In your opinion it isn't going to happen again, but only time will tell!!
sandshark - last year the price was between .02 and.03 and then went on to I believe around .37. So the upside could be 3.70 if the new product sells as good as they are claiming IMO.
DC Brands International, Inc. Announces Northern California Trip Another Resounding Success
Wednesday April 16, 1:13 PM EDT
DC Brands International, Inc. (DCBR)previously announced they were sending some of their representatives to meet with distributors in the northern California area. These representatives met with four additional distributors and received four additional commitments for distribution of their all new H.A.R.D. Nutrition Functional Water Systems. These appointments were set up as a result of the success the company had on an earlier trip to Las Vegas. The company's VP of Sales Jim Randall said, "As we said after our Vegas meeting, we had pretty much our pick of the litter after meeting with several major distributors. We have made that decision and have forwarded distribution agreements to be signed."
Randall continues, "As a result, the distributor we selected in Vegas lead us to pursue myriad other distributors starting in Northern California. Each group we meet with immediately became excited about the brand and this week I am preparing contracts for each of the four distributors. In keeping with the company's policies, we will not release the names of our new partners until after they have received their initial products, which are still on track to start being delivered towards the end of this month. After each one of them receives their initial orders, we will release the names as a matter of fact and post them on our new website we are developing. It is simply bad business to announce names before the ink is dry. We have had that bite us in the past when shareholders began deluging brand new partners to confirm the relationship before they ever even received their first full truck of products. We have learned from that and believe patience is a virtue."
Randall also states, "I will tell you this. This is a household name we are talking about with worldwide beverage distribution. The tremendous success we are having with this group has helped to form our entire distribution strategy. And although no guarantees can be granted that every future distributor in their network of over 400 will continue to have the same overwhelming reaction as all of them we have meet with so far, I personally see no reason that they would not have the same reaction we have seen so far and I expect our sales team to sign up no less than 50 of their counterparts by year's end."
New press release
DC Brands: First Caps on Their Way From China
As DC Brands International, Inc. (DCBR) alluded to on several occasions, full scale production of the company's new Functional Water Systems has been waiting on delivery of the new patented two stage cap system from China. (See previous press releases.) Last month, the company's Chief Procurement Officer, Jeremy Alcamo, traveled to China to personally oversee the final tooling system and ensure all finished units were in full keeping of the company's quality assurance inspection procedures. Today, the company is proud to announce that the long anticipated big day has arrived, as their Chinese partners will have the first full load of finished caps loaded aboard a plane and on their way to the states tomorrow morning for arrival into customs on Saturday.
Mr. Alcamo said, "This day has been a long time coming and we are all very excited to start delivering on the back log of what is now over $750,000.00 in pre-committed sales around the country. As I have stated before, we have already began the process of building additional tools to ensure sufficient capacity to keep up with demand, which, based on current reports from our VP of Sales Jim Randall, will be quite a challenge. However, this is a challenge I am looking forward to."
Thanks for posting the article, very interesting reading.
3 bucks a share coming up

Great news. Looking forward to the new product coming off of the finish line!
Hydrogen Engine Center Announces Strategic Alliance with Startech Environmental Corp.
Wednesday March 19, 8:00 AM EDT
ALGONA, Iowa, Mar 19, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Hydrogen Engine Center, Inc. (OTC BB: HYEG), a developer and manufacturer of alternative - clean fuel internal combustion engines, engine controls and power generator systems, today announced a strategic alliance with Startech Environmental Corp. (STHK), an internationally-recognized environmental technology company based in Wilton, CT, to combine Hydrogen Engine Center's alternative gas energy conversion technology and Startech's Plasma Converter Processing technology.
Hydrogen Engine Center (HEC) and Startech will jointly develop commercial projects that combine HEC's Hydrogen powered internal combustion engine (ICE) generators with Startech's proprietary Plasma Converter technology for waste destruction, processing and remediation. HEC's engines will generate clean power using the hydrogen produced by Startech's Plasma Converter.
HEC plans to deliver a hydrogen powered generator system to Startech in May 2008. The combined Startech and HEC waste remediation and power generation package will be made available globally for a wide variety of applications.
"We are pleased to announce this alliance with Startech, as it opens up markets for our combined products in a package that adds tremendous value to the end user," said Donald Vanderbrook, President and CEO of HEC. "We can now effect HEC's packaging and alternative fuel power strengths in tandem with a leader in waste remediation technologies, which gives us firm footing in the alternative energy market. Not only can customers now effectively remediate waste, but they can also produce electrical power, thereby reducing their energy costs. This is a win-win for everyone, including the environment."
Stephen Landa, Vice President of Sales for Startech, said, "The compelling interest in the use of hydrogen for vehicles and stationary carbonless power is one of the reasons for this alliance. A pound of hydrogen contains more than twice as much energy as a pound of jet fuel. Hydrogen produced by Startech's Plasma Converters can be used in HEC's engines to produce absolutely pristine carbonless power."
"We will be installing one of our hydrogen powered generators at Startech's Tech Center in May," Vanderbrook concluded. "We are extremely happy to be aligning the core strengths of HEC and Startech. We continue to seek further synergistic projects with revenue potential, and we look forward to a long and growing business relationship."
About Startech -- The Environment and Energy Company
Startech is the internationally recognized, award-winning environment and energy industry company engaged in the production and sale of its innovative, proprietary plasma processing equipment known as the Plasma Converter System(TM). The Plasma Converter System safely and economically destroys wastes, no matter how hazardous or lethal, and turns most into useful and valuable products. In doing so, the System protects the environment and helps to improve the public health and safety. The System achieves closed-loop elemental recycling to safely and irreversibly destroy Municipal Solid Waste, organics and inorganics, solids, liquids and gases, hazardous and non-hazardous waste, industrial by-products and also items such as "e-waste," medical waste, chemical industry waste and other specialty wastes, while converting many of them into useful commodity products that can include metals and a synthesis-gas called Plasma Converted Gas (PCG)(TM).
Among the many commercial uses for PCG, is its potential use to produce "Carbonless Power", Gas-To-Liquid (GTL) fuels such as ethanol, synthetic diesel fuel and other higher-alcohol "alternative" fuels. Hydrogen, for use and sale, can also be separated and recovered from the PCG synthesis gas mixture. The Startech Plasma Converter is essentially a manufacturing system producing valuable commodity products from feedstock-materials that were previously regarded as wastes. Startech regards all wastes, hazardous and non-hazardous, as valuable renewable resources and as feedstocks.

Company Upgrade: Adds DC Brands International to our Small Cap Portfolio

Anyone know anything about this research firm?
http://www.tradingmarkets.com/.site/news/Stock%20News/1215736/
Yes I am a shareholder. Don't know anything about the stock that anyone else here don't know. But the way I figure it with the new product coming out there is going to be a lot of press releases. Last year the share price went up from 2.5 cents to .37 cents and would have went a lot higher if it wasn't for the SEC halting trading.
Thought this board needed some positive posts instead of all negative ones!
And I have not posted here under any other name!
Still thinking the share price will be around $3.00 by May.
IMO
Still thinking 3 bucks by May
I'll second that!
When this H.A.R.D. Nutrition Functional Water Systems , hits the market this stock will soar. At least $3.00 by May.
IMO
Long time reader first time posting. It is starting to come together IMO
I'll agree with that - looking forward to more news releases!
Has anyone heard where the Oregon site will be?
