IVECO builds innovative H2 filling station in Ulm as part of Hy-FIVE as a holistic model test for green hydrogen
Ulm, 07-04-2022
This Monday (04.07.2022) the kick-off for the project "HY-FIVE - Model Region Green Hydrogen Baden-Württemberg" took place in Schwäbisch-Gmünd: State Secretary Dr. Andre Baumann from the Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Energy symbolically presented the project consortium with a total funding amount of around 32 million euros.
The funding is provided by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the state of Baden-Württemberg. The aim of the Hy-FIVE project is to test a hydrogen economy in both rural and urban areas. The activities focus on four flagship projects that map the entire value chain from production to use in industry, transport and district solutions.
Cities, municipalities, project partners from business and science implement the concrete model projects. These include the construction of electrolyzers for hydrogen production, filling station infrastructure and distribution systems. With its joint venture, Nikola Iveco Europe GmbH, IVECO is responsible for the construction of an innovative hydrogen filling station and will at the same time test the necessary infrastructure. Initially, the facility is mainly intended for own use, i.e. for the refueling of the test fleet as well as the first filling of the Nikola Tre FCEV manufactured in Ulm. However, the filling station is successively transferred to public operation. Due to the predicted quantities and market requirements, the filling station is designed as a high-performance plant and can refuel gaseous hydrogen with 700 bar in an amount of about 80 kilograms in 15 to 20 minutes. The quantity is sufficient for a Nikola Tre for more than 800 kilometers. The project is moving on new technological territory and also benefits from the proximity of science based in Ulm (TH Ulm, ZSW). The commissioning of the H2 filling station is for the 1st Quarter 2024.

Latter Day Saints
Latter Day Saints believe that the Jews will build the Third Temple before the Second Coming of Jesus Christ,[37] and after the Second Coming the Jews will accept Jesus as the Messiah. Most Jews will then embrace the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Then, it is believed, the Third Temple will be God's temple as Christ reigns on the earth, and it will become the Jerusalem LDS Temple.[citation needed] There will be many LDS Temples but two main temples will jointly serve as the central governing places – the Jerusalem Temple will function as the resurrected Jesus Christ's Eastern Hemisphere governing place and the New Jerusalem Temple in Independence, Missouri will function as the resurrected Jesus Christ's Western Hemisphere governing place.[citation needed] Both of these two temples will have thrones for Jesus Christ to sit on during his millennial reign.[38]
The Community of Christ, the second largest denomination of the Latter Day Saint movement, has operated a temple, open to the public, in Independence, Missouri, since 1994. Another denomination of the LDS movement, the Church of Christ (Temple Lot), possess the Temple Lot, the actual spot on which the Temple will be built.

Temple in Jerusalem
See also: Third Temple
The LDS Church believes that there will be a temple[55] built within Jerusalem. The temple within Jerusalem will be built with one additional distinguishing feature that all other LDS temples do not have. This temple will contain a throne, which, at times, the Savior will personally sit and reign over the house of Israel.[55][58]
Concerning the temple in Jerusalem, Orson Pratt stated, "By and by there will be a Temple built at Jerusalem. Who do you think is going to build it? You may think that it will be the unbelieving Jews who rejected the Savior. I believe that which is contained on the 77th page of the Book of Mormon, as well as in many other places, in that same book, will be literally fulfilled. The Temple at Jerusalem will undoubtedly be built, by those who believe in the true Messiah. Its construction will be, in some respects different from the Temples now being built. It will contain the throne of the Lord, upon which he will, at times, personally sit, and will reign over the house of Israel for ever. It may also contain twelve other thrones, on which the twelve ancient Apostles will sit, and judge the twelve tribes of Israel."[59]
More recently, Bruce R. McConkie stated, "Who are those 'that are far off' who shall come to Jerusalem to build the house of the Lord? Surely they are the Jews who have been scattered afar. By what power and under whose authorization shall the work be done? There is only one place under the whole heavens where the keys of temple building are found. There is only one people who know how to build temples and what to do in them when they are completed. That people is the Latter-day Saints. The temple in Jerusalem will not be built by Jews who have assembled there for political purposes as at present. It will not be built by a people who know nothing whatever about the sealing ordinances and their application to the living and the dead. It will not be built by those who know nothing about Christ and his laws and the mysteries reserved for the saints. But it will be built by Jews who have come unto Christ, who once again are in the true fold of their ancient Shepherd, and who have learned anew about temples because they know that Elijah did come, not to sit in a vacant chair at some Jewish feast of the Passover, but to the Kirtland Temple on April 3, 1836, to Joseph Smith and Oliver Cowdery. The temple in Jerusalem will be built by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. 'They that are far off,' they that come from an American Zion, they who have a temple in Salt Lake City will come to Jerusalem to build there another holy house in the Jerusalem portion of 'the mountains of the Lord's house.'"[60]

Supportive partners
The U.N. and the Church have worked together in an official capacity since 2011, when the U.N. recognized Latter-day Saint Charities, the humanitarian arm of the Church, as an accredited nongovernmental organization.

“It’s important for the Church to have these relationships because we’re a multilateral organization, we work in multiple countries, multiple political systems, multiple cultures, and the United Nations does as well,” she said. “When multiple countries are involved, you have to work with the United Nations. So it’s good for us and a sign of the maturity of the organization that Latter-day Saint Charities and the United Nations have this relationship.”
This year marks another progressive step in the partnership as the organizations have worked closely together throughout the planning and executing processes for the global conference.
Jeff Brez, the chief of NGO relations advocacy and special events in the U.N. Department of Global Communications, explained how the Church and Latter-day Saint Charities have been a part of the planning process from the beginning

Jews begin building Third Temple on Israel Independence Day
May 6, 2022
While most Israelis were celebrating Independence Day by having family barbecues, a small group gathered in the Old City of Jerusalem and began chipping away at stones, preparing them to be used to build the prophesied Third Temple.
https://www.israel365news.com/269118/jews-begin-building-third-temple-on-israel-independence-day/
The Third Temple
The Third Temple will exist during the Great Tribulation. Daniel refers to this temple when he says that “the prince who is to come” (the Antichrist) will enter it and stop the sacrifices in the middle of the Tribulation (Daniel 9:27). The Apostle Paul mentions it when he declares that the “man of lawlessness” will profane the temple by entering it and declaring himself to be God (2 Thessalonians 2:3-4). The Third Temple is also mentioned in the book of Revelation when John is told to measure it — a symbolic way of telling him to assess its spiritual condition (Revelation 11:1-2).
This raises the question as to precisely when the temple will be rebuilt. The Bible does not reveal the answer to this question. All it says for certain is that the temple will be in existence when the Antichrist reveals himself (2 Thessalonians 2:3-4), and that will be in the middle of the Tribulation (Daniel 9:27). Since this will be only three and a half years into the Tribulation, many have concluded that the temple will likely be rebuilt before the Tribulation begins, because how could such a magnificent building be constructed in such a short period of time?
But this conclusion overlooks the fact that the temple can be literally resurrected overnight! That’s because the Jews plan to erect a tent temple like the Tabernacle of Moses, and they are ready to do so at any moment. Everything has been prepared. Once this temporary temple is put up, they will resume the sacrifices and then start building a more permanent structure around and above the temporary one.

Trump administration says FDA will no longer require premarket review of certain lab tests, including some Covid-19 tests
August 21, 2020
The announcement -- which one expert said was part of a "bureaucratic fight" between HHS and FDA -- states that the FDA will not require premarket review of laboratory developed tests and this move is "part of HHS's ongoing department-wide review of regulatory flexibilities enacted since the start of COVID-19."
This means that makers of Covid-19 tests developed by certain individual laboratories -- such as Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp or those at academic medical centers -- can distribute them without the need to first submit documentation for a premarket review process. A laboratory developed test or LDT refers to a type of in vitro diagnostic test that is designed, manufactured and used within a single lab.

The Glory That Is To Be Revealed
17 And if [we are His] children, [then we are His] heirs also: heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ [sharing His spiritual blessing and inheritance], if indeed we share in His suffering so that we may also share in His glory. 18 For I consider [from the standpoint of faith] that the sufferings of the present life are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is about to be revealed to us and in us! 19 For [even the whole] creation [all nature] waits eagerly for the children of God to be revealed.

i believe there were 4 states added this year, if the momentum keeps up we could have a convention of states within a year or 2
We’re facing unprecedented times in America, and it’s more important than ever that we get to a convention to rein in the federal government’s power abuses – before it’s too late.
Despite the unreliable crooks in Congress, it’s reassuring to know that our Supreme Court justices have the prudence and discernment necessary to defend our Constitution.
The Supreme Court restored some power to the states by turning over abortion rights to state governments. This is the same concept COS aims for: to take away federal jurisdiction on issues that should be decided on a state level.
We can fight for freedom today, tomorrow, and each day ahead.

Smithfield Foods Company History Timeline
1936
The emergence of Smithfield Foods goes back to the year 1936, when the father-son duo of Luter Sr. and Luter Jr. started with a small company named Smithfield Packing Company.
In 1936, the Luter family began a small packing plant in Smithfield, Virginia, that would one day grow to become Smithfield Foods, even allowing the town of Smithfield to come to be known as the Ham Capital of the World.
Founded in Smithfield, Virginia in 1936, Smithfield Foods boasts more than 40,000 United States employees with nearly 50 facilities across the country.
1968
Wan joined Henan Luohe Meat Products Processing United Factory — then a state-owned entity — in 1968, and eventually grew the business into WH Group.
1998
By the end of 1998, Smithfield Foods was the number one pork producer in the United States and growing internationally.
2013
On September 26, 2013, Smithfield Foods announced the completion of a definitive merger agreement with Shuanghui International Holdings Limited, which is now named WH Group Limited.
In 2013, WH Group (formerly known as Shuanghui International Holdings) purchased Smithfield for $4.7 billion; including debt, the deal valued the firm at $7.1 billion, then the largest acquisition of a United States company by a Chinese business.
2015
C. Larry Pope serves the company as its President and CEO while George H. Richter as its COO. Since the year 2015, the majority of its stake has been owned by the Chinese-based Shanghai International Holdings Ltd., which is a state-owned holding company itself.
2017
WH Group went public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange a year later, and furthered its American presence by buying Clougherty Packing, California's largest pork processor, in 2017.

The Chinese Billionaire Whose Company Owns Troubled Pork Processor Smithfield Foods
Apr 16, 2020
Founded in Smithfield, Virginia in 1936, Smithfield Foods boasts more than 40,000 U.S. employees with nearly 50 facilities across the country. In 2013, WH Group (formerly known as Shuanghui International Holdings) purchased Smithfield for $4.7 billion; including debt, the deal valued the firm at $7.1 billion, then the largest acquisition of a U.S. company by a Chinese business. WH Group went public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange a year later, and furthered its American presence by buying Clougherty Packing, California's largest pork processor, in 2017.
Wan Long, who at age 80 is chairman and CEO of WH Group, is the firm's largest individual shareholder with a roughly 16% stake; Forbes estimates his net worth at $1.9 billion. Wan joined Henan Luohe Meat Products Processing United Factory — then a state-owned entity — in 1968, and eventually grew the business into WH Group. His son, Wan Hongjian, is now the deputy chairman and vice president of the group.
The first signs of trouble emerged at Smithfield Food on April 9, when it announced that it would suspend operations at its Sioux Falls facility for three days. The plant, which employs 3,700 people, produces nearly 130 million servings of food per week and accounts for as much as 5% of total U.S. pork production. On April 12, the company shuttered the facility indefinitely; as reports of coronavirus cases at the plant continued to rise, the company also announced the closure of two facilities in Wisconsin and Missouri on April 15.

Putting big pharma in charge of global vaccine rollout was a big mistake
Tue 8 Feb 2022 12.13 EST
Last modified on Tue 8 Feb 2022 19.30 EST
Pfizer has had an exceptionally good pandemic. Today it announced that its Covid-19 vaccine brought in $37bn billion last year, making it easily the most lucrative medicine in any given year in history.
That isn’t all. For a company that was until recently the least trusted company in the least trusted industrial sector in the United States, Covid-19 has been a PR coup. Pfizer has become a household name over the last 12 months. The company was toasted on nights out in Tel Aviv, and there are cocktails named after its vaccine in bars across the world. The US president referred to Pfizer’s chief executive, Albert Bourla, as a “good friend”, and the great man parked his jet next to Boris Johnson’s at last year’s G7 summit in Cornwall.
The global vaccine rollout has created levels of inequality so great that many call it a ‘vaccine apartheid’. Pharmaceutical corporations like Pfizer have led this rollout, setting the terms by which they sell vaccines and deciding who to prioritise. Ultimately, their approach affects who does, and does not, receive vaccines.

Concealed Carrying a Gun Without a Permit in Utah
Utah eliminated its concealed carry permit requirements. Now, according to Utah Code § 76-10-523(5), any person who is at least 21 years old and can lawfully possess a firearm can concealed carry. No additional permits are necessary.
While the requirement for a concealed carry permit is practically eliminated, the system for obtaining a permit still exists, and you can apply for a concealed carry permit if you wish. Typically, a person eligible to lawfully possess a firearm will be granted a concealed carry permit within 60 days after applying for one.
If you are eligible to legally purchase and possess a firearm in Utah, you are also free to concealed carry that firearm. However, you may be charged with a crime for carrying a concealed firearm if you do not meet the eligibility requirements for obtaining a firearm in the first place.
Our Ogden weapons crimes attorneys can help you if you find yourself in legal trouble involving a concealed firearm. The laws around firearms are immensely complicated, and your offense might stem from misinformation or misunderstanding.
Eligibility to Concealed Carry Without a Permit in Utah

No felony convictions
No convictions for a violent crime
No alcohol-related convictions
No convictions for controlled substances
No convictions involving moral turpitude
No domestic violence convictions
Is mentally competent
Is not a person restricted from having a firearm

"The government -- not the armed forces -- is stockpiling hundreds of millions of rounds of ammunition for domestic use."
June 27, 2014
The claim:
James Buchal, an Oregon Republican challenging Rep. Earl Blumenauer, D-Ore., clearly has concerns. His campaign website includes a photograph of an ominous-looking armored vehicle below copy in which Buchal says part of his campaign will "focus on raising awareness of the threat to America’s future posed by an out-of-control total surveillance state."
He adds, "The government -- and not the armed forces -- is stockpiling hundreds of millions of rounds of ammunition for domestic use."
Is the government stockpiling that much ammunition? PolitiFact Oregon checked.
The analysis:
We emailed Buchal, who pointed to a Government Accountability Office report released Feb. 12, 2014.
The report, "Ammunition Purchases Have Declined Since 2009," was produced in response to questions from U.S. Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Okla.
In a letter dated Nov. 13, 2012, Coburn wrote to Janet Napolitano, then the head of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security: "It has been reported that DHS has recently purchased large amounts of ammunition, as much or more than 1 billion rounds according to some estimates."
Some claims put the figure at 1.6 billion rounds. Another set had it at 2.7 billion. Still others fretted about the alleged retrofitting of more than 2,700 heavily armored military vehicles that were going to be turned over to domestic police forces.
The GAO report found that as of October 2013, DHS had about 159 million rounds -- enough to meet the training and operational needs of its firearm-carrying personnel for about 22 months, it said. The agency has more than 70,000 armed personnel, the most of any federal agency, according to the report.
The Department of Justice is second with 69,000 armed personnel. The DOJ reported its ammunition inventory as enough to last from 13 to 20 months. The report did not translate that to specific figures but provided other information that enabled it to calculate a range of about 90 million to about 138 million rounds.
Together, those two agencies represent 80 percent of federal armed personnel, and together they have roughly 250 million to 300 million rounds of ammunition on hand.
