I question the value of any "system" that purports to provide an edge in the stock market. For one thing, results, news and information in general is always going to affect a stock price and that's not accounted for in charting. Perhaps over a very short time period with no material information becoming public, charts can help. This is especially true with assets less subject to price fluctuations based on short-term news items, like currency, interest rates and commodities.
When you have an OTC stock, with little volume, small float and few new buyers, charting is at best a waste of time and at worst, another tool manipulators use to convince newbies that a stock is moving in the direction that favors the chartist's interest, IMHO.
If you, Mr. Fox, or anyone else wants to post several predictions of price, or even direction, based on a chart for whatever (short-term) time period you deem appropriate and more than 50% of those come true, then I will be happy to reconsider my opinion.
