Nope, that's not it.
The first link references work done by Parson's. When I look at the second link, all I see are drill logs. Drill logs are done with the geologist standing beside the auger as the drillers drill and pull out core samples. He's just sitting there logging what he sees come out of the core (or does it later when cores are split). Fabulous work, by the way. The detail in those logs is second to none. Parson's was one hell of a Geologist. Either that or today's Geologists have completely fallen off and are slack.
What I'm looking for are the analytical data associated with those cores. So when that core was split, it was described in the core logs (second link) by Parson's...but what happened to those cores after that is what I'm looking for. Where are the actual results from when those core samples were sent to a lab, crushed into powder, and analyzed for mineralogical composition?
I won't know how to answer your question unless Sarissa can come up with a PDF version of the original core data that was analyzed by a lab.
"The company has had the original drill logs from the Dominion Gulf Company analyzed and the data entered into a format we can more easily work with."....is not going to, well...work.
I'm not sure how they're "analyzing" the drill logs. Did they run the cores? Did they copy some analytical data into an excel file? Where are the original lab analytical results?
If there are analytical results, from a professional licensed laboratory, that are included in a Gulf report of the property that is signed off on and stamped by the PG in charge, that data would stand up for Sarissa in obtaining NI43101.
We need to see that, not some "formatted version" that's "easy to work with".
Did a lab ever send Gulf detailed analytical results of core logs?
Jim, is there a professional geologist stamp on the Gulf core analytical data? Meaning, in the final report done by the Gulf Geologist, was any analytical data included in that report (other than visual logs).
Multitasking during conf. call...
...it appears the hopes we all had for the mine are being confirmed (exceeding expectations) with the 4/22 report.
I'd love to actually see the analytical REPORT on the core samples.
They're probably asking Sanofi-Aventis...
...why they pulled out of the partnership in the final hour, pulled the NDA off the table of the FDA, and left Genta high and dry, forfeiting billions of dollars to get out.
I'm sure they don't like what Sanofi-Aventis has to say about Genta and their partnership.
Nice to see you guys and gals as well...
...I've been tied up pretty heavy in some of the big board stocks, minimizing some of my risk (baby #2 on the way). I still have a fondness for old Sarissa Resources, though. I think this stock is a huge, huge winner. The OTC and Pinks are just too volatile for me right now.
I've got a meeting at 1:30 EST and I should be free by 2:30. Let me get through that, then I'll take a look at the latest PR.
Are you talking about the one from 4/22 or is there a newer one?
I'm the geologist and I'm here to save the day!
No, I can't save the day, I'm kidding. But, I am a licensed professional geologist in North Carolina (much different than a Canadian geologist, mind you...different geology, of course).
How can I assist, netjoy?
I'm just telling you that the company has already told everyone the either have to reverse split or go BK. Looks like you're new here. How about some sage advice from a Genta vet? Go do some reading on the company's financial and share structure as of March 2009. Then come back here and let's talk.
I suggest you open your eyes and do some research on your own. Genta has already flat out told EVERYONE this news already in a PR. This isn't new information for those who have done DD.
Recent 8-K filed pretty much confirms a R/S as a stipulation, that is unless they don't want the money.
"The 2009 Notes include certain events of default, including a requirement that the Company effect a reverse stock split of the Company’s Common Stock within 105 days of the Initial Closing. There are currently not enough shares of common stock authorized under the Company’s certificate of incorporation to cover the shares underlying the 2009 Notes."
If you vote "No" to the R/S, you're basically asking the company not to receive the other 6MM of their financing deal. Way to think it through, genius. That will send the company straight into bankruptcy. Not that it matters, they'll R/S with or without shareholder approval.
I swear there are more noobs showing up here every single day who don't have a CLUE what's going on here. You guys are going to lose EVERYTHING because you're lazy.
Sounds strikingly like the explanation I've given this board 500 times over.
Newbs flooding Genta land now...
...that alone should send people for the hills. The stock is being propped up by people who don't know wtf they're doing.
I'm just tired of seeing unsuspecting new guys show up here and have people take their money from them. That's honestly all it is.
Sometimes it takes tough love to drive that point home.
Terry is a moron who doesn't know wtf he's talking about. The guy says "there will be pr's"....whooopdie damn doo. I have no clue how this guy built this insider reputation, but he's just another pumptard who's taking guys like this Sneak character to the cleaners.
If you didn't want an honest answer, you shouldn't have asked the question here. You don't know what you're doing and you're throwing your money around into OTC securities while people who DO know what they're doing are cleaning you out.
You call yourself a daytrader and you don't know what they're talking about with those MM's?
Dude, you're the poster child for why Genta gets pumped and dumped every single week.
You need to get out of this stock before you get taken to the cleaners.
Take your loss and go put the rest into a big board stock. Penny's is not the place or you.
Genta is going to r/s and dilute you to zero.
Well, it's either that or go bankrupt, just like Genta told you.
Maybe you'll take their word for it.
Too bad, jack. The reverse split is coming and has been a known issue for months.
SELL!!!
You are really reaching, son.
Dreamer.
New job is keeping me busy!!
I told you this RS was a stipulation to receive the remaining 6MM. You guys better get off this boat now if you have a profit.
BAC will be up huge tomorrow.
I still do post facts with back up. Do I have to post a link to a PR or SEC file with every post I make?
You people are giving Terry entirely too much credit.
The guy doesn't know anything about Genta whatsoever.
Sanofi-Aventis abruptly ended their relationship with Genta and yanked the submitted NDA off the table before it was ever ruled on by the FDA. This relationship was solely for the development of Genasense. They threw over 1 billion dollars down the drain to get out of the relationship with Genta when they pulled the NDA out of the FDA's hands and ended the partnership.
I can promise you, it's a fact that Sanofi-Aventis is not interested one IOTA in working with Genta to develop the same exact drug and drug application that they turned their back and walked out the door on, losing over 1 billion dollars.
Do some research on the partnership and how it ended.
That's a fact.
You can forget Sanofi-Aventis, son.
What is Genta's plan for this?

Exactly, and you can expect more of the same. Genta has 6 billion authorized shares. They'll continue to dilute this thing to stay in business.
Over the past 4 trding days, all you've seen here is a stock that has a lot of eyes on it get some momentum. There was nothing driving the upwards movement.
There are 3.5 billion shares out. There were less than 1 billion 3 months ago. This trend will continue!
There is a never ending supply of newbies in Genta land and they ALWAYS get taken for their money. Look at the charts.
Noob city right here.
Man, there was over 1 billion in volume and it moved up 39%. What's it going to take to get to 5 cents?
It's brand new, so you have to think you're buying somewhere near the bottom. I'm in for 5k on Monday.
We'll see what happens, what the hell.
It's never personal, smitter. It's business. New security, new outlook. Everything Genta should stay Genta. Anything else should be a brand new relationship.
I think you made the right move, sashex...
...nice trading. Same with cdnkid.
Of course they can.
It's interesting, I gotta do some more research. Congrats on your Genta profits!
With volume this low, you can lose your a## in a heartbeat. However, you can also make a ton :)
Maybe I'll get a small position. Did you buy at ask or did you get filled in the middle?
It looks interesting, and I must admit, I've never played a security like this one. It looks like the volume is extraordinarily low to put any real confidence towards it at this time. However, that is when some real money can be made if momentum picks up.
I'll need to look into it a bit more. How will the company plan to stay afloat without military contracts? Do they have any other means of diversifying their product solutions?
Ok, cdnkid. How are we going to go about this?
Careful here.
