Garb Oil & Power Corporation Announces Debt Reduction in Excess of $3,000,000Font
10:40 AM ET 5/26/10 | GlobeNewswire
Garb Oil & Power Corporation (OTCQB:GARB) www.garbop.com announces debt reduction in excess of $3,000,000.
John Rossi, President and CEO of Garb Oil & Power Corp, states, "this reduction is in line with our strategy of reducing our past debt and preparing Garb to deal with the new challenges ahead."
About Garb Oil & Power Corporation is a company dedicated to the application of ClosedCycle(TM) technology and NoWaste(TM) residue. Our plants for Rubber Recycling, E-Waste and E-Scrap Recycling, Waste to Energy and OTR processing plants are all developed with these principles in mind. Garb believes that processing waste should be economically viable and leave NoWaste(TM). It is our endeavor to build plants that continue to push the boundaries for the attainment of the ClosedCycle(TM) principle and a world with NoWaste(TM). Garb will concentrate on promoting its E-Waste plants and tire recycling plants into the market place both in the United States and abroad. Garb will continue to focus on E-Scrap as a primary technology and continue to both refine the applications and end products deriving from E-Waste. Our technology and expertise have in the past also provided solutions in Waste to Energy and OTR plant building and development. Both of these technologies are important to Garb and will make up part of our long term expansion plan. Garb's focus has changed from simply selling its E-Waste and Tire Recycling plants into the open market, to building its own plants both within and outside the United States. This new direction will position Garb to take advantage of the market requirements for E-Waste and E-Scrap over the next 10 years and beyond. This new focus will enable Garb to market its products directly to its main customers as primary raw material. Over the last few months Garb's management team has concentrated in reducing the company's debt while preparing and positioning the company into focusing on the new corporate direction. John Rossi expects this process to be finished by end of third quarter

HA! Bounced off .315 and back up. Should now consolidate in the .32s and then should break through .33 and run again shortly. My guess is 10-20minutes and it will start to run back over .35
The 1min, 5min and 10min topped. Just resetting here
Nope, should bounce around .32 or .315
Those are all in my long-term hold account
Yup. I am waiting. I have grabbed DF, TIVO, HAWK, UIS, MON and am holding long term. I like Dole as well as soon as that sees bottom.
The MA20 is always a good place to start IMO.
Damn nice post Ronnie!
Thanks for sharing. I bought DF at 10 and still holding. Like some of those other plays as well. Will be watching tomorrow.
There was a news bit that hit this AM that said losses will be broader than anticipipated previously
I hope so too. It has abused me left me crying in the fetal position so far this month
Congrats griff!
Love this chart CAP!
V Trying for HOD
V getting jiggy this AM

Remove the asterisks before the word chart
Sorry I meant June calls, sold all my May calls
No shit! I cashed in May calls yasterdat at 5.40 from 2.20. Now I have May 75 calls I bought at 3.25
Ugh...
It looks like it may recover some as we run into the open.
My first ever penny stock! I bought it about three years ago and still hold it. My $3k is worth about 2.12 after two reverse splits. Man have I learned a lot about trading since then. In fact I still have 2 cans of Atomic Dogg in my fridge!
I never thought I would see the day Langy!!
I am taking a hard look at commodities. Look at PAL. That has to be a buy soon.
This is the third ship N Korea has blown up since the late 60's. They have 3 failed assasinations on S Korean leaders and at least 2 airline hijackings. Not to mention at least a half dozen naval engagements that killed soldiers on either side. This is just another episode. I have been in the defense business for 15 years and have a lot of close friends at the Pentagon in some of the highest positions. There is no concern here, at least for a major war
Yeah but N Korea is just sabre rattling. Neither nation really wantes to go to war, plus China would setp in before N Korea got too crazy. They own too many T-bills to let the US fight WWIII.
Nah, that crap happens all the time. You can set a clock to defense spending ups and downs for 50 years. Besides more money will go to O&M and MILPERS, not to procurement. We just came out of the largest recapitlization in military history.
You go girl
