would mean I could walk off this darn boat and not look back. Well except on that 52' sloop i have been looking at.
fingers crossed.
