How in the hell would I know. I am not an assayer(if that is even what they are called). Do you know what it is? Are you immediately saying he is a part of the scam? I am guessing there are SOP's that are followed here but I don't know.
Also, I could be wrong about this but I thought the whole intention of Wickenburg was to create a short term revenue stream to eventually mine other properties. This happens frequently with Oil and Gas companies here in TX, they work reclaimed fields basically abandoned by the big boys in an effort to raise money for longer term plays. Down here everyone is/was trying to get into the Haynesville Shale and doing whatever they could to raise money for this purpose. If, and I know it is a big if, but if they get independent results stating they have gold one of the other properties and are waiting on permits and so forth, wouldn't cheaper placer mining be a good idea if there is indeed any gold there. Unfortunately, I don't know if there is any, of course no one really does do they?
Well, now that his name is out there I guess it is time to pick him apart, huh? I feel sorry for whoever is answering phones for Chris Christopherson.
Just out of curiousity, how much would you expect them to mine a day. They have been saying 250 tons, and it doesn't appear to take a rocket scientist to work that machine. I am not sure what a trommel like that costs but he could get a skip loader, dozer and water truck out there for $75 grand. They wouldn't be brand new but you can get a skip loader theses days for about the same price as a good Hyundai. For all intents and purposes, at this point this is a mom and pop operation. Will it get bigger is the question.
Oh I know, I was just saying I would think they would be somewhat familiar with state requirements. Again, I have no idea but I know they need some permits to mine. He says he is getting them and as a gambler I am willing to wait and see.
Yeah, now that is only in regards to reclamation issues. The bottom line is these guys need permits with the state to run a commercial operation. Whether or not they have them is another issue, obviously I don't know. The claim could have already had permits for all I know. According to a previous poster he is applying for permits and we will see them soon. I would think the BLM would frown on them mining if they didn't have state permits but what the hell do I know. I am about done researching this one.
Not to defend o/a, because I do believe that anyone who spends as much time researching something they have nothing invested in must have an ulterior motive, but I think many of the peoples claims have been that they need permits with the State of Arizona, not the BLM. And I have been emailing a mining engineer at the DMMR and am awaiting some clarification. It appears to me, and I am no expert, that until they create a surface disturbance of more than 5 acres they don't need a permit. In other words, they can mine until they hit the 5 acre max. Assuming there are 217800 square feet in 5 acres and they dig 10 feet(not sure how deep they dig) then they could mine roughly 80000 tons of earth( a yard of fill dirt actually weighs a little over a ton) in a 5 acre area before they need a permit. I am trying to see if the 5 acre limit is based soley on the disturbance or it is tied to the size of the claim. Trying to figure this out as I go. I am almost out of posts so if I don't respond sorry.
Is it the DEQ or the Dept. of Water Resources. I was told by a mining engineer at the DMMR that unless they drilled holes greater than 100 feet they would not need permits from Water Resources. I am waiting for him to clarify a few other issues.
Did you write down who you spoke to and the number you called? I hate to doubt you but I could get on here and say I saw Larry with a gold nugget the size of a cantaloupe and who would believe me. I have emailed both the BLM and DMMR and have yet to receive an answer to my questions. If I ever do I will post them.
It would probably be easier to tell them to go to Tri Stars website which is linked on IHUB. Those things are all there although he took the clever picture of the guy with his head up his butt off. Please post relevant info that hasn't already been posted in the last 15 minutes.
I agree. I live in Texas and I think my wife would call BS if I told her I was going to AZ to investigate a pink sheet stock I own. But I agree an unannounced visit, after they say they have the equipment on site, would be better than any PR they could put out. Assuming they were mining and not smoking ribs and drinking Lone Star.
Actually, I think Larry told a few people that it rained and they did not work on Saturday. I got a PM about it but I can't reply. I am pretty sure you said you live close by. Was the weather bad over the weekend?
Well, I hope your not a gambling man because you would lose that one. I worked bidding and overseeing jobs for a masonry company for years. To state that a company should provide info that they stated we would have weeks ago seems pretty reasonable. I am not concerned about how much gold they are pulling out of the ground right now I am concerned about how much is IN the ground. And I am concerned because I was told in a PR they paid to put out that I would have it.
Did you read the post? Do you know who did the assays? If not then do you have basic reading comprehension skills? You need not answer the last question, it is rhetorical.
Yeah, I think the frustrating part here is the fact many of the concerns shareholders have are easily addressed. If I contract a company out to do work and they are late I can assure you with a phone call I will know when to expect it. It doesn't drag on for a week or two with me telling my client "it should have been here." I am temporarily less concerned about the permits because we have seen that the claim is listed and active. I stress temporarily though. Just let us know where in the hell the assay results are and please let it be from someone credible. If it turns out to be another Okie alien peddler or some guy who makes sapphire jewelry on the roadside and knows a "little about assaying" I am going to have to dump my shares. I am running out of patience. I don't expect full or even half scale production but I do expect credible, timely information.
I really have no idea if that is the case. I would love to have as many people as possible email him all the questions we can think of. If you have a credible source you should ask him if the BLM has truly been on site. I would think if they have surely AM and Azrock are aware of what is required. That would seem to be why they(BLM) would be there in the first place.
Here is the response I received. I haven't altered it other than to put his answers in bold. He is a little to in to the brevity thing, but he does answer the questions. I would like more detail on who the third party assayer is but it is a start. Still on the fence but was happy to get a reply.
Hello Mr. Mellone, I am an investor in Tri-Star Holdings. I purchased some of your stock when it was RPDI and have held on through the transition. I am excited, with the soaring price of gold, about the direction of the company, but have a few questions that both reading message boards and pure individual skepticism have brought up. They are as follows:
1) Why don't you get another, third party, assay on the Lucky Linda claim. We are….There are multiple red flags with this report that need to be verified. Who is performing the assays on the other claims and are they independent, third parties? YES When will we get results back on the COS 1 & 2 sites, they have been talked about for some time now? They were to be delivered last week. We are waiting for them, soon. On cos #1 We did not do #2 yet.
2) Are there permits to mine, if not have they been applied for? We are in process of applying If you don't need them explain why. The BLM website states grandfathering is basically a myth and never applies so why don't we need one. Only on 25 acres of Wickenburg we don’t need it, it is private land. The other we will need when ready. Has the BLM truly been on site? Yes on the 18 they were there Can this be verified? call them lots of permitting questions I am counting as one.
3) Is the additional equipment being paid for with stock and if not, then how? Yes, paid 144 restricted What equipment is on site and what kind of production will it allow? We are now moving the heaver equipment on site.. we will grow up to 200 tons a day
These are just a few of the question and if I am able to establish a report and have others I hope you will answer them too. The pinks is a scary place, and a little transparency goes a long way. Thank you for your time. We do not intend to stay on the pink…. See Thursdays release for more info soon to be announced
Email sent. Here it is.

I have lots of good excuses. One, I am too lazy to call on something I have not much invested in. Two, I am a consultant and hate to use my clients phone to call FL on a personal matter. Three, I don't know enough about all this to counter any questions he may have for me. I will leave it to the people who have a report with him or for him if he reads the board. I might email him though. That is free.
We have a lot of people here who seem to talk to Anthony alot. He also seems to know about some of the negativity on the board considering the picture of the guy with his head up his butt on the website. If he is willing to address these concerns, would he be willing to address some of the longs(using that loosely) concerns? I think we could come up with several relevant questions that I would love for him to answer. I hate to keep harping on this but they need to be addressed, and not to a few people who are willing to call.

My fingers are getting tired so if anyone who isn't totally convinced one way or the other has any questions feel free to add. And no stupefied comments about aliens or pornos or things that aren't 100% applicable to this "mining operation."
Thanks.
Yeah, I forgot the period. I didn't think they were pulling $17500 per ton. If that is the case I have already stated I have 2 wheelbarrows.
Sorry to be lazy but that doesn't answer the question. Apparently 25oz/ton is the high water mark and 4oz/ton is preposterous on a general level so what is the average? I read an article on the USGS website stating that in the past 2 decades 10% of the gold found in the US has been in Nevada, so if they have a claim there that turns out to have gold in it, is 4oz/ton really presposterous or is that a reasonable number?
Since you seem to be an expert on this, what is a reasonable ounce per ton? What does a Barrick or Freeport usually extract per ton?
Hence, my previous post about those claims being unbelievable and the need for an independent 3rd party assay. Looking up all this stuff is more work than I care to spend on a stock I used my last XOM dividends to buy. I just hate people that come on and say things like "it's a fact" when if it was it could be proven. It could very well be proven to be, but at this point the jury is still out. Maybe AM found something he is actually good at.
Well, I don't believe they were talking about getting $20K out of every wheelbarrow. If that is the case I have two and a buddy in Phoenix. But lets just say there is even 3 ounces per ton. So at $750/ounce they would have to pull out 125 tons per day. If my math is way off please let me know. I am assuming a 5 day work week. Looking at what has been posted on here that seems like a pretty reasonable number. I don't know that they can but I don't think you know for a fact they can't. I don't know if this is legit but I would rather have more than Phoney Mellone, pornos and aliens on the con side and $80B in gold, .50 cents a share on the pro side.
I am not saying it is true but for you to say "It is an outright lie and that is a fact" implies you have proof of it. The only way something can be a fact is if it is documented. So as someone who is still on the fence here please post the doc's you have disproving the revenues. Thanks.
If they were still running a porno business I would think they would be generating some revenues.
Sorry to see you go. I think it will be a great detriment to the board if we lose a lot of the people who ask questions and simply try to hold the company to info posted by them in PR's.
The simple truth is AM could relieve a lot of tension on the board and with the stock with a few simple measures. The first I think is to have a truly independent third party(no friend or cousin etc...)complete assay reports on the Lucky Linda claim. He could then follow up with the other claims, but the biggest claim he has made so far(and everyone surely has a hard time believing) is Lucky Linda.
I think then he needs to address the permit issue. I know some of you understand and a lot think you understand but the bulk of investors don't. This should be easy to do. Just say they have been where/when they were filed and under what name. I am sure I could find out more on this if I had the energy, but that is more DD than I care to do on a stock I have little invested in.
Last but no least is he needs to actually mine, or keep mining, depending on who you believe. I choose to believe he is so I hope we see some numbers soon, including but not limited to production and revenue.
Can you please post something that states you need a permit on private land? I am truly not sure but you seem to be so I am guessing you have researched it. Thanks.
Thanks. I don't have the sense God gave a chicken so thank you for educating me.
Concerning TSHL's "assayer" Dayne Chastain and his "alien life form" discovery, it was once noted,
"His latest, and perhaps most valuable, discovery actually belongs to a friend. It is an odd skeleton from the Arkansas forest that Chastain believes may be an alien life form. Sometime this month, he's carrying it to Roswell, New Mexico, in a plastic bucket full of preserving alcohol...
But his strangest project of late involves a dog-sized skeleton, the identity of which has baffled experts, he claimed. A friend of his, Frank Pryor, found the creature while out with his deer-hunting bow, about six years ago, near Fort Chaffee in western Arkansas. It had been dead for about a month. Pryor, a government meat and poultry inspector now living in Dodge City, Kan., says that what he at first thought was a rib of a calf poking through the leaves turned out to look like a fin on closer inspection. That got him thinking. "I wondered what runs around the woods with a big fin on its back," he recalled. "It looks like a baby Godzilla."
...then said, "Money talks. Maybe. I don't know." Chastain, who is acting as Pryor's agent, finds nothing distasteful about making a profit off the skeleton. As a longtime treasure hunter, he knows that the returns are sometimes slim for the many hours he devotes to his hobby. He plans to peddle his meteorite rock over the Internet for about $4,000. "We put in a lifetime of finding that stuff and we want compensation for it," he said. Richard Bedard is a correspondent for The Journal Record.

Could you post that thing about the aliens? I think I missed it.
So now it is not just people who believe in the Lucky Linda claim assay results but anyone who thinks this is any kind of operation is an idiot. I am not sure how all of my posts get deleted but you can call everyone here an idiot and that is fine. Apparently I need to pay for a subscription, your TOU must be different.
I doubt it. Someone might try lol The facts speak for themselves. The guy is running a ridiculous scam. No one with the sense God gave a chicken could believe this absurd story
The scam he has created is totally unbelievable to anyone with any knowledge of mining. It reminds me of a story cooked up by 4th graders who are playing out in the back yard, pretending to have "struck gold"
Do you honestly think this hasn't been brought up a thousand times on here already? We can all recite his aliases and former companies like the ABC's. We just don't care. The bulk of us are waiting on a run. Here is where you start to cry for the bagholders, but as someone who spends a lot of time in Vegas, I just don't care. These are pinksheet stocks. If they were great companies they wouldn't be trading south of a penny. Thank you for trying to save me though. I know your ego is in the right place.
I agree. I would love to know what the delay on COS #1 is. I understand shifting focus to Wickenburg but that shouldn't have any effect on an independent 3rd party doing assay tests. These little things are what casts doubt in peoples minds and keeps them from buying the stock. As far as halbroke goes I am pretty sure you have to get in a long line for that bet. I am pretty sure 829, or maybe Hokie, has dibs.
In my opinion, we are still in the sub pennies because we haven't received results. For the longs on here it has been a nice stream of news showing what appears to be a slow, steady progress towards producing gold. But for the people who are going to cause a quick rise in price, the flippers and daytraders and those who will ride it until the momo stops, all they care about is the gold results. Actually, all they care about is momo, and the only thing that will create a lot of it is assay results. I hold quite a few shares but the jury is still way out on this company. Without results it is nothing but PR's.
I am pretty sure they are open full hours, but how many brokers will be working? It is the busiest travel day of the year(or 1 of) and everyone wants to leave early enough to beat the traffic.
If we don't get news today do we get it this week? You effectively have a 3 day week and is a 2 day run(assuming the news is really good) good enough.
The simple fact is the only thing that is going to move this is the assay results. Until they come out and say we have found X ounces per ton it is going to stagnate. This stock had a ton of momentum and then the A/S increase killed it. It is going to take more than mining order and equipment photos to regain that. Unless the video has Mellone hoisting a piece of gold the size of a medicine ball I don't think the video will do much either. Gold and only gold. I have a bunch of shares and am hoping this has a healthy rise in PPS, but until we get results the price will not go above .0010 and certainly won't get close to a penny. I would love to be proven wrong.
I have TDA and it shows on my gain/loss screen but not on my holdings screen. Will wait until tommorrow to see if it clears by EOD.
Well, let me begin by saying I think it is ridiculous to say this is going to .25 or .50 by the end of the year. But I have said that I beleive if they continue to follow through with what they SAY they are doing it could reach the .10 area, but not in the near term( I hope I am wrong). But for you to continue to harp on the O/S leads me to believe you don't invest in pinks very often or are just bashing, which considering you say you own stock seems like a bad idea. I have owned 2 stocks, the first Goldspring, which has about double the shares TSHL has, and Hunt Gold, which has 300 BILLION A/S and a gagged T/A. These have both run to the pennies and in GSPG's case is still there. This thing can easily run to the pennies with this share structure, even if they have it maxed out at 1.7B. If they don't have gold or don't create revenues it will not run, but saying a 1.7B share structure in the pinks will stop a run is like saying I could play linebacker for the Steelers. Not realistic.
