Hi Duce; I don't know how current this is, but it seems they only have a partial interest in one lease:
" Imperial Resources Incorporation Company Snapshot Purchase a Full Report on this Company
Business Description:
Imperial Resources, Inc. is an exploration-stage company. The Company has focused its core activities on development and exploration of oil and gas assets in the United States through its wholly owned subsidiary, Imperial Oil and Gas, Inc. (Imperial Oil). On January 20, 2010, its subsidiary acquired a working interest in the oil, gas and mineral leases in the Greater Garwood hydrocarbon exploration project located in Colorado County, Texas (the Garwood Property). The Garwood Property (which covers approximately 2,244 acres) contains one producing well, Cochran #1, as of March 31, 2010. Imperial Oil is engaged in oil and gas exploration and development. As of March 31, 2010, the Company did not have any plans to conduct any further exploration work on the Imperial Claim and it was no longer engaged in the business of mineral exploration."
Hard for me to say on ETNL. I use Qcharts, and it is no good for analysis on sub-penny issues.
I'll keep an eye on it paddy! Where have you been hiding?
Bad Idea. Out @3.06 eom
Try some MELA @3.19 eom
Thanks DB. I think it will keep climbing until the end of January.
Out SKH @4.62 eom
Got some PWAV @2.09 eom
Me too. I think NG prices are starting to become unsustainably low. Several operators that I know of have shut-in gas wells in our area of interest, and some of the large producers in Central PA have shut in their big volume Marcellus Shale wells.
In UNG @5.30 eom
I hope so too. Loaded some yesterday, and a s-load today.
That's a fine looking chart db7, especially considering earnings is almost a month off. Wish it would back off some. I hate chasing.
Nice move today. When are the earnings?
Out @ 2.24 eom
Try some EGHT @ 2.12 eom
What is it?
In SKH @4.29 eom
Nice job db7!
Gapper SKH. Finally.
Fracking of wells has been around since the early 1950's. We do fracs on our Clinton wells and have never gad a problem.
Gapper SKH.
Yep! I can see out of my right eye now! Crystal clear too.
Nice volume spike too.
Thanks!
Yep. The whole procedure takes 16 mins. I would have had it done last month, but my blood pressure was way too high, (165/141) and it took a month of different meds to bring it down. I guess they don't want to put you under if you have high BP because it could cause a stroke.
Looks like it's due for a bounce. I use the word "looks" loosely.. my eyesight is really bad right now. I go in for cataract surgery next Monday!
Hee! Hee! Selling the car of course! Still am happily married to the same gal since 1981.
I sure miss that 'Cuda though. When I bought mine, the 340 six-pack had a rod hanging out of the side of the block, and paid a hefty sum of 550$ for the car. It had no rust, but did need paint. Shortly after my purchase, a buddy of mine wrapped his hemi GTX around a tree, and I bought that hemi driveline for 1500$ and installed it in the 'Cuda. I had it painted, installed new carpet, and had the only Hemi AAR 'Cuda around!
I bought one of these in 1976. Same color and everything. Got married in 1981, and sold it. Bad mistake.
Gapper SKH.
LOL! You're very witty. As usual!
Yes it was split. I wonder what my Imperial will look like when I am 102? !
Out @ 2.04, in VG @2.14 eom
Gapper PWAV
Back in PWAV @1.77 eom
Cool Link split! She has kept it in nice shape all of these years!
OUT PWAV @1.93 eom
Very similar to my design, except I didn't have any hydraulic rams in the upper portion since shutting it in would be a bad idea due to the damaged longstring. I only had proportioning valves to control pressures. I am surprised they're going to use a mule shoe on it with the transition. That could take days to install. My idea with quick coupled inflatable packer could be set in 8 hours.
This "Cap" with the rubber seal kind of sounds like my design. We will see.
Great links split! I already signed-over my design to Halliburton 3 weeks ago and their people are handling it. The problem at this point is that I don't think BP wants to quit what their already doing as far as oil collection goes, and shut down for a day while they remove the ocean floor equipment and replace it with something else.
That's how this tool works. It's like a clamp on the outside of the flange, and the inner portion has a heavy thick rubber membrane that takes 500psi to inflate. It pinches itself against the ID of the carbon-steel shell and the OD of the flange. It has a robotic valve on top, and sensors so inside pressure can be monitored. It also has quick-release couplings in case it needs released and reset.
As I said before, if they use something like this they need to monitor the pressure very closely since they suspect that they have additional down hole problems. The last thing they need right now is an additional blowout under the sea floor.
