what do you mean by "no" volume? Been heavy trading for a week.
Broad question:
What does GERS have in technology that separates them from all the other green fuel companies?
If it hasn't been done yet, I bet we see an ethanol producer test organically raise corn against "conventional" corn in terms of quality of ethanol product (alcohol content, purity) to determine if there are benefits to distilling organic corn.
I also wonder, if the consumer would pay a premium for ethanol derived from organically grown corn......just food for thought.
Very excited about the BB filing. If it's anything close to what's happening with GERS (formerly GSCL), we've got good things to look forward to. GERS did a 50/1 RS, dropped to a low, announced BB filing, and now has tripled PPS....and has plenty of momentum.
Sometimes it pays off to have faith in good technology, even if the management is poor.
Anybody know waht's behind the recent price movement?
Thanks....
So effectively, we are right back where we started at the R/S...a hair better.
Anyone calculate where we stand now based on the pre-R/S?
We're flirting with sub-penny again. Sure hope its a low.
Sold out of necessity or to stragetically focus on other technology?
Thanks....
How have they " surgically target and deploy sewage, trash, food products, consumer electronics, and debris management applications".....any success since the article was released in 2005?
What would be the practical use for this?
Serious question....
Yea....nice volume!
The Ask price is slooooowly dropping trying to intice at least one trade today.
boring....
Yes.....very transparent
Yea....really prevents much trading with a spread like that!
Press release today.....
GS EnviroServices Announces Stock Purchase Agreement
12:14p ET February 4, 2008 (Business Wire)
On January 25, 2008, GS EnviroServices (OTC: GSEN) entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement with GS CleanTech Corporation (OTCBB: GSCL), which owned 15 million shares of the common stock of GS EnviroServices, representing 53% of the outstanding shares. The Agreement provided that GS CleanTech would surrender to GS EnviroServices 8,733,333 shares of GS EnviroServices common stock. In exchange, GS EnviroServices issued a $2,000,000 convertible debenture to YA Global Investments, LP ("YAGI"), and YAGI cancelled $2,000,000 of indebtedness owed to it by GS CleanTech.
The Stock Purchase Agreement, combined with a letter agreement between GS EnviroServices and YAGI, further provides that if GS EnviroServices pays $1,000,000 to YAGI on or before May 1, 2008, then the remaining 6,266,667 shares of GS EnviroServices owned by GS CleanTech will be transferred to GS EnviroServices.
As part of these transactions, GS CleanTech granted a proxy to the board of directors of GS EnviroServices authorizing the board to vote the shares of GS EnviroServices now in the name of GS CleanTech. The proxy with respect to the 8,733,333 exchanged for $2,000,000 terminates in the event of a default by GS EnviroServices of its loan obligations to YAGI. The proxy with respect to the 6,266,667 shares will terminate on May 1, 2008.
The Secured Convertible Debenture that GS EnviroServices issued to YAGI bears interest at 10% per annum, payable monthly. Principal payments will be due as follows:
-- $1,000,000 due on February 11, 2008;
-- $27,777.77 due on March 10, 2008 and on the first business day of every month thereafter (although YAGI may defer any such monthly payment to the Maturity Date);
-- The balance due on February 11, 2009 (the "Maturity Date").
Further details with respect to the Debenture can be found in the Company's 8K disclosure filed with the SEC.
"We are confident that the first million dollar payment will be made on a timely basis on February 11, 2008," noted James Green, President and CEO. "Our association with GS CleanTech and GreenShift will be ending per these agreements and we wish our colleagues there great success with their alternative energy endeavors. We will stay focused on our environmental services business and hopefully, will continue our trend of profitable growth. We will keep our shareholders informed of our progress in this area and keep them updated on our progress on compliance with the payment terms of the Debenture."

So YA Global ends their relationship with GS.....paid off....so what does this ultimately mean?
Educate me.....what's "level II"
Thanks.......
Anyone know why it's so difficult for them to get investor financing in lieu of futher dilution?
Good to see trading resume.....also good to see more buying at .15 than selling at .10
Why are you investing so much time and energy discussing a stock that you dislike. What is your motivation? Are you bored?
Wait, don't repond to that....I don't want to encourage you.
Why a Scam?
Bad CEO's.....seems like common disease.
thanks for the info...
Nice finish today! The MACD will hopefully cross over tomorrow.
Does anyone have any audited books for GSPI? What's the financial health of the company....financing, debt?....thanks.
Now I show .10 and .14....hope it closes in the middle! WTF!
I don't think the pps has settled yet. I'm showing a bid/ask spread of .10 to .15 (a change from .04 to .20 this morning).
Tomorrow will be the day where we know how we stand.
The MACD is also rising.....
What was the closing price prior to the RS?
Yes, but I do see this as a price correction....now showing .005 pps....this is more in line with the RS....actually a little better....should be .004.
The asking price is steadily dropping to a more "normalized" price.....opened .20 currently .17. My guess....by the end of today, the bid/ask/pps will have settled for regular trading to begin tomorrow.
Regarding the news....hopefully more meaningful news with these investors. At least they are engaging with the hopes of more funding. If they do receive more investment, this should solidify the positive growth for the company.
The press release states that they cancelled these shares in exchange for preferred stock....but there is no market for the preferred stock, therefore, in order to "market" these preferred shares, they would have to introduce these shares into the market (dilute) at the existing share price. Do I have this correct? As I see it, they have reduced the float (a good thing)....and thats it...they've done nothing else except the R/S, which does nothing except make the stock more attractive to other investors.
Please provide the source for this information....I haven't seen any yet.
My TDameritrade shows correct.....Etrade's reporting may be slow.....there's been no price movement today so you shouldn't show any loss (yet).
As far as I've seen.....there is no actual confirmed statement declaring 20b new issues....therefore could just be hype.
