You are truly a piece of human dung....You crawl out underneath your slimy rock when it pps action suits you....
I care only about the next 3 to 5 years.....Your like punxsutawney phil who climbs out of his whole, sniffs the air, and then retreats...
My apologies to all the ground hogs out there for the comparison....
Was able to get filled at $2.20......
I also appreciate your post's....My coal stove may have some problems with your disdain for coal, but you please keep up the good work...
You never know...Some day i may trade in Bessie, (my stove...she's quite a girl) for solar panels...
I'm 50% warrants..50% common....The only reason I'm staying put is the warrants are so thinly traded.....I do expect that to change as the company grows
Yea...I was on the bid at $2.25....no luck. ...No sellers as there was a bid at $2.40 that wasn't filled...
If I can't buy warrants at a 2 for 1 ratio of the common at this level... it's to expensive....At least that's my criteria which I have the right to change without notice.....lol...
#4 are my thoughts....Revenue from existing companies plus 2 more M&A's this year 2 to 3 next year, (right from the mouth of JN)..Business is booming pretty much guarantees #3
But I'm a believer the cell will come to market in the next 2 years...#4 here we come
Gut feeling.....The next acquisition, will be the confirmation the market is looking for to value SLTD accordingly as representative of future growth.
And if it's in the 25 to 50m range.....PPS explosion
Bad math.....That would be a 850m cap
And.....$50 would only be a $350 million market cap. 2 more acquisitions this year and 2 to 3 next year at say an average of 25m million per...
That's 6 companies present companies included bringing in rev's of around 25m a piece..(very conservative)...in the hot industry...2x's rev's in 2016 should give us a MC of 300 million...conservatively .................
All this without the cell.....
And we still have 4 years to option our warrants
Bought 4700 warrants today $2.20...Not done yet.....In 5 years if the common is at 50 the warrants should be trading $4 behind...No brainer
Oh that's right...They closed the end of Feb, or 3/4/15...
I change my number to 10.5 million
JN says year after year 100% increase....20.5 in 2014....
My number is 10m
MDE closing was end of March...Why are you expecting numbers from that acqusition?
Roughly, when do we expect the release of 10Q?
Was on the bid all day at $2.15. No takers though....No way I was going to chase in the high 2's. It finally started coming back down toward the close.
Right now investors seem to be willing to pay a premium for the warrants. Plus such a large gap between the bid and ask makes it impossible to acquire unless your willing to chase.
Purchasing these warrant at this time requires much patience if you want to buy them at fair value...imo
Yep, that's the chance/risk....If SLTD common isn't trading well past $14 in the next 5 years, then JN will not have fulfilled his business model, and we might all be in trouble...
As far as liquidity, that is definitely a problem/risk..
Thanks for your input....
Thanks GC...
True, if I planned on holding past maturity date. But If I purchase 1k warrants it's a little over 2k cost. If the warrants go up to $10, it's a 500% return
If you purchase 1k of common the cost is $4500. If the warrants are trading at $10, the common should be trading no more then $14, it's a return of around 310%.....
So there is more leverage on the warrants.....imo...if my math/ratios are correct
Let me please ask you guys a question. What are the disadvantages of buying the warrants rather then the stock?. I realize they expire in 2020, and their thinly traded....
But they move in accordance with the underline stock and can be purchased at half the value....
So to me their an advantage. Am I missing something?
Thanks.....
Thanks...I'm lazy...
Alex...What symbol do the warrants trade under
It's interesting reading opinions on this board...Bottom line none of them matter...Including mine...
It is absolute fact CVSL botched the S-1/ S-3. JR got his hat handed to him by the street. He played it like a rookie, and learned it's much different trying to raise capital among vultures compared to leveraging through his relationships with banks....
The good news is he wont have to do this again.....Thank God....
The other good news (and this is what i hang my hat on),is this does not reflect the CVSL business plan whatsoever. Two different animals....
So if you believe in the model, and JR ability to grow out CVSL these prices are ridiculous. If you believe the model will fail then I wouldn't touch this with a ten foot pole.
Honestly, I can't even hang my hat on the fact that institutions were willing to buy 20 million worth of stock in the offering, as there was little risk for those who participated. Most sold their underlining stock at around $2.50, but still have the warrant as leverage. So really they paid 50 cents for/with the ability to exercise down the road if the model works....
All in all...opinions are worthless. Even honest one. Will the model work? This year should answer many questions..
11k on bid ..5.36
ask 5.20 bid 5.18....market likes it so far
There is no way the numbers will disappoint. JN has publicly said we will be around 20.5 million for year. The only surprise we might get would be on the upside..imo
The important issue will be forward looking guidance...Again...We know from comments made that the FG will be very positive
My 2 cents....
JN suggested publicly he's shooting for 100 million in revenue for 2015. 45+ million from existing companies, and I'm sure the 2 to 3 acquisitions planned for 2015 should get us there ....
Using your formula of 5x to 6x revenues....that's 500m to 600m M/C...or a $28 to $34 PPS....
Thanks Mindind.......IMO
Aegis was the conduit for raising capital. yes in the short term CVSL needs their support, however long term valuation will be dependent on what John Rochon does to build out this company.
If successful many other firms and institutions will give CVSL the valuation deserved.
If not, then the largest most prestigious firm in the world will do no good....
Build it and they will come...
Ok...Fair enough....Let's see what the future holds.
You know the pathetic part....Were here through thick & thin...tough times and good times....When CVSL starts it's move back up, the'll be no where to be found.....
LOL.......CVSL only paid 5.1 million for kleeneze......The original purchase price was 5.5 million.....
Analyst did suggest the final price could be moderately lower...almost 10% lower...
Thanks tutter......In one year Kleeneze will generate enough income to pay for itself......and then some....
Looking for ward to next acquisition...200 million +......
I'm also hearing that CVSL may purchase that coffee company and turn into a home for bitter investors...
FTBull...Right back atcha
Over 2 million dollars changing hands today....This is why we needed to be on the big boards...
CVSL is now in the meat of their expansion.....6 months of silence has cost the company over 80% of it's market cap. It also cost any shareholders who were looking for a quick play.
2015 will be the year where the street will be able to get a better understanding of business model....I expect at least 3 more M&A's that will take us close to a billion in revenues....
All in!!!!!
2 things that stand out.....
1st....CVSL paid approx 12.5 million for the 7 companies. Since purchases CVSL has received 11+ million in the sales of assets owned by said companies with another 4.5 million due over time to TLC....Essentially according to the report, these sales of assets have paid for all 7 companies...Add to that the earnings and EBITDA these companies have already generated and future EBITDA....It's a win..
2nd.....CVSL will pay 5.5 million for kleeneze....The report is forecasting EBITDA OF 6 MILLION IN 2016. That's 100% return on investment in your 1st full fiscal year.....Major win...
IMO...The street is trying to figure out CVSL and it's model. As 2015 brings in more M&A's, CVSL value will be more apparent. I expect 2016 to be the year where CVSL will explode into a giant
Josh!...Do you see how foolish you look?
Felti initiates coverage on CVSL with strong buy [/b]

copy/paste
Yep...With kleeneze their at about 180 million....Look for at least 3 more this year in the 200+ million area..
Then do the math coffee boy....
CVSL "had" to do a reverse split to up-list to a national exchange....They had to up-list to a national exchange in order to raise capital, and receive institutional support...
The problem was with the S-1. Blame who you want, but it's over, the PPS is in the toilet and that's fact.
CVSL will grow from here. We will see institutional initiations and buy recommendations with price targets.
So we can either complain about how we got here along with the collateral damage, or average down as i have. The growth strategy is intact, and I look for CVSL to be be close to a billion in revenue in 2015......PPS will follow
You both are real gems!!
