Prime Restaurants Royalty Income Fund (the "Fund")(TSX: EAT.UN) and Prime Restaurants of Canada Inc. ("PRC") announced that as of January 1, 2009, the gross sales of 12 new Prime restaurants, opened during the period January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008, will be added to the royalty pool (the "Royalty Pool") on which the Fund earns royalty revenue. The Royalty Pool will receive an estimated increase in net gross sales of $14.8 million annually, due to the addition of $26.2 million in estimated gross sales from the 12 new restaurants, less $11.4 million in actual gross sales from six closed or divested restaurants. The addition of these restaurants, after taking into account the closure or divestiture of the six Prime Restaurants during the year, will increase the total number of restaurants in the Royalty Pool to 161.
Does leave the door open for a increase in Cash divi as
well as a decrease, don't you think?
My bets on .075 of a cent or maybe .095 of a cent.

After reading Galo's/Kimi email....shows me
this man Galo has real class and anyone getting up at
5-6 am especially a ceo of a young company has
the "hoorah" to grow this company. Galo you can watch
my back in a firefight anytime. Tell Jan to keep the
faith. God and the Marines are watching.
Semper Fi
Since my group has almost the whole puclic float and will
sell it to the shorts for .77 cents/share. All they have to do is
ask. We own real shares because were long BIHC....the rest
of you guys are just holding air/naked short shares. Oh by the
way, will they get the dividends too?
Semper Fi
Consensus here is that Cris Galo and BIHC has been held
up only by DTCC(Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation) protocols. Divi's are on the way.
IMHO

Investors lose money because they sell to soon...our
group average cost is .022 ....with 18 million plus
shares held of the float, which the company publicly states is less than 20 million shares....we believe eventually we shall see a
huge gain on our investment. Management and Investors
must learn from their mistakes not cry about them and seek
revenge. Were holding long for what we beleive will be a great payday. This Pinksheet stock has real assets, real contracts and Ingala has 26 years of contacts and a high reputation with his clients. Galo on the other hand seems to be learning from
his mistakes and doing his best at what we believe to be his first shot at being a ceo of a public company which has long and savvy investors who also believe that the Galo and Ingala team will reward us in the long run. Thats why we invest. Btw, WE MIGHT consider selling some of our holdings for .10 cents a share.
Semper Fi
Slaz...Glad to see you posting again..agree with the
truth that you post. Currently our investment group
holds 18 million plus shares of the public float and holding tight. "Good things come to those that wait..."

Saw on a another board...someone suggested
a cash divi ...re-investment plan for preferred
stock? ,,,,What would be the ramifications to
naked shorts? Just wondering????
Semper fi
Way to go OLDSCHOOL couldn't have said it better myself..I think our BIHC CEO is still a little wet behind the ears, but learning that keeping his word to shareholders will profit him greatly in the future. He still young....but thank God we have Ingala there, an "OLE SCHOOL" Veteran to keep him in check. Imho.
Regarding the "cash", Its a lot more complicated as you have different paperwork involved and setting up of trust accounts for payment. I do expect cash payment soon along with
cash divi. Question is, what do naked shorts do?

Thanks for the email update Slaz....btw....we joined
kimi's group anomynously....43 members and less than 15 reported share counts and their groups share count well over public float and more members adding...this also does not include our groups share count which is also well over public float and we added 100,000 today. Though this knowledge would bring a smile. ;)
Go BIHC

Re: New A/S of 400M Don't think you quite understand what's going on...Galo is giving a stock for stock divvy and a cash divvy (1/2 cent). When the A/S (and O/S) is doubled and your shares remain the same in qty, your shares value just dropped in half...that's called dilution. The situation here is not dilution. Here's why.
Galo announced a divvy on 18 Dec in PR (so there is an explanation from mgmt). Here is an excerpt:
"...The Company's Board of Directors has voted unanimously to issue a cash dividend of 0.005 (one half of one cent) along with a stock dividend of 1 for 1 (one share for one share owned.) The cash dividend will be paid from earnings..."
When you receive a 1 for 1 divvy, it's like a 2:1 forward split. The A/S (and O/S) is doubled, but so are your share quantities, hence though the PPS drops in half the day after, you have twice the shares, so no value is lost.
Now, Galo had to increase the A/S, because the O/S is at 179M and maxxed out.
Your real question here might be, if a non-event, why do share divvy at all...good question! Remember that divvies are paid by the company, except in cases where shares are shorted, then the shorts have to pay the long they borrowed from the divvy. So now shorts have to come up with another share (plus the 1/2 cent) for everyone they've shorted if they don't cover before the divy pay date.
Generally, divvies realistically force shorts to cover, but a 1/2 cent one may not be enough to clean our stock of shorts and naked shorts.
Agreed on another deal possibility.
Semper Fi
Not good for shorts though...maybe why they
are so desperate........$$$$$ as the possibility
for BIHC (galo and ingala) to do this.
Agreed, I think a 50/50 possibility of increase divi..considering all the BIHC long shareholders
have to offer the future of the company. BIHC needs
us as much as we need to prosper. ;)
Semper Fi
If history repeats itself. BIHC AND GALO Last time
uped their divi because of being late.....WE shareholders
could be looking at a 3/4 OF A CENT divi rather than a 1/2 cent divi and a 2 for one stock divi included. ;)
imho.
Great Job S....I might as well be ....all my postings
are removed over there. Someone on BIHC board doesn;t
want members to know that our investors group(made up of ex-g.i.'s) holds all the float.
Semper fi
Agreed thats why were holding our shares of
BIHC Tight.
Regarding BIHC, Were been reading this board for a long time now, like no other time, just when a divvy is about to be paid...oh and with divvy comes a forced accounting of shares. If there's a large NSS position here, I wouldn't want to miss the squeeze.
Were here and staying here for 3 reasons:
1) Short Squeeze potential...
2) Divy. They paid the last one ealier this year, so...
3) I believe company is on the up and up and a viable business with some very high profile customers (oh and yes, I've checked with some of their customers and contracts are real). I don't believe for a minute these customers would deal with with a company that was not on the up and up...so there you have it.
D I know a gentleman that owns the entire float...hes
getting a cool 50 Grand...and doubling his shares...and
he says financials coming and Bihc going to big board after first of the year. Our groups looking forward to this also.
Semper Fi
If Obama new sec management get their way and outlaw
naked shorts ...BIHC with new publication of financials
and going to nasdaq could fuel the flame of a major run
especially with the new monitoring system they have national
distribution for.
Can BIHC be considered as a naked short oversold stock? Is
Naked short selling of BIHC the cause of the low stock price.
Can we assume that since Bihc has been oversold probably 10 fold and that is by naked short selling. Can we recover and increase our share price when the naked shorts are forced to cover by the cash dividend to be announce this week.
How do we account for the huge volume back in June and July?
of BIHC?
And this;
A top adviser to President-elect Barack Obama on securities regulation on Tuesday said he wants the Securities and Exchange Commission to require public disclosure of short selling.
Sony,
Did you see this in regard to BIHC and other Companies that have naked shorts sales otstanding?
Campos is seeking to have the next SEC chairman introduce new rules requiring short sellers to publicly disclose their positions in a manner that is similar to how equity investors are required to reveal their equity stakes.
Lets talk about BIHC and the accounting basis
for naked shorting which by others here say does not
exist? IF OK with Janice and Thermo?
I see your point in regard to BIHC...Naked shorting
does not exist. .....so...the only accounting would
take place ....only if an accounting was force by the brokers
upon the market makers and short sellers or entities with agreements selling outside the market place/Is this correct?
Yes your right. I can relate to that. But if
this company is for real and I believe it is
Its very possible more news is on the way. Good News.
Not speculation.

does not exist. .....so...the only accounting would

Yes....since naked shorting does not exist and how can
there be a accounting basis for them?
Janice
Don't know those persons are they investors in BIHC
also and are you saying that Naked shorting does not exist?
If yes? Question for you. Can you estimate how
many "naked air shares" have been sold to date? Could you spend some time estimating the quantity? Is it 3 times the float or 5 or 10 even 50 times the float. Whats your best guess by urgency. If no. Then what is the purpose of these conversations?
Thanks in Advance.
