What is going on? Check out ACLY it is up 266%! Wish that would happen to PGPM.
Dr Doug
What is going on, ACLY up 266%?
Dr. Douglas
I got through to a secretary (?) at BGNN. Delores was away from her desk as usual! The person I talked to had no idea on the sales number and mentioned that the last showing was at midnight. Hopefully, BGNN will put out some a PR if the sales figures are good.
For those of you that are trying to see the ad on QVC, and it is a good presentation, just go to qvc.com and search for VibeAway and it will take you to the description. The just select the video and see the ad.
Lets hope we have a winner here!
Dr. Doug
Called QVC this morning trying to find out the number of sales they had but they were unable to give me that information. Guess we will have to obtain that info from BGNN. I have not had any luck in having BGNN or IVOI respond to any of my phone calls or emails. If any of the participants of this site has had luck in the past please contact BGNN and let us know the count.

FFF and Ally:

Dr. D,
You inspired me to do a little digging. Based on a tip from one of our favorite posters, who has recently been advised to stop posting here, I have a couple documents containing CPRK financial info and business plans.
I am sending them to AllyAustin to see if she knows how to post them. I have no idea how to post a .pdf file here.
FFF
---------------------------------------------------------------
FFF,
Thank you for coming through with some most informative information. As I initially thought about the list of various debts, I thought of those 10% notes, for example, which basically double in seven years from the initiation point. One quickly realizes that the debt figures are much larger than those listed in the documents. We certainly owe a considerable and ever increasing amount of money. But, we also own assets in ore whose value is increasing at a considerable rate given the World's financial condition. The funds that we now need pale in comparison to our debt. It is imperative that we find the money to start the mill running as soon as possible. The profits from out daily operations can satisfy our debtors. We, the company and our debtors need the company to resume production or we shall all fail. I have confidence in the current management team and believe that they will come through for all of us.
FFF, I am glad we are fellow stockholders.
Dr. Doug
----------------------------------------------------------------
Miss Ally,
Many thanks to you and your "lovely assistant" for producing FFF's information.
Also thanks for the "Stress Reduction Kit" at the end of your messages. I found the kit most helpful. But, could you please now send me a TEXAS SIZE BANDAID for my forehead?
As usual I am in your debt. Please fall in line after the ones listed in the messages you produced for FFF!
Your fellow Texan.
Dr. Doug
=======================================================
FFF,
I always value your input, but, you have been absent recently, perhaps golfing or hunting. In any case, can you share any of your present opinions on CPRK, in light of the recent developments, to include the “Note to Shareholders” of April 20, 2010?
Perhaps the leadership of CPRK was smart enough to add you to one of their advisory committees. Your presence would certainly add to their “strong team” concept. If you are in any type of advisory position with CPRK, I certainly would understand why you must remain silent.
In any case, please share with us anything that you can.
Thanks.
Dr. Doug
Ally,
Time to watch FLWE closely. I am not sure what is going on. I put in an order today (0.002) but it was never filled. It took 0.003 to buy today. The last trade was a sell at 0.0015.
Let me know if you hear anything. I will do the same.
I hope you receive this soon especially since I do not have PM access.
Your fellow Texan.
Dr. Doug
I had an "aon" order for 250,000 at .0055 and it was not picked up. I changed it to 300,000 at .0053 and it also was not picked up. Funny how 200,000 went thru at 51 and 52 bypassing mine. Granted that part of it was "aon" but part of it was funny stuff.
Dr. Doug
Aries,
If IVOI owns so much of BGNN, etc. why does its stock price stay in the 0.0001-0.0002 range? Perhaps the stocks just move into Jerry's personal account. I have tried to contact IVOI and BGNN on several occasions to see what was owned by IVOI and have never received any kind of a reply. My thinking was that if IVOI owned considerable shares of BGNN, etc., it might be better to purchase more of IVOI instead of BGNN.
Aires if you can shed any light on this (number of actual common shares actually owned by IVOI and not Jerry) I would appreciate your enlightenment.
Thanks.
Dr. Doug

Reference Aries4747: "Plenty of info in the SEC filings, lars siler.
You'll find IVOI holds BGNN Preferred and Common. I'm waiting for the IVOI 10-K to see if there are any hints of how many TPHM shares they sold into the recent run. IVOI, though bloated beyond reason, usually holds cash used for financing Jerry's other plays.

Ameritrade Response. I called back Ameritrade and expressed my concern for the embarrassment they caused me with the "Beautiful Ally" and several other fellow CPRK investors. My Ameritrade contact again checked the restricted stock list and verified again that CPRK was not the list. I explained the attempted buys that Ameritrade refused, and I held while he went to the back room. Upon his return he mentioned that apparently his list did not correlate, thus the error in what he told me. He said that the reason for restricting the purchase of CPRK was kept on a very close hold basis. All he could say was that he was sorry.
Thanks to all for checking. It is a shame that Ameritrade has made things so difficult. Our revenge will come with Ameritrade's reduced sales, loss of customers, etc., and the forthcoming rise in the share price of CPRK.
Dr. Doug
Ameritrade - Hopefully Good News. I got a call from Ameritrade today to see how I was doing (perhaps since my account was up over 60% today). Among the complaints I raised was the inability to buy CPRK. The Ameritrade rep checked his "no buy" list and informed me that CPRK was not on the list and that I was free to buy more. Unfortunately all my money is tied up, especially with PGPM, so I am unable to prove that I can buy more CPRK.
If there are any other Ameritrade clients with buying ability, would you please let us know that the hold has truly been lifted. If so this is great news for CPRK.
Dr. Doug
Reference "wamills": "Take Notes. Check my posts from the end of last year."
Could you please expand on your comment. I looked at your Dec 09 posts and since I am not a researcher, like you, I am not sure what you are implying.
Thanks.
Dr. Doug
Ameritrade: I sent a message to Ameritrade regarding the possible purchase of more shares of CPRK. I mentioned Scottrade's change in policy that now allows customers to purchase CPRK. Will post any positive response, but don't hold your breath!

Monk,
One U.S. Army Colonel (ret) requesting permission to come aboard.
I have already registered with Mel.
Add me to your CDIV count with 50,000 shares at 0.1178.
Keep up your great work!
Doug
Rich,
Thanks. As I recall the depth was 85 ft., so it could easily turn into an open pit with lower recovery costs. Please try to obtain some information on their plans for Eagle Drift, i.e. projected time schedule. A good hit in Eagle Drift could take care of all of their financial problems.
Have a safe trip. Looking forward to your report.
Doug
Candy B,
Thanks. Hopefully rich will see this and check out the plans for the Eagle Exploration Area.
Doug
richwaters and Candy B,
I seem to remember a comment about a large deposit of gold that was being mapped out on the property. As I recall even partial dimensions were given. Rich - I thought it was mentioned by your guide on your January tour, but I played your great recordings again and could not seem to find it. Do you remember anything like this? Candy B - does this ring a bell with you?
Rich - if you remember something like this can you please ask for an update on their plans to work this high concentration of gold.
Perhaps it was just a dream as I was thinking about my 80% loss on my 25 million shares. (Thank goodness that paper loss was greatly reduced on Friday.)
Thanks in advance to you both. Rich - have a safe and productive trip.
Dr. Doug
Look at Glen Rose Petroleum - up over 400% today. Wish PGPM could pull off something like that. Unfortunately my holdings of PGPM to GLRP is 31000:1. To bad that ratio is not reversed.
Oh well all one can do is hope!
Dr. Doug
"Well lets see what happens hopefully some clarity." masc2279
AMEN to that!!! And perhaps some improved language so that our company looks a little more professional!
Dr. Doug
Thanks.
masc2279,
Please give me your rational for buying more shares of PGPM.
Thanks.
Dr. Doug
Ally,
Thanks. Will let you know if I hear anything on FLWE or CPRK (Ouch!).
Dr. Doug
Ally,
Any idea what is happening to FLWE? Are they alive?
Dr. Doug
How many shares of BGNN and TPHM does IVOI hold in terms of number of shares and percentage of shares?
If IVOI holds so many shares of BGNN and TPHM then why has the price of IVOI not risen along with those of BGNN and TPHM?
Thanks in advance for any information.
Dr. Doug
Do not trust the buy/sell list on the "Trades" on Investorshub. For example, today I bought 300,000 shares of BGNN. My purchase showed up as 179,220 buys and 120,780 sells. This kind of discrepancy seems to run on a number of different stocks that I own and have watched on Investorshub. I do not know why. I just know that it is a shame that one cannot trust the "buy:sell" ratios of stocks covered on Investorshub. Wish they would correct this, if possible. It would help in the evaluation of the current state of any stock covered. Perhaps the problem is out of their control. In any case we cannot trust the "buy:sell" ratios. In my own experience there are actually more buys then are listed.
Dr. Doug
How sad: http://quote.barchart.com/texpert.asp?sym=cprk&code=CPRK
We sure need a PR, preferably on LTF.
Dr. Doug
Link does not work. Any suggestions?
CPRK Trade Board Inaccuracies: I check Investorshub Trades List daily to see what the buy/sell ratio is in order to give me an understanding of the daily strength of CPRK. However, I noticed today that No. 42 for 420,000 shares (14:46:19) was listed as a sell when it should have been listed as a buy (my buy). Is this typical? Is there another location that is more accurate?
Today's buy brought me to 25 million. Sure hope this stock meets our expectations!
Good luck to all of my fellow CPRK longs!
Dr. Doug
masc2279,
Haven't heard from you in awhile. Are you still with us? Any thoughts or comments on PGPM and the possible forthcoming announcements would be appreciated. A tough, if not impossible, task I know.
Thanks.
Dr. Doug
CEO Pinedo: We are running out of the days of January! Please give us some great news. News of any sort is long overdue!
Dr. Doug
"Friday Turnaround". Good morning fellow CPRK longs. Lets hope that the "Friday Turnaround" (message 52111) holds!
Dr. Doug
Ally,
Many thanks. I hope you have a great weekend also.
Doug
Thanks.
Dr. Doug
Ally,
The last float figure I have is 2,436,750,595. Is that still correct?
Thanks.
Dr. Doug
“Turnaround Friday”
Let us declare January 22, 2010 as “Turnaround Friday” for CPRK. Some of my unordered thinking on this is:
• The market was down 216 points on the DOW but CPRK was up 17.24%.
• Perhaps the available float of actual CPRK shares is drying up. Look at the contributors on this site. The great majority mention holding for the long run; not trading the stock for fear of “breaking news” and a sudden bump-up in the stock price. Particularly look at all the comments regarding buying additional shares in order to average down.
• Short sellers or market movers becoming concerned about the potential positives ready to break out on CPRK. A “gap-up” in stock price could hurt them and possibly force actions on their part which would actually accelerate or increase the gap movement.
• Investors watching and waiting for positive news before they initiate buys of CPRK.
• People in the know looking and moving to brokers that will handle buys of CPRK.
• Look at the rough ratios of buys to sell for this week: 5:3; 10:7; 7:2; 22:6.
• The majority of CPRK comments/rumors tend to the positive.
• Actual facts tend to the positive. Plant working – improvements made – etc.
• Lastly a much unsubstantiated report that our good friend Mr. Obamanomicz has finally reached "real awarenss" and is quietly accumulating millions, if not billions, of shares of CPRK!!!
“Turnaround Friday", January 22, 2010, the start of many positives for our CPRK longs!
Dr. Doug
Ed57,
Thanks for the info. Please keep us updated.
Dr. Doug
Laurel, MD Project. Does anyone know the current status of the Laurel, MD Project? I thought it was to be finished by Jan 15, 2010. I have contacted WTWO but no response.
Any locals in Laurel that can check on the status of this project?
Dr. Doug
Candy,
Ask Zecco to speed your deposit along. They have done it for me in the past as long as I do not use the funds for "day-trading".
In the future you may want to set up a deposit account with Zecco (ACH) which will help with the processing of funds.
Your continued information and confidence in CPRK aided in my decision to buy another 715,000 shares today.
Looking forward to meeting you sometime this year.
Good luck to us and all the other CPRK longs!
Dr. Doug
Johnny,
Good luck to you and especially your son serving in Afghanistan. We appreciate his service.
Hopefully you will be able to throw him a very special "welcome home" party with some of your CPRK profits.
Colonel Doug
US Army
Just picked up another 440,000 shares of CPRK at 0.0048 thanks to Zecco (Thanks again Jingle Belle). Dropped my average buy by almost 0.0001. Wish I could buy more at these prices to further lower my average price per share. This copper company is golden!
Can't wait for our CPRK price to explode!
Please have a safe and a very Merry Christmas!!!!
Dr. Doug
