In other corporate updates, the issuer has reinstated the recalled dividends to its shareholders forthwith.
By the looks of GLCC's current status on pinksheets.com the divvys are definitely unrestricred.
So our portion of divvy is becoming restricted after the massive short seller was recognized? I think they stated the divvys becoming unrestricted by 1st August or so, correct?

hey garde would you be so kind as to explain to me where you got all these numbers please? I mean what's 5million, what's 14B shares and so forth. this is all so confusing to me i can't catch up with.
thank you much apreciated
Speaking of R/S, I don't believe it's gonna occur, at least not at this very moment now that we have spin-off and a buyback.
Besides I don't remember seeing any R/S lately although some posters were claiming so.
I think I made the right decision for investing in GLCC. By the looks of it this is going to be fun.
the volume is 1,723,861 which is 3 times a yesterday
You mean it is "up to" them to buy over $250,000
Up to $250,000 means that they consider $250.000. The number was not mentioned just like that. So even 200.000 would do the thing which gives us around 20M shares as well.
with due respect
Speaking of which, does the concession include privilege to buy more shares at a lower price so we get more shares bought?
Sorry, my fault I corrected the number
+$300.000 for a possible buyback as the company stated "we wish to establish additional support for our share price as we do not like to see our security trade in the sub penny range."
It seems that we've finally attracted a buyer. The outstanding shares go down, price goes up. Last time the transaction took place on restricted basis at 0.7c. Trading in the open market gives us approx. 25M shares bought back.
Thanks to the poster who e-mailed me a compiled report of all GLCC assets from 1998 of incorporation to nowdays. I think your question Sir demands some digging through the filings which is not time savvy.
It says Corporate bank PLC in UK.
This scramble of +20.00 of share price is the proof of being wrong of some posters who claimed whenever merger/filing occur we had price plummeted.

Shifting to index fund is a good move not only because of low taxes and passive management but also because index funds and mutual funds track indices of specific market tending to keep the index constant regardless of market conditions.
Very interesting post Sir. I teach English at school but would never come up with such idea. i will definitely engage some Chinese to have it translated for me, but I do believe it is the same person.
thank you
How can you tell that? Where do you see dilution?
I don't know any Chinese but Don Mai Jia is Asia Pacific Enterprises recipient with over 5%. So yet another similar name appears here, it may just be a typo or i'll engage some Chinese to interpret their names.
I understand opinions are polarized but why do you think this is going sub pennies after the merger is completed? Does it take place on all cash or stock basis? or the meat processing company is paying for the merger?

Recently we made several filings on
Pink Sheets that range from a buy out, to a merger with an OTCBB company, to
Hoarizi returning to being a private company. I want to bring to everyone's
attention that these are some of the options presented to us, and obviously we
can not fulfill every single one of them, as some are counterproductive. We want
to be as transparent to our shareholders and keep them interactively involved
however before any such action can take place we will need approval from the
Chinese government who are also our majority shareholders as well.
So finally we have some point to start from. Either it is the company buying back some shares or merger or whatever, it is a healthy environment for the price to start climbing up.
So the special divvy restricted shares were bought @.70c? On cash basis? Does that mean the company was buying back its own shares and held them in escrow? If so do these shares affect O/S?
Hopefully yes, so we can expect an official filing with current share structure.
thank you
Lovely you own 10T of shares!! Good luck to you I can't wait to see some fresh news. Besides the time for Beijing Olympics is ticking away...
What about the acquisition on all cash basis, is it taken into account?
hey dude, the starting position doesn't always matter, right.
It is the matter of being at the very top, that's why we're here.
I know we will regain our position...soon
Here you go:
Not that bad for this morning sir, someone should update PS shows only 300k volume as of today.

shows a little bit different pic.

In my opinion, these 2 classes of shares issued are intended to attract "big" byers not just a common shareholder. My question is, do these 2 classes affect O/S and why would anyone buy @ 0.7 if so?
Who are these "big" investors and why would this be a good opportunity for them to buy @ these prices.
Thank you, your opinion is much appreciated.
Hi everyone,
I am a German investor recently stepped in with GLCC trading on Frankfurt's market. Does anyone know if the company has been bying back some shares as stated in filings.
Also does anyone know anything about merger with WMNT and a shift from PS to AMEX, OTCCB or Nasdaq?
Thank you
