Thanks, altitrade. This is informative. With bioplastic and nano cellulose along with ethanol, biof is indeed on the way, IMHO.
patience grasshoppers.
Well I guess I'm a fool then. Best of luck old guy.
News won't make any difference unless it's meaningful news. You're just impatient, like we all are. Some of us just don't act out.
BTW, what was it I said in my last post that was nonsense? That GEVO was an apparent competitor? It is. That they aren't really because they've given up on making their own cellulosic ethanol? That have. That if BIOF gets its production working they may be a supplier of GEVO one day? That is possible.
BTW one possible trigger for the selloff is that an apparent competitor, GEVO, signed a JV deal with Chevron.
I say apparent competitor because GEVO has given up on making ethanol itself. In fact, if BIOF get this working it might be a supplier to GEVO in the future.
So don't buy. And do you own DD.
And before that Up 1000% from January.
Nothing bad. Just more waiting.
I have no friends at the company, just to be clear.
Might be a liquidity issue for the seller and not BIOF specific. Looks like somebody may just need money now. Big dump on open, which slowed now.
That's why I said it's at least possible is related to the new CAT system.
I'm wondering if all this that's happening has something to do with the new CAT system that went into effect September first. It's supposed to stop naked shorting and people are saying all OTC stocks are naked shorted.
Trying to scare up some shares to cover.
My bid got passed again. Mani pula a tion.
The transaction was lower than my bid, and at one point the offer was lower than my bid.
I raised my bid to the ask price, no fill. The ask price went below my bid, no fill. This is totally manipulated.
The one good thing is, if they are this worried, we must be on the right track.
If anyone doesn't think this stock is being manipulated I've got proof. I had an order in to buy at .0857. the price traded right through it without a partial. I called my broker and he said the mms are not held to price or time.
In other words these shorts can manipulate the price at will by trading back and forth. Price means nothing.
But they are sticking around, which tells one something.
Sounds impressive. Recent interest in plastic waste. Sounds like a good fit.

Not affecting the price yet.
I think he was saying the total market size is in excess of 700 billion. Biof's share will be less, but still substantial.
Even ten billion of revenue would give a market cap of between thirty and fifty billion. Enough for me.
First, I doubt that will happen, and second, apart from Elwood, no one can buy now, so what's the difference?
The float is irrelevant here. Total outstanding is 374mm for ELGL and 29mm for bfnh.
I hope all our posters find their way here. No indication searching for allm.
One promise fulfilled.
Didn't they already announce that?
Manipulation. No one who wanted to sell would put such a big ask. It's to scare potential buyers. Someone is trying accumulate for some reason.
Jmo.
Might be the name change. They filed for it and we're waiting for approval. I put in an order but didn't send it. Worked that far.
You're right. Early 2022. We've waited this long.
It's more expensive than allm's process, and it uses vegetable oils, which is people food. The whole point of cellulosic is to not use people food.
And they're just starting to look at it. Don't expect anything until 2025. More likely they'll use allm's process as a front end.
If my math is right, that's ten k shares for a hundred bucks. I'm moving to Canada.
Thanks, Brian, all good stuff, although I think Hatch probably left because of age. He was obviously failing his last year in the Senate, so it probably just got worse.
It's a cash and stock deal. The article didn't say how much of each, but the sellers are still participating through the stock.
Why the change of heart?
Did you sell the other 400k?
The new plant is being built with a Danish fermentation process. Shouldn't be a threat.

Also see company's pdf presentation, linked in the article.
They're only planning four plants in the next six years. There should be room for both of us.
Only if you're Canadian.
Which broker?? Never mind you're the Canadian that told me, aren't you.
Canadians can, apparently.
Good to see, I'm with Elwood hoping for merger news too.
Something just happened. I'm superstitious. Keep complaining guys.
Seriously, the ask just jumped and the price went up.
I think the "h" is cut off from https.
