I try no to think to much about it...getting in this cheap, with this low of float, it's like a gift :)
Damn, I was Close!! first 10 minutes and back to .03's in 4 minutes!! I might have to change that to back to .03's in 6 minutes
Is anyone getting filled? Or they still covering? .02's gone real soon I imagine..in about 4 minutes
MM's are screwed...I love it, no trading until news now. Then, up up and away. All the shaers are probably gobbled up. See that 100 share block first thing yesterday morning? It means "We be screwed!"
Well, at least the action hasn't dried up!! 1 million shares in 1 minute!!
If you are new to penny stock trading, Please don't watch the first 10 minutes :) Unless you bring a barf bucket. Me, I'm going to go to bed, and check it in the morning :)
Don't trade with your heart boys (and girls), trade with your wits.
Looking at the chart, it seems buying to selling ratio is about 3:1 since the begining of December. This ofcourse shows strength, and bodes well for all.
I saw pretty strong support @ .03, so a few more sellers might have some funds settled, then sell out today. Today is the day to see the strength.
Pretty thin to .25; Looks like everyone is holding onto their shares tight. This thing could blow up at any time. Not much selling going on yesterday. With 1.5 million in the float, any news could send this screaming.
Big Revenues and I believe $1 for AMEX and NYSE, and $5 for NAS...or something like that, I can't remember!!
In case new people looking for the share count....
Q6: Are the primary shareholders 144 Stockholders? How much stock is held by insiders and institutions? How many shares are in the float?
A: As at February 5, 2008 the float of Winning Brands Corporation is approximately 608,581,728 common shares. Approximately 150 Million of the 758.581.725 Million issued and outstanding shares are restricted from trading under "144" provisions. These restrictions expire automatically approximately in the 1st Qtr 2008. Most of these are held by company management, employees and co-founders who are still with the firm. These persons may technically be insiders depending upon their relationship to information at any point in time. Management is not aware of any intention by any of these holders to sell a significant portion of their holding in the near term. These are factors that change with individual circumstances. 5 billion common shares are authorized as at February 5, 2008 and 10 Million Preferred Shares
One day we're going to watch the news hit the wire, then this baby will be on fire!!!
Believe me, it's true :) I lived in that dump Orillia for 16 years, watching Barrie grow like a monster. Ohh well, payback time I guess.
Incase anyone doesn't know, Barrie is the fastest and largest growing comercial and industrial city in Ontario, Canada. I lived in Orillia for 16 years, 30 minutes from Barrie. At the time Barrie was slighty bigger than Orillia, population maybe 40,000. Orillia failed to grow and expand, where as Barrie welcomed new business. Now over 100,000 and growing.
They are going to start to spread the b/a to wild extremes to make it look like a sell-off. No worries here, They ain't getting mine. Only a sucker sells with this float. If the right PR came out, it could 200-300% in one day. The small float holds the key.
Seems to be a lot of chatter tonight about product usefulness. I'm hoping most people here checked into that before they bought! I watched and waited for a week, missed the run. But I feel confident where I am sitting now. Wait till the sales #'s start to emerge. That tells the tale.
GLTA
A much needed correction today. No worries here mates, I was expecting worse. Build a base in the .03's to .04's. The the .10's come much more easily :) If you are questioning todays actions, then this might not be the stock for you. There are always going to be sellers who just made a 10x profit leaving. I'm ready for the profit coming this summer. .04 can turn in .50 just as quick.
Lets hope my man, if the deal gets done. better bring a change of undyroos with you when you start to watch the shares flying. Soon, very soon
This is just taking a breather after several days of heavy trading. No sellers, I'm sure the float is gone. They are going to have to move the bid to .25 to get anyone to sell on news. Lets hold, and see where it sits in a few weeks. Got mine, now get whatever you can.
GLTA
I got a partial @ .04775!! Like them apples??
They ain't got no shares...they ain't got no shares....WooT WooT

Don't worry, I'll be getting some more :)
The weak shall not inherit anything here, 1.5 Million float..OMG, I still can't believe it's at these levels! She stood up pretty well yesterday, lets breakout. Need a decent PR update to go to the next level IMO
All I know is that ask was getting bushwhacked at the close yesterday. Big volume with no pull back. It means shares were trading...not selling :) Oh, BTW, I got some :)
Time to get this baby jumping. Watch for some heavy action soon...Big run, lets have some fun!!

.50 is to easy with any news!!
Seems to be riding a similar path that MBAH did several years ago. went from .005 to .42 in a month and a half. I was in that one @.039. I got in a little later here. Held fantastic today, only a blip beneath .04, then, right back up. Plus if it's a short squeeze...my my my, and it makes money...well, we'll be seeing .20's before we see the .02's IMO
GLTA
Time time time...Patience, Patience, Patience
We've paid our dues, now lets hold on for the gold. Getting erady to POP anyday now
With that Super low float...goodnees me, how high could it go? $1's isn't out of the question

Period Number: 5 Group Number: 5 Group Name: none
What's in a name? Named for the Greek mythological figure Niobe.
Say what? Niobium is pronounced as ni-OH-bee-um.
History and Uses:
The story of niobium's discovery is a bit confusing. The first governor of Connecticut, John Winthrop the Younger, discovered a new mineral around 1734. He named the mineral columbite ((Fe, Mn, Mg)(Nb, Ta)2O6) and sent a sample of it to the British Museum in London, England. The columbite sat in the museum's mineral collection for years until it was analyzed by Charles Hatchett in 1801. Hatchett could tell that there was an unknown element in the columbite, but he was not able to isolate it. He named the new element columbium.
The fate of columbium took a drastic turn in 1809 when William Hyde Wollaston, an English chemist and physicist, compared the minerals columbite and tantalite ((Fe, Mn)(Ta, Nb)2O6) and declared that columbium was actually the element tantalum. This confusion arose because tantalum and niobium are similar metals, are always found together and are very difficult to isolate.
Niobium was rediscovered and renamed by Heinrich Rose in 1844 when he produced two new acids, niobic acid and pelopic acid, from samples of columbite and tantalite. These acids are very similar to each other and it took another twenty-two years and a Swiss chemist named Jean Charles Galissard de Marignac to prove that these were two distinct chemicals produced from two different elements. Metallic niobium was finally isolated by the Swedish chemist Christian Wilhelm Blomstrand in 1864. Today, niobium is primarily obtained from the minerals columbite and pyrochlore ((Ca, Na)2Nb2O6(O, OH, F)).
Niobium is used as an alloying agent and for jewelry, but perhaps its most interesting applications are in the field of superconductivity. Superconductive wire can be made from an alloy of niobium and zirconium which can then be used to make superconductive magnets. Other alloys of niobium, such as those with tin and aluminum, are superconductive as well. Pure niobium is itself a superconductor when it is cooled below 9.25 K (-442.75°F). Superconductive niobium cavities are at the heart of a machine built at the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility. This machine, called an electron accelerator, is used by scientists to study the quark structure of matter. The accelerator's 338 niobium cavities are bathed in liquid helium and accelerate electrons to nearly the speed of light.

No R/S here. Makes sense since they are selling SWK, about to become a debt free, cash in the bank, fully reporting company (already). Duh!! More like a share buyback at these levels. Why devalue your company with a shaky history at best with a R/S? Not in the works. Watch and learn how these sub pennies play erika, and learn a thing or two. 10 bagger easy
TYRIA Watch it!! .0001 Pending deal to send this REPORTING COMPANY to debt free and cash in the bank. ETRD jumped on the bid today, look at L2 lining up for the run. Very soon IMO. No pumping, just giving ya'll some info. Deal should be done very soon!!
