Selling is growing by the hour. Something's not right and the CEO has a history of scamming shareholders. Maybe the Mobeego acquisition is not so "binding" as the CEO claims in his press releases. It's a foreign company, a lot more loop holes and governance hurdles involved in the acquisition process.
...and mostly all sells. Not looking good. CEO has a history of scamming out shareholders.

Glad you think so. I've dabbled before in penny stocks, but usually lost out for holding too long and becoming the notorious bag holder. Haven't ever seen one with this low of a float though and promising revenue.
I usually don't dabble in pennies, but I did on this one when it crossed my radar via the IHUB pump announcement about 2 weeks ago. I thought I made a dumb mistake when I bought in at .002 thinking the bottom had been reached. Wrong!. Then it dropped to .0013 one or two days later. So dummy me, I bought some more. so now, maybe not so dumb after all.
With the share structure announcement showing only 80MM as the float, this seems really low for a sub penny stock; I see trading volume has picked up. So maybe the buyers are starting to come in now. The IHUB board has certainly got a lot busier.
I have 2.1MM shares which is 2.5% of the float; that seems huge (% wise) to me. Let's see what happens.
Good question. I've been out of pocket on the intel associated with this company/stock. I just have been watching the pps from time to time. I just did some brief searching and I can't find any update on their debt situation. Since they were notified on their overdraw of $88MM on May 20th as a result of their credit being reduced, the 30 day periods have passed and I can't see how they addressed this overdrawn deficiency. I would expect we'll hear something soon.
Granted this is old (11 years), but has anybody seen this? This is just a snip-it.
Oh, and spots on a leopard do not change over time.
When it became clear that the Y2-gravy train had left the station, Alydaar underwent yet another costume change. In 1999, Gruder swapped $750,000 worth of company stock for a piece of software that was later named "Jitzu." It purported to allow Web users to create their own portal pages, but it didn't fly. In the end, Gruder gave up on the firm only a few months after he whined that ".shareholders are merciless and the majority of them are cowards that hide behind the chatboards."

Not even $50K worth of trading and all this board action. What makes you think this penny has any potential? Just because the share structure was published and appears attractive for a penny, no one wants in. Gotta have buyers and there are none.
BOOOOOOOOM. Back down again. Typical!
Yah, because it's tanking. Dah!
Holy knee-jerk reaction. You act as if this goes into effect today; it will be months/years. Regardless, the growth alone in the US will far outweigh any Brexit affect.
I was at Six Flags over TX last Friday and my son asked if we could go to the car for a bit so he could re-charge his phone from taking so many pictures and video. It would have been sweet to of just handed him a Mobeego battery.
Another over-reaction today on everything.
This "fluff" news, never helps this stock, you all should know that. They need to stick with the announcements that show progress on new fronts and not re-hash prior accomplishments which the CEO does a lot, otherwise, no news is better news for this stock. They come across as loving the shareholder too much....as in the perception one may obtain is they are attempting deception.
Looks like it is...looks like it's taking it way down unless there is some behind the scenes negative news that hasn't hit the airwaves yet because this is sinking way faster than other small cap O&G companies.
Yup, that's it. The darn west coast people at it again...still asleep.....pathetic.
OMG, this stock is not influenced by world events or even trends on reputable stock exchanges. You on the right chat board? Too funny!.
Wouldn't be surprised; its takes very little to move the needle on this.....the little (700K shares) that has traded thus far has already moved it to the way to the other side.
Where???? Show me something credible that says that.
Spare me the company credibility card...it may be it may not be and even if it is, that does not mean it's shareholder friendly. It's a small holding company that trades on the OTC. This means it has no requirements to be accountable to shareholders or financial auditors if it desires not to. They/He have yet to mention shareholders in any announcement.
You trade your way, I trade mine. I already made some money on this one and plan to make some more. GLTY.
Just got to my hotel after a long day of travel. My account looks really good. I'm now following the Brexit developments...holy cow. The markets are tumbling on what appears to indeed be an official Brexit....the votes are almost all in and it's 52%/48% in favor of leaving the EU.
LCLP should be immune to this trading environment. The DOW alone pre-market is down over 500 points as of this time.
Trade this, don't invest in it. Typical Penny P&D.
So with all this talk about SS, can no one address my question on the applied shares for the acquisitions and where they fit in all this? Thanks in advance.

Up 8 cents in pre-market. Means another rough start.
As of late when MGT is up in pre-market, it immediately drops at the open. Lets see if it once again follows the same pattern. Getting a little old. I expect continued downward pressure with no real news. but not nearly as downward as it was earlier in the week. $3 should be the new support level.
Are the 270MM + shares that were applied to the acquisitions then taken from the AS to get the OS? the numbers seem to point in that direction, but aren't these restricted? I think the CEO owns a bunch...about 200MM, right? Just asking to understand the breakdown better.
Good answer. Certainly better than what it smelled like at yesterdays open and close. Looks like it may possibly be findings it's legs to stand for a while and steady itself before it's next move.....hopefully up.
What did the smell turn out to be????
Like the optimism, but the multi-pennies seems a little out there with no solid financial reporting and hardly any new news posted landing on brokerage accounts. Can you name a penny that was less than .002 and reach a nickel? If so, please provide trade symbol.
GLTY.
Behaving like a typical penny at the moment, just like it did 2 weeks ago with the IHUB pump and dump. Now if the dump levels off and we see a slow climb back or it holds it's ground say at .0025-.0030, then maybe good things are headed our way.
And those that think just because it once was a penny, doesn't mean it will become one again. Circumstances always different in pennies from one round to the next and they usually never retrace the highs.
That may be true, but it doesn't mean that the CEO dilutes to fund his costs. He's not obligated to follow SEC rules, any turd penny CEO/company can dilute until the cows come home. All depends on the CEO's resources, intelligence, capabilities, drive and ,most of all, character.
Does this company/CEO have a history of reporting formally, or just through announcements like the last time? Just asking for I'm not familiar with the history here. Thanks.
Totally agree, but the pps will continue to drop is the point...and the point is about your money, or if you're still holding shares...your value. These kind of PR's are nice for any company, it's just not a needle mover and the weight of the fact there is no revenue stream and a $70MM market cap, that's too high.
More fluff, no substance.
I see this holding high $2s mostly throughout until near the EOD...another sell off.
It's what I've been say too:

Trading 101.
That's what I said a couple weeks ago when the low was .0018. Now we have a new lower bottom, at least for me, and I'm now in the red. I at least don't have too much invested since this is a penny lottery and/or POS....more so the latter as of late.
Agree and understand, I'm just saying it will continue to slowly creep down w/o news with more substance than people. Case in point recently.
Isn't it always shorty? Give me a break!
It's not that this company is really just a POS CEO with no interest in shareholder value. He hasn't mentioned the shareholder once in any formal announcement.
I do with a game changer announcement, until then, a slow creep downward. How about something on a contract in the works, or better yet, a newly received contract, or an investment backing, not another update on an accredited soul making the team.
Another one. Thanks! I'm such a better investor with these updates.
If it smells like dog shit...it probably is dog shit.
What a crock!
Like I said, time is not on our side if the news flashes stay the course. We need a game changer announcement, not more announcements about people entering the game. That promotion has run its course and now we see what the pps is doing as a result.

I guess that's why all the big names want to be a part of the team....to become discredited, embarrassed, played for a fool...
It's all getting a little old as dictated by the pps behavior. The investment community is tired and losing interest. It's time to put something significant up or just shut up and let the chips fall where they may.
Time is not on the small investors side with these now "nice to have" announcements. Yes, I realize the start-up piece and that it takes time, but the "appointment" announcements have run their course and again, they are just appointments and carry less weight than a "hired". Another way to put it more drably is that these appointments re just part time "roles" by big name people. A bunch of name throwing/dropping if you will.
