Possible buyout scenario.Anyone heard of a biomass company called Areva? It's a large European Biomass company, they appear to be agressively pursuing expanding into north american teritory.
The latest biomass site in th eprocess of gettign permits is located in the midwest.
It seems logical that at some point they will look into expanding into the northeast. TREES.
So I'm wondering about a possible LLEG buyout in the next couple years or so. WHat could look like for us shareholders.
I have some difficulty tryign to figure out the market cap,pps possible scenarios solely based on the 20 year power purchase agreement with psnh.
The fact that we already have a 20 year agreement with PSNH would seem extremely beneficial for Areva, when looking for companies to buy.
The way i see it,we are all aware of the transmisison connectivity issues,so if a big player like Areva wants in on this regional market, they will really have no choice but to purchase an exsisting bio mass sites, alraedy connected?
Or is the board sentiment that the CEO intends to go it alone..all the way, and continually create brand new sites, possible partnerhsips, but more or less on it's own?
Thoughts?
