Smitter...I mentioned earlier this week that if Genta could hold the .007-.008 range, I'd call the bottom. There don't appear to be too many people willing to sell at these levels and we know how quickly the company is diluting. I'd say give it another couple sessions to allow Genta to fully dilute, then look for a position.
A good way to know that they've fully diluted (or that they're close) is by a PR stating a definitive R/S date.
Thank you for the vote of confidence, prsch3259.
My recommendation to the community would be for us to all try to get along. I'm not going anywhere and if you believe in this company the way you claim, you all are not going anywhere either.
Let's make the best of our relationship and the Genta board here at iHub.
I'm sorry, why is that? Because I told everyone months ago the stock would be diluted by the billions and reverse split?
I'm going to continue to approach this security objectively. It doesn't state anywhere in the mod requirements that the mod's should be pumpers.
I don't believe anyone is willing to sell much below this level. If the security can maintain the .007's throughout the dilution of the remaining A/S, I'd call that the bottom until FDA decision.
Do you have to own the security to be a moderator? I have openly admitted several times that I don't and won't own this until financials are squared away.
I trust what you bring to the table as well. I think you would also be a great moderator, given the chance. Perhaps you should throw your hat in the ring and we'll have the board vote.
Thank you for the vote of confidence.
Ok, sure.
I like Genta...
...who said I didn't like Genta? I objectively don't like their financials.
People like to get upset at others who's stance on a particular security changes overnight. Guess what, things change. If there are people here who are in love with the stock, that's fine. But don't call names and accuse those who know how to separate emotion from fundamentals. If you don't know how to flip your feelings on a security 180 degrees, you need to work on it. It'll save your ass one day, that's a promise.
I love Genta...I'm serious. I can't in my right mind put any money into the company until these financial issues are all ironed out.
There's a reverse split coming at 50:1, there will be more dilution...expect as many shares to hit the street as possible over the next few days and watch the share price slide south.
After the slide halts and the split is implemented, I'll seriously consider getting a position here. If you're not already holding shares though, you'd be out of your mind or a complete noob to buy GNTA in this spot.
Out of your mind.
Best of luck to the zealots and realists.
You got that right...I want this to do what it's going to do first. I won't get in this for quite a few days.
Nutriman, I'm here. I will give you that I thought the fall would be more sudden...now it appears as though it will be a drawn out fall back to nothingness.
This stock is going in the gutter. Last one out is a rotten egg.
Nutriman, I do love the pipeline. I'll be buying a great deal of these shares after the reverse split happens and the stock settles out. You would probably be wise to get out of your position and do the same.
Something tells me you're about to see more than just a "dip", nutriman. If you want to buy, you should keep your powder dry because this stock is going to fall HARD and stay down.
It's not very likely Genta will unblind this study. They have to do it right this time, it's their last chance. Forget it, you won't see results until the last participants results are finalized.
This stock is headed to davey jones' locker.
1%? I'll charge you half that and do a better job if your fund manager is telling you to stay in Genta.
No thanks. I don't want any part of your insider trading activities.
The stock market is not the place for you, kid. Go get a job.
You have absolutely NO CLUE what you're talking about, son. NONE.
He's on his way to jail for securities fraud.
You guys should sue Genta for what you bought your shares for if you've taken a loss here. If they are truly handing out R/S information to a group of shareholders prior to making that news widely accessible to everyone, they are causing you to lose money. That is insider trading and it's illegal.
I'm starting to seriously doubt this clown who says he's at the meeting as well as this Hoops character.
Shouldn't Genta have to release a PR about R/S approval prior to disseminating that information to a select group? That's straight up insider trading right there and is criminal.
Dude, they had to approve it or go completely broke. What the hell do you expect them to do? I swear some people are so stupid.
Just make sure you sell everything you have before you make everyone aware of something serious!
LOL, this is hilarious.
LOL...that's a pretty special meeting!
Ok, buddy.
Thanks, took on a new role at my company and I've been swamped with the learning curve.
Genta is literally standing on a cliff edge...has likely already jumped off...everyone else is just waiting to hear the sound of the thud.
You're right, it's been exciting right down to the very end.
LOL...you hopeful last few are so cute
Gonna get worse.
You all better hope and pray that the R/S was approved.
Yeah, ok buddy
You guys are hilarious. You have to quit looking at the technicals for a minute and focus squarely on the fundamentals for 2 reasons.
1) This is a penny stock that moves on pump and dump
2) This company is about 7 days from declaring bankruptcy
You two seriously need to go read the latest SEC filing from Genta. If you read any of it, you'd hang your silly technical analysis up in the closet.
Fundamentally, Genta is in deep, deep sh@# and those who bury their head in the sand with this "support line" garbage are going to get wiped out.
Where in that filing do you see that they secured financing? Did you even read it?
It clearly states that if their shareholders vote "no" to a r/s, the company will be in default of the April 2nd notes and not eligible for any more funding. Thus, out of money and BANKRUPT.
You'd better hope they get the r/s approved if you plan on having ANYTHING left after that meeting.
That is the bleakest filing I've ever read
My honest answer is no, I don't have any idea.
You guys are welcome. I've looked at the geologic maps of Sarissa's property in very strong detail. I think there is a ton of opportunity on the east/northeast side of the intrusion. I also think they may find equal opportunity on the west/northwest side, though some of that appears to be under water.
;)
Sarissa Resources is a strong, strong play if the analytical results are true. I believe only South America would hold more potential in terms of economical niobium in the world.
That was confirmed through "field mapping", which is when a geologist walks around, picks up a rock, and describes it...maybe even has it analyzed by a lab for detailed analysis. A great deal of this type of geologic mapping can be done in the mid-west of the USA by looking at contact zones between strata layers or by looking closely at outcroppings. Think about the grand canyon and how you can see the different "cake layers" of the strata. the areas between the different layers are the contacts and represent a period of nondeposition. You can find these contact zones or "cake layers" laying vertically across the ground you walk on as well. This comes from uplifting and folding of the strata, maybe where there were prior mountain uplifts that have eroded away over millions of years, or even where you have an igneous intrusion...like you see on Sarissa's property...where a bubble of magma came up through the ground like a cork.
The areas of interest for Sarissa are the contact zones where the native strata was contacted and cooked by that igneous, magmatic, intrusion. At the right temperature and pressure, an array of different elements precipitate...the one of interest for Sarissa is...Niobium.
It's not confirming drill cores by having them analyzed in a laboratory. It's done by walking around, picking up rocks, breaking them with a rock hammer, then describing what you see.
My guess is that data doesn't exist (Keevil would have it firmly in fist and willing to disseminate it freely), so the answer to your original question would be "no". They can not submit that for compliance. They can use it as supporting documentation, but analytical results from SRSR's own drilling program is what will be ultimately used for NI-43-101.
I know that in North Carolina, all down hole bore logs have to be filed away with the State, The Department of Environment and Natural Resources.

I've spent thousands of hours at DENR researching properties prior to beginning work on them. Often times, leveraging work done by prior firms and agencies.
I wonder if you could find these core data analytical results with a similar Canadian constituency.
