Tiger Money, can you answer prosledders question?
That would be an avg of 40K per employee a year, and that's with 0 other expenses.
Doesn't add up.
Good question.
Let's see if you get an answer.
As you said, time will tell.
I remain cautious about any otc stock until they have proven themselves. But hopeful here.
That one I mentioned has been in business since 1983.
Doesn't mean much, except 'why go public now?'
Answer: they need funds they can get from their whopping 500 mil A/S for acquisitions or other expenses.
Just hope they use them wisely.
Besides otc, need to stay the hell away from any toxic lenders.
That means they have to qualify for any potentially needed funds from traditional sources.
This includes giving shares at highly discounted prices to pay for acquisitions. Maybe not so much giving them, but to whom.
Also, I don't put too much emphasis on revenue, as much as profit, current pps, and o/s share count.
Part of why I say this is because I recently got out of one, UN..QL, that was making almost 1 BILLION in revenue, but ekeing out only 1 million in profit. Got involved with a couple of predatory, or toxic, lenders and gave them huge amounts of shares for relatively small loans.
Currently they trade about .013
Agree, this company is still in it's infancy of being publicly traded. And actually none of us outside the company has a clear picture of their financials yet.
Doesn't matter at this point.
Let's see how it trades once we get news.
Lack of real trading last couple of days makes me think anyone who wanted to sell has done so, and the rest are holding for news.
Though there will be some manipulation here and there until news.
GLTA
And the wait goes on.........!
imo, that will stop when news hits.
Till then we just have to ride it out.
A great weekend to all!
Over 10K in volume so far. Not sure where those are coming from, as it's too risky to short at these levels.
But what's that old saying, volume before price?
Feel free to send me any though.
Tiger Money, answer is I get but can't send as I'm a free member
5K on the bid. Peeps want in.
As long as it helps the pps the rest doesn't really matter.
Almost like semantics at this point.
On to the Nasdaq!!!
Bid/Ask sizes really changed
Per my last post, they chose the reverse merger route for 2 reasons:
1- It was quicker than the average time of 18 months for an IPO and less expensive.
2- Gives them access to available shares for acquisitions they could not otherwise afford.
Good article on IPO's and reverse mergers:
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/i/ipo.asp
https://www.investopedia.com/articles/stocks/09/introduction-reverse-mergers.asp
That makes no sense to me at all. Companies do reverse mergers to become public since it's much less expensive than doing an IPO.
And the fact that this has been trading is contrary to an IPO.
(INITIAL Public Offering)
Wouldn't be initial.
An uplist from otc to NASDAQ is what is really going on imo.
Not sure I understand.
Aren't they already public since the name changed and is currently trading by their ticker AGSS?
A whopping 500 shares traded in the first hour!
Thought something was up for a minute there.
At least we got a green close.
The ask was 1.85 when that happened.
Seemed to turn on a dime.
Hmmmm
What just happened?
No, is it anything like herding cats?
I'm in waiting mode also.
Though I did put in a small sell order of 100 shares at 18.00 in case anyone gets a fat thumb lol.
I'd say the name of the game with AGSS is patience.
Their attorneys are getting their ducks in a row, so give them time. NASDAQ is in their future imo.
Good luck!
This IS a great stock, and one day SOON the pps will reflect that.
I am in it to win it!
Somebody's dumping
If that's the case, could be a while longer before news.
Depending on how long, this could be manipulated down more close to $1, imo.
Did you ever think this would go to $2 when it was $5?
Even some that are selling here most likely can buy back lower.
I could see this dropping another dollar without something to stimulate buying. Summer is also historically bad for otc stocks, and the Fed didn't help any.
We'll see.
Probably, but this drop is the result of people tired of waiting for news, combined with reaction to fed raising rates.
Without news to create buying it could go much lower imo.
I'm wondering why we haven't heard anything from the company yet. Seems enough time has passed.
After this 3/4% rate hike by the Fed, followed by the same again in a few months tells me the markets are going to see some selling. Might not be a good time to be in.
I said that because of current pps and the Fed meets today.
We'll see how much they raise rates and what effect it will have.
Could be an ugly day.
Looks like you need to stop that, lol.
Or wait till AH if we should have a green day.
Looking a little ugly today.
GL
I'm sure that will be updated on their NASDAQ application.
Very weird, almost like MM's know news is imminent.
Or maybe they just slept in lol.
