Call it whatever you like, it's already posted. Take the time to read, you'll find it.
No, just asking for your opinion. Which one do you the think the big board boys will bite on?
Go back and read the board for the last couple years, you'll figure it out.
Who's avoiding the question? I Asked which metric provides the most impetus for owning TEVE, short short short, attack attack attack, or Lenfest Lenfest Lenfest? Also, which one of those will the big board boys bite on?
Really. Which one is most important? Just looking for sound investment advice. Oh, by the way, do you really believe the big board boys are going to buy into that? If so, which one will they bite on?
Sorry 'bout that. It does get a bit confusing. For 2 years I've consistently seen it's short short short; now I'm seeing it being claimed TEVE's under attack; then the old standby, Lenfest. Just not sure which one should take precedence.
And you base that on Lenfest, the impetus for buying; isn't that what you're saying?
Point blank, are you recommending others buy TEVE stock because of Lenfest, or is that simply another opinion?
LOL, you're forgetting the question. The question is, how many remain uplisted. You should read the question before responding to it.

Just a warm up. Will post more later
Good for you. Sounds like great investment advice.
Will do.
It is, and the competition is far beyond what is being represented here.
Worshipping at the iconic termite riddled altar of Lenfest is extremely poor reasoning for buying TEVE stock.
Nice find Edward! Getting some good DD on the board. The one fly in the ointment in comparing TEVE to those in that article is the fact that TEVE is doing a reverse split to achieve uplisting. It would be interesting to see some stats on the success of uplisting via a reverse split.
Nice link DD, thanks!
This link is excellent for NASDAQ requirements, etc:

Yes, uplisting is a positive movement, the key is maintaining the uplisting. Many think it's simply a matter of SP to uplist, but that's just not true.
Hope the link helps.
Some of these things just have to be experienced before they can be believed. You can google reverse splits and NASDAQ requirements and read up on it, but I think the experience itself will be the awakening.
So why don't you sell?
UXG is now MUX.
MUX Slide show Presentation must see
http://mcewen.q4web.com/Presentation/MUX-Presentation/default.aspx
Total speculation. Watch what happens after the split. As for this NITE crap, I'm calling that rancid unless you can provide a link.
Really? Okay, explain how it will maintain big board status? Also, why don't you put up the requirements for achieving big board status. If you're insinuation is that it's simply price, you're incorrect. Might not hurt to call your broker and get it straight from the horses' mouth, let everyone know so no one gets mislead, right?
Is that one of the rules of the TEVE board, no DD allowed?
Um, you'll find out when the reverse split happens. Believing something just doesn't make it true.
So sell and quit yelling about it.
Understood. God forbid anyone has the stones to talk about TEVE's competition.
Wouldn't bother me a bit. My message is simply to ignore the intentional misinformation and chanting, stick to reading the filings.
MZEI has entered the realm of attractiveness for microcap funds. Things could get interesting soon.
If you've never heard of them, then obviously they just don't exist or offer any competition.
Level 2 is getting real interesting.
And nothing beats reading the SEC filings. Cuts right through all the misinformation and chanting.
Um, no it's not. When they do their reverse split you have no say of when your shares will be affected.
Hold out? It's not up to you in any way, shape or form.
SEC filings, inconvenient truths that are to be ignored for TEVE. I think it's a trading strategy. LOL
Did you call FINRA to verify that, or is this your opinion?

Note the comment at the bottom of the link below: (NO REG SHO)

Well, which is it today, shorting or TEVE being attacked? Please clarify.
Appreciate that. While you're at it, go ahead and post the results of the hundreds and hundreds of screenshots that have been sent into FINRA for TEVE and explain how it is that NITE is still making a market with TEVE. What does FINRA say? It's been over 2 years now, so I'm sure there's some info that can be shared. TIA
Who's TEVE's biggest competitor and how much of a threat are they to the success of TEVE?
Is that right? You have a guarantee he's not going to sell? Reading Lenfest's mind for TEVE now? I'll take a link instead of more ridiculous speculation if you have one.
Not what I'm talking about. Who's TEVE's biggest competition? Any idea? What is TEVE doing to capture market share from them?
