I think Dow 9000 is coming... If the EuroZone allows 1 country to fail than we'll have multiple countries allowed to fail.
One MAJOR problem with a "1 World Currency" is countries (right or wrong) can't print their own money to pay off debt. Everyone is a slave to what the 'haves' want and policy.
If you think today's news is good PS ...don't wait. See ya in the $.30s, $.40s, and $.50s!!!
WNRC completed a 12% share buy back...another 10%+ expected. Going down to 30-32 million shares. Expecting good positive net income in the financials... Stock price warrants a large move up here. CHEAP at $.19.
Good job...financials will be coming soon enough.
I actually think the share reduction is bigger news, but for those who think financials are bigger...then think of this... the news just keeps getting bigger and better. So, maybe the financials are even better than the news of the share buy back.
5 up days...pretty good change you'll get a correction...surprised the market is starting to bounce back a little. Might end the day down, but closer to -.5%
30 Million Shares and you can raise those share price amounts up another 20%.
Arguably that would put us at $1/share...ironically, that's what we need to get listed on a larger exchange. I think that's the plan!
A buyout or an uplisting to AMEX/Nasdaq would be awesome, but I think either would be at least 2 years away. (Need 2 years of financials first).
$1 Million in profit would give us at a conservative 12 PE = $12 million Market Cap...realistically, we should be trading at a 20 (not a 12 PE) or a $20 Million Market Cap.
12 PE @ 35 Million Shares = $.34/share
20 PE @ 35 Million Shares = $.57/share
I agree... I think WNRC is a LOT bigger than most people here think. Certainly worth a lot more than the current price. Especially with a monster share buy back.
Bids Up!
We close up! No clue by how much. :)
VuQo will have a very hard time getting past $.20... JMO.

Lisa was a 10% owner of HOKU stock in 2006...
http://www.secinfo.com/d141Nx.v1u4u.htm
She was selling stock for a while...once she got below the threshold she didn't have to file form 4's ...she stopped filing in 2007. She originally had 1.67 Million Shares ...and when HOKU ran in 2007 she sold out!
I follow mostly the stock boards on yahoo...I remember in 2007 seeing all the posts about her selling...and I thought I remember seeing filings for her selling, now I can't find them...but, she was pulling millions of dollars out.
I'd like to see a bounce to $.05 then average $.03-.04 per week for at least a month. Don't want to see it spike...rather have the same long sustained run here.
Couldn't agree more. Well said.
Probably the worst argument I've read. Can't compare the two. WNRC's industry is MUCH harder than the food industry... MUCH harder. A year ago WNRC was less than $.005...so, over the last year WNRC has provided a similar return (if not better). WNRC can double MUCH faster than SMKY at this price. And, WNRC has MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MORE in assets than SMKY. I'm going to assume WNRC has MUCH more in profits and has a share structure that is 3 times LESS than SMKY.
I'll give Rhino his due...SMKY has had a nice run, but the fundamentals of WNRC BLOW SMKY OUT OF THE WATER...NOT EVEN CLOSE. NOT EVEN CLOSE!
Not even worth giving much argument here until WNRC puts out news on share buy back and financials. Sit back and enjoy the ride. WNRC will warrant much higher prices from here.
Really not far from $.01.
Just 2 bids before we basically there. Can't wait for this to run.
Bids are holding up. 1-2 more bids at $.085 and we can start to eat through $.09.
Financials and we'll all know where this "should" trade.
QQQ $56.60 Put Spread, DIA $115.00 Put Spread
Market has been up the last 5 days. Time to take money and flip the trade.
I think WNRC has been doing all of those things. Man, people just expect things to go from $0 in revenue to $100 Million overnight! A year ago WNRC had nothing. Now, we will be getting financials that show we should be profitable. Company is actively buying shares back and we'll get an update soon on that (I actually think this might be bigger news than financials, but may not react as much).
What I do know is Dan is doing some substantial things, not small things. I would be beyond dissapointed if it was only a 100,000 share buy back...and would be thrilled if he can take some real meat off the table. Every million shares he can take off the table is 3%. If he can even do 2 million thats 6% of the stock. Which, should actually translate to a 9% gain.
But, let's face it WNRC is NOT trading at fair market valuation. We'll see what FMV should be with financials. I give it a few weeks before we can all be geniuses and "prove" WNRC is worth some number much higher than it's current price.
Financials and a Share Reduction should keep it up. Can't wait to see what profit WNRC has.
News comes and people will be fighting to buy in the $.20s. Ticking here...
When it hits $.30, someone reading this right now is going to be whining about I could have bought those $.19s!
...ZING!
The news yesterday is going to turn into detailed PRs that will make this take off!
This is the way I look at it... Is there more risk and fear in the market now or more confidence? Can Europe fail and default? Is consumer confidence turning positive?
I cashed out at the end of July. I'd rather miss out on 3-4% waiting for a confirmation than lose 10%+ watching risk build up and spill out.
Another thing...95% of mutual can't beat the index they are matched up against. In 2 years your chances are less than 1%. IF you want to own the large caps QQQ, SPY, DIA are the only ways to go...and if you are committed to being in the market you have to sell covered calls. Mutual funds when they buy/sell create taxable events...QQQ, SPY, DIA have no taxable events unless you sell...and you can use option strategies for protection and to curb risk. Dividends of stocks inside aren't taxed either! :)
IMO, it's like trying to buy a house now. What happens when interest rates go up? House prices are going down as interest rates are going down...when the rates go up the price is going to drop even more!
I'm really only playing around with QQQ right now. Any major positions I'm considering (but haven't entered) commodities...like corn, wheat, sugar, lumber, oil, gold, silver, palladium, etc. Some things that have 'real' value.
I think we have been in a recession...waiting on the depression to hit. Sorry for doom and gloom. But, you got to protect yourself IMO. - You can't lose money if you are in cash! The market typically rallies after consumer confidence starts going positive.
The bids are starting to stack...slowly. Bids stacking is the #1 predictor of price appreciation (in my experience).
Both WNRC and ESFS should have news coming next week that was based on their news this week. Absolutely need to put both on your radar.
WNRC - Major Share Buy Back and Financials to be posted

ESFS - Major Purchase Possible

WNRC is about to go balistic I think. That PR today was a warning.
Haven't pulled the trigger yet. Maybe tomorrow. I do believe Europe is "kicking the can" as they have been saying. Just delaying the inevitable.
Hope everyone has cash in hand so they can buy at higher prices!
Just hanging out on the bid...
WNRC is profitable...just a matter of by how much!
...which is better than 99.9% of all pinkies.
I don't know how many shares are getting bought back...but if it's even 10% of the outstanding that is HUGE. That's a lot of shares that will NEVER hit the market again. And, if he can take shares out of the FLOAT... WOW!
I'd love to see this go above $.50. I think it can happen.
Satview will be bought and paid for by the end of the year. So, whatever profit WNRC is able to show in financials will be TRIPLE NET INCOME next year. :D ...or as I like to say... cash in the bank!
BIDS UP!
10,000 at $.085
15,000 at $.08
79,500 at $.078
...this is all that is shown. I have a bid through AUTO at $.08 not shown.
Support is MUCH stronger than resistance. This is what happens when a stock is ready to go. With news everyone will be fumbling over each other to buy it and the price will get pushed up.
Keep the conversations on SUGO...no one cares about the LA Water District. Has ZERO bearing on SUGO's plans, financing, or anything... No matter what insignificant correlation you may try to draw together.
California is broke and can make a ton of money off the Gold Mining and a California mine will be much cleaner than a mine any where else in the world.
I would bet we get a major release next week. I think the release last week was to wake us up, this week's was to get the ball rolling. Then we see financials...share reduction...increased revenue from new business.
All good in WNRC'land. I believe these things will justify a much higher price. Anyone not in will be kicking themselves once this news comes out.
There is a fine line between genius and madness. I'm teetering between both here. Today's news might have been in response to the price decline, but I believe it was open and honest. And, I believe they can move forward and accomplish the goals they have laid out.
SUGO is an opportunity, I personally, don't want to miss out on.
News should go out in the morning New York Time... I don't see why this concept is so hard to figure out. I'm about to leave for the day and I am just reading about this now? It's stupidity.
IR is a joke and schlocky... They probably have the same idiot advisors that BoNehead Coffee had...and that is SAD!
True dat. True dat.
The guys on CNBC, etc. are only good about explaining what has happened in the past...they try to make a prediction about what they think will happen and always come back with 'hind sight' the next day.
Can always sell your shares at the bid... I'm fine with that. :)
Yesterday morning the highest bid was $.077. There is now a bid at $.08 and $.081...and a bid at $.085 was taken out.
Clearly...there is support starting to build here. Can be a negative nancy all you want, but ESFS is starting to build. And, TerryT's sticky post says why.
