This is the summary you are referring to.
"Time to take a step back and review Mgt's accomplishments and progress to get us this far:
It all started on May 12, 2006, when Tara Minerals incorporated as a mining exploration company. By October of that year, they started geology.
On October 31, 2007 the company completed it's 1st fiscal year. Mgt successfully raised the initial capital to begin Don Roman mine and mill construction. Shares outstanding was 37.8 million with only 73 share holders
January 2008, mill construction started. By May, the facility really took shape. Conveyors, ball mills, crushers and roads were already in place. Unfortunately, 2008 was also world sub prime meltdown year: Bear Stearns blew up in March. AIG and Lehman imploded in Sept, followed by Citigroup, Merrill Lynch, Wachovia, GM, Fannie, Freddie all falling like dominoes. TARP rescue. Tara Minerals persevered thru providence.
2009: Don Ramon mill processing facility completed to begin production. Water, electricity, roads, permits, floatation cells. A roof was added to protect all the eqpt from rain.
2010: Start up. Production plan from 120 T/d to 240 to 360. By Sept, it was 1st and goal on the 2 yard line and mgt fumbled - not enough $'s, mine & mill expertise and ore recovery below expectation. Mgt realized that they couldn't do it alone and changed strategy to joint venture with experts and new capital to cross the goal line. Outsource everything and convert company to a royalty model. More providence.
2011:
Feb: 1st JV LOI announced with Adit Resources and Yamana Gold. At least 1M gold ozs worth $2.25/share upon signing of defintive and significantly more if Yamana proves out reserves by spending $14 million on geology and exploration over next 12 months. Yamana is also taking a strategic equity stake in Adit too, so they must believe.
May: 2nd JV Tania iron ore. Secured mining rights. Successfully raised $750,000 to advance project via royalty. Mgt out-sourced ore processing and transportation to a mining expert at a fixed cost/ton. For every 10,000 tons of iron ore processed, we get a min $350,000 net profit without touching the ore. How many saleable tons for the mining experts to process? 6 million. Get out your own calculator to do the math.
May: 3rd JV LOI announced with Claridge, Hanlon to run Don Roman. 8 months ago, mgt fumbled on the 2 yard line. 8 months later, mgt brought in the Super Bowl champions to cross the goal line!
Who's Claridge? Founded in 1999, experts in mining, geology, metallurgy and experience in efficiently operating mills and mines. Just in the last few years alone, they have completed over 400 mining projects for companies like: Freeport McMoran, Newmont, Barrick, Hecla, BHP Billiton, Nord Resources, Phelps Dodge, to name a few.
The Don Roman mill is surrounded by 25,400 acres (40 square miles!) of potential gold, silver, zinc, lead, copper and iron ore reserves and mgt brought in the Claridge generals to run it and they only have to invest $8 million in new captial to earn a 49% interest in Don Roman.
It typically takes 10 years to acquire, finance, build and staff a mine and commence production. Tara Minerals mgt has done it in half the time.
Junior mining companies reaching production typically have 300 million shares outstanding and most don't even reach production. TARM has only 60M shrs out, or 80% < avg and it appears they don't need to raise anymore money.
After 5 long years of patiently waiting, we have arrived. We've come a long way, baby."

I agree a fantastic presentation. I hope they will will continue with this kind of updates. It will be a driver of the sp. Seems like we can open at 1.15 for TARM today. Soon we are off to the races. Buy cheap while you can.

No taxes as I know of. It stands "Non taxable dividend/spinoff".
Are you invested again Gene or is it still just your friends?

Today my TARM shares showed up at my account in Sweden.
I look forward to the coming dividends and a great summer for TRGD/TARM.

Lets see what happens.
I think you will be surprised.
Lets see what happens.
I think you will be surprised.
The long wait is soon over for us that have been long term TRGD/TARM shareholders.
More and more positive signs are materializing. Soon we will probably have cashflow from the iron ore and Don Ramon. And we will have recognition from the big investor community when the Yamana deal is finalized (I think that some investment funds already have been buying into TARM lately). There will be new JV-deals and acquisitions coming and TRGD will be reinstated and moved to the OTC. There is a big chance TARM will move to AMEX this autumn. The dividend that actually occured (some sure had doubts about that ever occuring) will also help to build credibility for the companies and soon we can look forward to another dividend.
Despite the long wait and the overoptimistic goals from Rich and the management I think it will be worth the wait. Everything now starts to come together. I look forward to a exiting summer and autumn with the tarafamily. I think TRGD can reach $2 within a year and 5-10 bucks a little further ahead. I am not surprised if TARM reaches $4-5 within a year and 20-30 bucks in a couple of years. All this if not big delays occur of course.
I wish all a great day.

I totally agree with you curious924. Very good post.
I am convinced that the news about Don Ramon last week signs the beginning of a strong upward trend in both TRGD and TARM. It will be a support until next news comes which I think will be this week or if not next week. The Yamana deal will probably be announced before the end of may and likewise the iron ore projects.
The dividend of TARM shares to TRGD shareholders next friday will very likely be supportive for TRGD and I think we can see TRGD over 0.40 before the dividend so TRGD is likely the best buy for the moment even if it is more hard to trade because of beeing listed on the greysheets still. But it wont be trading there much longer and more dividens will come so even if I think TARM will appreciate the coming year(s) I think TRGD will go up even more.
Good luck to all.
Regards FH_Trader
I agree.
The taras will soon shine again. And this time shine big.
Regards FH_Trader
But where is TRGDs Q10? Shouldnt it also be out today?
Silver now over $41.58. Perhaps we can get a test of the recent high just below $42 tonight.
I think USSIF will be over $1 when the report will come out in a couple of days.
Good luck everyone.
Regards FH_Trader
I also think that is a fair target given todays silverprice.
Hopefully we can reach $2 by the end of the year.
I am from Sweden and I got into this stock for the first time 4-5 years ago and enjoyed the ride up to 1.41. Now I think it is time for an even greater run. The fundamentals are much better now.
Long and strong USSIF
Regards FH_Trader
Hello everyone!
I really like this stock and I am long at 0.60.
What are your pricetarget by the end of the year?
What factors do you see dring the shareprice up apart from the silverprice?
Regards FH_Trader
You will be surprised when all things will come together. I think it will be very soon.
About the JV in Don Ramon I think that the management are trying to get the best deal they can and that would be helped much by the Yamana deal to give the taras more credibility and recognition in the markets. So I think they wait the Yamana deal finalization out and then make the best deal they can for Don Ramon.
About the delay in the financials. They have all financials in place except some quarters for 2009. All quarters in 2010 and all years before that except the 2009s are in place. I do not think they would have filed them a couple of months ago if they didnt intend to file the rest. My guess is that they will file the remaining 2009 quarters with the Q1 2011 at the 15th of april the latest (that is the deadline for the Q1).
Now it is time for TRGD and TARM to shine again.
We have waited a long time but very soon it is pay time.
Regards FH_Trader
Could you get a bid/ask then?
TRGD is still on the OTC because the greys are a part of the OTC BB as I understand it.
Can you please confirm this Sam Dan?
I suppose we must have a NR before TRGD can be reinstated and all the quarters of 2009 financials must be finished.
When I look at yahoo finance and at otcmarkets.com it still shows that TRGD are on the greymarket.
Regards FH_Trader
It was the same thing last year this time if I remember it correctly. Its delayed up to 15 days but it will come.
Things are looking better and better for TRGD. The situation is much better now if we compare with three to four years ago when TRGD was trading over 1 dollar.
Regards FH_Trader
I will not sell my Tara Minerals shares under 5 dollars. I think we are very near having news about Don Ramon. I think that most investors have the same approach like me regarding this. The metals are in the ground and it is only a matter of time before we are in full production in Don Ramon.
Regards FH_Trader
Excellent. I look forward to many NRs from TRGD/TARM in the near future. Things are looking better and better. The situation is much better now if we compare with three to four years ago when TRGD was trading over 1 dollar.
Regards FH_Trader
Thank you for the information Jimb.
Tara Minerals at $1.00 now. A key reversal as mudpuppy says perhaps.
I expect a lot of news the coming month.
Regards FH_Trader
Sam Dan. Do you know if it is the same for foreign countries? I am from Sweden and have my TRGD shares in a structured product called capital insurance. I will call them when it is time to let them know. They own my shares according to this structured product on the paper but they are mine and I dont have to pay any tax if I sell the share and make a profit (only have to pay 1 % for the total in tax per year as it it now).
Regards FH_Trader
What is your thoughts about La Currita, the 100% owned property of Tara Gold?
How big can it be and how fast can it be put into production?
Will TRGD produce from La Currita or will they sell the property? Whats your thoughts on this? I have my own theory.
TRGD will make several JV agreements this year, that is one thing I am sure of.
Back to basics!
Regards FH_Trader
I think there is a little initial disappointment for TARM shareholders. Probably some of them switch over to TRGD instead. I think we will see TRGD at 1,50+ the coming year with La Currita, La Camera and NWM all developing well. And TRGD will be reinstated on the pinks or even better the OTC list.
Regards FH_Trader
I see this as very good news for TRGD shareholders.
Negative for TARM shareholders perhaps short term. But great for both companies long term. TRGD is worth much more then the proposed 2:1 ratio with TARM for the moment.
FH_Trader
Very soon there will be fireworks. On the upside.
Look out for big news!
I think that we should not underestimate the possibility of a buyout.
Perhaps the management are weighing between a buyout or help with production right now.
In a buyoutscenario I see at least $4 for TARM and $2 for TRGD.
This is another reason to buy shares in TRGD and TARM now.

Not a chance that TARM is only worth 76 cents with all its assets and soon an experienced JV partner that will help get production up to the desirable levels. We can have a NR next week about that and the proxies will be sent out soon regarding the voting for the merger (reinstating the 2:1 ratio).
Keep on dumping
Have a nice weekend.
Regards FH_Trader
I suggest to try to buy all you can at these bargain levels. TRGD should now be worth 0,625 according to the 2:1 mergerratio.
