i believe i have every one of those T-shirts in my bottom drawer.lol
but the paper trading thing i have not done, but well i kind of was doing it in my head while keeping an eye on my watchlist.
great idea! paper trade i will. thankx. this is my 5th year trading and i'm needing a claw-back system. last year i took a beating and this year, well you said it before....stale.
well the stock has a good story for the near future, but there are alot of third party pump letters going out from time to time. when news comes it moves but will drift down of course. as i have been reading up on your postings and watching the U-tube lessons i can see i have drifted into a rutt. all i have been doing is buy and hold and add on pull backs. every other pick i have made for some time has burned me bad, so i'm stuck in a fear to act frame of mind. i don't know exactly why i like penny stocks but i do have a propencity to rummage around the OTC for the most part. i call myself a blind pig for fun but it has become too true as of late. i have enjoyed your commentaries and they are helping me look for a way to get out of this rutt. thankx
thank you very much. you have just explained the feelings i have been enduring. the story has been dragged out to long! i've got to get out more often and do some stock panning. thanks again.
here's a video showing my reason for calling it a humpback feeding tatic.
greetings lowtrade,
i have been reading the board for awhile and find your insights into who's buying and who's selling very compelling. i have been buying KBLB for sometime now (i'm a very small frog in a very large pond) and it's been my understanding that KBLB is being under accmulation, could you take a look at it and share what you think? i have termed it as a 'humpback whale bubble-net feeding tactic. thank you.
i as well, along with 29 thousand other reads. i really don't think big Kim T. is the puppet master here with all of the pumping crap. it has already been said that the stock is like being crowded into a school of herring so the whales can feed. is it Kims' fault? i don't think so. is it really his fault that out of the pack of pinky stinkies his stock draws the whales and they are createing a bubble net to load-up the dinner plate? "where the carcass is, so are the eagles", and "when the manger is empty the bulls are gone."
i'm out of here, got an ASL class tonight.
every trick in the book.
thanks for the review of some of the reasons for giving KBLB time to blossom.
sounds like a plan. for now i'm not buying anymore, maybe next week.
welcome to the board salte67.
look, you guys know what is going on. you are long term pennystock traders and have seen it all. you understand the game. we know that dumb money comes to stocks like KBLB and that's because it is a compelling story. just trying to spread some truth.
yeah, funny joke.
just trying to help. i hate to see dumb money get taken by sharks. of course not everyone feels the same.
so if one is looking to buy KBLB, don't be the guy buying high in the AM only to watch it drop off all day. there will be no real run without news of importance. there is only one way to beat these manipulating traders who will sacrifice shares to sell below BID, showing false bottoms with size and then pulling it out trying to freakout the public and use any other tactic one could think up. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=17615 good lesson.
pick a down day, accumulate on dips and hold those shares for the real deal. KBLB is being worked over by pros. they see some $150K traded in one day and want their cut. if your looking at the pumps, these are being put out by the best traders out there in pennyland and they are working KBLB! and one thing they hate the most is someone buying low and holding onto their shares.
i know KBLBs board is being read by many more people than just us posters. KBLB seems to have a bright future and could very well explode soon enough.
the timing for the news will be important, after hours, pre open, or even during the trading session, what ever. so one could just sit out with cash ready and buy on the news day, but that has its problems. personally i hate chasing.
good trading to all.
ok i'll be the first. the intro story is one of truth. only one solid way to beat the system is to buy low and hold.
KBLBs provider of ZFNs, SIAL is selling ZFNs to other labs. http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=48488398&symbol=SIAL
i wonder if they use KBLBs thing for promoting ZFNs in their presentations?
KBLB will soon be insane with trading, just like Sturgis will be insane with bikers this year.
jimmy, i live near Sturgis, SD. every year venders from around the country show up to sell thier stuff to the hords of bikers that come in from around the world. the pump news letters are not that much different than the venders. i suspect the venders think there will be a crowd to sell their t-shirts to.
this is a part of the disclaimer posted; "We reserve the right to buy or sell the shares of any the companies mentioned in any materials we produce at any time."
so who's to say they didn't buy shares to sell into their pump?
i tend to agree with you on those points. so it seems any news will have a positive effect on the PPS, less total failure? you know it's not like we have to wait a long time for the worms to make silk.
one time while driving i started reading graffitti on box cars, almost ran off the road.
a good news cycle goes like this; tell them what your going to tell them, tell them, tell them what you told them.
anyone think that the sericulture cycle might have something to do with the last 4 days of trading? could it be around time for the cocoon stage to be taking place? any chance they might take a sample of the silk to test? would Kim tell us how things went for the little rascals? wonder what success with the ZFN tech would do for the PPS?
i'm thinking that when a stock is moving up in the face of a 150 point drop in the DOW, that that is a good thing.
i sure hope they get it fixed...
maybe the hammer had to use the restroom.
if .125 gets broken there could be a technical run.
i think one needs to know a litte about sericulture timing to see how this PPS will play out.
lowest volume since 04/07/11.
the awareness of the time it takes to harvest the silk is going to effect the PPS. estimating the the approximate date for the moths to emerge is very important. thanks for sharing.
Big Willy, now that you point it out i would also agree the PPS tends to follow the indices, with changes only from news.
now as to why? more sophisticated traders...maybe.
WOW! what ZFNs are doing is far-out stuff. pin-point accuracy. what Kim has paid for this technology could be compared to buying a metal detector and then finding the motherload,(advanced-fibers).
thanks for the reply. so do you think it 'cuts' the DNA string or does it just kick out the 'base pairs' and replace those?
i have to say the more i learn the more i enjoy it.
miss anything? not likely. i was just trying to express how the mind can wander when we aren't being kept apprised.
i'm sick of it. we have about 2.5 months of bag holders in the stock by now. the only one not holding is MOJO and that bugges me also. hehehe.
KBLB.
i wonder if the RNA molecule is having problems proofreading the changed code during the replication process? kind of like when the laser skips data when a flaw has been reached on a CD. if the flawed CD is copied it would also have the skipped part as well, right? i also wonder how the ZFNs unravel the DNA coils from the chromosome without busting them up all over the place,(nucleus)? maybe they use enzymes, the same basic way the natural DNA does it during replication. i'm aware that chemical signals control where the enzymes start using RNA for transcribing the DNA for replication, so does ZFNs use RNA to find where to cut in the spider silk protien and kick out the natural silk before any replication takes place? maybe no cutting is done at all, maybe it just kicks out the natural base pairs and replaces them with the new code. truly remarkable how splicing in code must take place, being how long the DNA code is and all.
i agree with your fundamental analysis, well put. what bugs me is the selling in the face of such a logical reason to buy. but if one were to be trading off T/A then it all makes sense. i do think the 200MA will hold, but if it don't, ouch! it's getting time to transfer more funds.
i have been under the impression Kim lives in the Landsing area. if true, i would think he will be in the Lab everyday. http://www.cpix.net/jsp/listings/listing_overview.jsp?listingID=2112744
this location, seems ideal for research & sericulture.
i think i understand your point. "topic is not of general interest." (Cheaper by the dozen). it's the same with my trying to stimulate where the Lab could be. oh well.
mike i think you pegged it, right on.
one of these days news will be out that will be a fine catalist for escape volocity. i think the lab could do it. why? well, who needs a lab if not to start production? once this move is made more investors will buy in and KBLB will lift up to a new level.
there is a market for the cocoons that the moths emerge from during the herd building process. (btw what do we call a group of moths/worms?) i saw where a company is putting Kevalar in between plywood for building bullet proof walls. this makes me wonder if the monstersilk would be a good candidate for this product? anyway LAB is a big move. the state of the art wet-lab i found in Lansing looks great to me.
no one interested in the lab prospects in Lansing? i could not find a better site in the area. just doing some expiscation.

great point!!!
even the SIAL news was no big deal to some on this board, and yet it is.
kind of reminds me of how the folks on the east coast in the 1800s heard about redwood trees, old faithful and buffalo. many wouldn't even believe the photos. seems to be human nature.
(but when they heard about gold they packed up and boogied out for that gamble.)
just looking around Lansing,MI one could find a very nice lab like this one.

just a hunch, but, it is for lease. may even have an option to buy built into it.
KarinCA, SIAL is truly a monster company. i follow it because of its connection with KBLB. i will be owning some shares soon, along with SGMO. for now i'm all in with KBLB. in time SIALs board will become busier, but most of the posters on the HUB are into micro-companies. SIALs news stream opens doors for other small-caps. just their deal with KBLB has done wonders for KBLB. i try to read all of SIALs news. thankx
