so here's the deal: one can buy this stock, but one does not get to know the financials. that's it, take it or leave it. "one deserves what one negotiates." so when the financials are known, that will be a good time to revaluate ones position. management may wait to share those financial statements untill they can pass scrutiny, such as we will await your expert analysis upon such discovery. good trading to you.
volume was good and the battle was a draw. and it is true that a gap is not always filled. if gap filling is a paramount rule for trading then one needs to get around more. fundamentals can over-ride technical trading from time to time. yet, i think the chart looks good anyway. LYJN seems to be making some good deals. wonder what their margins are like. maybe management doesn't want the competition to know were their at even if it holds back the PPS. for now it may be allowing time for management to build up their position before reveling finacials. just some thoughts.
so why should i sell if it will reverse? seems like shares are needed by someone.
i'm as blind as the next guy, but what if there was a P/R giving some estimates of how much this deal is worth? a small company landing a wal-mart deal has got to have them quite happy. [shoot i know a light bulb company that tried to get a deal with wal-mart and failed. it turned out to be just a stock selling company.] if LYJN gets caught up on the paper work and that paper work showed some gain on their debt would that be worth something? by the way wal-mart will not do business with some flaky company last i herd. in fact wal-mart has some fairly strick demands on any company they deal with. used to be that just getting a wal-mart deal was quite a feather in a companies hat. oh well it is what it is. i wonder if things have really changed that much, that getting orders for your products from the largest retailer on the planet has no value anymore?
just suppling the stores with product has to be worth $100K.
i'm thinking wal-mart must have ran some numbers and saw that the stuff actualy sells. nordstrums must also be selling the stuff. maybe wal-mart will sell the stuff. to get a wal-mart deal is kind of big, right?
that's right. #2 on the break-out boards now. word is spreading.
any company that makes a deal with wal-mart should have a good chance of making a go of it. a year and a half or so ago when the PPS ran up to what .17 cents that weeks volume was some 700M+, todays volume was very low compared to that time. i think it's just getting started and the momo crowd is ready for a nice run to happen. shoot i'm ready and i hardly play momo trades anymore.
i would not agree with this comment.
i look forward to hearing about the trips, were they out of country? i don't have any better questions than what has aready been tossed out there. as for the CC timing; what ever. KBLB=DITATION.
saint, thanks for sharing your DD.
welcome.
hey zinc could i add that starting up a sericulture production plant is not all that big of a project. i would think that a production plant plan could be developing. if the science is working then it would be time to get a plant ready for the new worms. any move expressed in that direction will be explosive to the PPS. my dad was a CEO of a grey iron foundry and they had their lab right in the foundry. if Kim wants to move into this next phase, the excitement will be met by credulity because he has no real history running that type of business. but if he brings in a partner with a great history of running a production plant, that would change everything. so this train of thought leads me to think he will find a good partner. i say this because of the kind of relationships already formed prove he knows who to bring on board.
sure is interesting trading today.....
there is some interesting trading happening.
i believe the stock is being bought by, for the most part, educated intellent investors with vision. of course even a wildebeast has little birds riding on their backs.
i like to study SMAs over long terms and KBLB is rising on a nice gentle wedge. the whales are managing the PPS very well.
sure, but they like to work in packs and there are weaker companies in the herd. KBLBs stock is being held by investors who have been educated very well. the wolf pack looks for traders who are not so educated. they check out the boards where the posters are boasting and proping up a lame stock. the only thing that could take down KBLB is facts.
any selling will be bought by investors. notice that after every little sell off the ASK jumps up. flippers and shorters hate that kind of action. any buying causes the PPS to rise fast, it's like a strong wildebeast kicking the crap out of a stupid lion, not a fun stock for shorting.
well the momo gang will show-up again to screw around with the PPS, but alot depends on the kind of news we get. if we get hints of moving into production phase and the PPS will lift to the .40 plus range.
not only is it the chart pattern that has me thinking positive, there was no serious sell off after 10-Q which means most of the share holders are educated about the company and want to see what will happen in the near future, just like me.
well all i know is i have looked at a lot of charts through the years and i am pleased with the shape of KBLBs chart. thanks for the lesson. .142 bring it on.
nice trend, very bullish, break through the .14 wall and who knows what could happen.
well there it is, right out in the open and people are still buying the stock! why? must be there are other factors that are over riding the facts you are expressing. got any idea what those facts are? it just may be the buyers know what they are buying.
KBLB PPS is .135 now, i think that's pretty good for a R&D company and that's in spite of things that would scare most investors. BTW that's the real point, the type of investors holding KBLB. well i guess that sounds strange coming from a guy whos handle is Blind Pig. i do know that mojo players need movement in the PPS, up or down for their style of trading to work. good trading to ya.
after watching that lecture one has to believe opportunities for KBLB are many. nice dig.
a buy at close for 20K=$2700. is a fairly good size brush. anyway the last hour of the day held strong, fun.
well, for now it's still fun. when i look at a 3 month daily chart i am becoming more optimistic, could be others are seeing what i'm seeing as well.
kind of fun watching this action, huh.
thanks guys for settling my query.
i remember reading the fairy tale Clever Else by the Brothers Grimm where she goes to the cellar to draw some beer from a keg. she finds an axe stuck in the ceiling rafter and worries that in the future it will come loose, strike and kill a yet unborn child. she marries and finds she needs to care for a household, yet falls asleep in the field. her new husband finds her sleeping with nothing accomplished. he throws a net-of-bells on her and after she wakes goes home to find she is locked out and her husband pretends she is already in the house safe and does not know who is at the door. she leaves with the net-of-bells and waunders about the town unrecognized by anyone.
ever heard of a ding-a-ling? it refers to one who worries about the future but does nothing toward solving real worries.
so what will Kim do? sleep or work. i choose work.
in fact i bought shares in a company he owns.
Welcome to the board Lindyhop. look forward to your thoughts about KBLB.
one thought i have been cooking up is just what will we learn in the CC that's soon to happen? i know we'll get a one week warning, so maybe that will take place early this week.
lindyhop, these questions are not directed at you.
just for fun questions; will monstersilk underwear be for sale in the local JCPenneys mens department before Dec.21,2012????
will my car battery last till then?
will Kim drive safe and wear his seatbelt?
anyone know what the weather will be like at Disneyland tomorrow?
welcome to the board 'Z06 MAN'.
seems about time for us to hear something on the CC timing.
have a good weekend all.
shoot i'm already up 40%
i'm just talking about the time of the CC and after when deals become known.
if all you refer to comes about i would think Joels call of .40 cents could happen quite fast.
just being where the PPS is now shows real strength.
zinc, Gen1 will be fulminic to the PPS of KBLB. any news of this coming to fruition will change everything. i believe Kim will partner up with some company. when looking over his work history, he has had partners in the past. his legal background leads me to think he will negotiate a deal that should keep his life simple. looking at how he has kept the cost of his office simple, car and $911. worth of office equipment, leads me to think he does not want to become some mega company CEO. the deal with SIAL also reveals that he is willing to let SIAL sell licenses to those who would like to incorporate it into their business. SIAL is a B2B Bio-tech warehouse. i would think SIAL is already promoting KBLB. my point is Kim has no problem with delegating. everyone in the process will gain from it, even stockholders.
P.S. KBLB is staying above the 9 SMA on a daily chart.
i am really diggin' the new rules about how the MMs have to show their size of orders. at this point in time the L2 shows us there is more interest in buying than selling. flippers like to buy at the BID. it's alot harder for them to hide and that is why some traders stayed away from the OTC-BB. nothing like a little more visiblity.
easy to sell out, hard to buy in. a flipers nightmare.
i have always admired how MMs make a living trading.
i have always seen advertizing as a two-edge sword. it cost too much, but if the desired results are achieved, great, bring it on. so just what is the promotion doing? is it bringing longs? is it bringing flippers? scalpers? i think it brings them all. yet if targeting more investors, the better.
if KBLBs PPS was bearish one could argue that the advertizing was not working, but, KBLB is moving up with more volume over the last month, which leads me to think it's not a bad tactic.
the chart looks bullish.
for years the OTCBB has been like the old west. the trading will be more civilized, like the Nazdaq. i believe investors will be coming to KBLB when they understand that the lights are on and one can see their L2 for real. i'm very bullish for KBLB.
the new rules will help the stock alot because careful investors will trust the playing field more and may start taking positions now instead of waiting to move to the Nasdaq.
