I haven't received mine from E-TRADE either.
Laraz5, in the 8K dated January 6, 2012 Tirex stated they anticipate commencement of commercial production to occur in approximately one year from that date. Maybe something is starting to happen ! They should have put out a PR for the completion of construction and start of operations?
Why would he put out a PR for no reason? Everything is progressing as it should. My only question is are they going to test the PBIS-2000 for another 90-days before they place their order, or will they order right away after the modifications.
I have had an order in @ .0001 since August 6th and it has never been filled.
Has anyone here been filled at .0001 in the last few weeks ?
Yes, The contract is real. This is old news! The Due Dillegence has already been done. The most recent source that was posted was message #38870. FedSpending.org. There were other sources previously posted. Now it's just a matter of waiting for an order.
Obviously, the Airforce has a need for this technology. Otherwise, they wouldn't have paid $61,134 to buy the prototype.
Callmebull, I agree with you 100%. The 90 days testing is up on the 23rd of July.
The process that the current Tire Recycling Facilities are using is only profitable because of the subsidies that they receive from the federal government. If they no longer receive these subsidies, then they will go out of business. The only way they will be able to stay in business; and be profitable, is if they buy Tirex's technology. That was my point.
Currently, all of the tire recycling companies out there rely on federal subsidies to be profitable. With the current federal deficit these subsidies have been cut from the budget and starting in 2013 will no longer exist. The only way these companies will be able to stay in business is to pay tirex for use of their technology. Tirex holds the patent!! So even if Tirex is not able to secure financing for their own facility it won't matter. All the other recycling companies will have to buy from them. People just need to have patience. Now its just a waiting game. Tirex has been in business for a long time. They are not going out of business in the next 5 months. Patience...
People just need some patience. I have been invested in this company for a year and I beleive great things are getting ready to happen with this one!
I believe the AirForce will be placing an order On or shortly after the 23rd of July. The 90 days are up !!!
Previous Due Dillegence was done that stated that the AirForce has to test a product for "90 days" before they can place an order . That 90 days is up on the 23rd of July according to previous press release.
Obviously, The AirForce has a need for this technology. Otherwise, they wouldn't have paid $61,000 for the PBIS 2000 Prototype. My only question is: Are they going to place an order for the PBIS 2000 at the end of the 90 days or are they going to wait till they have all the information on the PBIS 200 + 90 days and order them all at the same time ?
Has everyone forgotten that the end of the 90 day testing period is the 23rd of July ? Remember the AirForce accepted delivery of the PBIS 2000 on the 23rd of April !
I will be around till at least the first quarter of 2013 to see if this thing gets up and running. Good luck to all !!
Now I understand your frustration . I bought in 18-months ago for .0004. So, from my perspective it has been profitable.
MPEETS, I thought I saw in a previous post that you've only been in TXMC for a few months . If so, I can't understand the negativity . I have been invested in this stock for 18-months and I haven't seen any cause for concern . I think it has great potential.
MPEETS, How long have you been invested in this company ?
Vianna,
I have 53,000,000 shares
Jufel, based on my conversation with Dave Goldberg at Global Invester relations, I beleive the .003 per share is whats left after everyone else has been paid. If you check the 8k from 23 April, Fortress only ownes 23.22% of Bouse & 46.84% of South Copperstone. So you have to take these percentages into account. The actual purchase price should be a lot higher. I beleive one of the previouse press releases said it would not be less than $400,000,000
Ordinary, remember the increase in the O.S. was from the issueing of 4-billion shares to Abaxis Inc March 4, 2010
That Sounds like an unsubstantiated rumor !
Janice can you show proof that Abaxis is owned by Lumb?
The company issued an amount of 4 Billion shares of its common stock for partial settlement of outstanding Loan Notes to Abaxis Inc. This brings the O.S. up to 40,562,377,817. Check the news release dated march 4th Form 8K.
It was to pay off part of their dept to their lein holders.
Thanks Desertdirt, That was exactly the information I was looking for.

Vianna,
In the E-MAIL that was sent sent out the company refers to the stockholders from the year 2005 as receiving shares of BOUSE and
SOUTH COPPERSTONE . In your interpretation, do the current stockholders that bought in after 2005 receive anything from the sale of the company's assets ?
WAMILLS, I have been a shareholder in FFGO since July 2008 and I didn,t receive that email either . I wonder if it's just the shareholders prior to june 2008 that received that ?
VOLT
Paunch, I have 30,033,333 FFGO and
48,470,000 HGLC
