I haven't. Have you washed your hands four hundred times today?
I don't see that. No block that big. It was a mostly morning buying spree.
i was just asking to see if your OCD was global.
Do you have any other investments?
I think it will happen.
It was at a dollar for less than a day. How are you going to raise money in that short a time frame?
I'm here. No worries. “It was never my thinking that made the big money for me, it always was sitting.” Jesse Livermore.
Well, someone is under federal investigation and it's not Brad and Merle.
all sound and fury, signifying nothing.
this is an article about a DOJ investigation of short sellers, Hindenburg is mentioned about halfway down.

That's true, but it has been the case always. And that will take some time, and some patience on our part. Always the hardest part.
The problem reported in the article relates to corn ethanol which means corn kernel ethanol. If BIOF uses corn at all it will be corn stover, the stalks, roots etc. This is byproduct of corn growing and involves no additional impact on the land or environment. In fact, if BIOF used something like King Grass, it would be better for the environment as that would involve using a fast growing grass and cutting it regularly which increases CO2 usage by the plant. This is good for BIOF.
Wainwright did the same kind of deal for GEVO in June of 2020. 30mm shares, single warrant coverage. The price dropped the day of the announcement but recovered by August. The price climbed in the fall and hit a peak of about 15 dollars in January 2021 after Wainwright and Citi raised them about a half a billion more.
The price went back down, but for BIOF it hasn't changed, if the tech works we make a lot of money.
BTW, at 15 GEVO's market cap was about three billion.
No, you didn't miss anything. There was another agreement in 2020, which fell through. Then this agreement was made in June of 2021. It's all in the 10k.
I suspect we won't hear anything from Anthazar or the company until we hear something. Probably for the best. Let them work it through.
Ben could have screwed the shareholders completely during the chapter 11. He didn't. We all kept every share. No matter what your experience with other companies, it doesn't apply to this company.
If they want to get on the NAS they have to get the price to 3 or 4 dollars. They can't do that now with a 5 to 1 RS. And institutions can't buy if it's not listed. So, if you want on the NAS and want a 5 to 1 split (which is 70 million shares remaining including options outstanding,) then before raising any money you have a market cap of 280 million (70mm times 4 dollars a share or 210 if 3 dollars a share.) The current market cap is about 70 million using the fully potentially diluted (including options) number. 52 million otherwise.
They will not be selling a fixed number of shares, but a fixed amount of money with a variable number of shares. Negotiations will still have to be done, but the size of the reverse will not affect how much the shareholders are diluted.
It's possible some big holders are selling to participate in the raise, get warrants as well as stock. As to the negatives of reverse splits, getting on the NAS would counter that I think.
I'm no expert but several of these papers seem directly related to our process, especially those related to Ethelene and poly-ethylene (plastic.)
I don't know what the market will do, but this is a move forward.

We know Jemapete did. He was an early stockholder, during Daniel's reign as I understand it. He has filings from 2018, so he did. Other than that I don't know.
Oh, good news. We will have to wait for the five I guess, but it shouldn't be long now.
I'm not sure what dump you're referring to. 41k is the largest that I see and that was after your post. the whole market is in the tank, not surprising. If BIOF can make this work, we will make a lot of money, if not, nothing. Stop thinking about the short term.
Also, just noticed this, on 1/24/22 Jamapete announced he owned 7.4 million more shares. Another good sign.

It's in edgar in 2021 January.
It may not be good for the stock price but we knew they had to raise money for the proto five, and if this is it, then it is good in the intermediate term.
Also good is that the officers are apparently not taking a salary.
I've seen it spelled a couple of ways, but would an om by any other name smell as sweet?
No, it is the offering from 1/25/21, which was at .25 cents a share. This may be the finish of that offering and could be enough to get us the proto five. Interesting they said the officers and directors get zero of the money brought in (item 16.). I think that means they are not taking a salary.
Could be very good news if they have enough for the five.
I haven't seen it either, but if they need it to get the proto five then it may be worth it.
All together now, Aummmmmm...
thank you for sharing. We will see.
I'm glad to see there is so much interest in this board and hence the stock.
One more thing, on the expert market. Two thousand companies were put on the Expert Market today.
They're back on the expert market. No broker is allowed to show bid or ask numbers. You can buy during market hours as I understand it.
Not much price movement, but the volume is up. That's important according to Joe Granville, God rest his soul.
Well, somebody had their coffee and Wheaties this morning. I wonder what that's about.
They never claimed to be carbon neutral, just over 90% reduction. And if you're going to say that it isn't carbon neutral because you're using trucks, what if those trucks ran on cellulosic ethanol.
The point is that if you are reaching for weak arguments like that, then it is obvious you are engaging in motivated argument.
Very good. It sounds like BIOF is moving forward. I hope we hear something about proto five soon.
Thanks 3Dschmidt.
Excellent point. He must have something to do when he gets there.
Also, he had a pretty good job, it sounds like. Small company but president. He must have seen opportunity here, as in, it probably works.
The new employee's current employer.

it sounds like we're getting to proto five. Good news. Thanks happy gylmore.
I wonder what it means? Hope we find out soon. Thanks Alt.
