Good evening folks. Looks like FRGY should move on this news. Hope we get some really nice volume to light the fuse...
BD
With the price below the EMA 9 and 31, as well as BB, this one may have some trouble getting back up. I made a little on it a while back but the recent pattern ain't looking to smart.. Gotta rest a while more and then decide which way it wants to break. Waiting and watching.....
BD
Than explains alot...
Good Evening Chart, interesting day.
BD
GM is fighting to get above 11.75 and not having much luck the last few days. You would have thought that the nice volume today would have had more impact. I guess the news is weighing heavily on them.
Don't let the autoscaling on stockcharts lead you astray when looking for pinchers... GLTY

OT / UVSE - Major difference I see, compared to HTOG, is that when the vol. came in on 6/24 HOTG shot up ~300%. UVSE popped for 8% on similar % volume. Maybe it needs tomorrow. Have to keep it on watch. Too much energy around, hard to choose.

Cramer is a good contrarian indicator. They put channel selectors on TVs for a reason ;)
For anyone in steel.....
U.S. steel firms expected to resist economic downturn.
The Financial Times (6/30, Marsh, Weitzman) reported that both Fred Jauss, a U.S. Steel manager, and Louis Schorsch, a chief executive of ArcelorMittal, agree that the steel business in "the U.S. is holding up very well." In particular, "consumption in fields such as industrial machinery and specialized manufacturing continues to hold up." According to the Times, behind the "upbeat views are trends that have helped the entire global steel industry," such as "[s]trong demand from China" and "a series of mergers among big steelmakers," which have "give[n] producers greater pricing power." Michael Canmann, a Citigroup analyst, said that "the outlook for the U.S. steel industry is likely to remain good for some time." This is especially true "f raw material and energy prices remain high," which would "mak[e] it not cost-effective" to import steel to the U.S.

Good Morning WU. FRGY Tuesday is here...
For those who may be in solar:
The Financial Times (6/30, Harvey) reports, "Just as the future started to look bright for solar power, prospects for some solar manufacturers have dimmed" as "[o]vercapacity in the manufacture of components is likely to cause a sudden shake-up for" the industry, which "has been used to demand for its products consistently outstripping supply." Silicon shortages "have plagued the solar industry for several years, keeping component prices high and frustrating demand. This fueled a rise," which some analysts call "a bubble, in solar stocks." But according to Dean Cooper, at Ambrian in London, U.K., "the situation is soon to be reversed" because "worldwide production capacity for components will increase from about three gigawatts last year to 15GW to 20GW of production in 2010, largely thanks to a massive expansion of capacity in" emerging markets. "This spells both good and bad news for the solar market" since "t will result in a large hike in revenues," but "[p]rices for solar components are likely to plunge." Additionally, "[m]ost analysts predict consolidation, with bigger operators snapping up the smaller."

Pardon my faux pass. Don't need any kicks in the font either, it makes it too hard to sit comfortably :0 I'm still having issues with watching things in pinky land and have reduced to about 5 max. I like the KISS principle and apply it whenever possible.
